Dear Starbucks, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered during my recent visit to your Starbucks location. This marks my second experience at this particular store, and unfortunately, my order was again not prepared as requested. On this occasion, I specifically asked for my drink to have light ice. However, to my disappointment, I received a cup filled almost entirely with ice, leaving me with only a few sips of the actual beverage. Given that my order totaled $5, this was quite disheartening. I appreciate the effort and hard work your team puts into providing quality service, but I hope this feedback can help improve future experiences for myself and other customers. Came here to wait for my girlfriend while she was getting her lashes done across the street. The girl who took my order was really nice, and my drink came out super fast! as I took my drink and sat down she greeted me farewell for the day, two homeless people came in asking for water and she didn’t hesitate to serve them. They are pretty damn good like 85% of the time. Their food is always fresh and the orders are usually accurate. The Saturday crew of July 4th 2024, is exceptional. Best Starbucks breakfast and triple-espresso I've ever had. Perfectly made and very hot. And the drive-thru girl was extremely cute and genuinely friendly. Wish I would have tipped a bit more but oh well.

Stopped in to meet a friend and really liked all the open seating. The restaurant was clean and the staff is super friendly. I was still able to get a caramel brulee latte, which was so good! Plus they had cute gift cards that are always handy to keep in my wallet to pass out as gifts.

Came to this Starbucks this morning via drive through. 35 minute wait in the drive through!!! It was ridiculous. I would have sat down and ate somewhere in the time in took to get coffee. Something's up with this location. That's abnormal and ridiculous. Don't go.

Starbucks coffee is consistently a great way to kick off your day. I appreciate the speed--you can quickly grab your cup of coffee and be on your way. Ordering ahead through the app is undoubtedly one of Starbucks' smartest innovations. Today, while my Audi was being serviced at the dealership, I made sure to bring along an extra coffee and some donuts. As for the ambience, it's decent--a comfortable spot to enjoy that morning brew.

I try not to go to this shop as much bc they consistently mess up my drink. All the other locations make my drink perfectly, though specifically this location can never get my drink right. I'm convinced they don't try to make orders correctly. I'm always disappointed here. the employees demonstrate annoyance, lack of any care, & have poor service when it comes to working up a solution to help the customer leave satisfied:(

Decent Starbucks location We stopped here for some Iced coffees and I got the CoCo Frapuccino which has always been my favorite. Think my girl got the Unicorn flavor and all. Nice place, Baristas were cool. Some act like they didn't want to be there, but its all good.

Worst Starbucks location on earth? Definitely this one! Unfortunately this is the only close starbucks to my work and I end up going there for my regular coffee, one of the workers- the girl with braids and optical glasses I think, who always talks with nasty attitude rudeness appears to take my order every time (usually week day around 2PM) ! First she puts herself a $5 tip then says its an accident and they refund me then today she yells WHAT ELSE ? Instead of showing a little better customer service and let me decide what I want and then gives me a shitty coffee with nothing on it to show what I ordered and of course she missed the pumps of white chocolate mocha ! I ask her to change my cup from tall to grande she yells " okay you HAVE TO tell me what cup you want " like are you okay? Maybe if you ask your customer what they want and listen properly to the order when Im speaking to you, you will get all the details you need ! You guys better do something about your customer service and that worker its just shameful !!!

I don't know who serving me. But just the worst attitude. I walked in and I'm standing at the register first in line and waiting and I get no I'll be right there or I'll be right with you. I stand there for a couple minutes and just no smile on her face at all. I got a snack and she asked me what else. One of those nose rings and colored hair, which I have nothing against everybody's their own, but if you wanna know who it was. Then I'm about to get my drink and they don't even even get my name like most Starbucks do. There's about eight drinks at the front and I had to try to find which one was mine. Then when I asked, they said I don't know what is it saying on the label? I responded. I don't know. Doesn't have my name on it like most places. I would not go back to this location again..

This specific location isn't ideal. I've live a 3 minute walk away. As a college student i frequent Starbucks locations for anything from morning coffee to the free wifi and study time. However this location isn't ideal for either. They employees of all shifts seem to be unskilled in multitasking, attention to detail, and prioritizing. On several occasions I've ordered ahead on my phone and my drink wasn't acknowledged until after I've arrived (on worse days, after I've waited 10 minutes and still haven't seen my order). 7/10 times my order is prepared incorrectly, which is extra annoying as we pay extra for every added ingredient. As for the ambiance, I've watched different employees engaging in side conversation while tables and chairs are filthy, trash is overflowing, floors a mess, displays unstocked and obviously me standing there waiting for my unmade drink.

