San Francisco and the Bay Area’s 12 Best Farmers Markets | Eater

"It’s one thing to grab a few apples or a bunch of kale and get right back on MUNI, but if you’re actually looking to do the week’s shopping at a farmers market, you’ll probably want to drive. And that’s a major highlight of the Stonestown Farmers Market on the city’s western edge — while still in San Francisco proper, it’s an open, family-friendly place where you’ll actually find a parking spot. And there’s no compromising on the vendors, which number more than 60 and include favorites like seasonal organic vegetables from Tomatero Farms, artisanal pastries from Portside Baker, and creamy cheeses and avocado honey from Stepladder Ranch." - Vox Creative

Google
This is the best farmers market in San Francisco. It is very clean, organized and packed with food trucks, fruit stands, veggie stands, and more. It is so clean, and compared to other farmers markets I have gone to, it's smaller and more mellow, but filled with delicious, organic, and tasty produce. It's a great local market, and a great place to spend a Sunday morning!

Google
Good place to go to but only in the morning time so you still can get many fruit and vegetables that you want, we got there a bit late close to lunch time and found some stall have been closed because sold out. Parking is easy and yes free but some times so busy.

Google
Xiao Xiao Buns were good. Tried three varieties. Lots of vendors with good looking offerings are including stone fruit from the Central Valley. Prices are higher than my home farmers market but that is to be expected. ATM machines there.

Google
The pan fry bao filling is very salty and pricey. $12/5, $6/2. 3/10/24

Google
vendors started packing up by 11am... EXPENSIVE and limited vendors. I'd say about 30 vendors ranging from knife sharpening, produce, bakes goods. And no dogs allowed, but few people ignored the signs

Go to Miramonte farms booth. Great prices, great product and friendly workers. All photos included take place at the Miramante Farms and Nursery. We are open today, come on over!

Yelp
Stonestown Farmers Market, by the UA Cinema Theatre, is a delight to shop at on Sunday mornings until 1PM. Plenty of parking. The purveyors are friendly and helpful with questions. The stalls are nicely spaced with a flow that works well with crowds. Produce is mostly organic, fresh, plentiful and neatly laid out and most times labeled! Love that there's Increasingly more Asian greens here which is great! Some favorites: PORTSIDE BAKERY - pastries & breads WISE SONS BAGELS - bagel, shmears, sandwiches ROLI ROTI - rotisserie chicken, pork ribs, roast potatoes TAMALES MARTHA - tamales, tacos, burritos, pupusas PORCHETTA - porchetta sandwiches, pastas DONNA'S TAMALES - organic tamales packed and ready to steam OYO'S - organic produce KOU XIONG FARMS - variety of Asian greens MARSHALL'S FARM NATURAL HONEY - long time fav for local honey There's much more to explore at the farmers market especially with the beautiful produce, fresh fish and meats. Stonestown Farmers Market is one of my favorites and is a regular stop for me. See you there!

Yelp
Great farmer's market at Stonestown on Sundays from 9am to 1pm. It's located in the parking lot next to the old abandoned theater. There's a good mix of hot/premade food vendors, bakeries, produce vendors, and some craft vendors. It's the perfect place to pick up some locally grown produce or to get some breakfast or lunch! I especially love the tomatoes and peaches/nectarines they have in the summer.

JS Z.

Yelp
How much i love the fruit samples, friendly vendors and delicious organic produce. I still go although struggle The customer service makes or breaks a business and i love the dried fruit guy and dirty girl produce vendors (but they are expensive) Last year Kashiwasee was $4 per lb for the peaches and nectarines seemed pricey .. the man at Kashiwasee farms never smiled, and seemed to always be having a bad day.. its hard times .. i didn't pay any mind until wife today lies to me and says her produce was always 5.75 per lb.. I overheard the man telling another customer why prices were raised but did not catch details.. so i asked clerk- to clarify she asked wife.. wife said maybe 10 yrs ago it was $4 per lb and we have always had $5.75 prices per pound. I said no- just last year was $4 per pound and customer next to me agreed!!!! . We are all having hard times & to lie is unethical.. Plenty of other farmers wanting to exchange pleasantries. Now I wonder if there is a drug problem to be so shady. Do we trust its organic if they lie about prices?

