Wife and I had a wonderful anniversary dinner and could not have been more pleased. Delicious starter of shrimp cocktail and dinner salads. Watch out for the horse radish sauce — it is eye (and nasal) opening. We used it all but it has a kick. The filets were like butter and the sides were tasty!! Loved the Brussels sprouts with cranberries and walnuts. Garlic mashed and the backed potato were also spot on. Nice crème brûlée for desert and we were full and satisfied. Leftovers wrapped nicely and weee plenty for a late night snack.

This is probably my new favorite steakhouse for a couple of reasons they have really nice booths I had a filet with a peppercorn sauce that was outstanding and they did a table size salad there are linens on the tables so it just has a nice feel kind of like restaurants used to be and I really appreciated the wonderful service and the delicious meal here it's a very nice romantic atmosphere with a pretty decent wine selection great for a group or a date night

Google
The food is lovely and the service staff is friendly. What is making me leave a one star review is an asinine new policy: no to-go orders. Our food server said they had someone come in with a $400 comp and they put in a to-go order and took everything home. So now they can only serve a dinner per person present, so if there’s three people then three dinners max. No idea why that made them create a new and very weird policy. It’s not like I’m saying I want to steal the food? I want to pay for an order to-go for my husband who couldn’t make it. Honestly so disheartening. :(( I even offered to walk back out and come back in like a new customer but all I got was a shrug and an apology.

Fantastic steaks, relaxed cozy atmosphere. Wonderful service from Monica, our waitress. Your drinks will never be empty, the staff is very alert to your needs. The starter bread with hot soft butter was good, also really good was their house salad.

I serve tables out in Arizona at a steakhouse. I have to say this place has inspired me to bring ideas to where I work, because they're so great! Monica was our server. She handled a table of sixteen with professionalism and friendliness. All of the staff was outstanding. The food was delicious and the time we had was wonderful.

Silverado at South Point Casino offers a delightful nod to classic American steakhouses, blending a charming old-school vibe with excellent service. We were thrilled to be seated a bit early for our 7 p.m. reservation, setting a positive tone for the evening. The warm decor creates a welcoming atmosphere ideal for family dinners. From the start, the attentive staff made us feel right at home. We began our meal with a lovely basket of baked bread and enjoyed a delightful tableside salad preparation, which added a fun touch. For my entrée, I had the pork chop, cooked to perfection—juicy and flavorful. My partner and her sister savored the prime rib, while my brother-in-law enjoyed a classic New York strip. We also indulged in delicious sides of baked potatoes and green beans, enhancing our meal with their comforting flavors. Overall, Silverado's delivers a fantastic experience inviting atmosphere, delicious food, and outstanding sides, it’s a must-visit destination for steak lovers!

Google
I had heard about the Prime Rib at Southpoint Hotel so my wife and I stopped there for dinner. We went to the Silverado Steak House. It was about 7:30 and we were seated right away. My wife ordered the ribs and a side of Brussel sprouts. I ordered the big Prime Rib med rare and the glazed carrots. The waiter Rey, was the bright spot of the meal. He brought me a hand tossed salad with crumbled blue cheese that was excellent, fresh cracked black pepper with a kick. He was the side waiter, a woman was our main waiter. The main course took awhile to arrive and I was disappointed that my Prime Rib was cooked med well, almost no pink, all brown. Prime Rib - are you kidding me - med well. I sent it back, the next piece was not near as big and was very rare. I could live with that but the piece they gave me was from the end and it was very chewy. This is honestly how chewy it was: I gave my wife a center cut bite and she chewed it for over a minute and then spit it out saying, “it is not worth the effort”. I have to assume that was retaliation for me sending the first over cooked piece back to the kitchen. All in all I was very disappointed. The dinner was over $150 for the two of us and I felt like I waisted my money. I still left a decent tip because of Rey and the food quality was not their fault. But I will most likely never go back there again.

