Interesting vegan fare! Enjoyed the dishes with seitan cooked in tasty sauces. The location is lovely and the restaurant offers a quiet and tranquil place to catch up with friends. Highly recommend.

Google
Stopped in for a quick bite and was thoroughly pleased with the food and service. Tried the turmeric pickled cauliflower, ginger honey seiton wings and the cheese sliders, can't pick a favorite, they were all great!!! The icing on the cake was an actual toasted coconut donut, AMAZING! Will be back soon!

Google
We love going here to dine! it is well-worth the hour trip from Philly! The restaurant is so clean and the atmosphere is very chill. The staff is courteous, accommodating and helpful. The food is always 10/10. I've never had anything here I didn't like.

Google
Went here for dinner and had the banh mi cauliflower tacos, za’atar grilled oyster mushrooms, miso maple glazed tempeh, garlic and balsamic grilled portobello, lavender chocolate mousse cake and passionfruit cheesecake. My favorites were the tacos, the portobello mushrooms and the chocolate lavender mousse cake. The za’atar mushrooms were tasty, but the tabouleh it came with was just ok. I’m not a huge fan of tempeh but figured I would give it a try since it was gf. The glaze was yummy, but without it the tempeh would have been blah. The cheesecake was good, but the sauce was a bit tart for me. I’m also a chocoholic so chocolate will win out most times.

This place was recommended by a friend as a vegetarian restaurant. Our reservation was at 7.30 pm and they didn't inform us that they're closed by 8.30 pm. So when we were the last customers and the staff started clearing up then it became uncomfortable. Food wise is also not that great. The soup was like a salsa, not watery at all. The Udon noodles was blant, I had to ask salt and pepper to make it taste better. The peppermint tea was refreshing though, the best tea I've ever drank. As it was a recommended place, so I was expecting more.

Google
It’s always great to find a totally vegan restaurant and this on was no exception . Great atmosphere . A constantly changing menu with locally sourced ingredients . Tye wait staff was extremely friendly and the selections were great . My one complaint was I saved room fur ice cream , they were out of the one flavor I wanted and I chose the coconut ice cream with cocoa nibs which was very underwhelming … besides this I would go back in a minute.

Google
Sprig & Vine's chef and owner is Ross Olchvary. He is also the creator of the restaurant's 100% vegan menu. The food here is insanely delicious.

Google
Delicious first experience at Sprig & Vine. We aren't vegetarian but really enjoyed the food! The service was a bit slow but there were a few big parties and I wasn't in a hurry. The smashed potatoes and black eyed pea sweet potato johnny cakes are amazing. Portion sizes are generous and we ended up taking some of our main courses home so we had room for dessert. The pecan tart was probably one of the best I have ever had! It was paired with 5 spice ice cream which was also delicious. Certainly worth a try if you are in New Hope.

Yelp
Are you truly an adventurous diner? Sprig & Vine checks the boxes for an inventive, creative, fresh full course meal. It is one of my favorite finds around New Hope!

Yelp
I do not know how we found this gem in New hope but I must say it absolutely blew my mind. The edamame falafel is one of the best falafels I have tried in my life. All of the dishes were freshly made and the green with jerk tofu were cooked to perfection! I would highly recommend this restaurant! PS: This is a BYOB restaurant!

Yelp
Everything was simply amazing: the food, the atmosphere, the people...I'm for sure coming back even though I live 2 hrs away!!

Yelp
I love this vegan restaurant! We started off with nachos, zatar mushrooms, and broccolini which were all incredible. My entree was tempeh and was a well balanced and delicious gluten free meal. My partner had the cheesesteak sliders which were tasty for him. His mind was blown by the hearts of palm avocado toast, he is in love and hopes it is around for a while. We finished with the chocolate mousse cake and it is a decadent treat.

Yelp
Really delicious and generously sized vegan dishes. The kitchen is very considerate in checking for nut ingredients for allergies.
google avatar

Rosa Maria L.

Yelp
One of the best vegetarian restaurants I've been. Although, a little limited with gluten free options. Friendly atmosphere. BYOB.

