"The daily lines at Sushi Takatsu are the first hint that it’s something special.  The menu includes oshizushi (a pressed sushi tricky to track down in the Twin Cities), a wide range of sushi rolls, and a tasty veggie tempura udon.  Be sure to try the bargain-priced sushi bowl: a bowl of rice topped with fish (spicy tuna, salmon, and yellowtail), avocado, spicy mayo, eel sauce, and tempura flakes, served with a side of miso soup.  Located in the Baker Center." - Stacy Brooks

Greetings, I want to say the The food was Delicious very flavorful broth. The cashier was very knowledgeable of the food menu. The only downside, it is a tight spot. And you will have to order to go. They only have a few bar seats. (10)

A very long line when I arrived at noon on Monday. Combo #4 ($10) was worth the wait.

Love this place. The sushi bowl is consistent and flavorful, excellent portions for the price. Service is always quick and with a smile. Don’t miss this Skyway staple!!! Just beware that skyway suit customers are super oblivious. Watch your spot in line or they’ll try to walk all over you.

Google
This place is without a doubt the best Japanese cuisine I’ve ever had. The freshness and quality of their fish is exceptional, and all of their rolls are really affordable and generous portions! The great food doesn’t end at their sushi and oshizushi, though- they have excellent udon! The noodles are so chewy and the broth is always seasoned to perfection. Ever since I discovered this place a year ago, I’ve come here once (sometimes twice) a week EVERY week to get their udon. (In the picture is a bowl of their Curry Udon! Really really good!) The only reason why I’m able to get such crazy good food every week, even as a college student, is because their prices are super affordable! The icing on this amazingly delicious and affordable cake is the excellent and super fast service. This place seriously has it all! If you’re on the fence about trying this place, take my word for it and go. You’ll wish you tried this place sooner!

I asked for maguro sushi but they gave me something else, salty and not fresh.

Google
Absolutely freaking amazing. This place is great. I don't go anywhere bit here for sushi. Even my boss orders from here nearly every week!!

Silas W.

Yelp
I work near the skyway so I eat here regularly. Friendly fast service and extremely good food.

Ziad S.

Yelp
This place is located on the second floor of the Baker Center. They are very efficient and fast and the prices are extremely affordable. I ordered the sushi bowl and a shrimp tempura roll and a miso soup all for less than $19. The food tastes very good as well.

Yelp
Sushi Takatsu is a fabulous spot for lunch in downtown Minneapolis! Located in the Baker Building, it's tucked away in the skyway but easy to navigate to through the IDS building. If you smell something delicious, follow the scent trail and you will find it! They have a lot of great stuff on the menu, and I love the lunch special sushi bowl--$8.95 for rice, spicy tuna, salmon, yellowtail and avocado topped with spicy mayo, tempura flakes, and sesame seeds. You can also add a bowl of miso soup for 75 cents! It's a great deal and the portion size is perfect for a filling lunch that won't leave you feeling stuffed or groggy. No after-lunch slump here! The service is quick and the staff is very friendly. It's a small space and there aren't many spots to sit inside to eat, but I'd recommend taking your meal over to the IDS center and finding a spot in the atrium there! Definitely give Sushi Takatsu a try on your next lunch adventure through the Minneapolis skyways, especially if you work downtown during the day. It won't disappoint!

Ellie B.

Yelp
I ordered the lunch special which is a sushi bowl with spicy tuna, salmon, yellowtail, avocado, spicy mayo, and tempura flakes. The flavor was great and it was a great deal for $8.95. Would recommend to anyone craving some sushi for lunch!

Yelp
My very first first meal in Minnesota! Yuuuum! Amazing sushi bowls. Extremely tasty. The people working here are extremely sweet and willing to go above and beyond for a quick service! Clean restaurant too! To find this restaurant you have to go onside the building***

Olabisi P.

Yelp
Loved going here for lunch. I'd kinda given up hope on good lunch spots in the downtown area since the pandemic. But finding this place was a happy surprise. It's located in the baker center. I went for lunch and there was along line but they moved us through pretty fast! Great service. Easy menu. And amazing prices too! I got a sushi bowl and Miso. The miso is 75cents with a sushi bowl order. If you get the sushi bowl but don't want the raw fish. They will sub it out for you! I t was really yummy and the perfect lunch potion. Will be back for sure. They have so many other options!

Peter N.