Yelp
Local Sunday farmers market with fresh and various selection of in-season produce, baked goods, food trucks, and more! This farmers market has lots of vendor stalls, and many people take cash or card. Everyone is friendly and there's families hanging out enjoying the market. Solid place for your weekly produce haul :)

Yelp
Showed up at 11:20am. Even though this market is open from 9am-1pm, a bunch of farmers were already sold out and closing up shop. I would definitely recommend showing up between 9am-10am, if you want the good stuff. Ortiz Jr. Berry Farms. This is a great place for berries. It's $6 for 1 basket, $10 for 2 baskets, and $15 for 3 baskets. He didn't have any strawberries this week (12/31). He said they would be back in either late Jan or early Feb. Mushroom Adventures. They sell mushroom grow kits!
google avatar

Raymond G.

Yelp
Absolutely love this place! Rainbow Orchard's apple cider, Bini's lamb momos, Smoking D's brisket bao are my favorites but there are tons of food vendors serving delicious hot food! Parking is easy but fills up quick. They also have vendors that sell bread, vegetables, meat. There's a berry man here, a mushroom lady, and a coffee stand where they roast the beans into the air. It's a really fun atmosphere to start your Sunday and get some things off your checklist!

Yelp
This is a great addition to the Stonestown Mall area. Lots of good local produce, as well as good food! I rarely cook. I'm horrible at it, but what I can cook is omelettes and toast. And when I do I need some mushrooms, onions, veggies, etc. I find the prices here incredibly reasonable, and most of the vendors are pretty friendly. They also have a good selection of food Booths that aren't your normal burger or popcorn stands.
google avatar

Yelp
A GREAT well-stocked farmer's market! Many local small distributors/ restaurants/ food suppliers. Come get the best of Pescadero, HMB, organic farmers from NorCal. It's great to have so many organic vendors in one place on Sundays - Rain or Shine! No Dogs!
google avatar

Yelp
Easy parking, a nice mix of Vendors serving Fresh from the Farm Produce, Proteins, Baked Goods, Flora, and Prepared Staples, plus a nice mix of Cooked to Order Options. It's not the largest Farmers Market, but it' is one of the most assessable.
google avatar

Yelp
Another great day at the farmers market. Phat Love band was performing today and a new addition which has been here a few months already Sage bakehouse. The pies were really tasty. Today we got the spicy sausage roll $6. Noticed a regular, a dog in the back of a car, soaking in the vibes of the market. Such a good dog. Luv the markets for fresh fruits, veg and food.

Yelp
This farmers' market is a great place to pick up fresh fruits. The atmosphere was relaxed and very open. I enjoyed seeing all the vendors offering a variety of foods and snacks. It's cool that it's just behind the Stonestown mall. This market is actually located in the parking lot of the old Stonestown Regal movie Theater.

Yelp
A couple weeks ago my boyfriend and I decided to stop by and check out their farmer's market. And oh was it happening too, lots of locals purchasing fresh produce, breads etc! We ended up purchasing almond milk from woman-owned Beber Fresh Almond Milk and granola from family-owned Your Granola Garden. Stonestown Farmers' Market is located in the Stonestown Galleria and is open every Saturday from 9AM-1PM! We will definitely be back to check out more local small businesses our next visit to SF!

Yelp
SFM can be a hit or miss. Organizers seem to understand that there is a demand for sitting - but thats where it stops, seats and tables are flimsy too short to meet demand. Your experience may be hit or miss depending on vendors.

Yelp
I've grown up around this area and have came here every now and then. Lots of cool vendors, they have seafood, meats, and vegetables. They also have some ready made food. Very small market but lots to see!

