"Though Siam Noodle And Rice moved in 2017 from its longtime corner spot on Sheridan to an unassuming Buena Park strip mall, this 40-year-old BYOB spot has kept its loyal following. So chances are, some of the people in their busy dining room have probably been eating their panang curry or pad prik khing with crispy pork since before the age of the iPhone. But regardless of what appetizers or entrees you get, dessert is a must—specifically their housemade coconut ice cream. It’s sweet and nutty, has a hint of salt, peanut topping, and it comes on a bed of sticky rice." - John Ringor

First visit, mentioned by a traveller's and locals and boy it did not disappoint at all. Surely there is a wait and they don't take reservations and they were packed for a Wednesday evening. Our wait was about 15 to 20 mins. But bot is was wroth it. Started off with Lychee lemonade and Yuzu Peach and for appetizers their new item Wagyu Carpaccio. Yuzu peach was amazing a must have a sure enough the Wagyu had a nice kick to it too. Main course was amazing, their noodles are so soft, it just melts in your mouth, we had the Pho Anthony Bourdain, and sure enough packed with flavours and a nice aroma too it, couldn't get enough. Definitely a must try again when in Town.

Originally was going to rate our visit a 3/5, but the servers deserved a bit more credit. My cousins and I visited here for my 25th birthday, and I love the Vox Kitchen by Kei Concept, so I wanted to try their other restaurants. Parking: They’re located in a busy plaza. Finding a spot can somewhat be difficult. Ambiance/Environment: We visited on a Friday night, and it was poppin! There were six of us in total. We joined the waitlist via Yelp at 6:08pm, and we were finally seated at 7:05pm. The estimated wait time was accurate. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Service: There were multiple people servers that helped us. Unfortunately we don’t remember their names. It was very busy, and at times, it became difficult to waive one of them down. I ordered pho, and although the unlimited noodles are a perk, having to constantly waive down a server and wait about 5-8 min for the noodles was such a hassle. There was a lot of downtime for me while I was eating. Despite that, everyone was really nice. One of the male servers forgot I asked for a to-go box, and he came back with a box and an extra pho broth for the inconvenience. I also forgot my viet coffee, and the hostess went to get me a whole new viet coffee. Food: (I’m only going to rate what I ate) 1) Parmesan Fries - My fav appetizer! The fries were crispy and delicious. It also came with three different dipping sauces. 2) Shaken House Fries - My cousins ordered this, and we all shared. We really liked this! The fries were also crispy. The sauce and meat was were mouthwatering. 3) Pho Combination - Despite the recessive amount of downtime I had while waiving a server down for more noodles and waiting for the noodles, the pho was actually good. The broth was flavorful and there was a generous amount of meats. 4) Vietnamese Coffee - Wooo this was stronggg! If you want to stay awake throughout the night, then drink this at 7:30pm like us. Pricing: My cousins constantly mentioned how small their portions were, especially for its price. I thought the pho portion was generous, but the wait time for more noodles was the downside. Would we come back? Probably not. We’ll happily go back to the Vox Kitchen instead lol.

The Food is always delicious. However, the short red-haired girl greeting customers at the entrance is incredibly rude and unkind. She definitely needs to improve her customer service skills.

Didn't understand what the hype was for just some pho, but after tasting that broth I'm now a believer. The broth was so tasty and flavorful. I can still taste it and it leaves you wanting for more. That rib also just falls off the bone tender. Be prepared to wait tho!

Google
Been here a few times and never really cared for the flavor of the broth - not horrible, just didn’t care for it too much. But this last time I got their Anthony Bourdain Pho and wow, that was extremely delicious. Dump the juice from the pickled garlic & jalapeños into your pho 😋 If going during a busy time and you live close by, join the waitlist via Yelp before you leave home.

This is a Vietnamese rice noodle restaurant where you can taste a very specialized broth flavor. You should be prepared to wait on weekends. I recommend the combination. The atmosphere is good to enjoy at the end of the year. It was a Christmas atmosphere. The staff is also friendly. There is another coffee dessert restaurant next door, so it is good to make other schedules after eating.

Google
Great food in a crowded plaza. The food tastes as good as it looks but the parking lot is small so it could be tough getting in and out. A lot of parking spots are 30 minutes only so be careful, don't know if they keep track or tow cars. Had to wait a while coming here during lunch time but it wasn't too bad. There is outside dining as well. Restaurant is owned by kei concepts I believe that is the name and a lot of their restaurants are really good, this one is no different.