Yelp
This is my new favorite restaurant in Vegas. It's off the strip, at the South Point, so prices are reasonable and parking is free (for now!). They do things with style and grace- old world Vegas presentation- fine dining with attention and kindness. I am in love with their lobster bisque- absolute mind scramble! But it is so filling, I rarely have room for anything else. Love the pretzel rolls in their breadbasket and it's charming how they toss your salad table side (so much blue cheese! I was in heaven!) Great staff, tender steaks, and comfortable seating- highly recommend!!

Yelp
Absolutely fantastic! Do NOT eat too much from the bountiful bread basket they bring you! You will spoil your appetite! My filet mignon was cooked medium as I requested, had no fat on it, and melted in my mouth! The mashed potatoes were smooth as butter & topped with a fancy potato chip. The chopped salad was filled with artichoke bits, and I thought that just made it extra good. I had the crème brûlée for dessert. That was incredible! I will add this to one of my favorite places to dine!

Yelp
I stay at the South Point Hotel once a year for a work conference and I always try to work in a visit to the Silverado Steak House. This is a traditional steak house. Dark woods, coffered ceilings, sharp dressed employees, and exemplary service. We had a 5:00 reservation and I think they had just opened at 5:00 because I have never seen this place when it's not bustling. I'll keep this in mind when I'm back next year and making dinner reservations. We were served by Roxanne and Rey and they were an incredible team! The service was warm, solicitous, and efficient all at the same time. Both truly helped elevate our meal! We were seated and had menus, bread & butter, and waters in less than sixty seconds. Amazing service! The butters were presented in a cute flower shape and the bread basket had a few different types of bread. One was like a soft pretzel, one was a soft roll, and one was sweet & crunchy. The soft roll and the soft pretzel were our favorites. I chose the Argentinian skirt steak with chimichurri and mashed potatoes and my dining companion chose their 8 ounce filet mignon with mashed potatoes. The meals also included a salad that was prepared table side. That's always such a nice touch! My skirt steak was sooo tender & flavorful and the chimichurri was so fresh and added such a brightness to the beef. The mashed potatoes were very creamy and decadent. My dining companion reported that the filet was cooked medium rare to perfection and it was topped with a delicious melted butter. We ordered cocktails and those were brought so fast! If you're staying at the South Point, there is a coupon in the book in your room for Silverado Steak House for a free bottle of wine with purchase of entree. We asked if we could take it to go and so that's we did. The wine is Hahn Cabernet Sauvignon and it was good! This place is a great value considering the high quality of the food and the exemplary service. I hope to see Roxanne and Rey when I'm back next year. They really helped make this meal exceptional.

Yelp
Had a wonderful dinner experience at Silverado Steak House. The front of the house, so very friendly and we were seated right away. Glenn was our waiter for the evening, but! Mr.CHAKER was a rock star! He provided outstanding service being so attentive, friendly and hardworking! Made sure our waters were always filled, checking to see if we needed anything, asked how we were..just a genuine sir and we thank you so very much for taking good care of our little family this evening. The food was delicious! And yes you will see a well done prime but this is my favorite! The end piece cooked quite well that it's just a little crispy, DELICIOUS! With a little horseradish and of course the au jus...what a great bite! The Argentinian skirt steak, beautiful dish and tasty! The salads were fresh and crisp! Our appetizer was the prime rib empanada..and it was just one big empanada...it was just ok tasting, a little bland. Love the variety of breads too~ A birthday crème brûlée for my mom, how sweet! Thank you so very much for tonight's dinner. We were very pleased and would definitely dine in again!

Yelp
Nice experience when visiting Silverado. While visiting, my server Sien was good. Very attentive and knowledgeable. I arrived with a reservation for when the restaurant opened. I had the opportunity to enjoy the Lamb Chops and Green Beans. While waiting for my meal, you receive a bread basket with three types of bread & butter. It took about 50 minutes for me to receive my meal. I was surprised with having a reservation, and I already had an idea of what I wanted to order. The food was delightful. The lamb was not too fatty and was cooked well. One of the highlights was the Kahlúa Cheesecake. That was lovely! The noise started to become loud with the crowd and the Women's Bowling Competition crowd coming to have a meal. I was surprised for an upscale restaurant to see people in street clothes. Kinda disappointing as I was dressed nicely. Overall, the experience was a good one. I'd visit again. Happy Yelping!!!

