"This charcoal-painted cottage houses pizza on the Eastside that’s well worth dealing with any rush hour traffic. Spark’s blistered crusts have an impeccable balance between bouncy-puffy edges and crisp bottoms, and their topping repertoire is just as vast as it is reliable. You can eat a very pleasant burrata-topped margherita, or a spicy saag paneer pie that still feels right at home among all the pepperoni and fior di latte. With only outdoor seating available, prioritize a summer visit—or commit to eating this excellent pizza on the same patio, just zipped up in plastic coverings." - kayla sager riley, aimee rizzo

"Just north of the Redmond Town Center shopping center, this wood-fired pizza restaurant offers charred, cloud-like Neapolitan-inspired pies and rotating pizza specials. Owners Carolyn and Tony Scott opened Spark Pizza after the success of their first Redmond restaurant, Woodblock. The menu also offers wines that pair well with pizza and a smattering of lighter bites and creative desserts like the orange and garam masala cannoli. Spark is open for on-site and takeout dining and has an outdoor patio and picnic area." - Brett Bankson, Eater Staff

One of the best pizza places around the area. I would definitely recommend the burrata for appetizer, there are some pine nuts and grilled garlic mixed in the sauce, which makes it perfect. For pizza, we had the Honey & spiced & everything nice, very impressed and delicious. We added some sausage and we loved it! Will come back for more other pizza.

05/28/2024: We stopped by on a Thursday afternoon, and ordered the happy hour version of the fun-gal and honey spice. I love both! The pickle pickle pickle is nice too, if we can have okra/string beans/cucumber that might be awesome. The gentlemen crew were all super nice. All the recommendations and helpful tips were great. From the table selection to menu introductions. The Italian soda is hand-made in store, on the day I visited, it was blackberry and lime. The patio is a little chill since I didn’t wear enough that day for the Washington weather. There was a heater too. But shouldn’t be needed for most people on a nice day. I will pay a visit again, and try more items.

Alright I’m a believer!! I’ve heard great things about this place, especially their NY style on Sunday (I still haven’t been able to get a spot yet) but I got there ‘Frankies Homage’ and wow the flavors are exactly what you want out of a pizza!! It does get a little weight down in the middle depending on the amount of toppings you get or if you don’t eat it right away but other than that no complaints! Guy at take out was super kind and over all great experience

Google
Had a fantastic experience at Spark Pizza in Redmond! The Mama Mia pizza was amazing—full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the visit even better. We will definitely be back!

Google
I’m so mad I only managed to get to this place for my last 2 days in Redmond. Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had and can understand why they are ranked in the top 50 pizzas in the USA. Added to this, the staff are super friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend the truffle pizza!

Google
Well, they're not claiming to be authentic Italian pizza, so I'll go easy, especially since the menu sells pizza with Pineapple 🤦‍♂️. To be fair, if I'd be selling pizzas and half of my customers want pineapple and the other half eat it with ketchup and mustard, I'd probably add that to my menu too 😅 So, that leads me to this: for 95% of you who are not pizza connoisseurs and drive around your fancy Teslas, you will like the pizza. So, you can stop reading here. For the remaining 5% of you: I got a margherita pizza. They charge $19 for the regular cheese (whatever that means), but $8 extra ($27) if you want Mozzarella di Bufala campana. Since I think $19 for a margherita is robbery, I surely wasn't going to spend $27 (when I know the difference in price between Fior di latte and Bufala Campana is about $2 in real life). The Size of the pizza is very small, maybe 8" or 9", sorry, I didn't have a ruler, but check out my picture next to a water bottle. So at this point, I'm thinking about $20 for this tiny thing, it'd better be the best pizza in the Universe... It wasn't. The tomato sauce tasted fairly legit. The cheese, was Ok. Again, maybe it would have been better with the other cheese, but at $8 extra definitely not. The biggest problem is the dough. It needs a lot of work. First, the flavor wasn't there at all, which tells me zero fermentation. Second, the dough was either over proofed, or over worked, or over cooked, because besides having the almost zero air in the crust (see pictures), you could see the almost the dense, rubbery, texture in the crumb of the crust (see pictures). I think this also contributed to the portion of the pizza with the toppings not tasting that great either. Also, the toppings themselves drenched the pizza, it was almost impossible to pick up a slice, even after trying to bend it. And it was exceedingly greasy. I understand that there's a magazine that ranked them in the top 50 in the USA, but Something's off here.

