Silo - Review - The Gulch - Nashville - The Infatuation
"Silo is an all-day dining spot at the Canopy Nashville. They’ve got a dog-friendly wraparound patio facing Division Street and a full-scale brewing silo that’s been repurposed as an art installation inside the dining room. The menu’s full of dishes like lemon ricotta pancakes, sourdough benedict, short rib ragout, and mac and cheese croquettes. But Silo’s also partnered with Five Point Pizza, so you can forgo the dining room and grab a slice from the window facing Division Street.
