"This cozy Tex-Mex restaurant nestled in the Gulch is off the beaten path, but it’s worth finding. The jalapeno margarita is a favorite here, and they have other unique flavors like ginger, hibiscus and even pickle. The chips and salsas won’t last long on the table, so be sure to put in an order of fajitas — whose proteins range from catfish to carnitas — quickly.