Google
The best pizza I’ve had on the East side. Truly nothing compares to this place. They have the most interesting combos and the fluffiest dough. I have been back multiple times and Spark never disappoints. It does get crowded quick so come early or make a reservation!

Carmina Alemar

Google
The pizza and meatballs were amazing! You can definitely tell it’s homemade. (Same with the sauce and even their ranch!) Our server Cameron was a sweetheart. The only thing I would change is the space. They only have ten tables in a small area so we didn’t have much space but the pizza was worth it!

Mayu D.

Yelp
Wow! We are so glad we found out about this pizza place after living in WA for several years. We tried many other pizza places including Pagliacchi and serious pie, which aren't bad, but weren't like wow. Service - 5/5. They are so friendly and thoughtful! Brought water for our puppy, too! Pizza - 5/5. Their tomato sauce, crust, garlic oil, ans spicy honey are all excellent. Can't wait to try more. Ambiance 4/5. Very casual outdoor patio which works perfectly for us with a dog! We can't wait to go back.

Yelp
Spark Pizza is a charming little spot, perfect for a cozy date or a casual meet-up with friends. They recently introduced a Paneer & Fat Pizza, a unique blend of saag curry on a pizza, and it's a seasonal special that's a must-try! We also tried the Fan Girl pizza, a delightful combination of mushrooms and garlic, which is perfect for fans of that pairing. For dessert, we had the butterscotch, and while I'm usually not a fan of butterscotch, this dessert really grew on me. If you love butterscotch, it's a definite must-try. The staff, including the owners and servers, are incredibly friendly, adding to the welcoming vibe of this cute, small spot. There's outdoor seating, and while the space is limited (so expect a bit of a wait), they have ceiling heaters to keep everyone cozy. The pizza smelled so good, I didn't even have time to snap a picture before diving in! Highly recommend this spot.

Sharon L.

Yelp
Stopped by Spark Pizza on a rainy Friday evening, they have a great outdoor patio seating area which was covered and heated. It was really popular and after a bit of a wait we were seated and ordered our pizzas. I ordered the "Honey & Spice & Everything Nice" pizza which was really good. The 12" pizza is not too big, I finished about 3/4 of the pizza, so probably not enough for 2 to share. Everyone was friendly and the pizza was delicious, would recommend checking out Spark Pizza if you're in the area.

Khushbu P.

Yelp
Great food and service! Pizza crust is light and flavorful! Quite a couple of vegetarian options. If anyone is in the area, you must try it out. Lot of topping options too.

Fran V.

Yelp
Cool pizzeria with award-winning pizza. There is a nice covered patio for outside dining and heaters for cooler weather. Our server (I think his name was Austin), whom I think may have been the manager too, was really friendly and helpful. I upgraded my old fashioned to include a special barrel-aged whiskey they exclusively had that came from their sister restaurant Woodblock. He let me have a little of it on the side as well as the drink so I could taste it on its own. The pizzas themselves were really tasty. The crisp exterior and chewy interior of the crust was perfect. My fun gal pizza used a variety of local grower mushrooms and the crispy garlic bits were delightful. It's really close to downtown Redmond, and I plan to visit again next time I'm in town to visit my son. Can't wait!

Cristin G.

Yelp
Oh my goodness! I have lived in Redmond for a while and never visited Sparks Pizza. I feel like I owe them an apology! This place is terrific! My daughter and I went on a sunny Wednesday evening and put our names on the wait list. We ordered drinks (a Mexi Coke for her, a Margarita for me) and were told 30 minutes for our table. We had seats outside to wait. 10 minutes later we were at our table. Super friendly service. Adorable patio, great setting, and the pizza was amazing. I had a Frankie's (ah, Redmond) and she had a Margarita. We both ate every last piece, which is INSANE. We never do that. SO GOOD. Last point - Sparks is decked out for LBGTQ fundraising in August, which allows you to round your bill and donate to a local charity. How awesome! We'll definitely be back soon! So much love!