I pulled up several minutes before they were about to close I think. Although it was the end of the day, the girl working the drive through was very friendly and kind :) I told her about a Vanilla Latte I had from a car dealership that just hit the spot and that I haven't been able to find the right mix. She was helpful & related to me. I pulled up to the drive through & and I hear the guy making the order say to the girl "tell him to try this and let me know how it tastes." I felt really cared for. Marino, the guy, helped me have a great experience by taking time with crafting my order and making sure it was just right! I left felt pretty special & cared for leaving. It happened to be my birthday too. Thanks for making it that much better! God Bless

Over the last 12 months this location in particular has not been the best. Sandwiches come out cold, drinks come out poorly made, the only positive is the convenience of that location and the quality of people. Really good staff there. This Starbucks used to be one of my go-to places for coffee when I lived in the area. I recently dropped by and found that the service wasn't quite as good as it used to be, but still acceptable. The coffee tastes as expected for a Starbucks. I'm not thrilled with removing all the furniture at this and all other Starbucks throughout Las Vegas, but the outside area on a nice sunny day is still a pleasant area to have a coffee drink with friends and associates. I went to the Starbucks on rainbow/oakey the other day to get my monthly drink. I was at the lobby area when I saw a woman with a really bad pony tail treating her staff poorly. I have been going to Starbucks for the past 18 years and have NEVER seen a manager as bad as this lady. I believe her name tag said Julie, this Julie should not have the position she is in. The store appears tense and understaffed (which I'm sure is her doing as well) and no one seemed happy. I feel bad for the people who have to work with her.

I was wondering if I was the only one complaining about slow service... They are slow.. not sure what's going on in there but the line hardly moves. Expect to be in the drive through line a good 15-20 minutes. I'm not even joking. At the moment we haven't moved for about 8 minutes. I will give them an extra star because of the cute picture they drew on my cup

I guess I should of know this location was going to be an issue simply for the fact that there was ZERO people in line or at this Starbucks, on a Friday, in the early morning time. I ordered my latte with soy milk (because I have a dairy intolerance).. my latte tastes burnt, I ordered a wrap and the worker informed me, "they are no longer receiving any wraps or sandwiches".. but that they did have pumpkin bread, and banana bread, I ordered pumpkin. I went to the window paid.. the barista was super sweet, hence the 2 stars, strictly for her.., but I received a freaking cheese danish instead. CHEESE.. DIARY... okay.. you get it, I am done. My husband ate it instead.., but COME ON.

Hey, I really wanna give this location 5 stars, but no matter how friendly the staff is, how clean the dining area is, and how fast the service is, if I have to ASK for that green stopper thing that goes in the hole on top and prevents hot coffee from castrating me, you automatically lose a star. I don't blame this location. About half of the 15+ Starbucks I visit in Vegas, don't give you one without asking. Something that you can explain over and over, and I'll never get it. You give me a sleeve 100(infinity)% of the time without asking, as to not burn my hand.. But I have to ask for a piece of plastic that can prevent my groin from looking like Freddy Krueger's face? Huh? Maybe focus less on letting 'homeless bums' turn your bathroom into a human litterbox, and more on your PAYING customers' safety!

I detected a New Jersey accent out of Vince who helped me but no, he's from Vegas & all...its because of having the East Coast relatives that talk like me that sound so familiar & helpful. I'm into coffee, Spartacus, & afternoon treat yourself friday. Now that I think about it, the best idea is to bank exactly what I spend at starbux (& maybe everywhere else too while I'm at it) so I can retire young. But meanwhile my venti triple mocha frap hit the spot in the 100 degrees heat. We'll see if I can underspend & oversave!

Got the new matcha green tea frapp and the new horchata frapp. The horchata is delicious where the green tea is not great. It's okay but I wouldn't purchase it again. The customer service is Starbucks quality we were happy with our service. We decided to sit outside and found it was unkept and disgusting. Fast from what you would expect from Starbucks. It's a small place but they put in smart seating to try to get as much as they could from the space. Over all it could be cleaner. There are too many locations I would advise finding another location for sitting and recommend keeping this place for drive thru only.

Maybe businesses ARE doing their best right now during a pandemic. I agree with that. But when I'm sitting in a drive thru line and all the batista and cat in front of me at doing is talking. Like I can see they're just talking. She looks back at me so I "tapped" my horn. No I didn't obnoxiously lay on my horn. I tapped it. She held up her finger as saying 1 min. Still waiting I get up to the window and she says "I really don't appreciate you blowing you burn when I was trying to handle business". Business?? Are you 411 now? I just want my drink! She proceeded to argue with me! I work in customer service as well as I know FOR A FACT that is absolutely NOT how you respond to that kind of situation! Wish I would've gotten her name.

