"The M’s Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich is our favorite of the big variety of chicken sandwiches at Yankee Stadium. It’s a double-stacked endeavor, which means that you have to fully unhinge your jaw to get your first bite. But once you get your mouth around it, you’ll taste chicken that’s fried quite well, and seasoned with some smoldering chilis, and a nice, refreshing slaw. The super crispy chicken wings are another good option—they taste almost candied in a brown sugar sauce. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Team Infatuation

"Chef Marcus Samuelsson’s casual hip hop-inspired chicken restaurant Streetbird Rotisserie has closed in Harlem after just over three years. The venue, known for its rotisserie chicken and diverse menu, had been a staple in the neighborhood and had once landed on the Michelin Bib Gourmand list. A smaller outpost remains open at Madison Square Garden." - Serena Dai

Maybe if they focused less on the packaging and more on the food it would be consistently good! I enjoyed it the first time I ordered from there, but for some reason it’s been down hill from there! The chicken was rubbery and I couldn’t finish eating the sandwich. I won’t be ordering from them again!

I have had my eye on this place ever since I heard about them having some scrumptious fried chicken. It was easy to spot, as it was colorful and vivid, without being too "loud". The inside was explosion of fun. It was colorful, busy, and it had an old feel to it mixed with modern design. As soon as we walked it, it felt like we went into a world that was warm, welcoming, exciting, and make you "see" music everywhere. They had seating for all types or customers. Funky colored booth, table seating, long bench (for larger groups), etc. They had outlets on the walls under the table or near the seats. Very helpful if your cell phone battery is low. Super considerate! Another really considerate thing they have is the paper towels. They have it installed at each table. So, go ahead and get your hands dirty! We ordered three lunch items: Hot & Messy 2.0 and Crispy Bird Sandwich, and The Bird's Nest. The menu is pretty descriptive, but still leave some spaces for your imagination, until the food comes out. The portion was not big, but we were all nice and full. Not stuffed, but full. We enjoyed all the dishes thoroughly. Our server, Shavon was really nice and friendly. She took a good care of us. Read my full review on my food blog, foodlovergirl.

I was expecting a lot more than what I got due to simply who owns the restaurant. I ordered chicken and waffles and they didn't even ask me what part of the chicken I wanted! They put maple syrup on it even though the menu says hot honey. Overall it wasn't a great experience but it wasn't bad at the same time. It was slightly below average and very over hyped. I hope you have a better experience when you visit.

Popped in for a quick team lunch: service was quick, love the funky interior and found the selection of comfort foods to be very solid, but not over-the-top amazing. The chicken and waffles left me wanting more, but the cornbread was amazing.

Marcus has ruined onion rings. The spices powder on them overpowers and there is no flavor of onion, just a chemically hot taste. Mac with greens and Chicken sandwich very good.

Good food, okay cocktails, and not worth the price. Portions are a bit small. If you want good chicken just go to one of the local rotisserie places. Definitely a good vibe, though.

A fantastically funky place with great decor, live music and great food. The service was brilliant too, as was the music. I very highly recommend a visit.

Bland; I got the pan fried chicken. Restaurant looks like the food will be full of flavor, but it's not. The ambiance is great, the staff is friendly, and I like the huge garage door windows that open straight to the street. I would not come here to eat again, but they have events like hip hop trivia and karaoke nights.