This place is always good. You can't go wrong. Unlimited noodles if you eat in store. I got the combination with the lemongrass chili oil and I highly recommend that

Yelp
I recently had an amazing experience at this restaurant! We put ourselves on the waitlist because we knew it would take a while to get in, but it was worth every minute. The place was clean and brightly decorated, creating such a welcoming atmosphere. The **Phở Short Rib + Shaken Style** was incredible--warmed me up with its deep, rich flavors. The perfect comfort food! And let's talk about the **unlimited noodle refills**--as a noodle lover, I was in paradise! I also couldn't get enough of the homemade **aji verde aioli** paired with the **fried rice and rib eye**; it was a match made in heaven. To top it all off, our server Ryan was exceptional. He was attentive, friendly, and ensured everything was accurate throughout our meal. His service really made the experience stand out. Overall, this place is a must-visit if you're looking for hearty flavors, fantastic service, and a lovely ambiance.

Yelp
The first and probably last time we had Sup was when they first opened their Cerritos location, which is now closed. Even though this location is close by, every time we tried to stop in, it was always too busy. Opening up in a popular shopping plaza is a brilliant idea, especially when the food is good! We stopped by on a Monday, and waited less than five minutes to be seated after joining the waitlist. Even after all this time, the bowls are still large, the beef bones are huge (if you included it in your style pho), a decent amount of meat and.....noodles. Not quite enough noodles actually. A bowl this size usually has a lot of noodles. While this itself was a slight disappointment, it's easily overlooked by their unlimited noodle refills. If you had the patience, you could keep on chugging! Sadly, it felt like that was what we did, as the amount of noodles that came out felt like a slurp's worth of pho. Aside from this, the "Sup" broth had good flavor and the meat was slightly rare, I daresay no hoisin needed? The beef belly was left out of my bowl, but was brought out in a separate bowl shortly afterwards. Their beef meatballs have tendons inside. Having frequented their sister restaurant, Vox, we also ordered the garlic wings, but held off on ordering the garlic noodles as we were looking forward to the pho. Although the wings didn't have the same flavor we came to know and love at Vox, the flavor was still pretty good. The green chili sauce that comes with the wings doesn't have the same kick either, but was still quite tasty. Their sodas are Coke products - Strawberry Fanta ftw!!!! Service was amazing! Everyone was hustling back and forth, and it was busy so there was a slight wait on the food, but nothing too scary. If we needed something, everyone that passed by helped with a smile. There were no upset faces, no territory battles, just cheerful energy. The parking though.....

Yelp
My hubby and I had pho briskets for lunch. It was so good. Comfort food for us to relax after work and enjoy the hot broth. Love the rice noodles w tender briskets. Mix the sliced onions, cilantro w the Hoisin sauce and Sriracha and dip the briskets. Heavenly good!!! Love free refill for the rice noodles. Perfect 5 stars for the quality and super fast service.

Yelp
Must Know: Come hungry for the unlimited noodles, the fries are good, and there's FREE parking in a plaza with other stores nearby (H-Mart, Daiso, 85 Degrees). Here are our 5 Star FAPS: Food (F): We ordered the Combination pho! It was tasty with a lot of meat! The meat was on the fattier side. You do get unlimited noodles, which we sadly didn't get any because we were so full. The fries were worth the price and perfect for sharing! They are crispy and flavorful! Ambience (A): We sat outside. It was nice on a Saturday afternoon in February. We felt like there was lots of privacy. We did notice little bugs flying around towards the end though. Parking (P): Free! The lot can get crowded due to the other shops and restaurants, but we found it relatively easy. Service (S): Kind, friendly, and attentive! They are filling your water, checking in on you, and asking if you want more noodles. We did start almost three hours at the restaurant, and they were so kind to let us stay that long. We checked in through Yelp, and the wait was approximately less than 10 minutes around lunch time. We'll definitely be back to take advantage of the free, unlimited noodles next time!

Yelp
Perfect rice noodle day! My wife got so throat from yesterday and we decided to have Pho here. My wife and I were here in 2017. We didn't go back to eat pho since then. It was raining and so chilly back then, the restaurant was tiny, packed on weekend. I got so impressed by the quality and spacious dining area today. We ordered pho w briskets $17.50 and pho w shrimps $17. My wife asked more bean sprouts and sliced onions. She mixed Hoison sauce, Sriracha sauce w sliced onions, cilantro as her korean style kimchi. We both found the beef broth was so rich, flavorful, w lots of bean sprouts, mints, onions, squeezed lime juice. My wife got better after she had the hot broth. I asked a refill for the noodles. Free refill for the rice noodles! My wife loves bean sprouts. She asked a refill for the veggies. I felt relaxed w comfort foods. Especially my wife got better w hot broth, rice noodles. Service, quality: 5 stars, fast, attentive Price: affordable $17 for Pho Dining area: spacious Parking: little tough on weekend I can tell Best rice noodles, Pho restaurant. Definitely go back soon.

