Stepped inside once for a quick oat milk latte and it was disgusting. The barista’s demeanor was also very off putting, not sure if she was just new and untrained but seemed like she didn’t want to be there or make our drinks. Ended up spending $18 on 2 drinks and a croissant and wish I just went some place else and actually enjoyed it.

Amazing food and staff. The burger was sassy and delicious. 🤤

The baristas there are so nice, and the chai from Rishi was fantastic. I'm a big fan of the vibes. Plus, the clothes and accessories are very beautiful.

I used to go often over summer 2022. However, this year I had a few bad experiences and today was the worst of all. My mom and I ordered an Iced Chai Latte and a small Cappuccino ($12 for both). One big surprise was that while doing the Cappuccino, the barista added water to it. When I was ready to pay and give a $100 bill the barista didn’t hesitate to say “we do not take $100 bill” which could be understandable if they had a sign or something. So, I went to check if we had a smaller bill but our money only reached to $11 which it wasn’t enough and we wouldn’t leave the coffee that she already had prepared. I felt embarrassed because I had the money and she didn’t accept it. So I went out and had to change the money. Luckily I was able to do it and when I arrived back the barista said that “actually I can take it”, after I left and had to go out and change the bill which doesn’t make sense once she rejected before. After checking this review page I noticed that I wasn’t the only one to have a bad experience.

I’ve followed this store online long before I moved to NY, only to end up living walking distance from it. Finally visited during a Sunday block party and had a great experience. The store was busy due to the influx of people, but the sales associate was nice and provided me great shopping experience. Beautiful store with unique garments and brands.

I love Sincerely Tommy. The staff is incredibly friendly and inviting. There's a large table in the front where you can get some work done or meet with friends to chat over coffee. The coffee is great, too. I highly recommend it.

I love love this coffee shop . It's so cute and so chill . The worker there is so sweet and kind . The mocha latte was very strong but very good . I will def be back here . Very cozy

Stumbled in on my way to the subway station and it was unlike any shop I've seen. I just came in to get something to drink, but they also have a selection of clothing items -- I didn't look too closely at them because it didn't seem like my vibe, but just the idea of having coffee in the front and shopping in the back is super modern and unique. I had to wait a bit for anyone to help me at the register. There was only one person working behind the counter, so I don't really hold it against them, but I'll say I was so close to leaving the store because no one had said anything like "I'll be right with you," or "So sorry about the wait." It was a weird moment in time where part of me thought I was invisible because it didn't even seem like anyone had seen me, from the employees in the store to the person behind the counter. I did end up sticking around, though, to get this matcha latte which I also thought was not as good as others I've had. The matcha flavor was decently strong, but more bitter than others. I also had asked for a shot of honey to be added to the drink which I thought would sweeten it for me, but I couldn't taste it at all. Super cool idea but would have liked a little more on the execution!

Only reason why I'm giving this review 4 stars is because the past couple of times that I went there my same order was different pricing. I always order the iced honey oat latte and I absolutely love it! The aesthetic inside is super dope as well.

Sincerely, Tommy is one of my favorite coffeeshops/boutiques to visit whenever I'm in Brooklyn. The whole entire aesthetic is a vibe. I recently purchased the Red Mosely Boots for my birthday, and unfortunately the heel broke, but they provided excellent costumer service and immediately sent out a new pair. I love supporting Black owned businesses whenever I can, and I'll certainly continue to support Sincerely, Tommy.

Really wonder coffee here. But not only that the VIBE her was sooo dope! I love a good vibe at coffee shops and this one definitely had it. Had a Matcha and Chai Latte. Amazing! Will definitely be back!

Oh My Goodness!!!! This place is about a block from my apt. so I just had to check it out. Can I give them SIX stars cuz they deserve it. Really nice coffee - Says the Brit who grew up on tea (sipped with the pinky sticking out if course) Great vibe. Cool & friendly and 'real' staff. By real I mean no fake smiles. WiFi is pretty fast too. Oh and do try their Bliss Balls. Great taste and will totally take the edge off you're appetite for a bit.

This place is interesting to say the least. They serve coffee and sell clothes...the layout of the store Is lovely. The clothes are high priced but, like some other people have said the customer service is cold. I don't know if people are told to NOT greet the customer but, NO. I felt like I was a bother or something so, I left and will never be back. I'm sure the 5 star reviews are from the owners friends cause this place is Sincerely Not Nice :-(

Coffee + Clothing fusion on the corners of Tompkins Ave and Monroe St, smack dab in the heart of Bedstuy. Very well curated boutique in terms of high end, quality items. From purses to unique jewelry and interesting clothing. I haven't had a chance to pop in for coffee. Surprisingly this Saturday was the first time I'd been in to peruse after living a block away for nearly 2 years. Because of the hours I always miss them during the week and typically don't walk that way on weekends, glad I had time! Great concept! But the staff was needs a boost in enthusiasm, I wasn't really sure who actually worked there to be honest. Small neighborhood places like this should always have top notch customer service because the neighborhood that houses you should also love you!

