"Classically trained in Japan, sushi chef Hiro-san delivers premium sashimi, sushi, maki, and more. One standout is a small plate of buttery and flaky grilled black cod glazed with miso. Available for takeout and dine-in, but keep in mind, this dining room is small." - Janna Karel

"Reservations are highly encouraged at this sushi restaurant near the CSN campus. Open Wednesday through Sunday, Sushi Hiroyushi is fairly nondescript, allowing the food to take center stage. Plates of nigiri, hand cut rolls, and bowls of sashimi are super fresh and prepared to highlight the mild flavor of the fish, plated modestly with shoots of greens and lemon twists." - Janna Karel

Perfect sushi and best experience! We ordered Tokujo sushi 15 piece and squid nigiri and Akadashi (red miso soup). Everything was super delicious. I’m a born and raised Japanese living in Texas (for 10 years). Compare to Hiroyoshi’s sushi, sushi in Texas is not real sushi. I also think it was very reasonable. When we will be back to Las Vegas again, we will definitely come visit Hiroyoshi again!!

Update: brought some out of town friends here for dinner. We ordered: 1.) Grilled Mushroom $10.50 my friend said mushrooms were prepared and seasoned well. 2.) Shrimp Tempura appetizers $9.50 light batter and veggies were prepared great with veggies still had a little crunch. 3.) Hamachi Nigiri $11.00 (2 orders) fresh was fresh and rice prepared great. 4.) Miso Soup $2.50 5.) Dragon Roll $16.50 My friend said it was good. 6.) Red Bull Roll $13.50 I like the spice, light crunch and fresh fish this roll offers. 7.) Hirame w/ume sushi $7.00 My friend said it had a slight sweet seasoned flavor. He would order this again. 8.) Flash Roll $12.50 I liked the yellowtail with the combination of cucumber and spicy mayo sauce all together to give a nice balanced taste. 9.) Eel with cucumber sushi $6.50 yummy 10.) Small Sashimi Plate $26.00 Fish was fresh and nice combination offered. 11.) Green Tea ice cream $1.50 to cleanse the palate. Tucked back in a Strip Mall off Charleston near Jones. Tip: diners need to make Reservations as Walk in dining and to-go ordering is not available. This restaurant has a very small footprint! Our server was Yayoi S. She was very courteous and attentive. Now the food: 1.) House Salad $3.25 greens were fresh and ginger dressing was tasty. 2.) Crispy Potato Salad $ 4.25 the tartness of the arugula the sweetness of the cherry tomatoes and the crispy potato strips made this salad very tasty. 3.) Grilled mushrooms $10.50 my friend said it was delicious. 4.) Tempura appetizer $8.50 the batter was light and crunchy and the shrimp and veggies were cooked perfectly with slight crunch to the veggies perfect! 5.) Sesame Tofu $6.25 one small square tofu but light and delicious. 6.) California rolls $5.25 my friend said it was fresh and yummy. 7.) Kanpyo roll $5.00 my friend said it was fresh and tasty. 8.) Reminds me of sushi I have eaten in Tokyo Japan and J-town in San Francisco! Seriously Best Sushi I have had so far here which is Very Rare!!! 👋👋👋To the Chef and Owner’s

Doesn't get enough praise that it should compared to other places in the city. Very clean and comfortable, with a great selection of sushi, for a much better price than the other sushi joints. The servers with the Japanese friendliness and courtesy made a solo diner like me have a fantastic time.

Such a small (literally only a few tables + sushi bar) and no frills, classic and cozy spot for really fantastic Japanese food and sushi. Quiet and unassuming but out of the park service and beautifully plated delicious food. Would (and will) come back again and again!

