Cover the table with small plates from the dim sum-inspired carts, including patatas bravas, fried pork wings, and ropa vieja, or dig into large-format dishes such as Mexico City-style brisket with tortillas and all the trimmings or Spanish bacalao in aji-butter sauce with olive oil potatoes.