Phoebe C.

Yelp
Honestly REALLY GOOD new york style pizza you can find in the redmond area. The Margherita was my favorite! Pretty expensive tho but for what you get and quality wise it's not bad. The place is cute with outdoor seating and seems like a very popular spot for locals

Rebecca L.

Yelp
The pizzas here are delicious! I do wish the base of the honey and buffalo pizzas held up better when eating but the Fun-Gal and Children of the Corn pizza definitely held their shape better. The flavors for all of the pizzas were definitely spot on and delicious. I got the raspberry lemonade and it was nice and tart. Balanced the flavors of the pizza for me. Only street parking is available but there is a parking lot we used across the street that seemed okay. It's definitely a bit pricey but nice for a date. We sat on the patio and it was a very great environment. The service was great.

Kendrick K.

Yelp
Spark was head and shoulders the best pizza we've had while in the Seattle area. Pizza variety was wide and unique and we enjoyed the Children of the Corn and Honey, Spice, & Everything Nice the most. It's not the best Neapolitan pizza ever, sauce was a little runny but the dough was cooked well and hit the spot in an area that really lacks a number of amazing pizza spots. We waited a good 45 minutes on a weekday night after putting our name down around prime time.

Emmaly N.

Yelp
One of my favorite pizza places I have ever been to We waited around 45 min to get seated (loved the waiting area) and were immediately greeted in the friendliest way. All the workers here really take care of you and it almost feels like youre at a friends place. We ordered the Honey, Spice, and Everything Nice pizza and the Burrata with Foccacia (based on our waiters recommendation, he was super cool). The patio deck is so lovely and the music, decor, and weather gave us an amazing experience. The food was absolutely delicious - the bread that they make in-house was incredibly fluffy, chewy, and crispy. The flavors for the hot honey pizza were unlike anything Ive had before and the pepperonis were so good. The burrata is also so flavorful (especially that pistachio and pine nut puree). Having the crust with their garlic oil was delicious too. Genuinely one of the best pizza experiences Ive ever had, despite the more limited seating. It was so worth it, and all the workers were amazing and make the experience so special. You cannot go wrong with any of their menu items If youre still not convinced enough to wait, they have a convenient takeout option that only takes 15-20 min!

Jinny C.

Yelp
Amazing spot for wood fired pizza! The dough was so tasty and baked perfectly, and the pizzas come out fast! The service is quick and friendly to help turn tables (I think there's a 90 min limit) and this is partly because there is limited seating (outdoor covered patio only, fyi). Tables fill up quick but it looked like people also didn't linger around too long. The food: -Citrus Mistress: sweet lemon pizza which was light and delicious, but if you're not a fan of honey on pizza I'd skip this one -Buffalo Soldier: tasty, but basically like any other good buffalo sauced pizza -Meatballs: really soft and tender meatballs with a fresh tomato sauce. Didn't really think it was spicy though

Prem D.

Yelp
Great service, awesome pizza, definite place for pizza. We were trying to order a pickup and want to know whether they will make half and half. By the time we were ready to order, time had passed for the last order, but they were courteous to take our order, and it was ready for pickup when we arrived, hot from oven. We had ordered Buffy the vegetarian slayer Awesome flavor and taste. Pizza was thin on cener loaded with fresh vegetables, not spicy, but was bursting with flavors. Fun Gal Variety of great tasting mushrooms accompanied with awesome sauce. We also got a Marinara sauce for dipping our sides. It was great tasting. Great ingredients, great love, and awesome pizza!

Elaine W.

