"Crafted" drinks are often short-poured. An order of a Grande White Chocolate Mocha, tonight, was taken home and measured in a measurong cup. Starbucks claims a Grande crafted drink is 16oz, but I measured it less than 12oz. This is not limited to this location, it is most locations.

Excellent 3rd space. The music is a good volume where I can have a little background noise while I work. Clean and there’s always a table available. Drinks are always good, food is always hot, and I never have any issues with order. I can’t think of any suggestions to improve this location.

Great service, location and food. The only big complaint that I have is the noise level of the staff. I find it extremely hard to enjoy the atmosphere with loud conversations that occurs behind the counters among the staff. The staff will sing very loudly to the music and make obnoxious noises. Also, the music volume can be extremely loud at times. I've noticed that the staff tend to maximize the volume of the music as well which can be very frustrating when you are trying to studying or on a work call. It would be great if the staff are more aware of the noise level especially when they see customers who are utilizing the area to work/study. Every time a staff grabs supplies from the supply closet, they slam the door close not being considerate or aware how noisy that can be to an individual who is sitting in the area.

Recently this location's interior renovated and looks cozier. I think this Starbucks service and taste are better than others even though it looks much busier than other locations. I haven't checked its restroom after the renovation, I want to change my star to five stars from three because the staffs looks working harder to make their place special and to get closer to their customers and community. ...Under this line is my last review... Kind staffs. But restrooms were not clean and often out of order. I like its location even though this Starbucks is pretry busy because of good views and free parking.

While my morning started off good until I went to Starbucks The barista (Jasmine) made my drink accidentally spilled some while trying to put the top on so & no it wasn't a whole lot that spilled but for the money you spend you want your whole drink she seemed to have a problem that I asked for a new drink. I asked The other barista (Anna ) her name because her back was to me/she says we're not allowed to give her name which made me baffled because you wear name tag so I went over and asked her a question and that's how I got her name. This Starbucks in roxborough maybe my most visit Starbucks, so I'm very disappointed. Never have I had this experience when it comes to asking for a new drink. -Unhappy guest Okay so it's been about a week since I visited this Starbucks because of some construction going on there & again I was an unhappy guest with the barista (jasmine) this time she took my order not friendly & I was okay with that but she messed up my order. I NEVER get whip cream & always clear NO WHIP & what happened they put whip cream & they use to make the whole drink over what is going on with Starbucks. Maybe it everyone slow down & not be so fast to dump the leftover drink when they mess up they would be able to top you back off... Again with the money we spend I want all my drink. - pissed customer!!!!!!!

Starbucks is always good except around when school lets out , where you have a bunch of kids othering water & hang around in groups. I wish they’d stop allowing the students there during/after school as others have done it will make the place more accessible.

Very bad experience. Even though I made a purchased and sat at a table, colleagues stopped in to exchange syllables and SD cards for a project we were doing. Most were in and out within a minute. I was forced to leave because none of them made a purchase. I was humuliated and embarrassed. When I first arrived and introduced myself, I explained what I was doing and staff seemed to appear excited and supportive until my last hour. Everyone was peaceful, civilized, and respectful. Maybe I should have shared less with staff while enjoying an harmonious moment. People do this all day at various coffe shops and there is no policy saying you have to purchase something if youre coming in to see someone for a couple of seconds...smh!!

