This was one of the most memorable meals I’ve had in Riga this summer. Dish ingredient quality was exceptional, each dish had its charm - very elevated but still something homely about each one of them. The highlight of the meal was the green basil stracciatella pasta (pasta au pistou), it was super rich, layered, and beautifully balanced. And satisfying. Honestly, this pasta might me my favorite out of all pastas i have tried in Riga. I’m already planning to return for it again!
Also tried the smoked beef bone marrow which I can recommend, and beet tartare was super interesting, surprising and a journey for the taste buds with the nut and beet combo (they go together amazingly, as it turns out) and the service was great, making a table reservation was easy, we were greeted at the door very nicely. Staff was attentive, and knowledgeable.