Yelp
I've had Charlie Palmer's tasting menu at Aureole a few times. This weekend I had the pleasure of trying Sprig and Vine's, and it was every bit as great as Palmer's. It hit on all levels: presentation, incredible layering of flavors, fresh, and mind-blowing that it was all vegan. I defy the most hardcore carnivore paleo eaters to dine here, you'll love it. This was one of the best meals I've had in years!! Highly recommended.
google avatar

Yelp
PHENOMENAL restaurant for vegans and meat-eaters alike. The menu was wildly creative, featuring seasonal vegetables in culinary harmony. We loved the kabocha risotto, crispy smashed potatoes, agave seitan, mushroom and cashew bisque, garlic bread, and chocolate stout cake! The flavors are bold, presentation is impressive, and prices are reasonable! Highly recommend when you are exploring New Hope.

Yelp
I live in Philadelphia and have driven all the way here a few times. Pretty sure they don't serve alcohol so keep that in mind. The food is worth the drive. The service is on point and the ambiance is swanky. It's definitely worth the trip.

Yelp
Good not great but severely slow service. We haven't been back for some time and stopped in around 5pm for dinner. Restaurant was not busy. We noted the menu options were not as good as when we had been here in the past. We ordered appetizers and our entrees and after the appetizers arrived service slowed to a crawl. It took over 40 minutes from the time we sat down till we got our food. Again, the restaurant was not remotely busy. The food was good but not what I would call great and not what I remember from being here over a year ago. Unfortunately I wont be hurrying back any time soon.

Yelp
Favorite restaurant of all time. Everything is delicious and im not a vegetarian. I live 45 mins away and will make the trek just for this place.

Yelp
I had dinner here last Saturday with my boyfriend who is vegan, and it was the most amazing experience.. The staff is very warm and welcoming. The restaurant is very cosy and welcoming. It has a very warm feeling. The wait staff is very educated about their menu and everything sounds so yummy, I wanted to order everything. I had to hold myself back since my eyes are bigger than my stomach. We ended up ordering the crispy smashed potato, green garlic herb bread, maple mustard Seitan wings, chick-pea, sweet potatoes and tahini stew. Let me tell you, all of these dishes are Delish! So yummy, to all the vegans out there you have to go to this restaurant, even if you are not a vegan you should go. I can't wait to go back here. 10 thumbs up!!!

Yelp
This was our first time here due an Air Supply concert at the Parx Casino. Oh, how I wished this restaurant was near where we lived in Rockland County, NY. All the food was AMAZING. We orders some sides, a sandwich and a large plate. We started with the sears asparagus and fingerling potatoes. He had the edamame falafel sandwich and it was yummy and flavorful and he normally doesn't like his falafel fried. I had the fennel seed crusted tofu and OMG, it was AMAZING and I was in between that and the tempeh dish. Of course we had to end with a desert and we tried the rhubarb cheesecake and it was to die for. They were all well prepared, using quality local ingredients and lots of great flavors. I'm usually not a fan of sauces, but the way it was prepared I wanted more. I know for sure that we'll be back here the next time we are in the area.

Yelp
Just ate dinner here yesterday. Went around 4:30 pm and it was pretty full. They do have outdoor seating but we chose the air conditioned indoor dining. The ambiance is very nice. I ordered the Jerk Grilled Tofu which was amazing. My friend ordered the Saffron Risotto which was divine. I would have given 5 stars but I did have to wait and call a waitress over to fill up my glass of water. A hostess who seated a customer right next to our table and filled up their glasses just walked by and didn't ask if my glass needed to be filled.

Yelp
Stopped by for a quick bite to eat since I was starving and had an appointment nearby. I ordered ahead using the "Toast" app, which was super easy. I had the cauliflower Banh Mi tacos and the house made chai tea with almond milk. I'm trying to think of new adjectives to describe amazing food . . . I'm not that creative but these tacos were spectacular! Something about a Banh Mi just totally does it for me and Sprig & Vine does it well!! The house made chai tea was delicious as well. The sweetness level and the spice were just right. The interior is quite cozy albeit a little dark. The rest of the menu didn't entice me as much. There's a lot of seitan on the menu and I'm not sure how I feel about that. But honestly, if I only ever come here for the cauliflower Banh Mi, that would be fine with me!

