Super Burrito

The staff was super friendly and helpful, we got there for an exclusive food tour hosted by mattyeats so we had the place to ourselves and a new deep fried beef taco coming soon! It was delicious! Mouth watering to say the least 🤤🤌

Ordered 2 burritos, and 1 dank wrap. Filling was alright, though upon unwrapping the wrap/burrito one side was golden brown and the other...

This burrito is outstanding. We had the basic Pollo Verde. Sounds basic but was amazing. Chicken was tender, beans were delish and the overall flavor was so good. Def recommend!

Super Burrito was fantastic. From the exterior, it doesn’t seem like much, but as soon as I stepped inside, I felt transported back in time. With its vintage light fixtures and orange diner booth seating, the place had a wonderfully retro vibe. It featured a really cool bar and was an overall great spot. They offered a beer/shot combo that I couldn’t resist called the “Mckibbin,” which consists of a shot of whiskey paired with a bottle of Miller High Life—definitely something I wasn’t going to skip, even on a Monday. I inquired about their signature burrito or wrap, and Camille the bartender who was awesome recommended the “Dankwrap,” which includes ground beef, lettuce, pico, spicy mayo, queso, and sour cream all wrapped in a quesadilla. The first bite was amazing, reminiscent of an upgraded Crunchwrap Supreme. I can imagine this place being an excellent late-night spot for drunk food and a fun place to drink. Overall, I would absolutely suggest giving it a try. The beer was cold, the food was good, and the atmosphere was delightful. I’d give it a 4 out of 5 rating. They also had The Grateful Dead live at Cornell playing which was great.

Best burrito I’ve ever had, plus they stay open late on weeknights which is amazing. As a vegetarian, their rice & bean burrito is like an entire meal - filling and delicious. You truly get your money’s worth with each purchase!

I work in the industry and I really loved the vibe of this place itself , but when I ordered some food and drink at the counter,the bartender gave weird vibes The girl with glasses It’s a Monday night very slow… Eventually we enjoyed the food which it was really good and had great time with one of the guy who works there , his name is Pablo, super fun and enjoyable and after a while the bartender started to toss ice cubes to us for no reason, and hit me a couple of times Honestly she is the only wrong thing in this place She needs to change job or her whole attitude because this is not the way who you treat or welcome people at the bar you work. But no where else Very rude and this is the first review I ever made Just for you to imagine I don’t like to complain because I really understand when people work and have to deal with people because I do it my self but disrespect is not justify Hope you find a better replacement :)

The vibes in this place are on another level, the decor of this place was extremely well thought out. Very 90s Californian style, so it’s not authentic Mexican fare. Thank god there is no loss of food quality between West Village and Williamsburg locations. I’ve been to the Williamsburg location only a couple of times due to the fact that it’s far away from any transit that’s also in my area. Now that they’ve opened this location I wouldn’t mind coming here more often.

The vibe in here is unmatched. Feels like I’m in the best of the 90s. The cocktails get you feeling all warm inside while it’s cold out. And the food, the burrito is a great size, but will definitely try their dank wrap next time! Definitely swing by if you’re in the neighborhood for a cocktail or 5, and a burrito. One of the best in the city!

As an LA transplant, I often long for the delicious Mexican dishes ubiquitous in that city. In recent years, though, New York has been producing some top tier Mexican restaurants, and I count Super Burrito among them. I absolutely love the food here. The burritos are superb: hot filling of melty cheese, perfectly grilled meats, and seasoned rice, all coming together in one cohesive bite. The sauces are wonderful as well. I am particularly partial to their vibrant green hot sauce that gives any dish just the right amount of heat. The vibes are just right. On the night that I came, the bar played nostalgic club hits from the 90s to the early 2000s. It was fun sitting in that darkly lit room, bopping to the music of my teenage years, sipping a refreshing orange cocktail. I can't wait to come here again!

Anthony is the best bartender, great service good food!! The music in this spot is incredibleeeee such a vibe especially on a calm Sunday night !!

We wanted a quick to-go situation to take to the park and this seemed it. We walked up to the window and the screen was not working. Eventually an employee came up and realized that there was an issue with the self check out. She said we have to go inside a bar!! to place the order. The bar on the corner connects to Super Burrito. So we got a Shrimp burrito and a Shrimp bowl to go. The wait was significant. The ladies at the bar are cool though. Finally once we got our food, we headed to the park to try. It was sooo good. Good amount of shrimp, nice balance of ingredients inside. Just annoying they change extra for sour cream and guac. I saw lots of people ordering on the apps and coming in to pick up. I think that's the move..

Got the dank wrap and it was bomb but if I'm being honest Taco Bell tastes just as good. I do still want to try the breakfast burritos though.

Delicious burrito. And big. The shrimp and carne asada were delicious, the salsas worked. I'll be back to try more of their offerings but the CA style burrito was great.

The best burritos in New York are available in Manhattan and the 3rd location of Super Burrito. This one is more like a bar, with similar vibes to the back room at the Williamsburg location. Still the same amazing food though, so get here for some chips and queso and the Dankwrap ASAP.