Made last minute reservations same day for 2. Been coming to Vegas forever but only discovering this place now. It’s a small place, not for large parties. You can watch the 2 sushi chefs making all the fresh sushi at the bar seats. This will be a regular place for us when we are here. It’s off the strip and the prices are so reasonable. I would come here twice in a trip but we don’t have a car. I tried the 15 plate. I really didn’t pay attention to what they all were but they were all so good. My husband made his own tasting plate and enjoyed some so much that he did second orders. My favorites were the scallop- hotate and the botan ebi. I got second orders of those. The black cod came out after we finished our sushi which was a little weird since it is an appetizer. It was good but could have a little more miso flavor. Husband was happy with the drink selections we don’t see anywhere else and the large fish selection. Thank you for a great dinner and reminding us of our recent Japan trip.

Google
It is one of our favorite places for Sushi and Sashimi. Their sashimi and sushi are very fresh and taste great. I usually don't like scallops, but their scallops are from Hakaido, and their uni also from Japan. It's small, but it tasted sweet and creamy. Staff and the sushi chefs are very friendly. I definitely recommend it to anyone who loves a small, quiet place to have a nice dinner. It cost us$161 with two sake and a beer. We also had mixed tempura. Worth it for two!!

Our friend from LA introduced us here and we have been coming to this spot ever since. This restaurant is my go-to for some good sushi in Vegas. We always bring our out-of-town fam and friends here and it never disappoints. My last 3 visits here, I got the 15 piece Toku-Jo Sushi. The pieces you get are prime and always so delicious – including, uni, ikura, tamago, and toro. The service is straightforward and great, and you can also see the sushi chefs (who are really friendly) doing their magic at the sushi bar. I've tried the following appetizers (tempura, uni tempura, grilled cod, five kinds of mushroom, seared Scottish salmon sashimi salad) and it was all delicious – so pick whatever sounds good to you, I don't think you can go wrong here. Parking is easy and plenty, and location is pretty unassuming, but so worth the drive if you're coming from far. You definitely need to make reservations here, and they have a set time of when you can call, so make sure you check on their website. The restaurant is pretty small and intimate, and the ambiance is def clean, quiet with Japanese flair. I have yet to sit at the sushi bar, due to the size of my party, but that is my goal for a future visit.

We came in on a Sunday night with a reservation, it wasn’t busy but it seemed like you wouldn’t have been seated without a reservation. All we had was sashimi and it was delicious! Otoro Chutoro and some other very delicious tuna cuts that were new to us. All of the fish was super fresh and very tasty. Super happy with it all! We also had their grilled black cod appetizer and it was surprisingly good. Recommended for sure. The green tea cheesecake for dessert was really nice, creamy and soft.

Yelp
Been coming To this place for years now Best sushi in Las Vegas by far and the service is amazing All the sashimi is great quality and very nice cuts Hard to get in last minute and definitely need to make a reservation.

Yelp
We decided to try this place for our birthday celebration and we were so impressed with the quality. Reservations for this place are a must since is a small venue but worth it 100%. Everything was so fresh and delicious.

Roger L.

Yelp
The sushi here is one of the best I've had. And the price point is lower than any other sushi restaurant at an equivalent quality. Appetizers such as the black cod is excellent and priced affordable. Miso cod is a staple at many Japanese restaurants but tend to be priced in the double digits except for name brand restaurants. They offer a red miso soup which isn't common. Spider crab roll wasn't oily and also not too much breading. Again priced reasonably. I would recommend anyone who loves sushi to visit this place instead of much pricier versions on the strip. Service was excellent here as well. The place isn't too big and has a max occupancy of thirty so best to call ahead for a rez.

Amy R.

Yelp
Wonderful experience as always. I've been dining here for 20 years. The service is phenomenal. The prices are very reasonable considering the level of food and service. This is a very authentic Japanese restaurant. Thank you for an elegant and low key birthday dinner.

