"A produce-forward EPCOT food court offering lighter, allergy-friendly fare such as a premade grab-and-go gluten-free power greens salad with quinoa, berries, almonds, and feta; many dishes are free of gluten, lactose, and peanuts, and the rotisserie chicken with yellow rice and black beans is a good choice for guests avoiding eggs, sesame, and shellfish." - ByKarla Walsh

Stopped here for breakfast and the egg sandwiches and pastries were amazing. So fresh and tasty. I heard people mention Seasons before but I thought it would just be like cafeteria food, but I was wrong. If you are stopping in this area, you really need to stop here. The milkshakes also look amazing.

I was in EPCOT at Sunshine Seasons to try Churro Milkshake, about the flavor is literally “Chicha” from South America, great Mickey cake pop it was awesome, the little churro could be better and the pretzel is salty “super salty” finally the cookie was “a cookie”

If you’re looking for a spot with a lot of tables in the AC to rest at Epcot, this is a great area! We tried the cheese flatbread and pistachio macaron. The macaron was tender and perfectly crispy, flavor was natural and not overpowering. It was big enough to split! Cheese flatbread was solid but nothing fancy.

This is the food court that’s at the first floor of the Land Pavilion. This restaurant offers various health-conscious items including Asian fusion and other options. You get to dine in the lobby of the Land Pavilion, which is cool. The service was friendly and took care of our needs. I got the pizza roll and the bee cookie. The pizza roll is the best pizza option I’ve ever tasted in property, with a crunchy crust and the good insides. The bee cookie was sweet like a sugar cookie. However, the honey on top was the only thing that was actually honey. Overall, would recommended, but there’s better options in World Showcase.

Probably one of the better places to eat at Epcot if you have a bunch of picky eaters. The prices aren’t that bad. It’s like a food court setting.

Google
Definitely an underrated dining option at Epcot. The food court and number of seats isn’t as vast as the Connections Cafe, but Sunshine Seasons still shines. I really enjoyed the rotisserie chicken plus the two sides of green beans and yellow rice. I was able to substitute the black beans with green beans. My spouse got pizza and a super delicious brownie. Definitely felt very ‘90s vibes from sitting at the table and overall atmosphere. Also has Soarin’ and Living Land rides in the building.

We have come here a lot of times throughout our visits to Epcot. This time, I got the birria tacos. When I went to the station with the tacos, I asked if I could get them without cilantro and onion. They informed me that they come on the side anyway, and then served me the tacos. I'll admit, I was a little disappointed with the size of the tacos and the quality. It was clear that they had just been sitting there for a while because they were pretty dry. I also went and got a side of mashed potatoes because I felt like the three tacos were not going to be enough to satiate me. They have full-size cups available for water, which is awesome. The food itself was decent. The tacos were dry as mentioned, and the consomme that they came with did little to help that. I put the consomme in my mashed potatoes which made them even more flavorful. All in all, I've had really great meals here so I'm not going to ding them for this one meal that was subpar.

Google
Sunshine Seasons is a large, cafeteria-style restaurant on the bottom floor of the Land Pavilion in Epcot. It is between the Living with the Land and Soarin' rides. Menu selection is good. Adult beverages available, too. Large area for seating inside. No views. Can get loud and hectic, but it's relatively inexpensive for Disney. Counter service is fast and friendly. Recommended if you are on a budget or a hurry.

Yelp
We have been coming to WDW for 20+ years with the kids and have never been able to eat here because of picky little eaters. Finally got to try it and it is sooo good- probably my favorite counter service of any Disney park. We got the caprese sandwich and the hot roast beef sandwich along with the seasonal milkshake - all so good! The roast beef sandwich was 1000x better than the one at Earl of Sandwich - no comparison really. The entrees come with a little side salad which while it doesn't look like anything special it was actually really refreshing and good- the tomatoes were awesome! Definitely plan on returning when we hit Epcot again before we leave.

