In an open letter to the company's president and interim CEO, workers said the existing relationship has a power imbalance and lacks accountability, stating they have not been treated as partners and lack respect or a true voice; they said they are organizing to build a better partnership with the company, uphold its mission and values, and hold onto the 'Third Place.'