Yelp
Stopped by for lunch when I was working downtown. Usually there's a long line closer to noon but we got there a little early and was able to get our order in. I got the lunch special sushi bowl, it's a great deal and was good. I also got a shrimp tempura udon and I enjoyed that as well. The prices were very reasonable for sushi and udon. The staff was very friendly and the orders moved fast. There is little seating so you might be out of luck if you come here during a rush and looking to dine in. I would come here again for affordable sushi!

Kevin T.

Yelp
Nice job on the sushi: good quality & presentation for a quick order lunch at a reasonable price.

Susan K.

Yelp
A week ago I ordered $400 worth of sushi for a party on Saturday. They my order and charged my credit card. Since they aren't open on Saturday I was going to pick this up Friday. I got a call today, Thursday, they won't do the order since I am not picking it up the day of the party. The chef wasn't comfortable having it refrigerated overnight. If they had told me this a week ago I would have just moved on to another place. Now it's almost party time for 225 people and I have to find another place to fill the order. I have ordered from them for this yearly party for the last 2 years. I won't be ordering from them again

Anna H.

Yelp
Best lunch place for sushi in downtown MSP. The first time I've been here, I had the beef gyudon and the beef was super tender and seasoned very well. Prices were very reasonable as well. Although lines may seem long around 12pm, it goes by pretty fast because they have sushi bowls already prepared in the back for individuals ordering that. I had the sushi bowl the second time, and it did not disappoint. Salmon didn't have that fishy smell and tasted great with the ginger and bits of fried tempura.

Michaela S.

Yelp
Cheap and yummy! Stopped here for a quick lunch and got the lunch special which is the bowl. Comes with salmon, tuna, and yellowtail with avocado, tempura crispies, spicy Mayo, and rice - and a side of miso soup! Came with ginger and wasabi and soy sauce on the side. Costs under $9 and is worth it! It was filling and yummy. Fish wasn't the highest quality but still yummy. The service was also fast!

S K.

Yelp
Solid lunch special for $8.95 (Oct 2022 prices) and you can add a miso soup for $0.75. Delicious sushi bowl of mixed fish and spicy mayo and avocado Conveniently located inside so easy to get to from the gerbil tubes without having to brave the cold. Takeout only so meant for workers to eat it back at their desks.

Daniel C.

Yelp
Pretty low quality sashimi. Most of the rolls contained cream cheese or fried. If you are picky about sushi, this is not the place for you. Service was good, just not impressed with the sushi.

Huy L.

Yelp
10/10 - this is hands down, one of my top 3 favorite places for lunch. Delicious AND affordable!? That's rare to find nowadays. The braised pork will literally melt in your mouth and the sauce beautifully complements the fatty pork. They also give you so much pork, it's a 1:1 rice to meat ratio... again, rare to find nowadays. My only wish is that if they could add more pickled veggies to cut through the fattiness of the pork, that would be wonderful - otherwise, they've been consistently good EVERY SINGLE TIME! As for the Udon, it's so simple and yet so freaking good. I think the soup base is literally soy sauce mixed with water (maybe more haha) but the best part was the Udon itself. Not sure if they make it fresh back there, but the udon is springy and chewy and just so freaking delicious. Call me weird, but I just love how the fried chicken just soaks up the soup. BUT you should eat it fast before the breading gets too soggy. Follow me @ hweedafoodie for more reviews!!

Valerie F.

Yelp
I understand why this spot is so popular for lunch. I arrived at around 11:30 and there was a consistent line out the door the entire time I was there. They have a few chairs there to eat at, which I did, but most customers took it to go. Delicious, affordable and filling! I got the curry udon which came with chicken karaage and I couldn't even finish the whole bowl. Was so delicious and a hefty serving for only $8! Flavorful with perfectly chewy noodles and seaweed/scallion garnishes. Will definitely be back!

Li Mun N.

Yelp
I'm not a rice person but the sushi rice in the buta meshi is so addictive. I surprisingly finished the entire rice bowl and wanted more. My niece easily finished her sushi bowl--but then, she's a rice whore. The oshizushi needed thicker cuts of fish for a better balance. Next time I'm around the neighborhood, I want to try Takatsu's curry

Yukie S.

Yelp
I'm I had wasted so much money on fake and expensive sushi until I tried sushi here. I feel like I'm in Japan, eating real sushi!! Price is reasonable AND quality is superb! You won't regret trying here. Price is reasonable AND quality is superb! You won't regret trying here.

