"Snap Thai Fish House is a design marvel. The crisp, bright space is filled with big windows, gold rod benches, and dangling shapes that look like a school of fish. But it’s also 4,600 square feet. So, even with patrons sprinkled about the room at lunch and dinner, the area can still feel massive. The menu isn’t quite as imposing, but that won’t stop the tempting roster of soups, starters, and sustainable catches from flooding your or your indecisive friend’s brain. "This relatively new restaurant in Buckhead serves a variety of seafood (including dramatic plating to match) with Thai twists, including rainbow trout, cod, salmon, scallops, and lobster. Backed by the team behind the popular Bangkok Thai restaurant at Ansley Mall, Snap Thai Fish House focuses on sustainably raised and wild-caught fish, cold water lobster, and oysters. An entire section is dedicated to lobster, too, like the Thai lobster roll, lobster pad Thai, and a lobster burger made with lobster and wagyu brisket topped with Thai slaw and smoked Thai barbecue honey sauce. Chef selections are noted as massaman chicken with curry and prik king chicken with red curry chili sauce, but since fresh ingredients are a priority here, the menu changes often.