Yelp
Anytime it's cold or sick season I want soup and something comforting. Im not a big pho person but ever since I tried Sup I can't seem to stop coming back. Sup is probably the only spot I will eat and crave pho. They are located in a open plaza, so plenty of parking. The inside is pretty big and spacious but be prepared for a wait during busy lunch and dinner hours. They have other fusion dishes besides pho. _Egg Rolls (3 rolls $9.75 / 1 roll $2.50) Ground pork, mushrooms, onions, carrots, glass noodles. Served with pickled carrots, vermicelli, lettuce and sweet n' sour fish sauce. This is a great appetizer to share with 1-2 people, depending how much you want for yourself. The egg rolls are perfectly cripsy, while still being juicy on the inside. I love that they serve the with lettuce wraps, rice noodles, and the finger licking fish sauce. I don't feel as guilty eating fried rolls when I wrap them in lettuce lol _Pho Brisket Pho ($17.50) 4 hour braised brisket. This is always my go-to order for pho. They are very generous with the meat. The brisket is thinly sliced, fatty but also tender. I get the small which is more than enough and for an extra $3.50 you get unlimited noodles. If I can't finish it all, I will take the leftover broth and meat and get the extra noodles to go. The broth is rich but not to oily or greasy. They don't give much basil or bean sprouts, so ask for extra beforehand. _Lomo Saltado ($24.50 filet mignon) Thick fries, tomatoes, charred sweet red onions, white wine soy, home-made aji verde aioli, served with steamed white rice. I had this the first time I came here and before I ever tried their pho. Although the overall flavors are good. I found the meat a bit tough and some dry. The fries were the best part, and probably the best fries I've had with a lomo saltado. _Fried Rice ($24 chicken wings) choice of protein, scrambled eggs, home-made aji verde, and scallions. One of the best fried rice. They give a huge portion. The chicken wings were good, a bit sweet and salty. Definitely enough to take back home. I will say it was a bit on the oily side, so pair it with the aji verde to help cut the oil a bit. The food is always consistent and service is friendly. They are on the pricey side, but you pay for quality and the portions are always generous.

Yelp
12/10--The food was so good, I can't stop thinking about it. I've ordered takeout from here before and have tried the Brisket Pho and their Vietnamese Iced Coffee, both of which I thought were good, but nothing special. Last week, I went inside for dinner for the first time. We went a little before 7pm, put our names down, and then walked around the plaza. They have a lot of other food places nearby as well as a Daiso, 85 Degrees, Hmart, and a Honeymee where we got dessert first. Once we were seated (around 30 minutes later) we tried their Anthony Bourdain Pho, their Garlic Chicken Wings, and their Lomo Saltado with Filet Mignon. The pho flavor was different than any other pho I've ever tried. The meat has got to be the softest I've ever tried--melt in your mouth. The broth was had so much depth and deliciousness--I could have drank bowls of it. They also had free refills on the noodles which they were super generous with. The server offered us more noodles before we even asked! The wings were deliciously flavorful on its own, but the aioli took it to the next level. I could drink it straight! The Lomo Saltado was also wonderful with it's yummy fries, tasty tomatoes and onions, and savory meat as well as the same aioli that came with the wings. Everything was excellent and perfectly seasoned. The staff was on top of everything and customer service was awesome with friendly servers checking in frequently. When I asked for a to go container for the aioli, our waiter got us new containers of it instead. The aesthetic of the place is casually stylish and I love the architecture and textures of the interior. Something a little random, but shows that extra thought went into this place is the mouthwash station in the bathroom Love pretty much everything about this place and I cannot wait to revisit!

Yelp
Not my cup of tea Vietnamese American Fusion We came here as a party for a birthday and although food came out quick and service was good, the food was mid tier level coming from a Vietnamese girl. *** We ordered: - Chicken Wings : garlic sauce was too overpowering. The fries had the same flavor. 1/5 stars - Pho Combination: the broth was too watery. The noodles were too chewy, and the meat was a little stinky.. unlimited pho noodles -- 2/5 stars - Fries: the best part of it. The fries were fried perfectly. But the sauce, it gets very sickening after a couple of bites. 4/5 stars - Noodles & Steak: noodles had no flavor, steak had the same flavor as the chicken wings and fries ://. Steak was perfectly cooked though! 2/5 stars Overall, this is very American. I was expecting more flavor (not just the garlic aspect). But I mean it's okay just not my preference when it comes to wanting good Pho or Vietnamese food in general.

Jessica L.