Yelp
Moved to the area two years ago. I'm vegetarian and this place was AMAZING!! Really good food. Great service. It's small, in a good way.

Yelp
When I first saw the menu for Sprig & Vine, I wasn't super excited. I eat a lot of vegan food and the menu seemed a bit boring and predictable. But I was VERY wrong. Every other restaurant trying to make this kind of food is doing it wrong. Sprig & Vine is now my standard that every other similar vegan place needs to live up to. Let's start with the BBQ Seitan Wings. The BBQ sauce was incredibly flavorful, the seitan was the perfect combination of crispy and chewy, and the vegan ranch on the side was delicious. The other appetizers and salads that we ordered were also fabulous: the asparagus a la plancha, the crispy potatoes, and the kale apple salad were all standouts. For my main, I got the jerk-grilled tofu, another dish that I've had before in other restaurants with mediocre preparations. Here though, the tofu was super flavorful throughout, and the collard greens and sweet potato sides were also great. We also ordered several of their award-winning desserts, and loved those too. The banana bread pudding was particularly delicious. Our server was kind and patient with our big group. All in all, we had a great time at one of the best vegan restaurants I've ever been to.

Yelp
The tofu scramble I had was really delicious and while I can't remember much more that that, I do remember that I wanted to come back. Reservations are strongly suggested. We arrived right when they opened & scored a seat but not 5-10 minutes later & people were coming in after us. The clutch bonus is that this has a metered parking lot so not much of a fight to find a spot. Make sure you definitely pay to park because they do ticket in the lot.

Yelp
This is an outstanding restaurant. The food is always super flavorful, delicious, unique and filling. Sprig and Vine are hands down 100% on point every single time I have dined with them. I was introduced to them in February 2023 and have been about 11 times since than. We are now at the end of April. They are extremely detailed with the care of taking care to be careful with my severe tree nut allergy. Super delicious! My current favorite menu item (April 2023) the Scallion Pancake. It reminds me of a vegan version of an Asian street food I had from a Food truck off of 5th avenue in Manhattan, kicked up 11 notches! Outstanding! Also their smashed potatoes are amazing in a very addictive sauce! Plus their deserts are also to die for! The Chefs at Sprig and Vine are super talented and creative! I love their tiramisu cake so much I ordered a whole cake for my 38th birthday. Being a certified vegan chef myself, working all over Brooklyn/Manhattan, now living back in my hometown of Princeton, NJ. I believe my review says a lot! Plus I have to mention, I'm a huge Jasmine Tea fan (only the best most Fragrant Jasmine tea ) they by far have one of the best I've ever had! I order and buy Jasmine tea from all over the world. Thank you for Rocking every visit Sprig & Vine! Ps. One of my favorite servers is Jackie!

Yelp
This is our go to place for celebrations. Great tasting and innovative vegan food with attentive staff and nice ambiance!

Yelp
Save yourself time and get food to go. Great food, terrible service. Took almost an hour to get appetizers, and the next time we saw the waiter, we were asked if we wanted dessert. (Shout out to Bryan!) Can't imagine what sitting down during a weekend is like, if this was the service on a slow Wednesday night. Bring snacks and water for the four hours you'll be there if you plan to eat a full meal!
google avatar

Yelp
A classy spot offering elevated version of simple yet unique fare would sum up Sprig & Vine. Having planned a day trip to New Hope I looked up lunch spots and picked this one based on its menu choices and yelp reviews. It was a perfect pick for the entire family. We walked to this place and it was a nice location with some outdoor seating, a cozy bar area and intimate seating. After a long drive we were quite hungry. The soup option for the day excited to everyone only to find out they were out of it ! That was a subtly good sign. We ordered multiple items off the appetizer and sandwich wrap choices. Grilled Shishito peppers, zucchini griddle cakes were both divine. But the fried oyster mushroom with cashew gravy was at best average. The gravy was weird tasting had neither the sweetness or nuttiness of the cashew nor any herb flavors! Grilled zucchini sandwich , edamame falafel wrap and the forbidden breakfast burrito were flavor packed bites offering a sumptuous meal yet a light feel. The only downside maybe the price point, but it's worth paying for the healthy clean meal options made with so much integrity. A thumbs up from my end for those visiting New Hope !