I decided to stop by this location when I was working in the area. I'm definitely a Starbucks fan, but I go less frequently than most people do. Nevertheless, I had a free drink on my app that I wanted to use. I stoped in mid-day, around 3PM. This location threw me off a little; the entrance is in the back of the location, not the side that faces the street. I was happy to see that there was no line. A barista served me as soon as I walked in. He was very pleasant and attentive to my order and made sure to use my drink reward properly. As I waited for my drink to be made, I noticed that the seating was pretty full. Because of this, some of the chairs and tables were moved out of order. However, this is something that the staff cannot control till closing time. I was happy to see that there were several baristas cleaning and tidying things behind the counter. My drink was ready in about 5 minutes. I still request straws with my strapless lids, and the baristas were happy to fulfill that request. When I stopped by the condiment bar on my way out, it could have used a little bit of cleaning. The drink I got was my go-to: a Venti Iced Chai Latte with 3 pumps Pumpkin Spice, 3 Pumps Chai, oatmilk and light ice. I was happy to see that the taste of my drink was consistent compared to other locations. Since this drink I'd my go-to, it's easy for me to tell if it isn't made correctly. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit at this location. While I did go at a much less busy hour, I felt that the quality of my drink as well as the quality and speed of service were great. Starbucks experiences vary a lot between timing of visits, but I'd pay this location a visit if I was in the area again.

(+) One of the bigger Starbuck locations on Ridge Avenue! Our drinks were made super fast, despite the busyness. Got a Grande for one of our drinks even though we paid for a Tall! (-) Be mindful of the parking lot. It's crowded! Almost got into an accident parking in and leaving the lot. Wish it had a drive-thru as it's the last store on the complex and seems doable.

I'm not the biggest coffee person, but I do like drinking it from time to time, so this Starbucks is the closest one to me in my neighborhood. Here is my review: Pros: - the people are very friendly - ample parking in the back - make your drink right 97% of the time. I only know of one order that they did not get right. - they support healthcare workers by giving free tall hot or iced coffee. Cons: - the service can be slow at times -

I work from home so I typically take some time in the middle of my day to get a drink every once in a while. This starbucks is only a 5-10 minute drive from my house so i go here a lot when i need a break. Always good service, the playlist is usually pretty decent and there's been a few times i just straight worked from the starbucks and it was good. Good drinks and friendly staff is lowkey all you can ask for.

I never had a problem with this Starbucks until today. I ordered a double smoke bacon sandwich and something was off. I took a few bites and started to feel nauseous. I then ran to the bathroom and threw it up. I was not sick before eating sandwich and it was the only thing I ate. Now I have to wait to see if I'm going to throw up again. Also, my wife requested her bagel be toasted and it was not. Could it be that they were rushing and didn't fully cook the food?

I love the Caramel Ribbon Crunch!! However, this morning I went into the store to get one after dropping my child off at school. So I ordered on the app so I could just walk in and pick up. Today it was pretty busy. I don't know if it's because it was a Monday and everybody needed a fix or want. But I needed one for sure. One of the young ladies making the drinks seemed to be new because as she was making mine I saw someone helping her. I'm ok for the new person leaning because we all have been there. I just think with the rush it may not have been a good idea for her to learn speciality drinks at that time. Because more people were bringing drinks back in to be remade then ones actually getting made. Not saying they they all are being remade because of her. Because I don't have a clue who made the others. I got my drink and walked to the car. Took a sip and all I could taste was ice, no flavor. So I called while in the parking lot to see how long a new drink would take to be made. The person on the phone stated "around 3 minutes". Perfect I had 3 minutes. Took my drink in told the barista what drink it was and through the other one in the trash. Because the previous customer had came in to retire her drink and tried to hand it to the barista and she said "I can't take that one you can just trash it". So my drink is finished and the barista says "here's the new Frappuccino" looking for the person because she didn't remember it was me. I was solid at first because I didn't see any crunch on top so I'm thinking "is that mine". Like she didn't say "caramel ribbon crunch and I don't see any crunch". So I say "I think that's mine, but there is no crunch on top". She says "crunch doesn't go on the top only on the bottom". I say I come here all the time and I don't have to ask for crunch on top". The one I just through in their trash has crunch on top and I didn't have to ask. She says "yeah if you would like some that's fine". I say "I won't like anything I would like my drink to be made how it's suppose to be". She says "whoever has been putting the crunch on top has been doing it wrong". Now mind you I just returned the one that was made from that same location 5 minutes prior and the crunch was on top. And there is a picture that displays the Caramel Ribbon Crunch clearly on top. So to have to debate about something so small in the morning instead of her just making the drink how the picture behind her showed... she wanted to debate. Now my time was already wasted because my first drink had no flavor. But now the drink has flavor but you don't want to put the crunch on top..I have ordered this drink too many times to remember in state and out of state. They all make it the same way. But this lady could not be wrong. As well I come to location plenty of times for the same drink and never have a problem. People have to normalize being ok with saying "I made a mistake". But this lady wanted to argue me down about a mistake she made. It makes no sense to on put the Crunch on the bottom. If you had a Caramel Ribbon Crunch with crunch at the bottom, and then a regular Caramel Frapp next two each other. If the there was no paper on it telling which is which. You wouldn't know which one was the ribbon crunch. If I didn't want the crunch I would have just called it a caramel ribbon. Please educate this barista for I take it as maybe it was too early for her to think.