Yelp
We have had our eye on this place for a long time! Finally we came to try and it is AMAZING! Some of the best in Las Vegas! The service was fast and friendly and offered great drink suggestions! I love that when you order steak, they do table side salad and it adds to the experience. It's a classy restaurant and a lot bigger than it looks from the outside. It's beautiful and we will 100% be coming back

Yelp
We had our anniversary here. I ordered tha Chilean sea bass and hubby had the filet. Both entrees came with a generous plate of mixed salad... cold and crisp Thick piece of Filet done to med rare as requested, plus King crab Oscar My fish was not over cooked and had a generous serving of lump crab on top Both entrees came with a good serving of mashed potatoes Our waitstaff offered us a couple of glasses of sparkling wine but we don't drink so instead at the end of the meal he brought us a nice dessert to share! Very impressed with the 'attention to detail' from Silverado. Welcoming hostess, professional staff, skillful chefs and a relaxing atmosphere......made this evening into an unforgettable anniversary away from home!

Yelp
Greeted with a smile. You walk into this place and it's how a steakhouse should be. A cool western steakhouse vibe, nothing too loud and that includes the music. Well, I don't mess around when it comes to ribeye. They have perfected it, it just melts in your mouth, and it's half the price as that place on the north end of the strip. Service was great... no complaints whatsoever.

Yelp
This review is the for the Christmas fixed price dinner. It's four courses plus a bottle of wine and coffee. This was a terrific experience and great food. The steakhouse gives you old school Vegas vibes with some Hollywood western (there's even a picture of John Wayne on the wall). You start with the bread basket - the pretzel bread was good but the walnut raisin bread was great. Next was the appetizer, I chose the lobster bisque with two little tacos (one had crab salad and the other stuffed with beef) - all great. I also tried the shrimp cocktail, which were giant shrimp that you dip in cocktail sauce or remoulade sauce - all yummy. Then, the salad cart arrived to deliver table side salad with champagne vinaigrette. The salad included some artichoke hearts and hearts of palm - nice touch. The ribeye arrived hot and a nice medium rare covered in grilled onions with green beans and a giant baked potato. This was tasty main course and a huge portion. If you went home hungry, then you have a bottomless pit for a stomach. Finally, the meal came with three options for dessert and I tried all three. In order of my preference (berry trifle, Yule Log, and sticky toffee pudding). The server kept the meal well-paced and not rushed. We could not have asked for a nicer Christmas dinner.

Yelp
My wife and I had the pleasure of dining at the Silverado Steak House. What a treat. Fortunately, we had the foresight of making a reservation, because the place was hopping. Our server Paul took excellent care of us and the manager Josh was awesome. He made us feel like family. You can tell he likes his job because he worked the room so effortlessly making sure that all the guests were properly taken care of. Highly recommend the Hailibut and be sure to save room for the beignets. So delicious. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful date night.

Yelp
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Excellent meal! The service was fantastic! So was our dinner!! Loved their Caesar salad! The raw oysters were so delicious! And wow! The lump crab appetizer was the best!! Huge too! The skirt steak Argentina served with chimichurri sauce was "ok" the meat was a little tough and their rendition of chimichurri sauce was not very good. We love Argentinian food especially an authentic chimichurri sauce and Silverado's recipe needs some work. Highly recommend and look forward to coming back!!