Yelp
My friend picked to eat here, this is located inside World Nature area, i Love this area it's where they grow all kinds of fruits and veggies, you can take a ride where you see all they are doing! At first glance i thought the food looked kinda boring! Usually I'm going for the different countries to eat, but I agreed to eat here, and guess what everything was delicious! We got half a roasted chicken with ratatouille and mashed potatoes and kids Mac n cheese with green beans. When I say everything was seasoned just perfectly, the chicken was perfectly cooked, the ratatouille was amazing! I was thinking maybe they use the fresh veggies they grow here? But awesome lunch!

Yelp
If I could rate this 0 stars I would! They offer like 6 things, with only 1 item gluten free, and it taste horrible (Stir Fry Chicken). The environment is almost nonexistent, as it is almost like a grocery store. Frankly, the only thing not crappy about the place is the service. But even that is not enough to bring it up by more than one star.

Yelp
Very disappointed with lunch today. We come here for lunch whenever we visit Epcot because the chicken with beans & rice is delicious. Today the chicken was not moist, and a little overcooked. The beans and rice were good. This is a location where we usually find easily a place to sit. Today we found a corner table away from screaming children. It's a little noisy because of high ceilings, but it's okay. Bathrooms are around the corner and up the escalator on your way out.

Yelp
This is a quality food court in the Land Pavilion. They use the produce grown in their greenhouses, which you can see on the Living With The Land ride. There are a few stations with many choices. We got the Birria tacos which were crispy on the outside, tender and tasty filling on the inside. This counted as a Quick Service meal on the dining plan. Order at the counter, pay at the cash register and then take it to a table. There is a lot of seating here and it is blessedly inside in the air conditioning, a rarity for quick service restaurants in EPCOT.

Yelp
Sunshine Seasons is located inside The Land pavilion at EPCOT. You will need a park ticket in order to eat here. This pavilion has 2 attractions, a show and then 2 restaurants. Sunshine Seasons is the quick service location located on the lower level. I am only giving this a 3-star rating because it has changed so much over the years. When I was a child, this was my favorite place, they had numerous "booths" to order different types of food from. It was so good, the food was delicious, and I honestly just miss it. They have since changed and remodeled this, which is fine, but the food is not great. And in the last few years, they have changed items again and removed some really great options. This location is set to be more of a fresh and healthy restaurant with different items you won't normally find at a theme park. It is very cafeteria style with about 4 stations, each having something different. The fountain drinks are self-serve. They also serve breakfast and lunch and dinner, but their menu only says lunch. They are open till 8pm though. For breakfast, their only hot item is a breakfast sandwich. They also offer pastries and bakery items. It's very limited. One of their items we did enjoy but they no longer offer was the overnight oats. For lunch their options include grilled chicken and salmon, a few Asian style dishes, a few different sandwiches and salads and something new birria tacos. They also offer some kids meals as well. Their options are ok, the sandwiches are cold, nothing special about them. The chicken is a rotisserie style chicken served with mashed potatoes and green beans. The thing here you will not find are burgers or fries. I do think sometimes fries hit right and would go well with some of their items. I do think this is a miss on their part. I also can't stop thinking of their loaded baked potatoes they served years ago. One of the other items we really enjoyed was a salad, that was made fresh in front of you. Their salads now have kale in one and then just a classic Cesear. All in all, I think this place is fine. If you are looking for something on the healthier side or something different from your standard theme park fare, then this is a good location. Seating can be difficult at times, it is all inside, but you have to share it with people who are just waiting for family members to go on the rides. It can also be a little loud since it is on the bottom floor and such domed overhead. My husband enjoys the food here its just not my first choice.

Yelp
Don't be fooled by the pictures of the food on the menu, there was nothing exceptional about this place. Pepperoni roll was ok, but would have been much better with some marinara to soften up the hard bread. The birria tacos look NOTHING like the picture. They are anemic looking and flavorless. Certainly a one and done for us.

