"Silverado Steak House at South Point has a four-course meal with a complimentary cocktail or glass of wine for $59 from 4 to 10 p.m. Diners start with smoked salmon blini, lamb kababs, shrimp and crab salad crostini. Then they can choose shrimp and corn chowder or a Silverado salad bowl tossed tableside. Then choices include braised lamb shanks slowly simmered with merlot and garden vegetables with creaked Yukon gold potatoes, caramelized black pepper chicken breast served with steamed bok choy and wild rice with toasted pecans, or pan roast Pacific salmon on a bed of sautéed zucchini with tomato vinaigrette with baked or whipped Yukon gold potatoes. Dessert features chocolate cake with whipped cream or warm deep dish apple pie a la mode." - Susan Stapleton