Yelp
As a repeat customer, Silverado Steak House continues to impress me, and my recent visits were no exception. I dined here twice in the same week with friends, and each experience reinforced why this is my go-to steakhouse. It has that classic, traditional steakhouse feel, making for a warm and inviting dining experience. One of the things I appreciate most is the exceptional value--it's easily the best-priced quality steakhouse I've come across. The meal begins with an assortment of bread, and while they're all great, the pretzels are my personal favorite. For my entrée, I ordered the bone-in ribeye, cooked medium, which was perfectly prepared and packed with flavor. It comes with a tableside salad, which adds a nice touch of freshness, and a choice of an additional side--I went with a baked potato, which was a perfect complement to the steak. To finish off the meal, I had the cinnamon bread pudding, which was the perfect sweet ending. Between the great food, welcoming atmosphere, and excellent service, Silverado Steak House never disappoints. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Yelp
We have always had excellent meals at this steakhouse so an advance reservation was made via OpenTable weeks before our arrival. It happened to be a Monday night which allowed me, a senior, to pay our tab with half points. As is customary for us when dining here we each ordered and enjoyed rare 8 ounce filet mignon steaks that were accompanied by a table-side tossed salad and a delicious baked potato with all the fixin's. We accompanied the meal with a bottle of that month's featured, a Rodney Strong 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon, for an additional and quite modest $20.

Yelp
This is a hidden treasure and a great off strip steakhouse! The interior is large and simple but has a very old world Las Vegas feeling. The server was truly excellent. Attentive and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. The shrimp cocktail starter was excellent with fresh shrimp and a tangy classic sauce. Unlike most steakhouses where everything is a la carte, at this restaurant entrees include a wonderful house salad mixed table-side as well as a choice of potato or vegetables. I had the pork chop entree which was thick yet tender and tasty and juicy. The baked potato was large and served with a choice of toppings. For dessert I had the "walk through the Black Forest" which featured a small Black Forest brownie and tasty cherry ice cream. While not a fancy place, this was a delicious dining experience with amazing service and great service.

Yelp
Very expensive but great to try while staying at South Point. If you like great cuts of steak, a nice salad, bread, and you want to use some of your South Point free wine bottle vouchers, this is the place for your dinner. Service is excellent and the steak melts in your mouth. The baked potato was also cooked perfectly. Definitely a place to try out if you in town for the bowling tournament or just at the hotel for vacation.

Yelp
I went to Silverado Steakhouse to celebrate a family member's birthday. It was my first time dining there. She had been there before and chose it. As soon as we were seated a security officer approached me and asked me about my service dog and gave him a tag. This is the first time I was given a tag outside of festivals. He wasn't rude but he wasn't especially nice either. The room has an old Vegas vibe to it. All the serving was done with gueridons. The service started out fantastic. They even had a birthday card for the guest of honor. What a nice touch. The server was very knowledgeable about the menu and the handling of my wheat allergy. We started with the Shrimp Cocktail and Jumbo Lump Crab Cocktail. Both were very fresh and delicious. The entrees came with a house salad that is tossed table side in their house champagne vinaigrette that is delightful. The birthday girl wanted 1000 island dressing instead so they made a separate salad for her. Of course the most important part is the steaks. My Filet was super tender and came out at the perfect temperature. I unfortunately have to say that the Bearnaise sauce is the worst I've ever had. My husband's Prime Rib was very good. The other two both ordered the Bone-in Ribeye. They said they were fabulous. The service kind of fell off during the second half of the meal. They are great at getting the meals out but not clearing. We felt like there was a traffic jam of plates on the table. The desserts were yummy. We ordered the Creme Brûlée and the "A walk in the Black Forest" . The Black Forest was a brownie with black cherrie ice cream. It was to die for. The Crème Brûlée was ultra creamy and luscious. Overall a nice meal with great company.

Yelp
I had the bone,-in ribeye, my wife had the filet, baked potatoes and salad for a starter which are included in the cost of the steak. Our granddaughter ordered baby back ribs and French fries off the appetizers and sides menus. The food was very good, with steaks cooked just right and as ordered. Silverado Steakhouse does know how to bake a potato with a crispy skin and fluffy inside. Whipped butter, sour cream and chives are available. The starter salad was made tableside with our choice of dressing. In addition to a nice lettuce mix it includes cherry tomatoes, brined artichokes and hearts of palm. But, then we ordered dessert: lava cake, New York cheesecake and Black Forest chocolate brownie that came with cherry ice cream, cherry sauce and black cherries that was great. The service was great: our server was Monica, who was there without being intrusive; her help team was very attentive. The ambiance is large Vegas steakhouse, noisy with a lot of activity. Well go back and that's what counts.