Yelp
My favorite pizza place in the greater Seattle area cus Y'ALL there is NOTHING as fire as Spark's crust + garlic oil combo. It SLAPS. It is a BANGER. Also the crust by itself is the best crust I have ever had, SO fluffy, the perfect bread, I would eat a plain pizza here that was literally just a disk of crust. Aside from that though everything here is chef's kiss, I've been here three times now and my all-time favorite is the Homage to Frankie's. The toppings are the perfect and the TOMATO SAUCE!!!! is amazing. Just the perfect amount of sweetness. I've also tried the Fire in the Hole which is a lil weird and not to my tastes but I could see someone else loving it. Turf & Turf is also a great meat lover's pizza. Also the service here is always impeccable -- friendliest people ever and so enthusiastic. Love them. Note that there is limited parking and only outdoor (covered/heated) seating. I've been here in the winter as well and it's not bad, just need to bundle up.

Anu P.

Yelp
I absolutely love Spark Pizza! Their wood-fired pizzas are consistently delicious, and they offer a great selection of vegetarian options that always impress. I especially appreciate that they keep the menu fresh by rotating seasonal ingredients and introducing new combinations. It's clear they care about sourcing fresh, local produce, which makes every visit feel like a new experience. Whether you're a veggie lover or just looking for something unique, Spark Pizza never disappoints! My favorite pizza place in Pacific Northwest

Ann T.

Yelp
Really good pizza! Waited 30 min but worth it and staff were really nice. Limited patio seating with heaters so if you want to get takeout they said that's 50% of their business. Parking is a bit tricky so plan for some time in advanced before you arrive. There is a small parking lot next to the restaurant but you need to take back alleys to get into.

Katie P.

Yelp
Best pizza on the Eastside!! I've visited for years now and nothing comes close. Their menu is extensive. Certainly on the pricier side but not outrageous for a nicer pizza place and you get what you pay for. My favorites include Buddy The Vegetarian Slayer, The Classic Margherita, and their special Detroit style pizza. The pizzas aren't big but they're extremely filling. The ambiance here is great - there's plenty of outdoor seating that's covered and features aesthetic lighting. Parking here is scant. I suggest parking in the Trader Joe's parking lot nearby and walking over.

Robert U.

Yelp
The dough at Spark Pizza is top-notch, reminiscent of family-run Italian joints in Italy. If you're a pizza lover, this place won't disappoint. Better Than Italian Pizza in Italy, Spark Pizza surpasses authentic Italian pizza. That's high praise! Friendly service and amazing pizza make this spot stand out. Redmond's Spark Pizza was recently ranked among the Top 50 Pizza Restaurants in the U.S. by 50 Top Pizza, an Italian publication based out of Paestum, near Naples. Known for their house-made crust, fine-cured meats, and delicious Italian and Washington cheeses. The A-Lotta Burrata pizza is exceptional, with fresh toppings and a delicious crust. An Incredible Wood-Fired Pizza Experience! The dough was incredibly flavorful and perfectly baked, resulting in mouthwatering pizzas that arrived promptly. The service was quick and friendly, with an eye on table turnover (there's a 90-minute limit). Keep in mind that seating is limited to the outdoor covered patio. Tables tend to fill up quickly, but guests don't seem to linger for too long. Quick service accommodates the limited seating (no reservations accepted). The outdoor seating area is comfortable and warm, even during cooler weather. On Sundays, Spark is making a special limited batch of New York-style pizzas with the signature ability to be folded while eaten but cooked to a distinct crispness, offering both a chewy and crunchy bite. Minuses: Lack of Parking: Unfortunately, Spark Pizza lacks convenient parking options. No Indoor Seating: Keep in mind that there's no indoor seating available. Outdated Ambiance: Noted that the ambiance feels outdated.

Yelp
Just go!! Best pizza!! And incredible customer service! It was so good we went back the next day, for another round!

Kumar V.

Yelp
The best Pizza spot in town. This is the best Pizza I've ever had. Super soft, fluffy crust. No doubt Sparks Pizza ranks continuously among one of top Pizza restaurants in the United States. Possibly the best in the state of Washington. I highly recommend Burrata. The Fun-gal is an amazing Vegetarian pizza. Such an amazing mushroom based pizza...I think they call Fun-gal based Funghi pizza. Ambience is good..not great. Service is fast and the folks are polite and explain all their flavors with passion. I waited over an hour for a seat and it was worth the wait. I am glad I went for a dine in.

Chelsea M.