Yelp
Sunshine Seasons is located inside The Land pavilion at EPCOT and since it is inside, you have to have a park ticket. This pavilion has 3 attractions, one being a show as well as a sit-down restaurant and then Sunshine Seasons, which is quick service. This is one of my favorite places for quick service. When we visit EPCOT, we usually are eating at one of their festivals or a sit-down restaurant but in the rare occasion we need quick service, I will always vote for Sunshine Seasons. Their items have changed over the years, but their items are more fresh and healthy offering different items you won't normally find at a theme park. It is cafeteria style with about 4 stations, each having something different. The fountain drinks are self-serve. They serve breakfast and lunch and dinner, but their menu only says lunch even though their time is till 8pm. For breakfast, their only hot item is a breakfast sandwich. They also offer pastries and bakery items. I do miss their overnight oats which is no longer carried. For lunch their options include grilled chicken and salmon, a few Asian style dishes, a few different sandwiches and salads and something new birria tacos, as well as kids meals. My favorite thing on the menu here is the kale salad with chicken. It is light, not super heavy but very filling. One thing they don't have is burgers and fries. It is a nice change to your typical park food. All in all, I think this place is a really good option. Those wanting something different and something healthy will enjoy this spot. There are a lot of seats but as a lot of people sit while their family is on the rides, it can be hard to find a table during peak mealtimes. But I will always vote for this if we need a quick service location at EPCOT. And it's always nice and cool inside, but it can get loud with the echo of the actual pavilion. All in all, I would say check it out, even if you just want a snack or a nice meal.

Yelp
What a hidden gem in Epcot. I needed to go somewhere while my friends were on a ride and I came across Sunshine Seasons. It's tucked away in the food court area that Living with the Land and Soarin' are in, and it's downstairs across from Soarin'. What a great find! I got a kids Mac and Cheese (the serving size was perfect to fill me up without getting a full blown sitdown meal) and it came with apple slices and a small water. Pretty solid park food. It was also only $8?! Such a steal. It can be hard finding a seat in the food court area but I'm super glad I found this!

Yelp
Sunshine seasons is a cafeteria style quick meal. There is multiple choice from noodle, chicken, beef, mac n cheese, kids meal, plant based option, burger, many deserts and snack and more. For a quick meal and if you have picky eater, everyone should be able to find something to their liking. We just stopped by this time for a small cookie and a drink that's mostly a red velvet cake mixed in a chocolate shake with coffee. It tasted a lot like chocolate syrup and it was good. I took an m&m cookie cause I wanted some treat (drink wasn't mine) and I felt it's bland. It's a sugar cookie but beside them&m, the cookie taste next to nothing. Not like other cookie I had in Disney. I'm giving this place 1 star for the choices, 1 star for the big seating area in Ac and 1 star for the general quality of the food. A good place to stop by for something quick or on the go.

Yelp
Food (5/5 stars): We had lunch at Sunshine Seasons in Epcot because of their wide variety of food options. The Rotisserie Chicken with Beans and Rice was a yummy bang for your buck meal. The chicken was so juicy and flavorful. This meal filled me up for a jam-packed day at the park! Highly recommend! Experience (5/5 stars): * Price: very reasonable. Huge portions! * Wait Time: minimal on a Wednesday * Service: very good and friendly * Ambiance: it's a huge cafeteria with a variety of options. All seating is indoors

Yelp
Have always passed by this place and been attracted to the grill smells. Finally tried it Baked chicken, rice, ratatouille This was such an amazing dish for a great deal. Definitely made it to my list of foods I'd continue to get Roast beef sandwich cold sandwich Pretty good. Was topped with American cheese that I took off. But I liked the baked chicken better because it was warm and had more food to it. I chose the Mac salad and that was pretty refreshing and delicious

Yelp
While looking for something quick and easy to eat we ended up at Sunshine Seasons. There were a bunch of options, but we had heard the pizza roll was the hot item, so we grabbed one, a bag of chips and a soda. We were able to quickly find a table, but I imagine as the day went on it might get more crowded. The food was good, but that's about it. It filled me up and it tasted fine, but I'd compare it to just about any frozen pizza that you could make at home. Just good. Normally that wouldn't bother me too much, but considering we were in Epcot it felt like a wasted meal when there's seemingly endless delicious food options around. However, if you're visiting Epcot with some picky eaters or little kids, this is worth looking into.