I was hesitant to leave a bad review because this Starbucks is normally very efficient and all the employees are friendly. Because of the location, it tends to get very busy but the customer service usually makes up for it. This past Friday, I stopped here to get a coffee and donut. The cashier was an employee I didn't recognize and they were very rude throughout the entire process. When I ordered, I waited at the counter for the cashier to hand me the donut since it didn't need any preparation. I finally moved to the side so other people could place their order. My coffee was made quickly by another employee and I waited 15 minutes before asking for the donut. I waited at the pickup counter for another 5 minutes and the cashier made eye contact with me and turned their back. Finally I got their attention and told them that I was still waiting on the donut. They looked at me like I was being unbelievably rude and inconsiderate for asking for something I had paid for. They crouched under the counter and grabbed the packaged donut and handed it to me and turned their back. I work in the food service industry, so I never want to complain about slow service. But it was not busy and the employee had enough time to have a side conversation with a friend who had come in to order. This employee made me feel like I Was a burden for asking for my purchased food. They also had hickies all over their neck which seemed incredibly unprofessional. Again, I have never once in my life gone out of my way to leave a negative review about any food service location as I have been in the industry for years. However, this employee was incredibly rude for absolutely no reason.

Even on a weekday at 9 PM they were still open and occupied: A mix of students and bored locals were sitting around and escaping the heat, mostly abusing the cafe's now-free Wi-Fi. Relaxing at their bar, we spied a pair of older ladies trolling YouTube, too. (I wonder what they were watching.) Chipper staff got me what I needed, and fast. After swilling my espresso, we were on our merry way. Not into Starbucks? Hit up the Chapterhouse Cafe nearby.

I order a Cameral foam cold brew with Almond milk and received a reg Cold brew with Almond milk. (not that big of a deal). However the Almond milk they gave me was bad!! You can see little chunks floating around and my "cold brew" was warm! This place is trash

The staff is very attentive and friendly, however I am not a big fan of this location for a few reasons. For starters, I don't feel safe leaving my stuff for even a minute by itself. To add onto this, a gentleman came in and asked me if I had seen his stuff because he left bag and belongings (laptop etc.) for a few moments and when he came back it was stolen. Not a good sign! In addition, the people that come in are very roudy and unprofessional (screaming and cursing). Also they are always blaring music so it's impossible to get any work done here. A shame because I used to love doing work at the Starbucks on main but at this location it's almost impossible- Definitely don't think I'll be back to stay other than a quick mobile order pick up.

i would trust erica and amy with my life. i was recommended the best makeshift bagel sandwich with an everything bagel cream cheese siracha and roasted red pepper egg bites. erica was so knowledgable about cold brew and made me feel so safe and heard. i love this starbucks i would go here even if it wasnt the closest starbucks to me. my 2024 presidential ticket is erica-amy, they are the change we need.

The service is slow. The music is too loud, to the point where you cannot concentrate on studying or working. Junkies come in there and hang out. Customers are yelling. It's more like the atmosphere in a dive bar, only coffee is served instead of beer. The one that closed on Main Street was so much better.