Yelp
This place is hands down one of the best spots for pho I've ever tried. Their pho is incredible, but the real surprise was how good their appetizers and lomo saltado are. My friend and I shared a few dishes--pho, the chicken, and the lomo--and everything was so flavorful. Bonus: you can ask for noodle refills if you get the pho, which is awesome. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the vibe in the restaurant is great--modern, clean, and pretty fast-paced. It can get busy, so there might be a bit of a wait, but it's worth it. I've also been to their Irvine location, and the quality is just as good here, which says a lot. Definitely worth checking out! (I realized to late I forgot to take a picture of the lomo )

Yelp
I have always loved Sup! But this seasonal PHỞ SPICY LEMONGRASS filet was on a whole other level of deliciousness! The mala chili oil was amazing it had that numbing sensation but not overpowering it's hard to explain but if you love spice and you love lemongrass this is a must try! And the filet mignon was so tender I asked for it on the side so it wouldn't overcook. Our server Ryan T was so nice and courteous and made great suggestions! Will always come back especially now that there's more seating ! The only thing that I struggle with is the chairs man I'm not even a big curvaceous girl and they are a bit uncomfortable and you can't sit back without it hurting but that is the only thing. The ambiance is great it's the right amount of loud I love it must try 12/10 recommend

Roselia G.

Yelp
Seriously THEEE best Pho! It's amazing how every time I mention this 2-location chain, the people already know! I actually haven't been to a lot of Pho spots, but my Vietnamese friend has, and she's taken me to the authentic hole in the wall family owned business around the second largest Vietnamese populated city in the US (which is in OC). But when I brought her here, she was absolutely shocked at how good it is...both the food and the service! My favorite is the Filet Mignon Pho. I always have to get it. I also love that you get unlimited noodles with your bowl, so I always order extra to have a second meal saved with my left over broth. They do serve other items that I haven't yet tried, but plan to. On the weekends there can be a long wait, but you can join the waitlist right in the Yelp app while you're on your way to cut the wait time. Just make sure you arrive when they text that your table is ready, or you could get bumped off.

Yelp
SUP Noodle Bar is part of the Kei Concepts Group. Like all its other restaurants, SUP offers a refreshing yet classic take on the cuisine. I've dined here a few times, and it was an enjoyable experience each time. The prices are a bit premium, but the food is worth it. I mainly ordered the pho here, which are delicious and satisfying. I also appreciate the all-you-can-eat noodles, especially when you have some broth left to enjoy. On my last visit, I ordered the Anthony Bourdain. It was flavorful, with plenty of garlic and wok-seared scallions, and I also liked the thick, flat noodles. You can't go wrong with any version of their pho. The dining area is spacious, with plenty of seating inside and on the shared patio. However, parking can sometimes be challenging due to the many other businesses in the small plaza. The staff and service were kind and attentive. I can't wait to visit again and try more menu items! I'll be back!

Yelp
Another successful establishment by Kei Concepts! This restaurant was so good. I came in during lunch on a Wednesday and was able to get seated pretty easily. The restaurant is big and spacious, but I can imagine coming in at a busier time (like Saturday at dinner time) would be harder to get seating. I got the Pho Shrimp and Shaken House Fries. The Pho shrimp was very good. The broth felt very light and refreshing. There was a sizable amount of noodles in the dish, however, I didn't feel too heavy or sluggish after the meal. I like that there were some veggies included in the meal as well. I also had the shaken house fries. The shaken house fries were very flavorful and well coated with the sauce. Even the few fries that weren't covered in sauce were seasoned great. I will say they were pretty oily and indulgent, but I guess you can never expect healthy french fries. Overall, would return to this establishment.

Yelp
Dined in for dinner at 7:00 pm on 12/30/24. We were a table of 4 and had to wait 30 minutes to be seated outside. It was cold, but they had a fire lamp. I ordered the Lomo Saltado with Filet Mignon and a Pho with lemongrass with a side of extra meat. Lomo Saltado with Filet Mignon was pretty tasty. Not too salty in my opinion and when you mix it with the home-made aji verde aioli, it is complete! Super flavorful! Highly recommend this. Pho with Lemongrass was tasty as well. Noodles were chewy and the meat was soft. The Pho bowl is small and if you order extra meat, you will need an extra bowl of broth to cook it. I like how you can get unlimited noodles. Service was okay. They did forget one item that we asked for, but it was really busy. We had multiple staff ask us if we were okay which was nice. One thing to note, since we were eating outside, there are people also waiting in line too. A person who was waiting in line accidentally sneezed near one of our friends. Just something to be aware of when you dine outside.