Yelp
Sunshine Seasons is one of my favorite quick service stops at Epcot. It's a large food court with lots of different options, so everyone will be able to find something that suits them. I enjoy it because there are quite a few healthier options like salmon, fresh green beans, and a plant based stir fry. Once you have your food, you enter into the seating area which can be a bit of a free for all during the busy season. I find eating outside of peak mealtimes makes for a more peaceful experience. Even as an adult, I like to get the kid's meals. They usually have the same options as the adults, just on a slightly smaller scale. Each kid's meal comes with 2 sides and drink, so it ends up being a pretty affordable way to eat in the parks and lets me save room for the most important meal of my Disney day - Mickey shaped ice cream.

Yelp
Quick service option in The Land Pavillion - with lots of healthy options! Rotisserie chicken: 8/10 Green beans: 5/10 (prefer them not to be as crunchy) Black beans: 6/10 Mashed potatoes: 8.5/10 Overall: 6.9/10 (3.4/5)

Yelp
The best bargain restaurant in Disney World. . Delicious also. How can you go wrong with a delicious Salmon dinner in DISNEY WORKD for $13?!,! What's up with these reviews????
google avatar

Yelp
My boss said, "Go to Sunshine Seasons and get the Strawberry Shortcake!" So I did. It is good. She also told me that the salmon is good. Lots of comfortable seating in an indoor air conditioned building. Service is friendly and fast. They serve beer.
google avatar

Yelp
Lots of choices Sunshine Seasons is a food court style restaurant located at The Lands Pavilion. There are several places offering a few dishes of various cuisines, and a large indoor seating area. Access to the rides Soarin' and The Lands are from inside this building. When we arrived, we scattered to find food what we wanted. I went to an Asian spot and got their Mongolian Beef. While the seating area was practically full of people, the food area was not crowded at all. I was able to walk right up and ask for my food. After finding a table we relaxed and consumed our food. My Mongolian Beef was flavorful, the thick sauce plentiful. The few pieces of beef were tender enough.
google avatar

Yelp
A great and healthful option for quick service at Disney World. There are quite a bit of options for all dietary restrictions. I got the birria tacos and they were not the best I have ever had but they were pretty darn good. A fantastic deal at $10 for 3 tacos! It is more of a cafeteria style dining and finding a seat can be difficult.

Yelp
A nice spot to get some healthier options at EPCOT. It had actually been awhile since we sat somewhere to eat at EPCOT since we usually get a ton of stuff at the festivals to eat. I really like the roast beef sandwich here, and it's the second time I've ordered it. The only sides you can get though are pasta salad or chips. I would love a veg or fruit option. We mainly stopped by this visit for the specialty 40th anniversary Figment cake. The cream was amazing, but the cake was on the drier side. This was the ONLY reason we came here actually, but my husband saw someone order the chicken with rice and beans and he had to have it, and we decided to stay for lunch. I'll be back for my sandwich next time. :)
google avatar

Yelp
Come here if your group has different taste buds and wants. This food court has varieties of cuisines... Asian, salad, salmon, etc. Taste is standard. Fast service, indoor, plenty of seating, but always crowded.

Yelp
Cookies 'N "Cream" Chocolate Mousse Cup $5.29 (Plant-based). This was delicious especially for being plant based. Very rich, creamy, and heavy. Perfect snack for after dinner and good for sharing because of how rich it is. We love quick service at Sunshine Seasons because they have a lot of options and everything is very fresh.