Tom D.

Yelp
If you want inexpensive, fast sushi, this place may please you. If you'd rather pay a little more, get a better quality, and a nicer atmosphere then keep walking. My colleague and I stopped at the Skyway location in the 733 building. This location is carry out only. Now I can't say the food was bad, just so average and light on flavor. I ordered the six piece Hamachi with miso soup. The soup was hot, flavorful, and satisfying. The sushi was pale in color and the rice was warm. So for some, for many (based on the line when we arrived) this is a good lunch spot. Just not for me. Draw your own conclusions.

Jack M.

Yelp
Came here for the lunch special: Udon noodle bowl topped with shrimp tempura. I'd say the dish was OK. The shrimp tempura was good with a crisp exterior and slightly firm shrimp. The broth for the Udon bowl was a bit underseasoned and lacking in unctuoness (needs more collagen and salt). The noodles I found were ok. They were commensurate with any average Udon I've had elsewhere. They are certainly not on the level of fresh handpulled Udon found in Little Tokyo LA.

Hnou V.

Yelp
Covid were era rating Absolutely do not get the chicken curry. I only could eat 4 spoonfuls of it. The meat was some soggy breaded microwaved chicken bites, topped with a clumpy japanese curry sauce. The rice was really soggy and caked together. I'm feeling sick after eating it. If you come here, get sushi. But skip anything that is "fried" like the tempura roll. The tempura shrimp will be soft by the time it makes it in your to-go container. I'd recommend any of the raw rolls and miso soup.

Jackie G.

Yelp
My go to lunch spot! Reasonably priced and good amount of food. I only ever get the sushi bowl with extra eel sauce. You got to make sure to come at the right time as there as they do get a very long line around the lunch hour. With the long line, the service is always quick and friendly!

Anjeline R.

Yelp
So glad the pandemic didn't bring this restaurant down! I've been wanting to go here but they're only open for a few hours a day. This was my brand new husband's and I's first married meal together and we went a little crazy. Had one of the roll combos, Japanese curry, and the sushi bowl. Everything was absolutely delicious and well-priced!! There's definitely a line but it's worth it. Plus, highly recommend taking it to the sitting park down the street!!

Carly H.

Yelp
If you are looking for a delicious and convenient sushi option in downtown Minneapolis, look no further! Sushi Takatsu is located in a Food Court type setting (accessible via the skywalk system), but it's also easy to get to from the street level. They clearly know how to manage a lunch crowd, because they were making orders at lightning speed. It couldn't have taken more than 5 minutes to receive my order for three sushi rolls. The pricing is extremely fair for the quality and portion size of sushi.

Alexis B.

Yelp
As an out of town we looking for sushi, this place came up and it was decent for lunch but odd. Not to their fault. The lunch special was delicious and reasonably priced but I get the vibe this is more of a Togo place. Located in the sky walk. Don't ask me how to get there Bc the whole thing confused me. I probably spent 20 extra minutes searching for how to get in from outside. Then an extra 20 after leaving trying to figure out how the heck to get back to the convention center. They had seating for a few inside. Lots of people come and go. Fish was fine. Not bad but not great. A little heavier on the rice and sauces then I would prefer. But it did the trick! About a 10 min walk from the convention center.

Gabriel S.

Yelp
Really good fresh food at a reasonable price. The line was out the door down the hall but we moved through the line in less than 10 minutes. One of the staff was walking down the line asking us what we wanted and handing out menus. The staff was very fast and nice. Lots of options on what you can order. The lunch special was a deconstructed sushi with a side of soup. It was a very nice combo, I added a lot of extra spice. They can customize your order if you ask for more or less fish or sauce. I will go back again.

Alik W.

Yelp
In terms of value/pricing, this is outstanding. It is definitely mass market sushi -- you can just barely taste the fish (salmon better than tuna in this regard), and that spicy tuna is Minnesota spicy at best. However, their sushi bowl lunch (basically a modification of chirashi sushi) is a decent portion of fish, avocado, and rice, with a side of miso to keep you warm, all for just around $10. That is a solid solid deal. Their other combos (basically, a few bits of box nigiri and a roll) are equally solid. Did not try the Japanese curry bowls, but the smellsmanship was not on point. Pro tip: after I ordered, I heard several people request the lunch special with "extra fish". Dunno what the upcharge is on that, but I'd have done it if I knew it was allowed. Four and not five stars? First, see above about spicy. This is not the 1980s, people. Minneapolitans actually know how to handle heat now, and Downtown in particular is swarming with transplants. Second, stay away from anything involving their spicy mayo or ask for it on the side. It is totally not spicy and they use too damn much of it. It was the only thing wrong with that otherwise lovely sushi bowl and it totally overpowered the roll we requested to share.