Yelp
It pains me to say this but this place was a huge miss. After waiting for about 35 minutes for a table, our party ordered food and I got their pho and was underwhelmed. For context, I've been to other Kei Concepts restaurants (Nep Cafe is my favorite and the Vox Kitchen is another great one). Unfortunately I personally don't think their pho is great, nor is it worth buying. Ambience: The inside is simple, modern, and clean. Super loud environment as the restaurant is busy. Service: Super slow :/ Staff members were nice but it took us forever to flag them down just to ask for waters or napkins. Food. I ordered the Beef Brisket Pho (Shaken Style). Noodles felt overcooked. Did not enjoy the shaken style version of their pho. Felt like it was doing too much on the broth. Was the pho nasty? No. Was it ok? Yes, but for the price point, wait time, and hype I've heard, it fell short for me. Value: On the pricier side. My Shaking beef brisket pho was about $18. Definitely NOT worth. Overall, I still think restaurants under the Kei Concepts are great and worth checking out. But I can't say I would recommend their pho. Go to local family owned businesses instead for pho. There's plenty in OC. It'll taste way better.

Yelp
i have gone a total of 4 times now 3/4 were all great, however yesterday my family & i went & we already knew there would be wait there always is totally cool, but this time i decided to switch it up and get the pho combination & not the anthony Bourdain since I have seen that is one of their more popular items as well. The inconsistency on the dish was rather dissatisfying, and the worst part was that there was a hair in the food and when I reached out to the server about it she quickly took it away, but they didn't compensate me for anything except our soda aside from that as I can see if that came with half effort and you can see it on the plate , i'm pretty bummed because i swore this was gon be a regular spot for me but now i don't want to go back anytime soon !! womp womp womp!!!

Ben L.

Yelp
We had a group of 12 people, so it took a while for us to get in actually. Long long waiting. Seriously.... That many people come for this pho??? After I ordered, i realized why. This is sooooo good!!! Price is not cheaper than ordinary pho restaurant, but this is unlimited refill restaurant! We ordered 13 extra noodles with $0. We ate a lot, enjoyed a lot, and we were very satisfied. I believe i have to visit again any time soon ;)

Maggie O.

Yelp
Service was amazing, food was delicious, and the ambiance was good :) We were a party of 4 people and I put us on the waitlist once I was within 5 miles of the restaurant (that was the limit). We actually went up the waitlist fairly quickly, it took us 40 mins to get seated. The estimated wait time was 45 mins to an hour! Combination pho - 10/10 3 of us got the combination pho w/ free noodle refills and it was delicious!! The broth was amazing and surprisingly light. There was also a good amount of meat in each bowl, 2 of us had to take the rest home due to the portion! I don't think I could ever get a refill on the noodles but that is quite the deal Steak Lomo Saltado - 10/10 Our other friend got the Steak Lomo Saltado. I tried a bit and the steak was great and the fries were surpisingly so flavorful and crunchy! I would definitely want to order that next time Shaken House Fries - 10/10 The shaken house fries was an appetizer we got to share. I love thin crispy fries and these were so good! There was also a good amount of beef belly on the fries as well Our waitress was so nice and we really loved her so much. I believe her name was Megan and she checked in with us occasionally and was just super kind! I understand why this place is so hyped now and I'm glad it's actually great and not just another overhyped place. Will definitely be coming back to try their other dishes!

Yelp
I love this place. It's clean, modern, and service was great. I came on a Saturday morning by myself before heading over to HMart. I ordered their house special Pho with everything and a Vietnamese coffee. I completely forgot that the coffee comes default with condense milk, but I'm glad because I got to taste it in its "true form." I generally order black coffees, but this one with milk tasted good. I liked that the coffee was dark and roasted, which complemented the milk they used. I normally stay away from regular Vietnamese coffees because they're either too sweet or it's so off balanced that it would taste like cigarette milk tea (bad burnt coffee masked by condense milk). Onto the noodles. I added the "shaken" style to my pho because I love green scallions and shallots. It added more depth into the broth. The broth tasted hearty, wasn't too fatty, and had a clean finish, so I was impressed. The cuts of meats were tender, tasty, and of good quality. Yes, the bowl I ordered was $20, but it was worth it and I got 1 side of extra noodles, which came in a both of broth. My bowl of noodles came with the usual sides.... basil, jalapenos, lime, and beansprouts. However, they gave me a side of parboiled, thinly-slided white onions too! :D Overall, I was happy. Their restroom was clean as well and they provide mouthwash, which was perfect since I had so much scallions, onions, and shallots. Is it life-changing pho? Nope, but it's pretty damn good and they have their formula that works for me. I look forward to trying more things on their menu.

Sage S.

Yelp
Ambiance is fun and busy. The service was quick and nice. I got the garlic noodles with filet steak bites and it was delicious. Especially with the green sauce they put on the side! Will definitely be coming back

Jennifer C.

