"The location at 1772 Rainbow Boulevard (at the intersection with Oakey Boulevard) became the first in Las Vegas to win a union election in December of last year. Its victory is part of a wider organizing wave that began in Buffalo in December 2021 and has led workers at more than 100 locations across over 19 states to seek unions; organizers say workers have formed more new unions in a 12-month period than any U.S. company in the past 20 years, even as front-line employees report strong company opposition.