Dan S.

Yelp
The best in downtown Minneapolis sushi by far!! There's always a line, but it's worth the wait!

Jaime H.

Yelp
My entire family loved everything we ate! It's a very small place and it wasn't busy inside, but it was unbelievable how many to go orders went out the door telling me this place rocks!

Brian S.

Yelp
I live downtown, so I've decided to scour the SkyWay in an effort to find the absolute best of the best restaurants and eateries. I've tried a lot of places: some were good, some not so much. While I am only writing this review based on one meal, so far, Sushi Takatsu is one of the better SkyWay restaurants I've tried. We both had the "curry udon" after multiple recommendations from others. It did not disappoint. The flavor of the broth was perfect: lots of depth and complexity, and just enough Japanese curry to make the dish a bit spicy, but not overwhelming. The noodles were cooked perfectly, the green onions and seaweed generous, and fried chicken well-made. It truly reminded me of something I would find on the street in Tokyo, light years apart from many of the other SkyWay restaurants. Service was very quick and pleasant (they will bring your dish(es) out to you if you eat in) and the prices are incredibly reasonable. All in all, a top bet in the SkyWay.

Kim B.

Yelp
Hole in the wall place, which... I guess we hadn't looked enough into it to know what to expect. But the service was squirrelly, the rolls fell apart, and the sushi contained way too much rice. 0/10 would not recommend

Alice W.

Yelp
Sushi Takatsu is reminiscent of the small restaurants in Tokyo where folks go for a quick meal on a workday for lunch. There is a very organized and efficient kitchen getting orders done quickly while still producing high quality food. Everything was delicious, well-balanced, and also pretty inexpensive. There's limited seating but most people are there on their lunch break and getting to go orders, so we were able to easily snag some seats. We ordered the buta meshi, chicken curry bowl, and a couple rolls (sake with avo, dancing eel). The buta meshi was my favorite--a warm hearty bowl of pork and rice. The pork is incredibly tender and you some cabbage pickle to cut it with some acid. Chicken curry is freshly fried and topped with curry. When I'm craving curry, it's always Japanese curry (I'm not a big fan of spicy or coconut-based curries) and this definitely hit the spot. The rolls were great and fresh, too. Although, the dancing eel had way too much sauce on it. I would definitely be back for the bowls! Yum!

Aleah H.

Yelp
This place is a whole in the wall, but is the best option for sushi in the skyway! The line is always very long, but it moves pretty quickly because they take your order while in line so that it is ready for you when you make it to the counter. The sushi is great, with my favorite being the #9 roll (or the D combo which contains it). They have great lunch deals, too! The sushi bowl special is affordable at only $7 and a great to-go lunch! Don't expect to be able to eat in the restaurant, though. There is very limited seating, and what they do have is bar-style and crowded. If you were in a rush and wanted to eat only quickly it may be doable, but otherwise I would not suggest it. Affordable take out, though!

Kong L.

Yelp
This place is DANGEROUS!!! I always passed by Sushi Takatsu on my commute to the U of M to make it in time for class. And 70 percent of the time, I couldn't resist myself to stop by. Now, if I get off work early, I stop by. Their lunch special is THE BEST! A sushi bowl (similar to poke bowl) with miso soup for about $7. I always get this, with extra fish (about $1.5 additional). I have also tried and love their other items on the menu. Their gyu meshi (beef on rice bowl) is delicious and cost about $6. Savory beef on rice, and slightly pickled veggie to balance off your taste buds. The beef's juices covers and flavors the rice. Their beef curry bowl is similar to the gyu meshi, but has another depth of flavor from the curry. One of my favorite, and what they have limited, is the hamachi collar; cooked tuna collar for about $6. Great amount of meat, savory, fatty, and delicious. I always get this when they have it available. The sushi here is awesome and affordable. They also have soup options, and I only had their udon chicken karaage (Japanese fried chicken) soup. Yes, the fried chicken gets soggy in the soup. It was good, but I prefer their other options. High level Japanese food, for affordable prices, and you get your food fast. One of my favorite restaurants in the Twin Cities.