This is by far the worst Starbucks ever. I normally bypass this location (despite it being the closest) due to their terrible service. Today was no different. I ordered a grande Mocha Latte. It was ready when I got there. Fabulous. I (stupidly) got in my car and drove off. About a mile up the road I pick up my cup and feel like it's a little light. Open the lid...its 3/4 FULL. Look at the photo. I didn't take a SINGLE SIP. Like this is what I'm talking about with this location. Either one of three things is going to happen. 1. You'll wait forever. 2. Your drink will be made wrong (in taste or just a completely different order than what you asked for) 3. You'll pay for a grande and get a tall.

So, I'm paying $2.43 for a large (venti...or whatever they call it) cup of coffee; too bad I don't soak up some of that free wi-fi like others who seem to linger there for hours. The coffee is some of the best, most consistent and I'm a huge fan of paying via iphone and their rewards program. Cashiers/Baristas always seem friendly at this location and always get my order right, but then again how hard is it to pour a cup of tall black? Over the past year I've become a Starbucks loyalist and gold card member. Love the coffee and service here.

I come to this Starbucks a lot and usually it's good, but the past two times I've gone my order is wrong. I got an iced Carmel macchiato and it looked nothing like it usually does plus there was weird white stuff at the bottom. This past time I got a cold brew with vanilla foam and it looks just like a regular iced coffee. There's no foam I don't know if it was mixed in or something but I really don't think it's what I ordered

Nice people but for god's sake - get some more help in here or train your people to speed it up. So, so painfully slow to move the cash register line, no coffee brewed and ready, and so many people waiting for their drinks. I just can't come here before work anymore - who has the time for this? Update: my breakfast sandwich is barely luke warm - gross.

Probable one of my favorite Bucks in the area. There is plenty of parking both in the back parking lot and street parking in the front. I would recommend ordering ahead if you are in a rush because this one gets fairly busy. There is a ton of tables and seating throughout the store so you have a pretty good chance of finding a spot to enjoy your beverage or get some work done. I personally love the fact that as a gold member you get free refills or hot coffee, hot tea, and iced tea or iced coffee.

I like this Starbucks; as others have said it's true some of the barista's can be slightly slow moving. I've been here about 3 x's only, though so I may not be completely right about that. I think I've ordered frappacinnos, only, which I always thought were well made. There's a parking lot. That's a nice thing as street parking is metered. ^off topic: there's a UPS & Zesto pizza in this retail fixture. I've been to the pizzeria only once but really liked it! Got 3 slices. Nice portion sizes! So much took third one home.

Everyone knows Starbucks so my review will do little to win or loose your heart; this review "ain't" about the coffee. I've been coming here for 2 years now and the one cashier "Ms Deb" as she wears on her name tag is simply as good as caffeine. She always greets you with a sincere smile, genuine laugh and here positive attitude is worthy of anthony Robbins jealousy. As you can I also can go to a million different starbucks but I choose this one for my 2 minute interaction with Ms Deb to start my morning. Lv you girl! I hope you read this and I pay you back an ounce of the smiles you bring me!

I love Starbucks. I'm loyal to them, and have been going there for years. I have a gold card, and am quite addicted! I'm pretty picky when it comes to location. I've determined that this one is my favorite! There are two newer people who always screw up my order, but it's rectified, and I leave with a great drink. I usually get the same drink, and this location makes it the best. Sometimes I go in the morning before class, and everyone is so friendly! I'll be honest, I'm not a tipper, but the baristas in the morning win me over every time!

This is by far my favorite Starbucks. I frequent here every morning, and the staff is just an absolute pleasure to chat with each day. They have it down to a science. From knowing the orders of regulars to ensuring there's always coffee brewing, this Starbucks is a well oiled machine! If every company had associates such as these, we wouldn't need customer complaint lines! Ms Deb is the best!!!