Yelp
We came into the facility on a Saturday later in the afternoon. As expected for Disney, it was very busy. We were able to locate clean tables quickly. The staff was very friendly and efficient in serving food. There are multiple stations set up with multiple food options. The birria was my favorite, by far. I also thought the rice was quite delicious. I would recommend changing up the cheese & fruit try packaging. The way it was packaged caused the cheese to have an odd taste. Overall the experience was great. The facility is conveniently located next to several great rides and is nicely decorated. The facility also offered bathrooms, an elevator, and air conditioning which is always nice in the Disney parks. I would recommend and return.
google avatar

Yelp
Feels like I walked into an 80's design mall. But we were hungry and there was fast options here. I chose the Mongolian beef. The rice was good. But where's the beef? Ok, found a few chunks. This place is definitely kid friendly for sure. But the food, left much to be desired.

Yelp
Wow! Here in Thanksgiving Day and ordered Thanksgiving dinner, and was NOT disappointed!! Turkey was moist, potatoes were flavorful. Green Beans cooked to perfection and the stuffing (dressing as we southerners will say). The gravy was my favorite part! I wished I'd thought to ask for a little extra!! Everything was clean and neat just as you would expect from Disney! Unfortunately I didn't try anything else there, but I have no doubt every item of food is just as tasty as the meal I had!!

Yelp
While at Epcot it was time to find some food. I looked around for a bit and ended up coming here. If I would have known ahead of time before coming here, I probably would have looked elsewhere in the park or waited until I left the park. It was a bit underwhelming for me. Usually this spot has many choices to choose from. However, when I visited there were only a limited amount of spots open which severely limited what I could select. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. Cafeteria set up here, you grab a tray and make your way to the station of your choosing and opt for what they might have ready. I went with the Mongolian Beef which comes with vegetable fried rice. I also went to the bakery section and got myself a mini bundt cake. Once you have your tray loaded with the items you want you then make your way to the drink station. After that you head over to pay and then fight for a seat in the seating area. My first bite of the food was not satisfying in the least. I was not impressed with the beef. Something about it was off and made for finishing this portion of it not possible. I did enjoy the vegetable fried rice and finished a majority of that. The star of it all was the bundt cake. I wished I would have just made this a quick stop for that alone. It was so delicate and enjoyable. What I can say is that it is quick made park food and I ended up paying for food I did not really eat. You live, you learn.

Yelp
I've heard Sunshine Season is great with allergies so I was excited to give them a try. Sadly it must be hit or miss as the chef I approached had almost no options for me. I was able to eat this fantastic lemon blueberry cupcake and if I could get another right now I would! It actually had fresh blueberries in the center which was unexpected. If you go to Disney during the 50th celebration be sure to try a cupcake there!

Yelp
A great place to eat in EPCOT Epcot Sunshine Seasons is a fantastic dining option located inside the iconic Epcot theme park at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida. It is not just one restaurant but more like a food court below the entrance and between Soaring and The Boat ride. It has a wide variety of fresh and delicious food options, this restaurant offers something for everyone. The atmosphere inside Sunshine Seasons is bright, lively and welcoming, with a spacious and well-lit dining area that can accommodate a large number of guests. The food options here are diverse, with something to please every palate, including vegetarian and gluten-free options. One of the standout features of Epcot Sunshine Seasons, according to the park, is the use of fresh, locally sourced ingredients in the dishes. From the juicy and tender rotisserie chicken to the flavorful and perfectly cooked vegetables, each item on the menu is bursting with flavor and nutrition. Another great thing about Epcot Sunshine Seasons is the sheer variety of food options available. Guests can choose from a wide range of entrees, salads, sandwiches, desserts, and snacks. There are also grab-and-go options for those in a hurry, making this a great choice for families or groups with different dietary needs and preferences. The day we went, it was not that busy and it was easy to get a simple drink and find a seat. Other times that we have used the restaurants it has been very busy and hard to find a seat. Regardless, I have never gotten a bad meal here. The area is kept clean even with the high traffic volume and the prices are reasonable for the park and the current economy Overall, Epcot Sunshine Seasons is an excellent dining option that offers delicious, fresh, and nutritious food in a fun and welcoming atmosphere. It's a great choice for anyone visiting Epcot who wants to fuel up for a day of adventure and exploration!