Yelp
Be sure you make your RSVP! This iconic Las Vegas Steakhouse is not easy to just get into! It fills up for good reason. Beautiful classic dining room! Excellent service! And some of the Best Steaks you can find. I'm so not exaggerating! The meat literally melts in your mouth! The stuffed Portabellas were delish! My steak was Perfectly cooked to MR. The flavors were significantly better than anyone else! When I tell you melt in your mouth, I mean like soft Butter baby! Every bite was delightful! Our server was professional and personal! The Wine List was structured,in various price ranges and regions so anyone could find a Treasure to accompany their meal perfectly! This is such a great Date Night spot if you want to impress or for special occasions. Surprisingly the prices of the menu I found to be quite moderate for the service and quality !!!

Yelp
The food and service is top shelf. The dining lounge is casual but dignified with an ambiance of formal dining. I had the NY Strip cooked to medium rare and perfectly seasoned. Of course the salad and baked potato was delicious too.

Yelp
Located in the Southpoint Hotel and casino is the Silverado steak house. While it wouldn't be my first choice in having a steak, it certainly was better than I thought it would be. We were given a bread basket which had a really tasty variety of bread. We ordered the filet mignon, a flank steak, and the Pork chop. The filet was ok, and was a large piece cooked to the request of the diner perfectly . Nothing special though. My hubby's pork chop was the best he had ever had which says volumes. It was juicy, had great flavor and he enjoyed every bite. The chimichurri steak I had was really good, with the sauce being a burst of flavor that complimented the beefy taste of the meat. The sides with very good but only side characters where the stars of dinner were the pork chop and Argentinian steak. Service was pretty good, and no complaints with the wait staff. It was an unexpectedly great meal.

Yelp
Silverado steakhouse is located inside the South Point casino hotel. It is toward the northwest corner of the casino area. There is ample well lit parking, a parking deck and also valet available. Today I tried Silverado steakhouse for the first time. A friend was in town and he wanted to go out for steak. I wanted to stay close to home so I began my search on Yelp and decided to give Silverado a try. From the moment you enter the dimly lit Silverado Steak House, the smells of deliciously cooked meat waft through out the dining area. We were promptly seated for our reservation and were seated toward the back of the restaurant in a booth. The waiter came quickly and took drink orders and filled glasses with water for us. Menus were given and specials were announced. My friend and I both opted for the filet and scallop special this evening. A bread basket was placed on the table and the flavors were announced. The bread was delicious. Salads arrived at the table, crisp and fresh lettuce filled the plate with dressing that didn't overpower the dish. Then, the entree arrived. The steak was perfectly cooked to a medium temperature and the scallops were cooked perfectly as well. The mashed potato's had great flavor as did the asparagus spears. Silverado steakhouse didn't disappoint and I would put it to the test with other high end venues like Hanks at green valley ranch and Oscars in the Plaza. I would be happy to come back to Silverado to dine again. The service, ambience and meal were all outstanding.

Yelp
Outstanding food cooked to perfection. The sea bass melts in your mouth. Cozy atmosphere that doesn't require you to dress fancy. Staff are all friendly and quick to take care of your needs. Waiter Gian did a superb job makes sure the experience was optimal.

Yelp
What could have went better!! Everything was PERFECT!! Steak and Prime Rib cooked perfect, service was impeccable. Table ready when reservation was scheduled. We Were told the specials and I got one of those. The bacon wrapped scallops with the maple glaze was exquisite! We are not drinkers, bill was $40 less than I had planned! We live so close, and I wonder why we don't go more often!! Great experience and great dining room! Make a reservation for sure.

Yelp
A nice steakhouse tucked away in an older casino. I enjoyed their service and table side salad. The steaks was great, flavorful with strong charred made the steak wholesome. I have to say their appetizers were actually the star of the show for me. We ordered the crispy taco and the ribs, both were delicious. The filet mignon trio was alright, the idea is great, because I loved the variety of the sauce. However I think only 1 out of the 3 sauces was good for me. So I didn't really enjoy the dish. We also ordered bone in prime rib and that was lovely. A huge portion so if you didn't order sides, you can get tired of the taste quickly but that's the problem with steaks anywhere I think. The interior do the restaurant reminder me of a "romaine" restaurant in the 60's. Table booths rounding the perimeter of the restaurant, main light source are similar to candlelight to touch a bit of "classic".