Beautiful sunday at Stonestown Farmers Market. Food is good. Price is competitive. We will back next weekend

Yelp
Great Sunday morning activity. One of the nicest farmer's market on the southwest side of SF. They have a wide variety of vendors. From local produce to homemade granola and food trucks, there's plenty to see and shop. Don't forget to grab a pastry at Portside bakery and bring cash. They're located in the parking lot near the Theater building with ample parking. I do wish they had more hours. They're only open on Sundays from 9am-1pm. Also, they have a no pet policy with the exception of service animals. In accordance to the California health & safety code, live animals aren't allowed in certified farmers markets.

Yelp
Amazing Farmers Market. Lots of fresh produce and artisanal vendors to purchase from. I wish I could have taken more time to peruse all the various stands. However, I still left with some fresh fruit and veggies, delicious seafood, and some home made ready-to-warm buns. Yummy!
google avatar

Cynthia M.

Yelp
This is my local farmers market and I come every few weeks. There is a great selection of produce, goods, warm foods at this market. Near the info booth, there is a chalkboard of new vendors/vendors not here this week. I've gotten a huge spectrum of produce. cultured butter, organic kale, so many fruits, and dark chocolate. Parking can get kind of hectic on warm days. You can always across the street into stonestown mall, facing sports basement. No pets, only service animals!

Yelp
i happen to be at stonestown when i saw this market...wow, this was huge, esp for sf! i guess it helps to be at stonestown where there is more real estate and parking! i arrived towards the end of this weekly market, every sunday from 0900-1300...i think i arrived around 1230? nevertheless, all of the vendors were still on-site, although some of the food vendors had sold out of some products, which makes sense given the time of day. it was also a beautiful day in sf, esp for this part of town...warm and sunny, and lots of folks stayed to eat their food and sip their bevvies and enjoy the day. i enjoyed the variety of produce since i don't see some of these vendors where i usually go, peninsula & south bay. there were a ton of vendors, probably at least 2 dozen, maybe 3? parking is free at stonestown, park in the rear of the shopping center and walk across the st and there's the market. i'll definitely return and try to come on the earlier side when the food vendors are still well stocked with all the options!

Lisa B.

Yelp
A well stocked farmer's market with many specialty items. Lots of friendly people, if a bit expensive. I usually reserve this place for when I am on vacation. We like to go here to eat some breakfast or brunch, it's very relaxing and fun to watch the families chase after their children. I also like the live music.

Yelp
Every Sunday, the Stonestown Farmers' Market brings a wide selection of local vendors that bring a multitude of organic and unique products. They're here rain or shine! This farmers' market is behind the right side of the Stonestown Mall. There's plenty of parking spaces but note that you can also take the M Muni line to get here. They tend to have a wide array of fruits and vegetables like: bell peppers, garlic, onions, nectarines, blueberries, strawberries, etc. Other things you'll find here: bouquets, cold brew, sausages, popcorn, cheese, pet food, and so much more! Don't be afraid to try samples of the products, the vendors are super friendly! Every week, they have local performers come out to make it lively and fun for everyone. Note that dogs aren't allowed but there's a little day care set up where you can leave yours.

Yelp
Great place to check out if you are in the area! My boyfriend lives down the street and we stumbled across the Farmer's Market and are happy that we did! Parking near the Farmer's Market is easy to find and not too much car/foot traffic. I recommend the Farmer's Market for a quick bite/drink, flowers, and entertainment! My boyfriend and I really enjoy Portside Bakery. Their baked goods are delicious! Like everybody said, items at the Farmer's Market can be pricey. However, I absolutely love Farmer's Markets, including this one!