Yelp
Simple review: if you want great selected quality sushi and a nice dinner in comfortable authentic atmosphere, this is the place. If you are a sushi pig who likes to eat in large moderation with mostly rolls in fast environment, go to other sushi places. Worth the price. Food: chefs and cook take careful attention to detail on authentic sushi from fatty tuna to sea urchins from Japan. Service: friendly, family focused; people respect each other Ambience: reservations are strongly recommended in small environment

Yelp
Yelp Review 2023 #178: We had reservations for a restaurant next door but when we got there, the door was padlocked and lights were off! So, we ended up at Hiroyoshi. I'm not one that's easily swayed by other's opinions - I will try a place if somebody recommends it but what happens after is based on my own experience. The hostess asked us if we had a reservation which of course we didn't. But they had seating at the bar available. Sometimes, it's more fun to sit at the bar especially for sushi restaurants. You get to watch the sushi chefs prepare your food and you get your food quicker if it's sushi. We tried different kinds of nigiri: Chutoro Otoro Sake (salmon) Yaki Harasu (seared fatty salmon) Botan Ebi (fresh spot prawn) Snow Crab Uni Dashimaki Tamago We also tried a Soft shell Crab Maki (roll) which comes with a ponzu dipping sauce. The quality of the fish is really good. Good fish-to-rice ratio. The nigiri is already brushed with soy sauce and has a nice schmear of wasabi under the fish so, there's no need for more soy sauce. You want to be able to taste the fish and not just the saltiness of the soy sauce. Oishi! The restaurant is small and only has a few tables. Service was good - very minimal interaction with the service because we were seated at the bar. A place worthy of a spot on anybody's favorite restaurants list.

Yelp
A special gem. Forever fan. It's just so entirely A+ every single time. Magical bites in a cozy space where everything is casual and fancy at the same time. Food and service are excellent, of course. That matters, but I want this review to highlight the true joy of this restaurant. You're excited to go, there's a special mood the second you walk in - a pool of calm. Then, you have a dozen different treasures, and bask in the glow of having treated yourself to something so sweet.

Yelp
Our party of two made a reservation for an a la carte option and as we arrived, we were seated promptly. We've been here for the omakase years ago and we really enjoyed it but we wanted some of the menu items not particularly part of the omakase experience. First off, we ordered the tempura appetizer and the crispness and flavor of all tempuras were top notch. The server let us know that one of the daily special was kensaki ika (squid) and as we were craving for squid which is not on their normal menu we were very excited to try it. It was one of the best cuttlefish sashimi we both had outside of our home country! Little pricy but it was well worth it. Then we had our order of premium sashimi, which included hokkaido uni, fatty tuna, salmon, red tuna, scallop, and premium white fish. Every slap of fish was very fresh and tasted great. It was well worth the price. Sushi and maki were all great as well but I especially enjoyed kohada sushi. It's something that I didn't see often in Japanese restaurants so it was very unique experience. Another awesome sushi experience!

Nica L.

Yelp
Oishi! Sushi and sashimi is fresh, the people are awesome, service is great, restaurant is clean. Prices are pretty good too. Great place to go out on a date night!

Joe A.

Yelp
Unbelievable just a fantastic Japanese sushi spot hidden matter of fact, we love the restaurant atmosphere and the delicious food to include the hostess and server Tristan. Tristan did a great job hooking up the good choices thanks. Next time I will stop in. Thanks for everything.

Rhett R.

Yelp
I just went tonight and it was amazing. Friendly professional staff paired with excelled sushi. Probably the best in Vegas, No joke.

Phi N.

Yelp
The best part about our visit was that they have a variety of fishes that many places do not have, even in Japan. My favorite sushi pieces were the kamashita (fatty tuna collar), anago (even better than when I had them in Japan), baby seabream, and nodoguro (blackthroat sea perch). I also ordered the 15 piece nigiri platter. Some other stand out pieces apart of that were the salmon, hotate, and sweet shrimp. Non-sushi dishes we got that were delicious were the grilled mushrooms, toro tartar, and grilled black cod. The sunomono was good for what it is. The only thing I did not care for was the way they cooked the sweet shrimp heads-- very thick batter on them.

Lily B.