Yelp
This was good. Liked. Yum yum. ~ Ruby M. These immortal words, first spoken by my much younger sister on our 2017 trip, really exemplify the freshness and care injected into this establishment's cuisine. We've been back since then, but this same spirit of quality lives on, never bowing to the Covid-wrought financial drought. Yes, Sunshine Seasons continues to serve the butteriest, richest salmon, the kind that flakes apart beneath knife and fork. The kind that boasts toppings of butter, herbs and spices. There is something to be said about the Mac n Cheese as well. (This being the subject of my sister's aforementioned quote.) The service was speedy and excellent, being one of Disney's famed "Quick Service" restaurants. Now, seeing as I'm not one to give the Mouse untoward praise, I won't say anything beyond that. As for the ambiance, the atmosphere is food-court-esque in nature, with some nice touches left over from the golden days of Epcot. All in all, a nice experience. Would most certainly visit again. TLDR; Great place to grab salmon. Plenty of choices for younger children. Great remanent of Ye Olde Epcot Center.
google avatar

Jennifer D.

Yelp
This is a good spot for a quick meal and if you want different options. There's sandwiches, salads, etc. The prices are good for the park and it's very quick. I would suggest during high times one person in your party finds a table because it is a little difficult in there.
google avatar

Savone J.

Yelp
The food is delicious and full of flavor. Love that they have a lot of options. The smoked salmon is one of the tastiest things I've had in the park that isn't apart of the festival. It also is refreshing to have a healthier option to enjoy while in a theme park. Loved rice and green beans complimented the salmon well. Also the fruit tasted fresh (I got some pineapples). The cast were great at making recommendations and were nice enough to offer a lid and bag when i asked to take it to go so i could sit outside. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because it turns into a grab and go after 4pm.
google avatar

Janice K.

Yelp
We got there just before they opened at 11 am this past Thursday. It appeared like they had been open for a little while before since people were already eating (at least half the tables were taken) and some people were in line getting food. All the food was warm and flavorful. My salmon and sides were definitely more salty than I prefer. My husbsnd's spicy tacos were not spicy at all. They had ketchup, mayo, soy sauces but no hot sauce. Not sure if it's available at the pickup counter when you order. This place gets busy during prime meal time.

Steve T.

Yelp
My wife and I were in Epcot today when lunchtime came around. The massive Quick-Service restaurant next to the big store was mobbed, so she suggested we go to Sunshine Seasons in The Land. It was a lot closer than the World Showcase places. I had the salmon. Under $15, with mashed potatoes and ratatouille. Excellent. The salmon was cooked perfectly, not overcooked. The sides were really good. My wife had an Asian chicken dish, quite good and very generous portion. The quality of the food for the price, particularly the salmon, was startling. What's keeping them from a 5 star rating, realizing of course that this is Quick-Service and my expectations are scaled that way, was nearly $5 for a fountain drink. All this value for the food and I feel cheated on the drink. I ordered a water; that's free.

Yelp
This casual eatery is located at EPCOT inside The Land pavilion and defies expectations one would have at a theme park. It's a great place for a bite if you are about to go on Soarin' or the Living With The Land boat ride. It's one of those Disney eateries where you go up to whichever counter is serving the type of food you desire, have it dished up and then pay on the way out to the seating area (which is quite large). I walked past multiple options such as chicken and salad then saw a counter serving pork loin. I went for it. It came with two sides (I chose corn on the cob and mashed potatoes and gravy). I was prepared for the worst. Surprise! The pork was astonishingly delicious. Thick, moist, very tender and full of flavor. A barbecue sauce which lightly covered the pork wasn't overpowering and complimented the pork very well. The potatoes and corn were nothing special yet both very good. Count this as an excellent choice for a meal when you're at EPCOT.