Yelp
Great alternative to the crazed mess at Alemany. Sure the selection is limited, but the parking is much easier and it opens at what I think is a more reasonable hour 9am. There are the usual suspects like the Roli Roti truck that has rotisserie chicken and has added other interesting items like sous vide Carnitas that you just need to heat to crisp and pull apart. I can't seem to leave without getting their potatoes that are cooked under the dripping juices from the chickens. Flower stands, the ladies who sell mushrooms, Asian vendors selling vegetables & fruit, Early Girl tomatoes in the summer, and my favorite bakery Portside bakery.

M G.

Yelp
There is plenty of (mall) parking for those who are interested in driving. Great for families and there is always a variety of vendors who are friendly and knowledgeable.

Yelp
This has become my favorite Farmer's Market, the variety on offer is really astounding. Especially now, when tomatoes are at their peak - wow! So many vendors carrying them, all sorts, you name it. Among my favorite farmers is Iacopi Farms - they have English Peas much of the year, which are super hard to find. Speaking of tomatoes, when it's the "off season", and they aren't being grown traditionally, The Tomato Man brings his hothouse tomatoes and they are darned good. Pro-tip - he sets up shop at 8:30am, and often sells out by 10am. The one thing I wish they had more of is small bakeries making excellent bread. For that, you have to go to the Sunset Mercantile market on Sundays in front of St. Ignatius on 37th Ave - a different market, without nearly the selection of Stonestown, but great live music, food trucks and booths, and wonderful gift type shopping...

Yelp
What a difference a few years makes . . . .I was there Sunday, 9:15am, January 2nd, 2022 and the market manager (young guy, fluffy dark hair) and a young woman were at their booth handing our food coins to the people in line and NEITHER WERE WEARING A MASK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They were mask-less and within 2 feet of each person they waited on. When I left at 9:35 they were still mask-less and for my health and well being I did not approach and reprimand them. A quick walk around revealed that at least half of the vendors were also mask-less. Shop here at your own risk - this farmer's market organization cares nothing about our community and your health.

Yelp
One stop shop for all your necessities: fruits, vegetables, meat, bread, pastries, and FLOWERS. Yes, flowers is a necessity! I didn't know I could love a type of flower so much until I saw ranunculus at Stonestown Farmers' Market. They're so romantic and unique, and they come in a variety of colors. I believe they are seasonal (April - June?)... so get them when you can!
google avatar

Yelp
Great place to come with the family. Plenty of parking nearby. Friendly atmosphere, good number of vendors. Be sure to shop around to make sure you get the best price. I'm usually not a fan of farmers markets--a lot of them seem touristy. But this one still seems true to the intent: a lot of people just trying to get good food at a good price.

Kim A.

Yelp
I just started going to the Stonestown Farmers Market. I find it to be a really good all is food is very fresh. and people are very nice. You should check it out for yourself for some of the couple bakeries.i like supporting farmers market. But, I am a farmer from Sandusky Ohio. So I feel right at home. Sunday only 9am.

Yelp
This particular Farmers' Market pops up every Sunday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on the corner North West section of Stonestown's parking lot behind Macy's and where Tower Records used to be. This location serves the WEST SIDE neighborhoods of San Francisco, including Sunset, Parkside, Forest Hill, Merced Manor, Lakeside, Monterey Heights, West Portal, St. Francis Wood, Ingleside, Merced Heights, Oceanview, Westwood and even Daly City. (Had to sneak that in) It even won Best of Family-Oriented Farmers' Market award from SFWeekly. The vendors are friendly and lots of free samples are available at every booth. Though the number of vendors is smaller compared to other Farmers' Market like Alemany, what they lack in quantity more than makes up for if by their quality. Less is definitely more in this case. It gives it more of an intimate feel and you will really have a nice one-on-one interaction with each vendor. You won't feel overwhelmed since it's not spread out and it doesn't get too crowded, either. There's plenty of parking since the parking lot in that area is vast and the food option is good and satisfying. They even have musicians playing to make your Sunday an even better Funday for lack of a better word. What I particularly like about this location is that it's a close drive from my home and it's near Lake Merced. After walking around the lake, we usually head here after just to unwind, refill, re-energize and relax while getting our fresh veggies at the same time. I can see we're not the only ones.