Yelp
It's my favourite sushi place for sure! This has a fair price. And all the food is amazing and delicious!! Service is polite and precise. I wish they could open lunch time again! Because I'd like to visit more often!!

Rebecca W.

Yelp
A true hidden gem. Small quality, local Japanese sushi restaurant that won't break your wallet! First review of 2023. I would like to write about Sushi Hiroyoshi. It's been way overdue. I first came in 2015. I have had omakase a couple of times and came in for a la carte menu as well. I always enjoyed my dinner here. Jan 2023 is my first visit back since 2020 right before pandemic. We randomly walked in at 5pm on a CES week in hope for a table. The restaurant was very accommodating and let us walked in without reservation. We were given an hour and half for the table and couldn't order omakase, which is very understandable and reasonable. Service was attentive and food came out fast. My favorite of the night was premium sashimi plate. Everything was so fresh on the plate. My favorite was the scallops and flounder. O toro of course was great! They all are pretty good tbh. We also ordered some nigiris. Nigiris rice/fish ratio was just right. Th cooked appetizer such as seared scallops and miso cod didn't weren't as memorable. I was informed that omakase is now offer at $120 per person. I think it's very reasonable compared to some other places in town that raised their prices to $300-$500. If it's your first time, I recommend you try the omakase to get the full experience. Definitely make a reservation ahead. It's a very small place. They currently haven't opened the sushi bar area since pandemic. If you are looking to sit in front of the sushi chef, might need to wait or go elsewhere.

Rose H.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite sushi spots ever. It is incredibly authentic and it is a hole-in-the-wall that is intimate and no-frills. They are focused on making the best sushi. The service was fast and friendly -- 5/5 stars. The food was mind-blowing. 5/5 stars. The pricing is fair for the quality you are getting. It is not going to be a bargain meal but you will not regret eating here. I highly recommend the mushrooms appetizer and the sushi sets. I also ordered a variety of nigiri a la carte, and everything was just amazing. I would absolutely come back again and again.

Robert N.

Yelp
Well, let's just say Vegas surprised me again with this find. We are way off the strip and craving for some sushi, and just happened to stumble onto this place. It's in another unassuming strip mall, and actually quite dark and almost hard to find except for the "Sushi" flourescent sign. We were the last party they took in as it was 9pm and last service is 9:30. Nevertheless, the service was top-notched. Our servers were attentive and made sure we are happy. And as the pictures shown, the food did not disappoint. The Hokkaido uni was oh so good. And the Hokkaido scallop as well. There are a wide breadth of fish selection to choose from and all were very fresh tasting and delectable. If you happen to be in Summerlin area, this is def the place to go. Gochisousama deshita!

Steven B.

Yelp
Always good. The quality of the fish is top notch, family vibe and amazing service every single time. Look forward to coming again soon!!

Nina S.

Yelp
4.5 stars We chose our own fishes. The highlight was definitely the different types of toro they had that day. Each and every one of those toro pieces were melt in your mouth delicious. The other fish were pretty good too. You could also do chef's choice which would've been cheaper than what we ended up getting for the same amount of pieces although we did select quite a few premium pieces. We also ordered both the Japanese uni and Santa Barbara uni. Both were also yummy. Personally I felt like this place is pretty solid for some authentic sushi but the pieces were on the smaller side.

Eunice Y.

Yelp
If you want good quality sushi without paying Vegas prices, check out this place! We got the omakase which isn't bad for $125 pp. I'm knocking off a star because the service and food was slow. And the baked shrimp also came out cold which makes me think it was sitting there before serving. Not the experience I want for the price I'm paying, but regardless, the sushi was delicious!! Ambiance is chill and casual. Plenty of parking.

Andrea A.

Yelp
Excellent food at a decent price! This was a nice palate cleanser compared to all the food we had been eating on the Strip. Would recommend for anyone visiting Vegas!

A B.

Yelp
Make a reservation now. Do it. This is a very small restaurant in a mini mall. The outside just says "sushi," which gives no hint about how good it is. This place is about the art of sushi. Every piece is super fresh and hand crafted. The staff is super friendly and the food is fantastic!