Yelp
Great service and delicious food with an old school steakhouse feel. We had the prime rib and filet and they were cooked perfectly. Came with delicious house salad tossed table side and one of the best baked potatoes I've ever had. I would definitely go back!

Yelp
Food sucks, missed some orders, service not quite entertaining... first n last to try... quite ordinary restaurant, nothing special...

Yelp
Steak was incredible. Perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. They also serve a complimentary assortment of breads. Ended the night with 6 beignets which came with both chocolate sauce and strawberry sauce for dipping. Great for sharing. If you have ever had New Orleans beignets, these will remind you have them. Perfect!

Yelp
Ambience is a cross between retro old school and airport lounge. Server was less than friendly. Back server Christian was accommodating on a Monday night. By the glass wine list was extensive but less than desirable offerings. Ordered the Zin and they sever thought white Zin initially. Lol. Zin was okay at best. Also, had a glass of Russian River PN. Decent. Bread offerings were appreciated but the butter was completely melted. Apps Lump crab cocktail was tasty with lots of crab and hearts of palm. Onion strings were sliced thin and fried perfectly. Yum. Salad was made corner of the table side. Salad tasted fresh and cold. Entrees 8oz filet came with a huge dollop of melted butter on top. Why? Does it need it ? Filet tasted like butter but was very tender. The meat itself wasn't too flavorful. I guess that's why they put butter on top. The bone in ribeye was absolutely a joke of a ribeye. Looked like a child butchered this. There was no fat at all. It was like a bone in sirloin or a half as% bone in NY. It also have a large amount of melted butter on top but it didn't help. Cheese cake tasted like refrigerator. It has been definitely uncovered and cut sitting in the fridge for a while. The server was a mess. He seemed like he was doing us favor just to do his job. Worst server for this price point in a long time. Wasn't like he was stupid or inept more like he just didn't care. The food wasn't good at all. The butter served with all our dishes was completely melted as our food is sitting on a push cart & covered like room service delivery for who knows how long. The steaks are not quality. The ribeye was a joke. Meat lacked flavor except for melted butter. The dessert was gross, the wines by the glass were low end. Oh, did I say or server was over his job ? This review isn't personal but our honest experience

Yelp
Came here for Christmas dinner since we were staying on property. Both hubby and I got steaks with mashed potatoes. Loved how they made the salad table side. Very affordable compared to restaurants on the strip. Food was excellent and cooked perfectly. We couldn't fit in dessert, but it looked amazing. Definitely worth a visit!

Yelp
Had never been here and we come to Southpoint a lot. We were pleasantly surprised. Beautiful interior. They had very friendly faces and extremely helpful. Monica was our server! She is excellent. Brought us our cocktails and allowed us time to enjoy the warm bread and cocktails prior to ordering our meal. We chose side table salad, which was delicious. Their champagne vinaigrette is delicious. Hearts of palm, artichokes and delicious greens. Ordered filets 8 oz. We like our steak cooked well. They butterflied the steak for real doneness. Excellent!!! Baked potato yummmmm. Their choice of breads were delightful. Pretzel, buns and raisin bread!!! We ordered Au Poivre Green Peppercorn Sauce. Needed more flavor however still delicious. Can't tell you how much we enjoyed our meal. Highly recommended.

Yelp
They're the best! Great lobster and crab legs. The servers are all top notch! It's a great place that doesn't break the bank. The salmon is also stellar and so is the filet. Check it out.