Yelp
Finally got a chance to check it out today after reading all the Yelps for a couple months. MMM those Belgian Waffles are to die for, nice & sweet with some powdered sugar dusted on top, which I did get some of it on my hoodie and jeans while I was eating & walking. I thought these wouldn't be as tasty without syrup, but I was so wrong!! These babies don't need syrup and though they sell it with Nutella as well, you so don't need anything to make it taste better! My favorite from today. The waffle guy was really nice too. I also bought to take home a ("Berry Nice To Meet You") strawberry cupcake from the Teeny Cake vendor. Moist, sweet, fruity, delish! The cheese booth too had plenty of samples including an interesting garlic cheddar. Plenty of parking, fresh produce, and a good handful of food vendors..what's not to like?

Yelp
I was looking for a hassle free and fun place to take the kiddos and this market (Sundays 9-2pm) was just that. Not a problem when it comes to parking and there's just the right amount of vendors to make the visit short and sweet. Speaking of sweet, there are plenty of sweet samples to go around and big ones at that -Honey, peaches, strawberries... All organic and all delicious. You will pay top dollar but for this quality, I'm sure you wouldn't mind. A few things you will find there: Veggies Fruits Eggs Fresh cut flowers Orchids Olives Nuts Honey Breads, pastries, desserts Fish Food vendors: Nepal food and roti(sooo good, try some samples) Chinese dumplings Fallafel Burritos Fresh juice and smoothies Whole rotisserie chicken Balloon twisting lady(she's really awesome !! She does elmo, Mickey, Minnie, butterflies, Sponge Bob, cookie monster, and so much more) ATM machine at information booth Wells Fargo bank up street next to pet food express There's also a little play area for little kids that has rubber chickens, stools and a bean bag toss.

Yelp
Great farmers market. Loved the selection of fruit, vegetable and flower vendors. Prior to this, we stayed in Marin and I used to love visiting the Marin Famers market in San Rafael. I was very happy to see some of the vendors from there visiting Stonestown as well. Reasonably priced. I wish there were more food vendors though.

Yelp
PROS: Showed up on this super windy Sunday and was pleasantly surprised with all the delicious fruit & vegetable booths to choose from! My grandma loves farmers markets and she was so happy to find one close to home. Finding parking was super easy & the walk wasn't far at all. Most of the vendors were kind for the most part. I was able to find lots of fresh mint, zucchini, the sweetest giant plums, jujubee, and persimmons! CONS: I stopped by the Achadinha Cheese Company booth with my elderly grandmother & was super unhappy with the way the man at the booth treated her. He was super unprofessional and and rude. I don't recommend stopping by there or trying their over-priced cheese.
google avatar

Yelp
Small but has everything you need. Great produce : fruit and vego, good honey, several different bakeries, cheese and offal as well as the best almond milk. Had the lavender infused almond milk which was delicious. From the bakery, jalapeños and cheese foccacia!. The band was excellent providing a super chill atmosphere. Parking is easy at the galleria.

Yelp
As a frequent patron of various farmer's markets in the Bay Area, I wanted to update my review due to some changes and improvements made recently. While this market does not have many vendors that offer organic produce there is a good variety of fresh produce, prepared food items and packaged goods available. The prices are very reasonable but that does require doing some research first to find them. While I do like the Alemany and Ferry Building markets at bit more for their size and options, the Stonestown farmer's market has its own charms with the plentiful free parking, a family friendly atmosphere and availability of vegetables typically seen in Asian markets. The food vendors are quite good as well. I had visited a certain farmer's market at CSM the day prior and it is really pricey for the same bakery items, fruits and vegetables. I guess they are targeting the crowds in the hills off 280. Some of the same vendors there and at the Ferry Building on Saturdays are at the Stonestown site on Sunday, but prices are more reasonable. Perhaps it's because it is one day later or perhaps people aren't willing to pay those higher prices. Regardless the quality is the same.