Yelp
I really like the food (very well made,) as well as the reasonable prices. We were seated quickly and the service was very good with all of the employees being friendly and quick. The location is nice, and it's easy to walk from the restaurant up into the main streets in less than 15 or so minutes. Nearby the train as well, which is nice to visit.
google avatar

Vanessa G.

Yelp
I have to say this is my go to place for all celebrations. The food is alway creatively made and delicious. The service is great, every time I've eaten here it's been an enjoyable experience. The lighting and music is just right, and the bathrooms are always well maintained.
google avatar

Mitch B.

Yelp
So we've come here often and we actually really like the place, but y'all need to work on training your staff - or allow reservations to be made via opentable or something. Call in at 330. say I'd like to make reservation. Put on hold. Stay on hold for 10 minutes before giving up. Call back. Same thing happens. I get that you're busy but...jeez. Opentable would truly be a fantastic option. That having been said, the food is great. I'm a meat eater but will tolerate this place because the flavorful sauces etc do a great job of hiding the texture of seitan or tofu. This last trip I got some of the 'wings', and they were actually delicious. I do wish there were more pure vegetarian options on the menu - like, just use vegetables. You don't need seitan in everything. How about a ratatouille, or a nice vegan chili? Easy things to make, inexpensive, and when presented right are beautiful to look at as well!

Sagiv G.

Yelp
We found this restaurant by chance and what a pleasant surprise it was ! The food was great and so was the service. My partner to dinning is a vegan and he said that this was one of his best best vegan meals
google avatar

Yelp
We love New Hope and visit several times every year - always making a point to eat at Sprig and Vine. This is one of our favorite restaurants anywhere due to excellent service, creative vegetable focused meals, great location, and lovely space. The food is consistently delicious and beautiful.

Yelp
We visit restaurant often. We have never been disappointed. We introduced two close friends last week and they loved it.

TJ M.

Yelp
AWESOME...Beyond delicious. From Roasted Autumn Squash & Sweet Potato Bisque, Jerk Grilled Tofu to Oyster Mushroom Po'Boy finishing with Kabocha Squash-Cashew Cheesecake. WOW. Flavors, textures, umami !!

Sammy M.

Yelp
Hostess and server were really nice!! food was also very very delicious. The carrot dog was surprisingly amazing and the smashed potatoes are a must get. You can skip the jerk tofu though.
google avatar

P L.

Yelp
I have nothing but admiration for how they consistently impress the world with their dishes. Carrots are otherworldly. Crazy mushroom dishes that taste better than your favorite pasta. It's weird. I don't know how they always do it perfectly, but I'm happy to be part of the audience.
google avatar

Les G.

Yelp
The day started with wonder...we found this exquisite distillery in Bensalem 1675. It had a raspberry vodka that paired delightfully with the vegan menu. Yes I was entertaining my vegan friend, but to my delight the service was outstanding with a great ambiance. The menu was surprising even this carnivore enjoy the meal. Definitely on my must return list! By the way byob. I took raspberry vodka a perfect pairing. On a day with no destinations and no reservations required it, Hit the mark!
google avatar

Erin G.

Yelp
Bummed. Portions really decreased since COVID. Appetizers and entrees! Specifically, couldn't believe this past weekend when hubby and I ordered miso maple glazed tempeh. It used to take up the whole plate which made the price worth it. Maybe half the plate this time? Really disappointed. Delicious but not for $23 for an entree. Taste is amazing, but for a patron since the beginning, but recent changes are too much for the price.
google avatar

Kassy O.