Yelp
Silverado is the upper middle class restaurant in the SouthPoint convention space. It reminds me of the darkened steak places my grandparents would take me on my birthday as a kid. There were plenty of very obvious business and negotiation dinners going on. The menu is traditional steak offerings. We ate here twice during the recent PBX expo and honestly, if it hadn't been for the location of being onsite I could have skipped the experience all together. My steak came out without its sides, they attempted to fix it and then brought out under cooked asparagus with very little seasoning. I think the whiskey cocktails and the shrimp cocktail were among the most enjoyed items our party ordered. Food presentation and plating was lacking at the price point of service. I would have added photos but it literally was a steak on a plate with a linen napkin. I was able to secure last minute, later evening seating by calling the restaurant which was helpful given the fast pace of the expo.

Yelp
This was a very special occasion. My uncle came in from out of town to celebrate his birthday. For my parents, husband and I being local we thought to bring him to the best steak house in town. And we did just that. My uncle was so impressed with the service and food. We were blessed to have an incredible waiter, Paul and server, Jacey. Both worked so well together and provided that fine dining local experience. We generally dine here for birthdays, anniversaries and new years celebrations, etc. This is our home away from home. The service by both Paul and Jacey was impeccable. Jacey and Paul were not only personable and friendly but very attentive to our table. Making sure to check in on us often and made us feel not only welcomed but comfortable. Silverado Steakhouse always provides consistency with their food, as well. Our food was cooked to perfection. We will see you both very soon. Thank you for making our dining experience so memorable.

Yelp
Two of us for dinner on Saturday night. Luckily, we had reservations or probably not dined here. Extremely glad we did. Everything about our meal was excellent. Steaks were perfect, enjoyed the tables side salad. The service could not have been any better. Waiters reccomdation was spot on. Food came out quickly and we never had to ask for anything. Very happy with our neal!

Yelp
I had my birthday dinner with my family here at the Silverrado Steakhouse at South Point Hotel and Casino. The service was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious. I loved their French Onion Soup and my steak was cooked to perfection!

Yelp
Service was extremely friendly and they were able to accommodate walk-ins. The raisin bread with butter was the highlight. We ordered the following: House Smoked Baby Back Ribs $14: 6 bones with BBQ sauce 3/5 Bone In Rib Eye $58: Medium Rare but had to cook it more since it was more on the rare side. The Mashed Potatoes and Salad tasted more delicious than the meat. 3/5 Black Truffle Mac and Cheese $12: Pass. It was almost inedible. Tasted more alcohol than truffle or cheese 0/5 High hopes, but the redeeming quality is the water service, bread, and sides. South Point disappointed :(

Yelp
Ambiance and service are a solid five stars. Our server was attentive, friendly, answered my questions regarding a recommendation when I was torn between the Argentinian Skirt Steak or the Prime Rib. I was sold on the Skirt Steak because of the chimichurri sauce, which I love paired with steak, and it was described as being made in house and a specialty of the steak house. Accompanying the steak was a salad and choice of sides. I found the salad to be disappointing for what I'd expect from a steakhouse. It was fine but nothing special. Oddly the lettuce pieces were chopped so small it was difficult to get pieces on my fork. When my steak came I was surprised at its appearance. I have never seen chimichurri sauce as a puree versus a more chunky appearance. Setting that aside it did not make the steak appear more appetizing and the flavor was not anything special for being made in house. The actual steak was tasty and cooked to my preference. The best part of the meal was the baked potato. I ordered it with everything and it mixed evenly and was perfectly baked. Will I return, probably not. There are too many other options in town.

Lovely steak restaurant in the heart of South Point hotel. Great wine list, a little noisy (everyone excitedly talking about the expo they are attending. Lamb Chops are so perfectly cooked.

Yelp
Tonight our friends invited us to this steakhouse for my husband's Birthday. We had cocktails. I had an Old Fashion that was way too sweet so I asked for bitters to fix it a bit! not that great! For dinner I had the skirt steak which was over cooked tough very thin meat (asked for rear but was well done) covered with Not so delicious chimichurri sauce with a bake potato and house salads. Desert was complimentary for my husband and I tried a bite. It was good. Service was wonderful.

