Nestled in a historic Melrose theater, this vibrant spot offers a cozy atmosphere where you can indulge in unlimited brunch bites and delightful drinks.
"You can’t talk about brunch in Nashville without mentioning Sinema. It’s one of the OG bottomless scenes, and the term “bottomless” doesn’t stop at the mimosas—it extends to all of the food on the menu. Every Saturday and Sunday from 10am-2pm, you’ll find a loud crowd getting into a family-style spread of all-you-can-inhale fried chicken, gravy-smothered biscuits, bacon jalapeño grits, short rib hash, and cinnamon roll french toast bread pudding—followed by an obligatory bathroom selfie (no really, it’s a thing here). But if commode pics aren’t your thing, the rest of this restored 1942 movie house, formerly the Melrose Theater, makes for a solid backdrop." - jackie gutierrez jones 2

"The Cellar Bar is tucked below The Sutler Saloon (a Nashville staple with live music almost every night). It’s an eclectic basement bar with low light and great vibes, large enough to bring a party of people but intimate enough for a date. It’s a nice escape from the usual bar scene with an industrial aesthetic and craft cocktails at a great price. Side note: The Sutler has much more of a “Nashville” vibe, but usually has solid live music and killer DJ sets on Friday nights." - GS&F
"Always playing at the historic Melrose theater-turned-restaurant on Eighth: impressive food and inventive cocktails in one of the most romantic settings in Nashville. Menu staples continually shine, like the Moroccan-braised lamb shank with pearl couscous, butternut squash gnocchi in pesto cream, and one of the best cheese and charcuterie spreads in the city." - Jackie Gutierrez-Jones, Eater Staff
"Sinema in Melrose has a robust seasonal menu of NA cocktails, beers, and wines available during all of the restaurant’s service hours, including the Mela Kaliki-Nada (NA dark cane rum, Dr. Zero Zero AmarNo, pineapple, demerara), the NA El Jefe (NA tequila, tomatillo, lime, and agave), and the NA Modern Times (NA whiskey, pumpkin, cinnamon, and lemon)." - Jackie Gutierrez-Jones