Yelp
Known for unlimited pho noodles and they do have quite a large variety of pho but they also have fried rice, noodles and lomo saltado. We came on a Saturday around 11 and we only waited for a few minutes for a table of 8. The inside is really spacious but it looks like they also had a small amount of outdoor patio seating. As I'm not eating red meat, I was a little disappointed to see that all the pho broth is beef based. Even there vegetarian version uses the beef broth base. I ordered the shrimp spring rolls and also got to try some of their garlic chicken wings. The spring rolls were standard but well made and fresh. The chicken wings were really good! They put a garlic paste on top that really makes the garlic flavor standout. I also got their Vietnamese iced coffee that was good as well. My partner got the brisket pho that he said tasted good but he wished there was more meat. Someone else got the lomo saltado that people were saying good things about and my partner said he'd probably order that next time over the pho. Service was really friendly and quick. A few people in my group got multiple noodle refills and there wasn't any pushback. Drinks with free refills were quickly refilled and as we were leaving they also asked if we wanted to have the drink filled up and put in a to go cup.

Yelp
Best pho! The Pho Rib Bones is the SUPER STAR . The tender meat truly falls off the bones. We've also tried the brisket and the Anthony Bourdain phos. Brisket was a bit tough. The Anthony Bourdain was tender and flavorful filet mignon. Noodles are "bottomless" ~ they'll bring you more if you request. Cool modern, clean interior. It's rather chilly though. Friendly and efficient servers. I can't imagine a better place for pho. Highly recommend.

Yelp
This was the first time I brought my family in to dine, though it's been a while since I last visited for takeout. I noticed the restaurant had expanded, so we decided to try it out on a Thursday night. Eugene was our server, and he was incredibly friendly and patient while we looked over the menu. He took our drink orders and then helped us with our food choices. I ordered the Anthony Bourdain pho, the kids had the beef belly pho, and my husband chose the filet mignon lomo saltado with double fries and no rice. For appetizers, we had spring rolls and egg rolls. Even though the menu mentions unlimited noodle refills, I was skeptical until we actually ordered extra noodles. The broth was just as amazing as I remembered, and the beef was cooked perfectly. My husband was really impressed with the lomo saltado. Eugene provided outstanding service, and we'll definitely be back soon. I highly recommend this place for some top-quality pho!

Yelp
Best lomo saltado I've ever tried. The aji sauce is amazing. Service is always good. Yuzu peach lemonade is a must as well.

Yelp
DELICIOUS FOOD! BUSY PLACE JOIN THE YELP WAITLIST We enjoyed all of our food. This place gets really busy so I recommend that you check in for your table by joining the Yelp Waitlist on your way there. It's in a center with a Daiso and H Mart so we did some shopping before our table was ready. We started with the garlic wings, they had a great flavor. I ordered the Anthony Bourdain Pho it was good (I liked the additional onions but I was expecting a little more with a name like that). The boys shared garlic pasta with steak and fried rice with spam. I tried them both and they were both delicious. The service was great and they brought me extra noodles without asking for them.

Yelp
The other location was on my yelp bookmarks but this place ended up being closer to me at the time of my visit. Located in a bustling plaza, this place seems like an upscale fusion restaurant from the looks of it. They even have a small outside dining area!! I ordered online and it mentioned that it would be ready in 30 minutes. I came after 20 and it was already prepped! It took me another 20-30 min to reach my destination and the food was still warm enough to eat. I got the lomo saltado with rib eye and lemme tell you! It is so worth it! Reminds me of bo luc lac a bit with the red onion and tomatoe in this dish. They give so much rich that I didn't even eat half of it. Fries are only good fresh. And some pieces of rib eye were just fatty...... Overall solid spot for this! The lomo saltado caught my eye and was interesting. Haven't seen it offered in the bay area yet.

Yelp
Pleasantly surprised about the veggie & tofu pho -- packed with insane amount of veggies and the broth was so flavorful. Truly perfect for a cold winter night! Our server was extremely attentive and nice! Came back to our table several times to make sure we were good or needed refills on drinks or more noodles!

Yelp
Great food and service. Wait is long but it is worth it. Their unlimited noodles with an order of pho is a great offer! Their fried bao was bomb, Would come back for more!

Catherine Z.

Yelp
While the wait here gets crazy long during peak hours, the food is DEFINITELY worth the long wait. This is one of my absolute favorite pho places, and the broth is just so flavorful with unlimited noodle refill. My go to is the anthony bourdain pho--which has such a unique spin on the traditional pho flavors to make it even more savory and umami. Would highly recommend anyone craving pho to give this place a try (and probably be their favorite pho spot after giving it a try)

Yelp
$6 kids meal comes with chicken nuggets, fries and juice lol.... Honestly couldn't decide which pho to get but end up with the braised beef tongue pho which was good! Would try another like beef belly or rib... or even the Anthony Bourdain pho... Interior looked nice but we opted for the outdoor patio. Only thing I didn't like was that the chairs were bolted down :( Cashless payments only.