Love this place. I have been in a few times but Saturday was my first time making a purchase. I was so excited to find a place to shop that supports my personal values. I made a trek all the way from Harlem and I am looking forward to coming back!

I live for their honey lattes with soy milk, they also have croissants from this amazing place. They carry unique while pricey clothing and jewelry pieces. There is a sale section though that my friends like to browse through. They have a frequent buyer card (which I always lose and they happily replace). Bonus: sincerely, tommy is a female and black owned business!

Great atmosphere and amazingly friendly & helpful staff. Impeccably chosen pieces displayed in a thoughtful, sophisticated style. Don't forget to try a honey latte. Too good! :)

If you are looking to be acknowledged or be given anything resembling customer service DON'T GO HERE. Pretentious and cold.

my favorite boutique in Bed-Stuy. they have the coolest clothes (to save up for) I've ever seen in Brooklyn, but are still accessible enough to enjoy via the drinks. I have a purse from here that I still get compliments on, even 5 years after I bought it from them. so that selective splurge was so worth it.

I moved into the neighborhood early this year and I was so excited to find out that there was a coffee shop near me. I walked in pleasantly said a good morning to the gentleman his name was Tre. We exchanged Instagrams and I thought everything was good. I went back again and his approach was very standoffish. His demeanor was cold. Due to work I became very busy and my schedule changed. Upon returning I asked for my regular maple latte which he never got right and I was told you don't come here anymore so it's not from the menu. I ordered a regular latte instead that by the way was pushed to me. I didn't take these encounters personal because I know everyone can have a rough day. I told him thank have a great day and goodbye and there was no response. To avoid any more encounters like that I told my niece to get coffee for me. At this time he asked my niece " you're here getting coffee for the queen now?" I took this comment as an insult. I still continued to support them due to the convenience of being right in my neighborhood. While purchasing their coffee I usually look around the store to see what items I like and if anything catches my eye I buy it. Recently I asked one of the staff to put a dress on hold for me just for 30 minutes. One of the staff (I can't recall her name) was extremely helpful and corporative about it. She placed it on hold and in less than 30 min I zelled the payment for the dress because they don't take credit cards. After this I continued buying my coffee there. Three days after I came home from work and while getting my coffee I saw another item that I liked but unfortunately as I mentioned before they don't take credit card payments so in order to complete this purchase I would have to go home and get ready and that would take like 30 minutes but I was told no by Tre. It's against store policy he said so I went home. The next morning I went back for coffee and saw the item was still there so I made the purchase then. I said to him I am very disappointed in the customer service especially since I support Sincerely Tommy frequently. I was told by Tre that his boss will not bend over for me and neither is he. I said to him this is not matter of bending over for me it's a matter of spotting a good customer when you see one. It was so coincidental that a couple days after that I met who I believe was the owner. During our interaction she was very polite and friendly. Now that morning no one in the store was wearing a mask including the owner. The next day I went back. A few seconds or so before entering the store I outed my marijuana. Upon entering the store I was told that I cannot be in here smelling like marijuana and I get that I had a smell because I was smoking. He then accused me of smoking in the store which was so not true because I just outed my marijuana a few seconds ago. My niece was next to me and she looked at me in shock be she didn't see smoking in the store.He then told me I cannot be in the store because I was not wearing a mask. I told him that this was my last time coming to the store. He told me "that's fine " very rudely. I left a tip and I took my coffee and said goodbye politely. Now because I love their clothing I reached out to one of the staff who I had pleasant encounters with if she can she DM any pictures of new items that she think I may like. She took a few minutes to get back to me and when she did I was told they don't do personal shopping. I have a shopped at Rick Owen, Christian Louboutin, Mackage, Louis Vuitton and much more designers and this is something that I have never heard of. How is sending pictures of items to frequent shoppers personal shopping? Support black businesses they say... give me a break!

Best coffee in the neighborhood-hands down, and the staff are so friendly! So glad they opened!

I walked in and was there for nearly 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. The woman working went back to working on her laptop. She was so oblivious I had thought she was just a customer. I can only describe the rest of my experience as cold and awkward. If this is the future of Bed Stuy then that would be unfortunate. Even the coffee was weird. I found this place Crocus up the block which was much better.

This store is incredibly beautiful. They offer a really interesting mix of high and low (ok, low-ish) priced womenswear pieces from emerging designers. The selection is impeccably curated and ranges from cool and wearable to totally avant-garde. They also stock some really interesting jewelry and accessories. I've never tried the coffee but I like that it's available! There's some window/lounge-y seating in the front. I could see how some people might mistake the vibe for being a little standoff-ish/pretentious upon first glance, but seriously everyone I've ever interacted with in there has been super friendly and nice. Highly recommend!

I am so excited to have this beautiful new shop in the neighborhood! The clothing and home goods selection is artfully curated and the coffee is wonderful too. The owner, Kai, is lovely and was very helpful with my purchase.
