Sixty Vines Debuts in Downtown Miami, Florida | Eater Miami
"I'm looking forward to the Miami debut of Sixty Vines, a Texas-based restaurant chain with a "vineyard-inspired" menu and a wine-on-tap system; the new 9,500-square-foot Miami Worldcenter location seats more than 300 across banquettes, communal tables, and a large outdoor patio and opens for dinner on Monday, September 16. The restaurant will offer 60 wines on tap from around the globe—an approach that keeps wines fresher longer, reduces waste, and lets guests sip rare varieties usually available only by the bottle—and pair them with shareable dishes for brunch, lunch, and dinner.