John M.

Yelp
The good: Fish was not problematic from a freshness perspective. Granted, all I had was salmon, eel, and California roll. Prices seemed reasonable. The bad: Too much vinager in the sushi rice. No noticeable quantity of wasabi between the fish and the rice. The salmon was very lean, which is not a quality i look for in a salmon any more than i look for it in wagyu beef. The sushi was cut in a rectangle and sat flush on a rectangle of rice. This may or may not be a thing in some part of Japan, but in my experience lacked finesse and definitely didn't do anything for the texture and mouth feel.

Alina Y.

Yelp
Sometimes I have dreams about this place because IT IS JUST THAT GOOD! I am so in love with their sushi bowls that I have forced many of my friends to indulge their taste buds at this amazing place. I can get a sushi bowl for less than $10 and it comes with miso soup. Even when I go there and the line has like 10 people ahead of me, I know that I'll get my sushi bowl and be on my way in like 5 minutes! It's always busy when I go, but like I said, they're very fast! It's located inside of the Baker Center and it's right near the skyway that connects the Baker Center and the IDS Center. It might be a tad bit hard to find the first time, but if you ask police officer or janitor (like I did my first time), you should have no problem!

Cathy S.

Yelp
I have passed this restaurant every day this week while walking to the convention center. The line gets pretty long during early lunch time. I went there around 1:30 pm and service was fast. The lunch special was a sushi bowl & miso soup for $7.72. The sushi bowl came with spicy tuna, salmon, yellow tail, avocado, spicy mayo, eel sauce, sesame seeds, & tempura flakes. I would be a regular here if I lived close by. My friends ordered sushi rolls and commented that it was filling for the price. We were able to eat around the corner where there were couches and tables in natural light. It was a great and satisfying fast lunch.

Lyn H.

Yelp
Omg - this place is a hidden gem. I only wish I could eat here every single day instead of taking a huge yucky fish oil pill. You get fresh clean food for a great (skyway) price. The lunch special rocks - try with brown rice and extra avocado, yummmmmy! Honestly, don't let the sub par ratings detour you - it will surely be your loss. Khin and crew are friendly and welcoming. Also - especially for lunch they are FAST! I've been there twice with many many people in line and they take orders ahead of time. By the time you get up front to pay - done. So if you walk by and the line is 10+ people long - take a chance. It will be quicker than you think.

Beck E.

Yelp
I'm not a connoisseur, but holy cow, that was good sushi and CHEAP. My SO and I were able to get five rolls (Roll x 3 A, TNT specially roll, and spicy hamachi/yellowtail roll) for $28 - that's incredible. Especially with fish of this quality. If we lived and worked in this area, we'd eat here at least once a week. What a gem!

Alex B.

Yelp
Yuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuup! Pretty straightforward, folks. Cutting right to the chase, folks: this the sushi lunch spot, OK? Delicious sushi. Fast. Affordable. Lunch special, sushi rolls, sashimi, avocado salad. Nom nom nom nom nom. What else do you people want from me????? Come. Dine. Love. Tell them I sent you.

Kai C.

Yelp
Great lunch spot in the skyway. The lunch special is a good deal for a sushi bowl and soup around $6.95. Lots of fish! Shop gets busy during lunch hour but moves pretty quickly. They also tend to sell out of some dishes throughout the lunch rush so get there early if you have something particular you want!

Terri L.

Yelp
Great place to eat lunch in Downtown Minneapolis! I make the trek down here from the UMN, just to be able to pick up food here. This place is probably one of the most affordable and high quality sushi places in the Twin Cities. This place is only open during the lunch hour in the traditional office time. This location can have long lines but you are able to call in your order and the line goes quick especially if you are just getting a sushi bowl. I have been here a few times and the sushi bowl is decent. Especially the price. I personally love to get curry here especially the beef curry bowl. Also the sushi rolls are great deals. When I visit I usually get two things, so spending 16 ish dollars but it is so worth and I have left overs. This place is a pretty small shop, so taking your lunch to go is the best option. I love come here for the price, quality, and taste. I would highly recommend come here if you have the time.

Allyson S.