Yelp
Fantastic food! They have consistently kept up their quality. I still love the allota burrata with hot honey and added ricotta, it's my favorite pizza I've had and I've had pizza all over Europe and US. The servers are generally really great. I really miss them offering blankets as the only seating is outdoor. Get there early or expect a wait!

Matt U.

Yelp
We met up her with some friend and all we can say is that it was dope! It's an unassuming spot that looks to be an old house with a huge outdoor space where we enjoyed some of the more memorable pizza that we've had in Past couple of years. The places very popular, and lives up to the hype, so plan to get there fairly early. For a smaller group, the weight is shorter, but for our group of nine it was about an hour wait. They have tons of picnic tables in the courtyard, where the majority of the seating is offered, so larger groups to move in and out fairly quickly. Unfortunately, the same large tables, host, smaller groups, which can contribute. We ended up ordering Five or six pizzas, as well as some accompaniments, like breadsticks, and a salad, for our group. It was a good amount and ended up leaving us with fairly limited leftovers. It was nice to have a couple of boys in the group group as well! All in all, the pizzas were creative and delicious. As previously stated, these are some of the more memorable pizzas we've had in recent history. It's definitely spot will be back to!

Catalina L.

Yelp
The pizza dough and crust here are soo good! It's like eating a cloud - that Neapolitan pizza style is phenomenal. Burrata pizza was delicious with nice balance of acid and fat. They have heated patio dining available and it was comfortable enough temperature. No reservation so arrive and hope there is room or expect a wait. Staff is super friendly and attentive Just note with the patio they don't have any TV's so if you want to watch sports you'd probably go for takeout

Yusuke S.

Yelp
Great pizza! Dough is amazing. Phenomenal job on baking pizza. Great ingredients and sauce. Also, getting pizza was like less than 10 mins despite all the tables were pretty much full. If you like not too thin/not too thick pizza, it's a great place to go! Great service as well. One thing to note is that it's a patio. Although it had a heater, some seats don't get enough heat. So, if you go there during winter, make sure to bring your jacket!

Alexa D.

Yelp
Spark pizza is awesome but does require a bit of luck! I find that most of the time when I go, there is a 30 minute-1 hour wait. Which doesn't surprise me, because it's delicious, but I do wish they would open up more seating or allow reservations. I'm sure it's a lot better in summer when they can open up the outdoor patio sitch, but the heated patio does have limited room. They also run out of dough sometimes, especially the special deep dish. So it's always a gamble when we come here and hard to plan ahead. The gluten free pizza here is DIVINE! Amazing crust and always an array of unique toppings. I love to pair whatever I get with the hot honey to make it extra fun. Their caesar salad is also amazing and always a must for me. They have an awesome drink menu as well, which is always fun. I tried the Lost in Tijuana and it was basically just a jazze up margarita, which was lovely! I look forward to going back and trying even more pizzas and drinks.

Erin H.

Yelp
Such a great staff! Very friendly and attentive. There is a parking lot next to it, but it was kind of difficult to see the turn. Ended up finding street parking in a neighbor around the corner. Food was great! Had the fun-gal with warm, non-alcoholic cider. Would definitely return! The heated patio is a necessity during winter!

Yurim Y.

Yelp
I love this place! The quality and care they have for ingredients and food shows. I'm obsessed with pizza and eating every week for a couple months...I don't know why? But this has gotten me to a place to evaluate what I like and try new places than my usual I won't mention here cuz it's not so much love but convenience. I loved this place and want to try here again when the weather is better. We decided to try this place on the coldest day to date and if you know his place they only have outdoor covered and heated place but it was like 13 degrees and so cold. They were lovely and gave us complimentary warm code which was yummy and nice.

Maddie L.

Yelp
We've been to Spark a few times and we love it! It's a cute and cozy little restaurant in Redmond. The service is great each time we've been here, the servers are all very nice and attentive! We ordered a half order of the focaccia loaf, the Homage to Frankie's classic pizza, and the Motor City Pepperoni Detroit style pizza. The focaccia loaf was okay and not anything special, probably wouldn't order it again - we were just really hungry and it wasn't worth the $8. I order the Homage to Frankie's pizza every time - very tasty with the perfect amount of toppings. I like how you can substitute toppings! The Motor City Pepperoni deep dish was so delicious! I love a good deep dish pizza and that'll probably be my go-to order from now on.. Lots of pepperoni on it and the base and crust were perfect. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you're craving some good pizza! It's a great spot and they're ranked in the top 50 pizzeria's in the US!