Definitely a good option for quick casual burritos/tacos. We ordered at the take out window, it took about 15 mins to get our food (2 dankwraps and a side of queso). The wraps were great, we got one with carne asada and one with the regular ground beef. Essentially tasted like an elevated taco bell crunch-wrap. I will say it definitely got soggy towards the end due to there being a lot of liquid ingredients in the wrap. I would say definitely skip the side of queso, ours was very thick and lukewarm. Overall I would probably return, prices aren't bad and they are open pretty late.

Loved it all! Great music inside. Great ambiance. Great friendly service with a smile. Tasty food. Good portions. BUT IT WAS ALL COLD! It could've been an easy 5 but everything needed to be reheated. Loved the California burrito and the dankwrap that we were recommended. Reasonable prices ($14-15). But it all came out lukewarm and then 5 minutes in, super chilly. Also, the salsa is mid.

I'm visiting New York for 10 days from Southern California which has some of the best Mexican food in the world, and this place is delicious. We actually came here TWICE in the same week because of how great the food is. We ordered at the counter and waited inside for our order. The inside is a super cute cocktail bar. All of the employees have always been friendly, and there are plentyyyy of seats inside. The Dankwrap is identical to a higher quality Taco Bell Crunchwrap with a lot more ingredients. They do not skimp you on the meat! The tacos that come on the corn tortillas are SO good too. I had half a taco and most of the Dankwrap and was full. Good portions, fair price point, and delicious flavor. This will become a staple when we visit and need our Mexican food fix!

Excellent addition to Bleecker Street. Prices are spot on for some easy eating Mexican food. You'll order from the bar and help yourself to water. We ate a carnitas burrito and a dankwrap. Both were delicious. I was very happy with my dankwrap. (It's akin to a toasted Crunchwrap.) Ingredients were quality. Really big and I was only able to eat 1/2 of it. Took the leftovers home. Fun ambiance with booths and high tops. Feels like 1980s living room, with a disco ball. In the summer there will be an ordering window to the street and seats outside. Looking forward to this.

I forgot to take a photo but I tried the California burrito from here. It was pretty good but I doordashed it so by the time it reached me it was quite cold unfortunately. The tortilla also was super thick and maybe not fully cooked?? However I definitely can see the potential here. The steak in this burrito was miles more tender than electric, but the fires were a bit soggy. But i feel like this could definitely be solved by getting it fresh. What I do like about this place is that it comes with guacomole and sour cream?? Automatically. Love the flavors just wish I could have had it hot off the grill. Want to try again.

Different than the Williamsburg one . It's a bar . The burrito is still excellent though . Service is great .

I wish I remembered to take a photo of my poblano quesadilla, perhaps next time, as there will absolutely be a next time. I was so hungry and it was so delicious that it was consumed in a matter of minutes. All I could hear next to me from the left was sniffling from the hot sauce my friend accidentally doused his crunch wrap in and every few seconds, "omg this is the best burrito I've ever had" from my husband on the right. I am so glad our friend introduced us to this place. I also love the fact that they fresh-squeeze the limes to make drinks. The service that night was interesting. I felt our server wanted to be anywhere else but at work. I felt for her. I remember my bartending days and having to converse with customers when all I really wanted to be doing was home reading a book. I LOVE how they have decorated the place. It was bar-meets-diner vibe and I loved the red lighting.

Delicious food that was ready quickly. Sat in their outdoor seating area but the bar looked like it would be fun.

1st time a charm. Delicious!!! Raved about this spot. 2nd time INEDIBLE . Over cooked and over seasoned steak. Chips were hard AF perhaps even stale. California Burrito was put together and looked like mush. Fries were over fried/burnt. Had it delivered and had to eat the cost because no one onsite can problem solve. Only managers, who aren't there. And that's why we'd rather cook at home than to throw money at subpar food. Took a gamble and lost. Save ur pockets.

On my first visit the tacos were pretty average. This time I tried a dankwrap and a cocktail and they were pretty tasty.

To-go Window gives false illusion of expediency...waited outside like a shmuck for 30 minutes. Inside some unorganized event was going on - birthday party or some social gathering. Not enough employees to keep the guests served. Also was charged a 6$ tip on takeout Food is pretty good nothing crazy. I Stole a bunch of hot sauce bottles to restore equilibrium to the world

This place is super underrated Taco Bell on steroids Give it a try - chicken quesadilla, tacos, breakfast tacos all are incredible

The best shrimp nachos and carnitas burrito ever. Bartender was great and welcoming. The ambiance was dark. It was pretty crowded, but great food and drinks.

SCAM--they auto charge 20% tip for the OUTDOOR TAKEOUT window. It auto populates 20% and you have to manually edit and remove it which is super easy to miss, and why on earth are they assuming a 20% tip for an outdoor takeout window where you walk up and order it yourself and don't even enter the building. Insane. The default should be 0%. On top of that, it was a very, very mid burrito. Tortilla was very mediocre store bought, and fries were mediocre school cafeteria fries. I would've maybe given 2 or 3 stars but the auto 20% tip put such a bad taste in my mouth, even as someone who has worked at many restaurants.

Amazing margaritas, chips and salsa are spot on, definitely a must stop on bleeder. Also great music and overall vibe!!!!