My order was missing two items and I didn't notice until I was clear across town. When I called to see if they could refund me the amount, send me a gift card, credit my account...the guy that claimed to be a 'manager' laughed, and then hung up after a few more words. The nicest drive through guy in the weekday mornings! I have never been inside, I just swing by this location when dropping off my cars at bmw. I might frequent this one more when the new Sprouts goes in at Rainbow and Alta but I'm not sure. Shoutout to the drive through guy. He is thoughtful and kind.

There are so many things I enjoy about this Starbucks location that it's hard to know where to begin. Most people are familiar with Starbucks and the consistency of their drinks, this location is no different. I frequent here because it's on my way to work, and has a drive through. but really what I enjoy the most about this location is the staff. I don't know any of them by name, and I can't tell you of a single visit that really stands out to me, but above and beyond every other Starbucks location I've frequented, the entire staff here is pleasant, and seems sincere in their conversations. You know how sometimes someone will ask you how you're doing, or tell you to have a great day, and they have this high pitched voice that tells you they are TRYING to be nice? It's forced or fake. Well I've never had that experience here. Yet, everyone who has even helped me is kind, patient and genuine in their engagements with me. If I have to sit at the window and wait for a minute, they'll strike up a conversation with me. It makes me feel like I'm not just a number to them, I'm important. But more so, it makes me believe the employees here really enjoy their job. The Drive Thru always seems to move quickly. The dining room isn't large but it's cozy and has several seating areas. The parking lot is about the only complaint I have. It's tricky to get out of the drive thu sometimes because it runs into cross traffic of people parking. All in all, I find myself consistently coming back.

I asked for my drink iced and they gave it to me hot and when using my points to redeem the espresso shot they said they couldn't do it and my total was 8.02 when I went to a different location the other day ordered THE SAME EXACT thing and used my points my total came out to 5.91 . The workers here don't know what they're doing

I think it's a training store because I always see different baristas it's a little hard to find parking sometimes. It doesn't have a lot of seating but it's never really to busy a lot of customers use the drive thru. It's always clean and the staff is nice

We've tried this location a dozen times and no matter if there is 1 car or multiple ahead of us, they are the slowest in the city. We sat in the drive through for 12 minutes with 3 cars ahead of us. Additionally, every one of the nitro cold brews are pored and left to sit getting warm. This time was no different.

Putting out new drinkware all the time and the ever-changing, with the seasons drink menu. My favorite is a BIG (oh, get over yourself ! I know it's NOT the 'Buck's size description!) decaf soy latte. I like the app to pay with and keep track of your rewards. It makes everything easy! This is my neighborhood Starbucks. They like us. They say HI to us. AND they treat us like friends. What more do you want??

Have been hearing about the BOGO happy hour Frappuccino prices from 3PM-5PM from a friend of mine. Eventually, I stopped here to give him one. Loved that this location has a drive-thru, and that the employee who helped me said they were half price, not necessarily BOGO- I didn't want the extra calories. Was able to get my friend his treat, in a venti size, for under $3. Can't beat that. Also, this deal applies to the featured frapp flavors including mocha cookie crunch- the one I got, which was delish.

Vincent is mean. I DID get praline crumbles at this location on Saturday.... Even though Vincent decided to rudely say "YOU DIDN'T GET THEM HERE" Wow Vince...... You had to do me like that? #cold 2/22/16 Once again NOT A PLEASANT BARISTA IN THE PLACE! So frustrating getting the wrong drinks, and receiving old soy milk in the cup.. I'm over it. There should be a -1 rating available for places like this. 6/24/16 How is that every soy drink curdles at this location!? 4 out of 5 drinks (I always use soy) will have chunks of soy @ the bottom (btw I should never have too use "chunks" and "soy milk" in the same sentence)... Yet nowhere else do I seem to have this ONGOING problem. Not trying too continuously bash this Sbucks, just need too learn my lesson and stop giving 2nd, 3rd and 80th chances.

13/2016 We just happen to be near this location and went through the drive thru. Not much different than any other one I have ever been at it was a bit busy but the line went pretty fast. Ordering process went smooth. Didn't have to wait too long. The employee at the window was friendly and fast getting our coffee out to us. We would for sure drive through here again!! This is one of my favorite Starbucks. Nice atmosphere, kind of dark and great to relax and/or work. Staff friendly. Bathrooms always clean. Good parking. Wish they would bring back the condiment bars at all Starbucks.