Helen C.

Yelp
Spark Pizza is just always super solid, though with the dreary weather, the fact that they only have outdoor seating becomes a bit more of a barrier. However, they now offer hot apple cider on the patio and if you do choose to order your pizza to-go, the box comes with a fake sweater print on the lid you can take a picture with, which is super adorable! I always love that they have seasonal options to mix it up and got to try the Elote Pizza recently, which was an absolute star. Their classics are also always a hit and my go-to is the Honey & Spice & Everything Nice. I said it last time and I'll say it again, but their crust is unbeatable. Slight char and so fluffy it's almost pillowy. The pricing is a bit higher than a chain, but it's so worth it every time. Other than that, parking can be a little bit of a pain as they don't have their own lot. I usually park next door at the bank if it's after hours, but you might have to find street parking otherwise.

Crystal M.

Yelp
Amazing vegan pizza! I wish they were not so popular & busy but I guess that's what happens when you're them! I really want to try their vegan dessert but it was sold out. I also want to dine in but that was a long wait outside. I'll be back. Loved my first and excited to come back.

Wesley W.

Yelp
You can't see it in the picture but the top of the box is a holiday sweater design and there's actually a circular cutout at the top you can punch out and stick your face in to take photos in the sweater. Immaculate design. Oh the pizza is good too. Whatever your imagining that photo tastes like is in fact correct. Go git it. 5 stars

Devin D.

Yelp
My girlfriend and I went here today for our third time, and the pizza has always been great. My girlfriend got the Homage to Frankie's pizza, and I got the Motor City Detroit-style pizza. We would go back again as this is our favorite pizza place on the east side. The service was excellent, and they were very attentive. Also, we got the half size of The House Focaccia bread as an appetizer, and it was really really big, but it was not that flavorful. As a bread lover myself, I would not recommend it. In the past, we have gotten a salad as an appetizer, but it was not good either. From now on, we will skip the appetizer and go to the best thing about Sparks.... their pizza!

Alysha S.

Yelp
Delicious pizza, fun variety of toppings and incredibly kind staff. Everyone working here seemed to be happy which always translates well to a guest experience in my opinion. Food was fresh, crusty was amazing! Perfect combination of chewy slightly crisp. I always love Burrata and thought the flavors they choose to combine with were a welcome departure to the standard tomato balsamic. I tried the NY since it was a Sunday, I'd probably skip it next time and stay with there signature pies. The green goblin exceeded all my expectations. Can't wait to try a few more!

Kim K.

Yelp
Spark pizza is always a hit. I wish they took reservations, as I don't get to come nearly as much as I would like to due to them usually having a long wait. The seating is outside only but they have it covered and with heaters. We came for happy hour and there were a handful of items on the happy hour menu. The bourbon cider with fresh ground cinnamon was a great way to warm up on a cold day. I asked for no spice on my pizza, and unfortunately it was still super spicy for me, but I still enjoyed it.

Gena K.

Yelp
Wow incredible service and amazing tasting pizzas and appetizers! Literally everything was delicious and very vegetarian friendly! Our server was attentive and so much fun. One of my girlfriends ordered something from their old menu but they messed up her pizza big time. It could have turned ugly but our server immediately remedied the situation by acknowledging what happened, took the pizza back, offered to comp the pizza and ordered another one. Then they went above and beyond by comping our entire meal!! What generosity! It's like Nordstrom level service but better!

Kirsten G.