Guy K.

Yelp
In A Nutshell: -Sushi Hiroyoshi is a non-descript sushi restaurant located in an older strip mall off Charleston Rd. -Expect to order their omakase if you want a real culinary adventure for the next 1+ hours or so. -Before I forget it's highly advisable to reserve a table ahead of time. -I once attempted to enter without one & was turned away b/c the seating is very limited & this place is pretty popular. -With that being said, the restaurant itself it's very fancy exterior or interior-wise, all of the effort is on hiring the best sushi chefs who prepare the finest presentation. Overall, this is a good date night spot for anyone who really loves the entire experience of high-quality sushi.

Grace J.

Yelp
Wow what an amazing meal for a good price! I always love a good omakase whenever I visit Vegas and this one did not disappoint. First things first, make a reservation! If you try to grab a table as a walk-in, you will most likely walk right back out with a sad tummy. I saw 3 parties get rejected even before 6pm as the restaurant was fully booked on a Wednesday night. They only have 6 tables that can seat parties of 4 or less. Parking is easy and plentiful. There is only one omakase option at $100/pp and note all members at the table have to partake in it. My omakase experience consisted of 7 courses with the first course being tofu garnished with shrimp, ikura, and uni from Hokkaido. Second course was sunomono with a side of toro tartar topped with caviar and a piece of house-made fish cake. Third course was a beautiful sashimi platter, which was very fresh and delicious. Fourth course was grilled prawn, grilled black cod, and uni tempura. Fifth course was foie gras adorned with gold flakes on top of a radish in a broth. Sixth course was the delicious plate of nigiri sushi. Seventh and last was a bowl of lychee sorbet and a tiny piece of fluffy cake. My gawd that lychee sorbet was the best lychee sorbet I've ever had. I will definitely visit this restaurant again! Highly recommend the omakase course as it was a good variety of food at a good price. Cheers!

Dora L.

Yelp
The sushi was very fresh. Selection was great. It's a small place with nice service from the staff and chef. We had the sushi tasting. Next time we want to try the omakase dinner which our sushi bar neighbors were having which looked amazing!

Audrey F.

Yelp
One of the best sushi restaurants in Vegas, and it's family owned. It's very small, so may want to make a reservation, especially if you want to sit at the sushi bar. I highly recommend their omakase.

Dex N.

Yelp
Small place off the strip. Great value for quality food. There are times off the menu, like Ankimo, that you have to request the day of...they also offer an omakase for $150, but I think it's better to order the $100 sashimi place and nigiri sushi . Chef is very friendly and explains all of his offerings to you. Service was excellent, especially since it wasn't crowded.

Lesley V.

Yelp
Food was amazing! They serve very high quality, perfectly prepared fish. Every bite was perfect! The service was on point. Be aware, you must reserve a table ahead of time, but we were able to schedule same day. This place is a hidden gem

Sidonie D.

Yelp
Used to be our go-to for sushi and sashimi but last two takeout orders of the Toku-Jo sushi (15 pieces) convinced us the fish cuts and size and cut of the sushi are now much smaller than they used to be. Sadly, we won't order from here again.

Camille R.

Yelp
Delicious, excellent quality and variety of fresh sashimi and sushi. Highly recommend the premium sashimi and toku-jo sushi along with both tartare appetizers. The attention to detail and selecting the best cuts of fish really shine through on these dishes. Make sure to make a reservation, and check this gem out.

Alexandra R.

Yelp
Hate sharing this place because I don't want it to become impossible to get a reservation. This place is incredible. Everytime we are in Vegas we make sure we visit. The place is quaint and very clean. The sushi and rolls are delicious. Truly outstanding. The fish is really fresh. The food is made with the love and exactitude of a place that knows and cares about what they are doing. We live in Miami where you would think you would get the freshest seafood but this place beats any place back home. We will continue to come time and time again.