Yelp
Arrive early, find parking, then wait in line. Or you can join the waitlist on Yelp. The restaurant is always busy. The interior decor is modern contemporary with 2 stories. The seatings are 1st floor indoor and outdoor. The noise level is slightly on the loud side, but you can still talk to your companions without shouting at each other. The customer service was good. They came to the table with menu immediately after seated. The menu has a good variety of fusion Vietnamese/Chinese food. The food was prepared and served hot within timely manner. The pho broth was ok, not the best. I dont believe they use packaged soup base, because it didn't leave some weird taste in my taste buds. The meat and vege were fresh. Water tasted pure. Again. I wasn't impressed with the food. It's good but not great. It is a cool place for small group, family, or couples. Overall, I'd give it a 4.4 out of 5.

Yelp
The best Vietnamese restaurant in Orange County. Their Pho is unmatched. Quality of ingredients. The service is exceptional. Server checks in a few times to make sure the food and experience is the best. We usually have Beef Belly, Short Ribs pho, Spring Rolls and the Kids meal. Value for the money is there. I recommend joining Yelp waitlist in advance. Family environment, staff makes this place better. I am a regular customer now. Always go there every time we are near by.

Yelp
Two words: unlimited noodles. Come hungry, take on all the noods you can and you won't leave one bit hungry! This place is definitely the place to go for awesome pho, and with the waitlist always being very long it certainly shows! Service is quick and efficient, even if it's jam packed. As many have said before, do yourself a huge favor and get on the waitlist to avoid up to 2 hour waits. There's plenty of space for big and small groups, but in the bustle of everything it feels cozy and inviting. The whole menu is a fusion on tradition and modern, with something great for everyone, ranging from insanely amazing pho to delicious truffle parmesan fries and their take on lomo saltado. The standout is the fall off the bone rib bone pho. it really is two giant rib bones with super tender and moist meat! Ordered shaken style with wok-seared scallions, onions, and garlic, and the pho is on another level of taste you won't find anywhere else. Oh, and unlimited noodles? Yes please!! Absolutely worth a stop for a filling and yummy meal!

Yelp
There was a short wait for our 11 people group on Sunday morning, but we still got seated in about half an hour. Unlimited noodle refills for both thick and thin noodles. Make sure you tell them which one you want. Service was pretty fast and the price is worth it especially since they give large and free noodle refills. I had the rib bone pho and despite the meat not sliding off like beef brisket meat, it was still delicious. I think the egg rolls and spring rolls were also pretty good. Cozy atmosphere and comfortable place for groups and families to hang out and enjoy a delicious meal. TLDR - 30ish minute line, delicious food, unlimited noodles

Yelp
Excellent food, per usual! The service was quick, and our waiter was very helpful and efficient. The combination of great food and a lively space was great.

Yelp
I've been to Sup Noodle Bar a few times now, and it's always a solid choice when I'm craving a comforting bowl of pho. This time, I ordered their pho and the shaken house fries. Both dishes were tasty--the broth was rich and flavorful, and the fries were a great savory addition with just the right amount of seasoning. However, one consistent issue I've noticed across multiple visits is the wait for extra noodles. Even after requesting them, it often takes longer than expected, and I've had to follow up each time. It's a small detail, but it does interrupt the flow of an otherwise good meal. The atmosphere here is lively and welcoming, making it a great spot for a casual dinner with friends. The staff is friendly, but it seems like they might be juggling a lot during busy times. Overall, I enjoy coming here for the food, and while the service could use some fine-tuning, I'll still keep it in my rotation.

Yelp
First time trying this place after my friends hyped it up. Honestly, I was a little disappointed. Food: 3/5 We ordered the Combination Pho, Cajun garlic noodles with rib eye, and a spam fried rice. The pho was hardy and unique because they give you unlimited noodles on the side. However, the pho came out warm. Im not sure if it is just because we were seated outside and it cooled down too quick but it was not great. The garlic noodles were my favorite, it had a delicious umami flavor and paired wonderfully with the aji verde sauce. The spam fried rice was basic. The spam was salty (which is normal) and complimented the rice. The reason this is a 3/5 was because the spam fried rice had a price of hard plastic inside. I nearly chipped a tooth biting down on that. Service: 5/5 The service was great. Our server was attentive and came to check up on our table multiple times. The food came out pretty fast, but as mentioned, the pho came out warm instead of hot. The wait was not terrible with their Yelp Waitlist. There was ample parking in the plaza. Price: 3/5 This place is a little on the bougier side. I am use to pho being around $13-$14 in the San Gabriel Valley. The portions are usually a lot bigger too. This place, the Combination Pho was almost $20. The silver lining is their unlimited noodle refills. The spam fried rice was pretty basic, like something I could make at home, but that was also about $20. Ambiance: 4/5 This place has cool and chill atmosphere. It seems like a modern take on ethnic foods. However, I feel their menu is all over the place. For example, they have Chinese, Peruvian, Vietnamese, and cajun food. Overall this place would have been a 4/5 but that piece of hard plastic in the spam fried rice really ruined my experience.