Yelp
We have been absolute devotees of SPARK since it opened up. Their crust really is the best anywhere, and the service is always friendly, helpful, and quick. Unfortunately, in the last several months, there have been some changes in the menu that have made us less likely to eat there regularly. I think they had a change in head chef, and my all time favorite pie ("Every Day I'm Trufflin') isn't on the menu anymore. It was sublime: thin sliced potatoes, truffle oil, and with the added burrata it was absolute heaven. I've asked about whether it will return and I am told others are asking too, but to no avail. There have been some efforts at new combinations but they never quite hit right. I tried one with a potato puree that felt.. mushy. And another one with fennel was just weird. I sort of get the impression that there's a new chef who's experimenting but there always seems to be one or two ingredients that seem out of place. For the prices, I miss a guaranteed great pie. I hope the potato/truffle pie comes back; if it does, we will too.

Kim M.

Yelp
We were staying in the Redmond area and Spark Pizza was recommended to us the day prior. We arrived about 15 minutes prior to opening time on a Saturday and the staff was gracious enough to pre-set a table for two so that we could be immediately seated at opening time. Normally we would take our time to browse the menu and order way too much food (especially when they have so when a place offers as many intriguing combinations and items!). But today, we had a flight to catch so no time to dilly-dally. The pizza -- we got the Fire in the hole to share and it was amazing. We both enjoy our food quite spicy and found the spice level to be to our liking. Ingredients felt fresh and there was a generous amount of toppings without going overboard/weighing the crust down too much. Speaking of the crust, this is where the pizza really shines! A perfectly bubbly/soft/chewy/crispy crust! Now the service -- was beyond! Our server knew we were in a bit of a time crunch, so he got our order in quickly. Our pizza came out looking perfect in less than 10 minutes. In the ~30 minutes that we we in and out of there, the staffed checked in on us multiple times to make sure everything was going well (the seating filled up within ~5 minutes of opening!) Spark pizza currently ranks 31 in the country. I am by no means a pizza expert, but the pizza (and experience!) we had was definitely one of the best I've ever had, and it was a fantastic way to end our trip.

Yelp
Enjoying an evening out, we were comfortably seated outdoors, the cool air offset by the warmth of heaters. The service was both friendly and efficient, enhancing the dining experience. We indulged in the Detroit pizza, notable for its delightfully crunchy edges and the traditional cheese layer nestled beneath the sauce, offering a robust flavor. It's a generous portion, perfect for one with a hearty appetite or two who might be less famished. Additionally, we sampled the Margarita pizza from the half-hour menu, a delightful choice.

Yelp
This pizza was delicious. More Neapolitan style so it comes a little burnt but the crust is phenomenal. Obviously comes without saying that it's unfortunate there isn't more seating or even indoor seating. We came at an odd time so we got sat immediately. One other thing to note is that parking is a little awkward. You have to drive around a bit to get to the nearby lot. My only complaint about my pizza is that I paid extra to add ricotta to the pizza and for the price the tiny dollops weren't enough. The ricotta is homemade and I could eat it with a spoon it's so good!!! I would for sure come back

Yelp
Spark Pizza is undoubtedly one of the finest pizza spots in Washington state, and their pizza is incredibly delicious. It's no surprise they are so highly rated. They offer a wide range of vegetarian options, which is fantastic. We tried the Veg Slayer, and it arrived piping hot, loaded with fresh vegetables. The crust was exceptionally tasty, and the overall meal was delightful. However, be prepared for a potentially long wait if you want to dine in.

Yelp
We went here for a late lunch/early dinner while driving around neighborhoods in the Seattle suburbs. I did not see any indoor seating which is odd because it rains in Seattle as you may have heard, but I saw only outdoor seating on a gorgeous summer day. It is likely that I just missed the indoor seating. The vibe is casual/cool, and seemed to be equally take out and dine in. The pizzas are outstanding. I had the margharita and kid/wife shared a Frankie which was phenomenal. Mine was good too, but theirs was something special. The crust is thin, crispy, and cooked to perfection with air bubbles and some char in places. They only have beer in cans and bottles, no tap. Our server was friendly, efficient, and professional. Top notch. The only criticism is the parking. There was a small lot in the back but it was closed off. We parked in an adjacent lot but then I saw a sign that said it was for Chase customers, so we moved the car. Then, while at the restaurant, I heard the server tell someone that it is a shared lot. It would be nice to have a sign or somehow let people know that the lot is ok to park in, otherwise it is difficult to find a place to put your car. That aside, the food, service and ambiance are phenomenal. If I lived there, and I wish that I did, I would eat here all the time.