Lauren W.

Yelp
Our friends took us here while we were visiting and we all ordered their tokujo Omakase set for only $52 and also their sake sampler for $14. Definitely worth it! We tried a few appetizers as well and enjoyed our experience here!

Christina L.

Yelp
My cousin and I have wanted to come for a while -- we finally got to go and it was good Omakase. Service was really great -- lots of refills on my tea and they checked in often. The place is small and intimate, so it doesn't feel too busy. The standout dishes for me were the scallop and shrimp! The tuna was good too. I would come back to satisfy a fresh fish craving!

Leslie D.

Yelp
Sushi Hiroyoshi is the true definition of HIDDEN GEM! I found this place on accident during the pandemic, and they exceeded my expectations! Off the strip and not in the Chinatown area, this place is surprisingly authentic and have one of the freshest sushi in town. FOOD: I've only ordered the 16 piece sushi to-go and every piece is absolutely delicious. My personal favorites are the tuna, uni, yellowtail, and scallop. For under $50, I think this is a steal. The presentation is beautiful and they offer house made soy sauce and fresh ginger. I love that they include a variety of fishes with different textures, like some fattier than others. They offer a bar seating and indoor seating during this time, although limited amount (6-8 tables). Lastly, the servers are always attentive and friendly, so no complaints here. Overall, I will recommend this place over and over! Thank you for making the best sushi platter to-go!

Vemi W.

Yelp
This is the place to go for quality sushi and pleasant service at a reasonable price. Hubby started with the Tempura which he said was perfectly done and the best that he has had. I wanted to start with something light and the fresh house salad with ginger dressing was perfect. We both ordered the 15-piece Toku-jo sushi and were a bit surprised at the size of the sushi as it is smaller than what we are used to at other sushi restaurants (think AYCE). However, as soon as we took the first bite we were hooked. Everything was so fresh and perfectly balanced with the rice. You do not need shoyu or wasabi to add any flavor as the natural flavors and sweetness was just there. We enjoyed it so much that we then ordered the 12-piece Toku-jo sushi to share. I also like that the restaurant was not packed as it seemed that they take reservations/walk-ins based on the amount of quality service they can provide with the staff that they have on hand. If you have the misfortune of getting turned away, head over to Rang's Cocina Moderne next door for a wonderful Italian, Spanish, Filipino, Asian fusion meal. The locals are lucky to have these two great restaurants next to each other.

Ann R.

Yelp
Sushi Hiroyoshi is absolutely worth the drive from The Strip if you're visiting Las Vegas! I agree with most of the previous reviews here that Hiroyoshi is authentic sushi - not rolls with sauces and crazy names - top quality fish expertly crafted into delicious sashimi and nigiri. In addition to the "hits" (salmon, tuna, shrimp) Hiroyoshi has more lesser known fish such as kohada and isaki. We ordered a la carte, but the sets seem like they'd be a good value and they do have omakase upon request. We tried the mushroom appetizer as well as the miso soup and both were delicious. The food is not only delicious but also presented beautifully. The restaurant's location is in an unassuming strip mall with a plain sign that just says "SUSHI," but do not let this deter you! This is some of the best sushi I've had in the US and it's at a very reasonable price point. Would definitely return!!

Winnie L.

Yelp
Protip: Call to make reservations. Do the Omakase - it ranges from $80-120 depending on what the chefs serve that night! They also ask if you want a full omakase or if you'd rather have less appetizers and more fish and if you want all nigiri or a mix of sashimi and nigiri. Highlights: INSANE quality and omakase experience. The overall experience is perfect, the meal is exquisite, and you actually leave satisfied. I'm a big on value eating and usually prefer AYCE, so trust me when I say this is extremely worth it! For $120, the omakase came with two starters, ~10 pieces of sashimi, 18-20 pieces of nigiri. Exceptional service as well. Lowlights: Dessert is not included in the omakase, but the matcha cheesecake is a steal at $3/$3.50.