Yelp
It's my favorite market in the Bay because of these organic, zero waste vendors: 1. Cheapest, sweetest, jam-like strawberries from http://simmsorganics.com. I ask them to put them in plastic containers I saved from Costco fruit so strawberries don't get smashed and won't get moldy. I forgot to put them in my bag after I paid. They looked all over for me and brought my container so I could pick them up the next week. All without me asking them! I'll only eat their Monterey strawberries. 2. Hard-to-find, Hmong organic vegetables like vegan omega-3-packed purslane, daikon pods, taro leaves, and water and Malabar spinach from https://instagram.com/gemouafarmsac. 3. http://DonnasTamales.com's unique vegan tamales and burritos. I give their plastic salsa containers back to them for them to sanitize and reuse. All three are so nice about dropping their food into my own containers without any of us touching each other's things. So I don't need any of their bags or containers.

Yelp
I woke up Sunday morning with a hankering for *anything* sold at the Stonestown Farmer's Market. How random for it to be held at a mall parking lot, but that doesn't stop it from being fun & fantastic! It wasn't too crowded so I took a leisurely stroll through the two isles of vendors, taking stock of what I needed before doing a second lap to make my purchases. Cherries for $6 a pound & strawberries for $3 a box makes this a pretty inexpensive place to pick up seasonal ripe fruits. Samples are generously given & the farmers/workers are cheerful & enthusiastic about their products. Aside from the fruits & veggie stands (some organic), you can also find: The Hummus Guy, the gal who sells butter, various florists, soap & jewelry booths, Golden Waffle, Gaga Cafe (for your morning caffeine fix), at least 3 bakeries (i.e. Edith's Gourmet Baking Co from Modesto), the Kettle Corn stand & the lady who sells sweet potato pies & giant red velvet cupcakes. SFM gets five stars because of the abundance of prepared foods available. I bought: Spicy Lemon Strips from Tofu Yu ($3, so addictive), mini cupcakes from Teeny Cake ($1 each, I'll write a separate review for TC because I want to elaborate on how amazing they were), vegetarian dumplings (3 for $2) from a vendor with a banner that read "Happy Dumplings." I don't know their name but they also sell Islamic lamb kebabs & pork & chive dumplings (I'm not much of a pork person.) I'll definitely be back next Sunday because "breakfast" at this FM is delightful. Sundays from 9am-1pm in the parking lot between the old Circuit City & Macy's. Plenty of parking.

Yelp
Website: http://www.agriculturalinstitute.org/stonestown/ Organizer: Agricultural Institute of Marin (fka. Marin Farmers Markets) Season: since June 28th 2009, open all year Schedule: Sundays 9am-1pm I find myself coming to this farmers market more often lately - usually for the prepared foods. I like the heirloom tomato & soft egg breakfast pizza (http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/stonestown-farmers-market-san-francisco?select=vHIcBF588HTXiK7N-_eGRw#vHIcBF588HTXiK7N-_eGRw) from Split Pea Seduction. I also like the food at India Gourmet, and Pie Press. I only like one item at the BBQ booth, the ribs. It's a really great place for a cheap brunch! And more people have found that this is a good place to buy produce, enjoy some tasty prepared foods, and even bring the kids to play at the inflatable castle bounce house. So it's gotten more crowded now than before. The variety is not as large as the Ferry Building, Alemany, or Civic Center farmers markets (FM), but still good enough. In regards to pricing, most items are cheaper than at the Ferry Building (the most expensive FM), but it cannot beat the prices at Alemany (#1 cheapest), or Civic Center (2nd cheapest FM in SF). For example, Yesterday I bought some black mission figs ($4), and mini round tomatoes ($3) - Civic Center had the same tomatoes for $1.50-$2. Recent changes: Frank's BBQ booth is now Idella's BBQ (Frank's mom). The Yang Rou Chuan booth has 2 new items: potstickers, and green onion pancakes (hopefully they'll continue to expand their very limited menu). Yesterday, there was live music (a saxophonist) next to the seating area, which was really nice.