Yelp
Holy cow was the food amazing! I took my non-vegan parents here (and super picky mother) and my parents were raving about how much they loved the food. Also our server was a gem. Definitely get the seitan wings! My only criticism is that they only carry soy milk for coffee (my husband is allergic to soy milk), so having almond or oat would be awesome :)

Rajagopal N.

Yelp
We liked a recent dinner at Sprig & Vine. Beautiful rivertown and the restaurant ambience was relaxed with comfortable seating. The appetizers were quite tasty and the soup was rich and creamy. Just one comment: wish the mains were sufficiently different from each other. We had two of them and there were some similarities. We liked it though and so didn't mind. The town and the vegetarian restaurant are worth a visit in summer and winter.
google avatar

Cody O.

Yelp
Sprig & Vine is one of the best vegan eateries I've ever experienced. I can't express enough how excellent and delicious the food was. Our party ordered online for curbside pickup and it couldn't have been easier. We started with the grilled hearts of palm tacos which were delicious! The BBQ tempeh sandwich has some of the best BBQ sauce I've had in a long time. The chile aioli rocked and the tempeh was the perfect consistency. The cauliflower-cashew mac was fully loaded with delicious cashew sauce. I really enjoyed the broccolini and the cherry tomatoes were also a great touch. All of the food here is delicious and you really can't go wrong! Next time I'm in New Hope, I'll definitely return for more.
google avatar

Serene F.

Yelp
Everything is delicious. I wish I live closer so I could eat here more! Doesn't matter if you're Vegan or not, its just great tasting food.

Yelp
My husband and I are not vegan...but we gave this place a try and we absolutely loved it! Food was amazing and our server was excellent. Worth the money for the food and experience

Yelp
Update summer 2019- after our first few times here which were great, we saw some repeating things that we would have overlooked had the service and quality of food not kept fluctuating. The last time we ate there (maybe our 6th time), my husband got a panini and it came out on soggy bread. The kitchen staff seemed blasé and two times in a row the food was not worth the asking price. Sad because my husband's dietary needs have changed and we really want to like this place but aren't intending to go back currently. Spring 2019: Great ambience and even better food. This place has been great since my husband is currently on a very restricted diet. It's fun to be able to get good vegetarian food that is flavorful and innovative. I asked them to explain one of the main dishes so I could better understand what it would be comprised of and they were helpful with suggestions. I loved the chai. We've been twice and had the potato salad, the scallion pancake (yum!), the jasmine rice cakes, mushroom po boy, tempeh, and more, and it's all been amazing. Recommend this place for meat eaters and veggies alike! Creative and classy. Two enthusiastic thumbs
google avatar

Deborah B.

Yelp
I love the food here. It's absolutely delicious, fresh and you get what you pay for. The restaurant is nice, it's fairly priced and there's nothing I dislike about it except maybe the parking, which can't be helped. Reservations recommended.
google avatar

JB A.

Yelp
Note: parking is NOT included in the parking lot In front. Make sure to put $ in the meter, or you will get a ticket. It was a very rainy Friday evening. Without a reservation we visited around 7:30 and they said they were booked up but to try back at 9:00. So after ducking into a coffee shop for an hour or so and waiting out the rain, we walked back and were seated right away. The place was still quite full. Anyway, our server was quite pleasant and reviewed the specials...we didn't get past the appetizer. It was a cauliflower bisque. Amazing. With the soup we also had a bowl of their olives. These too were delish. If only the rest of the meal could've maintained that level of awesome. For our entrees we both had a salad. These were very good. But, hey they're salads. As described in the menu, well executed. I've completely forgotten them. I remember the tahini dressing. Good thing I took pics. The staff were friendly, if not distracted and busy with other things. The ambiance was good, interesting, nice and forgetful. What we'll both remember are the little fruit flies.  And I say this not because I was freaked out (I wasn't)  but because this is an infinitely fixable problem that they are obviously not aware of.  The food was good, prices good, staff knowledgeable and friendly. They're almost there!