Patricia M.

Yelp
Highly recommend this authentic fresh sushi restaurant. From the first bite, we knew this was going to be a great experience. We enjoyed watching the skills of the sushi master/owner making all of our food. The fresh ingredients, beautiful presentation, paired with the authentic flavors, made this a truly unique experience. We loved the intimate size of this restaurant, & great service.

Vivian P.

Yelp
This is a solid sushi spot outside of the strip. It is fairly small so a reservation is recommended. My favorite was the black cod. It was so buttery and flaky. I also got the chefs choice 15 piece for about $60??? That's not too shabu but I thought the fish can be a little better. I wasn't impressed. My fiancé chose his own fish and he also thought it was ok. I wouldn't go out of my way here but it's worth a try if you're in the area.

Yelp
So good, fresh. Great quality and service is nice. They play rnb music and it's a nice little quiet vibe. I do not like the all you can eat sushi's. This place delivers on quality and taste.

Yelp
Quaint Japanese restaurant. Nice break from the Strip. Enjoyed the Premium Sushi plate, black cod, soft shell crab roll, and mushrooms.

Yelp
Hiroyoshi hits different and there's a reason why LV locals regularly rate this as the best sushi in town. Located a few miles off strip, reservations are a must as there are only 5 or so small tables and the sushi bar has been closed due to you-know-what. We opted for a 20-piece (yes twenty!!!) omakase in lieu of the regular 10-piece one which is no longer offered. Cuts were a bit on the small side, but the sushi was immaculate tasting as was the fresh wasabi and homemade soy sauce. The rice in particular was cooked perfectly too. Service was impeccable and we appreciated her asking which cuts of sushi we enjoyed (hence the focus on toro she brought out). What a wonderful experience and I can't wait to come back the next time I'm in town. Long live Hiroyoshi!!

Yelp
This chef is famous for a reason. You have to make a reservation, so call a few days ahead, but the food is fantastic! A+++

Yelp
My wife and I love this place. The owner is professionally trained in Japan, and his intention is to bring the Japanese way of offering good foods and service. It is genuine and honorable, not the marketing gimmick as the other for-Instagram places just saying so. Many of those genuine intentions of the similar restaurants in town have faded out because they needed to "adjust" in the way local people like in order to survive. Hiroyoshi obviously hasn't given it up yet. I hope they keep it that way.

Yelp
This place looks unassuming but the food was phenomenal. It's not explicitly stated on the menu, but they do offer a 7 course omakase dinner for $100 a person. It was the perfect amount of food and absolutely delicious. Each of the dishes were rich, flavorful, and balanced. We had a spread that included tofu, sashimi, nigiri, and other unique bites. Even in the bite sized portions, the quality of the ingredients were inevitable. The dessert was a nostalgic lychee ice cream that tasted like the jellos I ate as a kid, and there was also a cake with a deliciously addicting red bean cream filling. For the quality and value, this may be one of the best Japanese/Sushi restaurants I've had in Las Vegas. I'd highly recommend this place.

Yelp
Yay! Grilled black cod, dragon roll, and whoa fresh tempura uni! Great and very attentive server, ambience lots of privacy. Just a small place in this small plaza and you can't see the name of the sushi place....just SUSHI. Price fantastic!! I think everyone can afford a good quality sushi! Sushi lover check this place, oh don't forget to make reservation.

Yelp
My husband and I did the 7 course omakase that's not on the menu. We were thankful that they allowed our toddlers to join & dine in with us. More often than not, we take them on vacation with us and it's nice when restaurants and sushi spots allow kids during Omakase. Now back to the food, everything was delicious and service was great. Server did tell us there is a lot of food but they don't know that our family eats a lot, lol. We ordered about 3 additional dishes for the kids. Only downside is portions are a little smaller. We'd rather pay a little more for bigger nigiri. Flavor itself on all the dishes were very yummy that's why they're still deserving of 5 stars. Very glad we found this spot off the strip.
