The Latin menu jumps from Texas to Florida to Cuba—expect mojo wings, Oaxacan cheese and salsa-macha-mayo topped burgers, along with breakfast burritos to go with the kind of drinks you’d want poolside. The loungey indoor-outdoor space shifts from daytime hang—you can buy a daytime pool pass if you're not staying at the property—to nighttime party with live music and game nights. With a name that combines the Spanish words for “sun” and “moon,” the 10,000-square-foot bar and hotel restaurant features a full menu of dishes inspired by the dining scenes in Cuba; Miami, Florida; Mexico; California; and Texas. Dishes include shareable plates like papas rusticas served with jalapeño ranch, wings al pastor, and chicharrones served with white queso blended with cotija and queso fresco. Tacos and sandwiches, including a burger, a chicken Milanesa torta, and a Cubano are also on offer for those craving something they can eat with their hands. Early risers can indulge in Soluna’s daily breakfast, which features steak asada, egg tacos, and burritos stuffed with scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, black beans, and Oaxaca cheese.