Yelp
Oh man this place is so good. I consistently bring lunch to work and decide mid-day that I'm going to treat myself to Takatsu. They have some of the best deals for lunch specials in the skyway, and the portions are incredibly generous. I consistently get the lunch special, which comes with plenty of sushi, rice, and a bowl of miso soup. DELICIOUS. And all for less than $8? can't be beat. There's usually a line, so of course plan ahead. However, if you know what you're going for you can be in and out in under 15 minutes. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Can't say enough nice things about them! Only downside is the lunch special doesn't change much. As in, it's been the same for the last 8 months. Other than that - perfection!

Alison J.

Yelp
Pre-covid, I didn't want to review this one because those lunch lines were so long! I kept thinking if we kept the reviews on this place to a low count, then it wouldn't grow so fast. I always figured this was like, "my place." BUT with the current situation, I have to walk back on that. This was literally my go-to once or twice a week because it's right next to my office. Lately, I've still been trying to stop in at least every other week, which is harder since I don't actually live that close. I stopped in yesterday and the business was so slow. If you find yourself anywhere near this little shop, please go in! It might be my favorite place in the whole state because you just won't get this value at this quality with this efficiency. I love this whole business set up. I also love that this little shop adds some culinary diversity to a city dominated by Italian and New American cuisine. Anyway, better times ahead. But let's help this one pull through!

Iris H.

Yelp
This place was so yummy! It's in the Baker building connected to the IDS center. I found it right away by the tell tale signs of a line out the door. For freshly made sushi and Japanese dishes the ordering process went quickly. We maybe waited 5 minutes to order and another 10 for our food. I ordered the avocado roll and tempura udon. Both were delicious. The presentation was great and the flavors blended perfectly. They have spicy mayo, siracha, soy sauce and something else for sauces but no fish sauce or hoisen sauce. I didn't finish everything so I took the rest of my avocado roll to go, and it was easy to get a top for it. If you're not trying to stay long or want a Japanese breakfast they also have fresh made to-go items you can pick up and pay for. I'm definitely going to go back and try some of them. Other reviewers are also correct in the price points. Things are so cheap considering the location and quality ingredients. I definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for a more authentic and cheaper Japanese option.

Forrest R.

Yelp
Excellent, excellent sushi. Jun-San has been doing this for more than 30 years, and he is a master. Except for very high priced places, this is the best sushi in the Twin Cities

Kay K.

Yelp
I am so happy this place opened up in the skyway. Fresh, quality, healthy, great taste - all at a price point that doesn't exceed $10. The sushi bowl comes with miso for under $8 which is a bargain. They have a refrigerated section for grab & go options. I spotted brown rice veggie roll (6pieces) for all of $3.50. You seriously can't find that kind of deal anywhere! I am definitely headed back and will be a repeat customer. Next to try: udon curry noodle bowl

Manu P.

Yelp
The line in front of this is 100% justified and you'd be a fool to not recognize the lunch special as one of the best prices for value and portion. I'm not gonna waste everyone's time here and write a lengthy review. If you're craving sushi flavors and want a great miso soup accompanying it for a non bank breaking value, this is it

M S.

Yelp
Stopped by on a whim and discovered the best sushi bowls! Definitely coming back the next time we're in the area!

Avelina A.

Yelp
We ventured into this place looking for a place to get a quick bite and this popped into our radar. Because this restaurant is jam-packed in a business building, they had quite the line for lunch orders. You can either order something to order or grab a roll of sushi that the sushi masters already prepared that day. I ordered the sushi lunch bowl special and it was DELICIOUS. I would highly recommend it! It had a rice base along with the mixings of any typical roll like avocado, tuna, greens, spicy mayo, and with crunchy tempura bites! If I was ever in the downtown area, I would venture into the building and try something off the menu!

Yelp
This place competes with Orient Express as my favorite lunch spot in the skyway. In fact, I usually just alternate between the two to keep things interesting. First of all, the price here is extremely reasonable. $6.95 for a sushi bowl with plentiful of tuna and salmon? Yes please. Gyu Don for the price of subway? Even better. You know what's the beta thing here is though? They have oshizushi aka pressed sushi. It's sooooo good, especially since their sushi rice is actually exceptional. My favorite is definitely the saba. Furthermore, for popular items like the sushi bowl, they have these rolling out at lunch so, even with the huge lunch line here, you're rolling through it quicker than even Chipotle. Anyway... If you work in the area and need a reasonably priced but delicious healthy lunch option, do not miss Sushi Takatsu.
