Sixty Vines Debuts in Downtown Miami, Florida - Eater Miami
"Sixty Vines, a Texas-based restaurant chain known for its “vineyard-inspired” menu and wine-on-tap system, will open in Downtown Miami on Monday, September 16. The new location in Miami Worldcenter will feature 60 wines on tap paired with shareable dishes. The 9,500-square-foot space, designed to seat more than 300 diners, features banquettes, communal tables, and a large outdoor patio. Sixty Vines will serve brunch, lunch, and dinner. Menu highlights include customizable charcuterie boards, salads, hand-tossed pizzas, and entrées like Atlantic salmon, pan-roasted chicken, and wood-grilled Bavette steak. Desserts include options like sticky toffee cake and deviled affogato. At the heart of the restaurant is its wine-on-tap system that offers options from across the globe. This approach keeps wines fresh longer and helps reduce waste, allowing guests to sip on rare varieties typically available only by the bottle. In addition to the wine options, the bar serves cocktails like the Tequila Fix and Frozen Aperol Spritz alongside a selection of ciders, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages. Sixty Vines Miami is just one of over a dozen locations nationwide, including Texas, Florida, and more. Its Miami location opens for dinner on Monday, September 16, at 150 NE Eighth Street, Suite 135, with brunch service launching soon after." - Olee Fowler