Yelp
Probably the best pizza we ever had! Definitely our go to place whenever we crave pizza.

Yelp
Driving 1.5 hrs just for pizza? Why not. This pizza is one of the best pizzas I have tasted, not just for the texture, but also for the flavor. On a Wednesday dinner, it was still pretty busy and we managed to get the very last seat. My friend and I shared the Honey & Spice & Everything Nice, and the Everyday I'm Trufflin'. The Honey & Spice & Everything Nice had very flavorful pepperoni along with spicy honey that's not too spicy. It feels like a NY pizza classic. It sounds simple ingredient-wise but everything meshes out. I liked the soft and crunchy texture of the pizza, hard to describe it further. Everyday I'm Trufflin' is also very good - I love truffle flavors in general and the potato is cooked to the right texture. You can't go wrong with either pizza. Service is excellent as we were checked up on a few times and the pizza came out really fast. We took our time and we were able to spend just a little under 30 min in and out of the place.

Yelp
Yumm! Where have you been? LOVEDD their pizza. We order the Detroit deep dish pepperoni pizza. Sooo good! My husband and I also got a kale Caesar salad to share. I should have asked to have it without anchovies, so just a heads up if you're not big on anchovies just let your server know to remove them. Nice outdoor patio dining area. No indoor seating available. Service was good. No reservations. You might have to wait a little bit if the place is packed...totally worth the wait! We arrived at 2:15pm on a Saturday and waited about 20 minutes to be seated. Plenty of nearby parking available. Our friends ordered a veggie pizza which they enjoyed anddd then they also ordered the pepperoni deep dish which they said tasted even better. So there you have it. The pepperoni deep dish seems to be a hit! Oh all pizzas at 12 inches. Maybe one is enough if you're a party of 2, with a side.

Yelp
Best pizza ever, I used to frequent this place when I was located in Redmond. Service was always quick and the happy hour is wonderful. What's not to love about a good beer and pizza. Hand in hand this combo brings joy :)

Yelp
Yikes! Ordered food online, was told at the window that they would text me once it was ready at 7:21pm. I waited till 8pm and at this point I really had to get home. Called for a refund and was notified the pizza was ready awhile and just sitting there. Crazy thing is the whole time when pizzas were ready they were calling out people names as well. Didn't bother to call my name or text. Supposedly they will give me a refund tomorrow, we will see. Not sure I'd visit this place. Service is pretty bad.

Yelp
Parking can be a challenge of 5 minutes sometimes. Nothing that bad. What takes more minutes is sitting. There's a waiting area below a tree which makes it nice when sunny days. I find that the whole place is cute to sit by. Sometimes it can get warm on the top. Ambience is relaxed. Servers were friendly and smiley all the time. Very busy but they were super pet friendly. We ordered the pasta, pizzas, salad which was amazing and very well served, kids pizzas (arrived very fast as they are easier but almost same size!), and drinks. The lemonade was good although a bit sugary for me. Pizzas were good and different. I think they need a bit more on the sides meaning more edges without filling/flavour; only bread. And for the price, they should have more! Overall I think they are fine because they are warm and crunchy but definitely not worth the price and the inconvenience of waiting. They do not have more attractive options as in other places. I would definitely drive a bit longer for a bigger and delicious pizza for the same price.

Yelp
I had a fantastic experience at Spark Pizza! The ambience was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal. Despite a 25-minute wait, it was well worth it. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the pizza was exceptional--crispy crust, gooey cheese, and generous, flavorful toppings. I got the veggie pesto and kale pizza and I want to go back already!! Highly recommend!

Yelp
Love the service. Great outdoor seating. Amazing pizza I would definitely recommend to try this place in Redmond downtown.

Yelp
Seriously great pizza. The sauce tastes homemade, fresh seasonal ingredients, and cooked to perfection. Salads are fresh, tasty, and perfectly dressed. My whole finicky family loves this place. Pro tip: get there early to catch their Detroit style - so so good!!! And I almost forgot to mention the friendly, accommodating, and attentive wait staff!