Yelp
I am really sorry to say that the actual broth fell short of my expectations, there was not much depth of flavor. I have visited Kei coffee and experienced how they do everything with excellence so I decided to come try their pho. It's located in a very busy shopping center so parking can be troublesome. The line to get in seems to get long at times but fortunately we were seated within five minutes for lunch. The staff was friendly during our quick visit. Food came within minutes of ordering. The parmesan fries and their accompanying sauces were good but our drinks not so much. I found a funny aftertaste in the lychee lemonade (I originally wanted to try the pina colada but it's gone from the menu now). My daughter ordered the shirley temple and it was very sprite forward. I will stick to the mom and pop shops for pho.

Yelp
Love my experience here always! Come when you have a little more time on your hands because it's so good there's typically a wait. The employees here are so friendly and always doing their best to accommodate the customer. Everyone here deserves a raise. The atmosphere is warm, nice, and usually filled up by people and good energy. Now to speak on the food!!!! Absolutely amazing, love the selection of pho you don't usually get at every pho place. The appetizers are amazing I've tried almost everything I recommend the golden bao most. I can't wait to come back!!

Yelp
Tasty twist to a traditional pho. I had Pho Rib bone soup with the extra shaken mixture that I poured for enhance the flavor. The Lomo Saltado was done very well. Both dishes, the meat was cooked nicely, tender and fall off the bone. I will definitely comeback and try other dishes! Service was great...very attentive waiters!!!

Yelp
Came back recently, and this spot is still really great. The meat quality is top tier, and they provide all the essential garnishes--mint leaves, limes, jalapeños, and bean sprouts. Plus, the endless noodle refills are a huge bonus. The only drawback is the broth, which lacks that deep star anise flavor found in the most flavorful pho broths. It's still good, just not as complex as some others. That said, everything else makes this a solid spot for pho, and I'd definitely keep coming back! Parking is a challenge. The lot of shared with a variety of other businesses and finding a spot takes anywhere from 5-20 minutes. Street parking is recommended if available.

Yelp
Came here just after 11 am on a Monday and it was already quite busy. Definitely use their waitlist. We had been to their Irvine location and this one is bigger I believe. The food quality is just as good, and the service was strong. Definitely recommend the rib bone pho, and we inhaled the chicken wings and fries. Also got the ribeye garlic noodles and while it was good the steak was a bit overcooked. We ended up taking it home so no big deal. At the time of our visit, one of the two restrooms were out of order so there was a long wait there. Other than that, really enjoyable experience.

Yelp
There is always a wait for this place but definitely worth the try! I think this location is better than the one in Irvine! The meat falls off the bone so nicely and the meat itself is so tender and soft! Way better than the Irvine location already! Disappointed that the soup wasn't hot enough to cook the rare short rib that we ordered on the side and we had to get extra in order for it cook fully. Service here is always super friendly and fast!

Yelp
Yelp waitlist for the win again! Approx time to seat was 60-71 minutes. We came around the 60 minute mark and was seated immediately, Service was lovely. The server was attentive and around when we were ready to order. Beef belly pho was delicious, between the beef ribs and beef belly, I like the beef belly better - I ordered medium so the meat wasn't as tough. We also ordered the shaken fries - let me tell you, it is delicious but garlicky. Writing this at home and I can still taste and smell the garlic. Definitely recommended.

Yelp
Thank goodness for the Yelp waitlist! There was a line just to get on the list, but we got seated as soon as we arrived. The rib bone pho was excellent--the meat was tender and fell right off the bone. The fries were crispy and came with a variety of dipping sauces. My mom really enjoyed her veggie tofu pho. The service was friendly, and I'll definitely be coming back!

Yelp
I love this place with a deep passion and the fact that they give unlimited noodles is magnificent. I love the broth of the pho. I'm always a thick noodles pho person and this place does it justice. The inside of this restaurant is very simple with a lot of tables. It's in a big plaza and the service is also great (considering how much bowls of noodles they had to give to us).
