Super Burrito NYC | Bleecker Street

Super Burrito was fantastic. From the exterior, it doesn’t seem like much, but as soon as I stepped inside, I felt transported back in time. With its vintage light fixtures and orange diner booth seating, the place had a wonderfully retro vibe. It featured a really cool bar and was an overall great spot. They offered a beer/shot combo that I couldn’t resist called the “Mckibbin,” which consists of a shot of whiskey paired with a bottle of Miller High Life—definitely something I wasn’t going to skip, even on a Monday. I inquired about their signature burrito or wrap, and Camille the bartender who was awesome recommended the “Dankwrap,” which includes ground beef, lettuce, pico, spicy mayo, queso, and sour cream all wrapped in a quesadilla. The first bite was amazing, reminiscent of an upgraded Crunchwrap Supreme. I can imagine this place being an excellent late-night spot for drunk food and a fun place to drink. Overall, I would absolutely suggest giving it a try. The beer was cold, the food was good, and the atmosphere was delightful. I’d give it a 4 out of 5 rating. They also had The Grateful Dead live at Cornell playing which was great.

Finally, the perfect, authentic, delicious California style burritos of my dreams. I've scoured NYC for the ten years since I moved here from SF, and I am so happy that Super Burrito has opened! Twice in 24 hours (yesterday brekkie burrito without hash browns -- the perfect breakfast burrito; today carnitas mission slim). Tears of joy both days. Don't change a g--d-mn thing.

The vibes in this place are on another level, the decor of this place was extremely well thought out. Very 90s Californian style, so it’s not authentic Mexican fare. Thank god there is no loss of food quality between West Village and Williamsburg locations. I’ve been to the Williamsburg location only a couple of times due to the fact that it’s far away from any transit that’s also in my area. Now that they’ve opened this location I wouldn’t mind coming here more often.

Super Burrito lives up to its name! The outdoor vibe is bright, colorful, and full of personality—perfect for a casual, feel-good meal. The service? Super friendly and fast. I ordered the carne asada burrito, and wow—this thing is chubby, chunky, and packed with flavor. Every bite was juicy, satisfying, and left me wanting more. Definitely one of the best burritos I’ve had in a while. If you’re in the west village area, this spot is a must-try. 🌯🔥

Solid mission style burrito. Hard to complain about a burritonin Nyc cause the city is so void of good options but this is one of my favorite breakfast burritos. Cool bar inside as well. Overall a nice addition to the neighborhood

Love the food music beer of this spot. The michelada was delicious. And I’m still craving their version of a Crunchwrap. Can’t wait to come back and try more of their menu!

The vibe in here is unmatched. Feels like I’m in the best of the 90s. The cocktails get you feeling all warm inside while it’s cold out. And the food, the burrito is a great size, but will definitely try their dank wrap next time! Definitely swing by if you’re in the neighborhood for a cocktail or 5, and a burrito. One of the best in the city!

This place is a fantastic burrito joint! 🌯 Super Burrito serves a wonderful selection of delicious 🤤 Mexican 🇲🇽 food! Definitely get the burrito and make it super! 🦸‍♂️ Staff 👨‍🍳 is friendly, service is quick ⏲️, and the ambience 🎶 is great! I wish I knew about this place earlier!

Different than the Williamsburg one . It's a bar . The burrito is still excellent though . Service is great .

Loved it all! Great music inside. Great ambiance. Great friendly service with a smile. Tasty food. Good portions. BUT IT WAS ALL COLD! It could've been an easy 5 but everything needed to be reheated. Loved the California burrito and the dankwrap that we were recommended. Reasonable prices ($14-15). But it all came out lukewarm and then 5 minutes in, super chilly. Also, the salsa is mid.

I'm visiting New York for 10 days from Southern California which has some of the best Mexican food in the world, and this place is delicious. We actually came here TWICE in the same week because of how great the food is. We ordered at the counter and waited inside for our order. The inside is a super cute cocktail bar. All of the employees have always been friendly, and there are plentyyyy of seats inside. The Dankwrap is identical to a higher quality Taco Bell Crunchwrap with a lot more ingredients. They do not skimp you on the meat! The tacos that come on the corn tortillas are SO good too. I had half a taco and most of the Dankwrap and was full. Good portions, fair price point, and delicious flavor. This will become a staple when we visit and need our Mexican food fix!

The best burritos in New York are available in Manhattan and the 3rd location of Super Burrito. This one is more like a bar, with similar vibes to the back room at the Williamsburg location. Still the same amazing food though, so get here for some chips and queso and the Dankwrap ASAP.

Excellent addition to Bleecker Street. Prices are spot on for some easy eating Mexican food. You'll order from the bar and help yourself to water. We ate a carnitas burrito and a dankwrap. Both were delicious. I was very happy with my dankwrap. (It's akin to a toasted Crunchwrap.) Ingredients were quality. Really big and I was only able to eat 1/2 of it. Took the leftovers home. Fun ambiance with booths and high tops. Feels like 1980s living room, with a disco ball. In the summer there will be an ordering window to the street and seats outside. Looking forward to this.

On my first visit the tacos were pretty average. This time I tried a dankwrap and a cocktail and they were pretty tasty.

To-go Window gives false illusion of expediency...waited outside like a shmuck for 30 minutes. Inside some unorganized event was going on - birthday party or some social gathering. Not enough employees to keep the guests served. Also was charged a 6$ tip on takeout Food is pretty good nothing crazy. I Stole a bunch of hot sauce bottles to restore equilibrium to the world

This place is super underrated Taco Bell on steroids Give it a try - chicken quesadilla, tacos, breakfast tacos all are incredible

The best shrimp nachos and carnitas burrito ever. Bartender was great and welcoming. The ambiance was dark. It was pretty crowded, but great food and drinks.

Amazing margaritas, chips and salsa are spot on, definitely a must stop on bleeder. Also great music and overall vibe!!!!

SCAM--they auto charge 20% tip for the OUTDOOR TAKEOUT window. It auto populates 20% and you have to manually edit and remove it which is super easy to miss, and why on earth are they assuming a 20% tip for an outdoor takeout window where you walk up and order it yourself and don't even enter the building. Insane. The default should be 0%. On top of that, it was a very, very mid burrito. Tortilla was very mediocre store bought, and fries were mediocre school cafeteria fries. I would've maybe given 2 or 3 stars but the auto 20% tip put such a bad taste in my mouth, even as someone who has worked at many restaurants.