Yelp
This has become one of my least favorite quick service options in WDW. The menu is extremely limited and some options are just poor in quality. I ordered the stir fried chicken and the quality was not good. The rice was undercooked and the chicken tasted way too sweet, as if they really abused sugar in the making of this entree. My wife's pizza roll wasn't necessarily bad, but just boring. It also looked like it had been sitting around for an hour or two and was dried out (or maybe it was just over cooked.) definitely a surprising experience from a WDW quick service station.
google avatar

Jason R.

Yelp
Well, what can I say. I will NOT accept the "Covid" as an excuse for how poor this place is now. Nope, not when the prices they charge have GONE UP. If you raise the prices, I expect the food quality to be better than before. NOT WORSE! Simply put, the price you pay isn't worth what it is. The fish comes out dry, the pizza is blah and the burgers are bland... overall it's theme-park food and nothing special at all. They make the menu try to sound all exciting, but trust me it's not anything great. Honestly it's a shame that it's about the only option that is open, but it's NOT a good option for sure.

Yelp
When headed over to ride soaring over the world and knew the wait was about 65 minutes to ride the rides. We needed some grub to get us through the day! We loved that this was a food court that had many options! I'm personally a picky eater so it's a lot easier when there are a variety of foods. We both had a croissant sandwich with bacon, egg, and cheese. It's about $9 and was very tasty! They use a type of white cheese for the sandwich. The cinnamon roll was nice and warm when I bit into it! This made me happy because it tasted fresh! Cinnamon rolls are about $5. Overall, if you are looking for something quick to grab and eat in line, then this is the best spot to go! It's also located right next to the ride. You could even buy food and bring it line to the person that is waiting for you.

Yelp
Review based on Breakfast. Been here twice now for breakfast, food is decent breakfast food, tastes good and filling . No issues with wait times or service here. There seems to be plenty of tables but like any other quick service tables are first come first taken so you may have to wait your turn if you come at a busy time. The breakfast croissant was enough to split between two, it comes with a side of breakfast potatoes.

Yelp
This place is like a cafeteria and you choose what you want. There's lots of options, and a few vegan choices as well. We decided on the jackfruit gyro but we should have went with the vegan korma for the price. There was barely any jackfruit and it was mostly lettuce. The coconut milk tzatziki sauce was very good thought and it was a refreshing snack. We also tried the vegan Oreo mousse which was to die for. It's a little small for the price but so worth it, we might get another one for the road. Overall, this was a nice affordable snack but I'd try something different next time. There are also other food choices inside the Land Pavillion if you don't want to fight to find a table. Overall, I'd just recommend this Quick Service for the dessert. I'm glad we fou d it but would have rather had something else for lunch.

Yelp
Seasons is a grand place to stop and have a snack especially if you have children. The wife variety of foods and drinks makes it easy for you to find something that fits your needs. The grab and go area makes it easy for someone on the go with a busy park day running from attraction to attraction to get some needed refreshment. Many tables are available for anyone who wants to take their time eating and take a break. Right next to living on the land attraction gives you an appreciation for all the fresh food Seasons offers. This is one of the best low pressure food offerings in all of EPCOT.