I could never give any more stars to a Starbucks. Their coffee is good and all but I hate the rude hipsters and snobs who flock and take over. This particular one has a back entrance away from the beards finger banging their Crapple laptops so you can order and then bolt. *edit* Karen is hands down the best employee there and deserves a raise, everyone else gives sub par service and drinks.

Easily the worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks. The tall man at the cash register was great, but it ended there. The barista moved at a glacial pace, pausing to text between drinks, and served multiple customers who placed their orders after me before eventually making my drink completely wrong. Avoid this location.

Only been in twice to grab coffee and treats, but it's really pretty inside and there seems to be a lot of seating. They even have an outdoor seating space. The staff is quick and friendly as well. I'm glad this is right near my new house!

I have to agree that this Starbucks is slower than most, but the staff are friendly and they make your drink right, which I appreciate! The ambiance in here is a bit lacking due to the location- there are often shady folks lingering near the front during the day and often loud kids coming through once the bus lets out, making it not the ideal place to study or relax. It seems that the staff have to change the key code on the bathroom daily because of this to keep its use down to only paying customers, but it's still hard for them to keep up with stuff going on around a blind corner from the barista area. The station with milk, straws, etc is usually missing some things and the trash is often overflowing, but I can't say enough that I think the staff here works hard to keep it nice-- I just think they've been dealt some tricky cards.

Not every Starbucks is the same. You can easily separate the cream from the crop when you look at their level of service and consistency in making their drinks. This Starbucks unfortunately curdles and drops to the bottom of the pack. The service is just plain bad compared to other Starbucks, it takes forever to get served and the drinks do not taste as good as other locations. It is obvious that the management here has a long way to go in living up their corporate standards.

Everyone is very friendly, but this is by far the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. They make the drinks well but there's always a line even when it's not very busy. The waiting space gets very awkward when you have 10 people waiting for their drinks. I will continue to come since this is my neighborhood location but now using the mobile ordering option only. The speed and efficiency of this location should definitely be addressed.

The woman with blonde hair working this morning on 10/15/19 was extremely rude to me about my coffee choice. I wanted soy milk and not dairy and she complained about it not saying soy on the label when I clearly told the cashier. Not my fault! She must hate her job. I didn't like her attitude when she was making my coffee. Everytime i go there and she works, she makes it wrong. She should get some training and an attitude check. She was pretty bitchy.

To be honest, I love Starbucks, but this particular location I avoid. The employees are super nice, and know all of their customers, but it is always busy and even when it doesn't seem busy, the mobile orders make what should be a 5 minute wait a 15-20 minute wait. Most likely due to the proximity of the hospital and multiple businesses in the area, and the extremely convenient location for those staying in the neighborhood. If you have the time to spare, this is a cozy location, great for people watching and local flavor, I would not recommend stopping here if you are crunched for time.

They seem to be very under staffed and when it becomes clearly overwhelming for the workers, the manager simply carries on stocking supplies or putting up advertisements without a care in the world. I do not blame the barista or cashier, you can only do so much without support. They either need to hire more staff or the mgr needs to step up and assist every once in a while.

Prob the absolute worst Starbucks I've ever been to in my entire life. Mobile orders average 15-20 mins and if you order more than one item you wait 2-7 mins before receiving each item. I submitted my mobile order at 9:42 and didn't receive three items until 10:02. Forget asking the manager, the few times she's actually out there she's rude to the customers, as well as her staff.

I have been a loyal customer of this Starbucks for four years now while living in East Falls/Manayunk. I study here often because of the quiet atmosphere, great seating, and abundance of outlets. There is a parking lot behind the store which can get pretty packed due to the other business sharing the lot, however, there is street parking in front as well. All of the baristas there that I have encountered have been very courteous and friendly and service is always top notch. There are plenty of seating options from sitting at the high tables to 2 person tables to a large community table. There is outdoor seating as well when the weather is nice, but there are no outlets outside. I definitely recommend this location to any college/grad school students in the area because it's a great place to get studying done.
