Spitalfields Market

A lovely neighbourhood market which provides plenty of shopping options. But I didn't see a fresh produce section in this market. Anyhow, there are many choices available, and I managed to pick up a lovely hat and sin glasses here. It's smaller than Borough Market and less busy. So if you just want to chill with some food and drinks without the crowd, then Spitalfields market is a pretty decent venue.

Lots of interesting stalls, food counters, and sweets, bakeries, and coffee. The Ethiopian food stand (Merkamo) is well worth a visit. It's vegan, but don't let that put you off if you're not vegan (I'm very much an omnivore, and I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch there!).

A modern collection of open and covered passages between established period buildings. A great variety of vendors of food and retail stalls. Something for all ages and eclectic merchandise. The public spaces are great for seating, conversation, and contemplation surrounded by a variety of artistic sculptures and other installations. Not to be missed when in London

This market is amazing. It’s not as big as Bourough market but it has some very good food stall. Number one is the dumpling shop: beautiful fried dumplings. I also tried the Nigerian food truck right in front of the market, it was really tasty, spicy and hearty 🤤 There are many interesting stores here, some handmade jewelry, some clothing stores, some accessories stores. I think this market is great for a weekend stroll. It’s fun, lots of things to see and you can enjoy good food here 👍🏻

Where better to be on a cold, wet, and rainy summer's day than the hustle and bustle of Spitalfields Market! We initially came to try the food market but ended up snapping up a few bargains. There’s a fantastic array of independent stallholders offering everything from printed T-shirts and clothing to jewelry and artwork. The food was excellent, with delectable dishes from all around the world. We tried the Bleeker burgers, followed by the Humble Crumble, and picked up some delicious donuts to take home. Will definitely be back to try the pulled pork dirty bagels and the Indian street food. Highly recommend a visit.

Was here on a weekday afternoon and it was lovely. Not too busy with crowds. Great selection of Halal food available. And wide range of retail stalls too. Tried Cafe Caribbean and pleasantly surprised with the original jerk chicken main dish.

An amazing market! So many foods, dumplings! Mexican food cupcakes humble crumble! Donuts bao buns ! Birthday gifts and treats, so many clothes and great coffee! Such a great atmosphere with friendly staff. Great bargains for shopping.