Yelp
Wow, wow, wow, this has to have been one of the most creative / innovative restaurants i have ever been too! Not only was the service phenomenal - everyone is super friendly and laid back, its a tab bit pricey, but you do get a lot of food per dish and the food was sooo good i ordered extra to have for lunch the next day. We traveled from NJ because we heard such great reviews about this place.

Brianna A.

Yelp
This place has some amazing vegan food! It's a cozy little place with a really impressive menu. Only got a picture of the appetizer because we dug right into the entree. I believe these were called seitan wings. Good food!

Nicole J.

Yelp
It hurts me to write this negative review. While pricey, I have always appreciated the amazing talent that went into their delicious meals. I even supported this business through the pandemic with take out orders and recommendations. That all changed today as I will never frequent this establishment again. Within 5 minutes of paying our bill and tip, I received a phone call from the restaurant inquiring as to why I tipped the amount I did when the standard was 20%. I was very shocked that she would call to ask such a question. I did leave a tip (15%) that I thought represented our experience. The table was incredibly sticky as were the floors throughout the dining room and bathroom. As soon as I told her this, she quickly ended the conversation. We were looking forward to bringing our friends here but will now make other plans.

Yelp
Sprig and Vine is a must try! I have been here so many times, I was shocked to realize I have never written a review [but have posted lots of pics :)]!! Love, love, love the food here. The menu is completely vegan. The food is damn delicious. It's a full menu featuring starters, salads, entrees, sides and desserts. There is usually a daily special, quite often a yummy soup. I have dined here with vegans and carnivores alike, and all my peeps have enjoyed their dining experience- both food and service. The food is always flavorful and creative (see my photos). If I lived closer, I would be a regular! It's a BYOB, so come prepared if so inclined. They serve lunch and dinner. Sunday is open for brunch only, closed on Monday. One final note: I would give this place 5 stars if the bathrooms were cleaner. The grime on the floor and doors is a bit concerning...it makes me wonder about the kitchen. Having said that, it's not enough to deter me from coming back. The overall décor/atmosphere is a bit bland but whatevs, it's the food that matters!

Yelp
Absolutely lovely restaurant in a scenic town. I went here out of curiosity but I stayed for the ambience, EXCELLENT service, and simply outstanding vegetarian cuisine. As just one highlight, my desert, the chocolate tahini tart, was a rich chocolate treat. With a side of Small World Coffee (some of the best locally-roasted coffee in the area), you cannot go wrong. Delicious, inventive, and satisfying. Thank you to Sprig and I will be back!

Yelp
Went to an early dinner here with my significant other and I wasn't very impressed by it. I did want to like this place but it lefts it to be desired in both quality of service and cost of food/value of the dishes . Ordered a couple of small plate dishes and 10 minutes later wAiter came back and asked if we were ready to order even though we hadn't gotten any food yet, which caught me off guard. Got the black bean chili with butternut squash and it was actually quite good. Worth a star by itself. Got it with apple cider and there was literally tons of ice in it for such a small amount which can vastly water it down so I hurriedly drunk all my water and extracted all ice into my empty water cup. My girlfriend ordered the 19 dollar cheese plate which came with 4 different cheeses and about 5 crackers. When she asked them for a little bread to eat with it they said no problem and brought out a few pieces of sliced grilled bread. Her cheeses were decent. We got our bill and surprisingly they charged us 2 bucks for the bread without telling us. Would have been nice to know . Also their menus did not match and had slightly different main course items on it . Also wait staff never came by to ask how things were ... again it fell short of expectations so hopefully they can improve on things moving forward as this place has potential ...

Yelp
Probably the best vegan/vegetarian restaurant I've been to in the area. Great staff and creative meals served in a clean, nice environment. Local color is always interesting to see as well! BYOB!

Yelp
This place is VERY delicious. Our wait for food was about a bit over an hour, but it was also a weekend night, and PACKED. We were some of the last ones out, but let me tell you, the wait was totally worth it. Everything was fresh and yummy and a bit dumbfounding in regards to the perfect balance of flavor and texture without it all being too much. I will come back, for sure. You had me at "vegan tiramisu" !