Yelp
Nice Surprise! As longtime Disney Annual Passholders, we very carefully pick dining locations because the quality, selection, and pricing varies so much. We were in The Land with friends to ride Soarin and decided to grab a quick bite. Usually, Sunshine Seasons is our snack and coffee stop but we grabbed lunch. Out friends, each had the Rotisserie Turkey Club ($10.99) the focaccia was firm and perfect for this sandwich loaded with turkey bacon jam, Jack cheese and avocado dressing went well with the sandwich. It came with a good size side of pasta salad and was one of the better values. My husband had the Sweet and Sour Chicken with Jasmine Rice ($11.59). Not a huge portion but decent, the stirfry was good OK with a nice amount of chicken and fresh vegetables. I opted for the Vegetable Korma ($8.99) a wonderful vegan option with plant-based chicken and cashews. The dish was a little heavy with peas and shaved carrots but it was light and full of flavor. For the price, it was a great value and it was nice to see some interesting, healthier options. There was plenty of seating and all of the Cast Members from the kitchen team to cashiers and the people cleaning tables could not have been nicer.

Yelp
This review is for FAST DINING in EPCOT. This place is perfect when trying to keep a tight schedule. What a great place to encourage the kids to eat healthier? After getting off the ride "Living with The Land" or enjoying the beautiful sites "Soarin" has to offer, this place is a fast dining place located on the bottom floor. Finding seats can be difficult but tables are constantly being clean and turned over fast. The menu has a wide variety of selections including salads with lettuce grown from their sustainable farm that is able to be viewed during "Living with The Land" and their private tours. Needless to my daughter thoroughly enjoys the salads here. We came here on New Years Eve since we missed our reservation for Asherkus. We enjoyed two cupcakes the caramel apple and the peanut butter and jelly. Both were visually appealing and tastefully delightful! Also the bathrooms in this building were the only ones without a line out the door on New Years Eve which is a huge plus when you have a 6 year olds bladder in the family.

Yelp
Everything that we ordered were so good. My favorite was their Chicken Stir Fry. It was so tender and tasty! EPCOT parking: We opted for the preferred parking so it's closer to the park. It's $45 for the whole day. For standard parking, its $25. Staff: They are so friendly and will really go out of their way to help. Restroom: There's a nearby restroom. It's clean and maintained neatly.

Yelp
On our Epcot day we stopped in here for lunch. It's one of the few large Disney restaurants that doesn't offer mobile order which I'm not sure is a pro or con. Service was pretty quick. I got the kids pepperoni pizza meal meal. The pizza itself could have been fresher but this is a high volume restaurant so it's all pre-made. I got pasta salad as both sides. I actually enjoyed the pasta salad. My mom and sister weren't as big of a fan. I would get that again. The staff was also friendly and helpful. Restaurant was very clean. I would likely eat here again if in the area for lunch time.

Yelp
Sunshine Seasons is an excellent place for quick service/fast food dining in Epcot. It is located inside of The Land building. I recently came back for Oreo cheesecake dessert. Go for lunch, as most of the kiosks shut down for dinner.

Yelp
We decided to grab a quick breakfast here before going on Soarin. First there is only a few options to choose from. A kids sized meal with eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes and some kind of bread. There's a egg sandwich and a vegan wrap with tofu that if you ask them to make it with out the tofu they can't because it's pre made. When we were there they were switching over to lunch. The kids area was all ready set up and some one wanted Mac & cheese for their kids. They were told no, not until breakfast is done. $2.00 for a banana and $18.00 for a little breakfast with a coffee and and orange juice.

Yelp
Came here for a quick dinner before the fireworks. I had the chicken stir fry with fried rice. I was a little disappointed. It was okay but nothing to write home about. It tasted like the frozen TV dinners that I get at home. The place was noticeably clean with cleaners walking around spraying each table.

Yelp
Every time I'm in Walt Disney World, this place is a must... wether on the dining plan or paying, I always get the same amazing meal and for the price you pay the is the most filling meal for a Quick service

Yelp
We went here for lunch after going on the Soarin' ride. Mobile ordering isn't available, but the line to order went fast. It was one of the more disappointing meals of our Disney trip. We got a Mediterranean sandwich and a pepperoni pizza roll. The pizza roll was decent, but the sandwich lacked any kind of detectable flavor, it was mostly just bread. There are way better food options in Epcot, skip this one and head over to World Showcase instead.
