"Soluna is an all-day bar and poolside lounge in the Heights House Hotel. The Latin menu jumps from Texas to Florida to Cuba—expect mojo wings, Oaxacan cheese and salsa-macha-mayo topped burgers, along with breakfast burritos to go with the kind of drinks you’d want poolside. (AKA frozen cocktails and crisp spritzes.) The loungey indoor-outdoor space shifts from daytime hang—you can buy a daytime pool pass if you're not staying at the property—to nighttime party with live music and game nights.