Yelp
This Deep South Strip room is in the South Point Casino and it is well worth the visit! Went recently with family. Room is bright, with big chairs and equally large booths. Think classics such as Golden Steer or The Steakhouse at CircusCircus with deep dark reds. The setting is quite nice, a reprieve from the casino floor. Music is turn pleasant as is the service, which includes table side presentations of salads. My in-laws had shrimp cocktail, which were nice in's use and were delicious. What I found exciting was the menu. It has your traditional steaks, but some more adventurous entrees, such as a skirt steak with chimichurri and what they call Tartlet Parisian or ratatouille in a puff pastry. I was tempted to try this as ratatouille is one of my all time favorite dishes, however the meat is the main event here. Do not fill up on the bread, especially the walnut raisin, served warm with cold salted butter that melts into the bread. Steaks are all prime, many hand cut, something not done too frequently anymore, which is nice. All entrees and steaks come with salad and baked/mashed potato. Veggies and Mac n cheese are al a carte. Service was prompt by an experienced staff that knows exactly what the expectation is of the guests. Salads are tossed tableside as well baked potatoes are cut table side(they are huge)! This is a nice touch that is seeing a renaissance in Vegas as a whole, which is a treat for guests. When dinner arrived, we were not disappointed! Steaks served with a nice crust and finished on the grill, perfectly charbroiled and little bit of salted butter, what else is needed? My wife had prime rib, which turned out to be a top 3 prime rib we have ever had in the city, we get it everywhere. We finished dinner late and diddl not get dessert, however they offer t classic cherries jubilee and bananas foster, cheesecake and a few other options, which I'm sure will be wonderful to end dinner.

Yelp
The food is always pretty good. Service is great. It's easy to get a reservation and if you have a larger party they can accommodate that group. We normally eat here every time we come for a tournament.

Yelp
Silverado steakhouse is 5 stars . We went there for New Year's Eve and had a wonderful dinner. The steak was just as I had asked for it to be cooked , appetizers, salad and bottle of wine . Did not break the pocket book ! I highly recommend.

Yelp
I'm sure this is a regular steakhouse for many locals - but it was a hidden gem for me! Got treated here for a wonderful birthday by some lovely friends. You wouldn't think much of it when passing by in the casino, but the interior is quite expansive. The interior reminds me of old Vegas gives it a comforting nostalgic feel. Our friends who were regulars had their favorite server who was very attentive to all of us. You get a lot for your buck and all the food was very delicious. Their signature salad was not a Caesar but still very delicious (came with a huge dish of bleu cheese crumbles). If you're wanting a more chill atmosphere with solid good food, Silverado Steak House is for you

Yelp
First of all, the service was par excellence! Lito, our waiter, was most personable and took great care of all our needs from drinks to taking our order and checking back on a regular basis as to how the food was and seeing if we needed anything else. All the food shown in the photos was above expectations. Perfectly cooked and ever so tasty. Add to that the atmosphere of restaurant and it made for perfect anniversary celebration. We will be back!

Yelp
So tasty! My family came here for a post-wedding dinner and were delighted by the juicy meats, tasty salads, and variety of side dishes. The servers were on task and fulfilled all our requests, making sure our large party was comfortable. They were quick to correct my relative's undercooked steak and a forgotten side dish. The atmosphere was cozy and elegant, and felt like an escape from the chaos of the casino outside. I particularly liked the chairs, which were large and cushioned.

Yelp
The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. For such an elite restaurant, the prices are very inexpensive. Four of us ate prime cut steaks for $214.00 including tax. Service was great! The ambience of the restaurant was amazing. Every staff member we came into contact with was very nice and accommodating. It is a large restaurant and looked to be very well taken care of. I will definitely be back.

Yelp
Our server Matthew went above and beyond any expectation you could have for a server. If the food was terrible, I'd still give 5 stars thanks to Matthew. Luckily, the food was also really good. Bone in ribeye hangs in there with more expensive steak houses. Lobster bisque was fantastic and the portion size was very generous. I highly recommend eating here (ask to sit in Matthew's section). My wife and I are locals and will continue to come back here over other higher priced steak houses on the strip.

Yelp
Manager provided replacement prime rib dinners. Very tender and a very good meal. I changed my review to 4 stars. Great customer service. I highly recommend Silverado.