Yelp
I was surprised at all the different varieties of vendors this market has. I was happy to see some of my normal vendors like the young man selling the zucchini bread! That's a must try! Seriously! Some vendors were unique, like the man that had all the plants that were carved into different pets. ;) they were very pricey tho. Many different varieties of fruits and vegetables! I just love the vendors that have samples! I like to taste my fruit before I buy it ;). Mushroom vendor had many different varieties of muahrooms. Honestly, I usually stick with my oyster mushrooms. I bought a bowl of oyster mushrooms for $5, not bad! Some Of vendors had great humor like the Hummas Guy! "Don't be shy" ;) HAHA. He had a great variety of pita chips such as: lemon and garlic pita chips! YUMMY!!! The parking was very easy and smooth. In the back of Macy's is where all the parking is located. There is also music so people can enjoy there food and listen to good music! A+ for that! They also had a great selection of meat but by the time I got there he was sold out! Of course I can't forget about the kettle popcorn, you know the one you can see before you smell it down the street ;) $6 for a bag. Overall, I love this place, I'll definitely be back! With my 20 dollar's I believe I got enough to last me 2 weeks ;)

Yelp
I love farmers markets, especially on sunny days ~ it encourages folks to get some B-12, exercise and connect, while supporting local businesses that provide healthy, fresh goods. This market is comparatively on the smaller side. Nonetheless, it offers enticing produce, fresh flowers, hummus, tofu, breads, pastries, skin products, hats, and jewelry. It also has some booths/trucks for take aways ~ i.e. potstickers, Indian food, Belgian waffles, coffee, which you can enjoy on the move or at the picnic area nearby , while listening to a talented sax player playing soulful hits ~ my favorites, Otis Redding, Sam Cook. Located on the westside parking lot, behind Macy's, open Sundays, 9a to 1p. Easy parking for the City, which is a rarity.

Yelp
Love the live musicians, the fresh veggies and fruits, and of course the baked goods! It's best to come early as a lot of the pastries sell out by noon. You can find a lot of the same venders from the farmers' market at the Fery building without the big crowds and noise. Very convenient for anyone living closer to Ocean Beach!

Yelp
Thanks Stonestown for letting the farmers market come to the far away parking side of macy's!!! The farmers market is a really fun place to go to if I have to go to work on sundays at Stonestown... For me this is the place to go and eat or try some of the booths that offer free samples for you to eat... I also dont have to worry about rushing myself on what I want to eat because, I am really close to the farmers market on the location where I work at... My favorite booths that I like to eat at would be the Golden Waffle Booth which they make really good and yummy Belgian Style Waffles and the other booth that I like to eat would be the Yang Rou Chuan Booth just to eat their Chinese Islamic Style Lamb Kabob!!!

Yelp
Farmers Markets get me excited, anywhere there's a plethora of fruits and veggies to mask the bad stuff I'm really going to buy and eat is A-OK w/me. Oh but I throw in a peach or 2 at times, don't worry. Just not today. Today I ate a Mini Teeny Strawberry cupcake from Teeny cakes, a Golden Waffle, and a Happy Dumpling. In fact, after this trip to the Farmers Market, I was a Happy Dumpling. So many other places I wanted to try, like Gaga Cafe coffee, The Hummus guy (but today surprisingly, a girl), and Charlie Frank's Pies. I shall return.

Yelp
One of the better farmer markets I've been to. Although small, everyone is extremely friendly and genuinely works to gain lifetime customers. I come very every Sunday and every single time, everyone has been helpful and friendly. One time I was just browsing and I began talking to one company who sells cheese. After, he gave me a whole slice of cheese ($10)! Amazing market and I'll continue to come back.
