The 15 Best Breakfast Spots In Las Vegas 2024

"Tableau is a casual garden party by Wynn standards, which means opulent by most. There are wacky-shaped hedges on the patio and a main atrium dining area drenched in light. It’s a bit sceney with a crowd of glammed-up brunch gatherings and the DJ who spun all night at XS. Cut into a stack of the fluffy, lemon ricotta pancakes, or the chicken sausage breakfast sandwich with roasted tomato and whipped goat cheese. And if you want something more interesting than black cold brew, try their bourbon vanilla latte or the Solar Power drink upgraded with cacao and mushrooms. Where to Find the Best Breakfast in Las Vegas, From Downtown to the Strip | Condé Nast Traveler

"Wynn receives its share—perhaps more than its share—of celebrity visitors, and this is where they brunch if they don't choose in-room dining. There's almost always a name you know here trying (not too hard) to go incognito. It is also a power breakfast spot for the rest of the Strip, and a relaxed brunch experience for guests in the Wynn hotel who find brunch as important a part of entertaining as dinner. One of Tableau's real treasures is its kitchen juice bar, which produces fresh-pressed juices like "Purify" (honeydew, green apples, kale, spinach, cayenne, agave, and celery) and smoothies like a silky chai with banana and coconut. If you can't commit, try a juice flight (a favorite). There are also endless cocktail options via prosecco, mimosas, bellinis, pink sangria, rose, and a great brunch signature cocktail program of garden-inspired coolers. This being Wynn, you can also opt to start out with a bottle of 2008 Dom Perignon or a range of bottles and by-the-glass options from all over the world." - Juliana Shallcross, Andrea Bennett

Wynn’s Flora Aghababyan Shares Her Favorite Places To Dine in Las Vegas - Eater Vegas

An unforgettable brunch experience! Our visit to Tableau was exceptional from start to finish. Making a reservation was quick and pleasant, setting the tone for the outstanding service we received throughout the meal. The staff was attentive, warm, and professional—truly elevating the entire experience. The food was absolutely phenomenal. We highly recommend the Tableau Breakfast, a thoughtfully curated experience that begins with a beautiful basket of fresh, flaky pastries, your choice of delicious fresh juice, and perfectly brewed coffee. It’s then followed by a generous and flavorful breakfast plate that exceeded our expectations. We also tried the steak and eggs, and wow—it did not disappoint! My husband declared it the #1 steak and eggs on the Las Vegas Strip and he’s not easy to impress! Tableau is a hidden gem, and we will definitely be coming back. A must-visit for anyone seeking a top-tier brunch in Las Vegas!

My experience in Tableau was definitely phenomenal. From the first step to the restaurant, you'll get warm greetings from the host, who listened carefully to what we requested for the seating preference and gave us the nicest seats ever! Our server, Stacy, was absolutely amazing. She was so bubbly and kind & professional, which made the greatest dining experience for all of us. The food was great too, perfectly seasoned and everything tasted very fresh. Thank you so much! We'll absolutely come back:)

I’ve been going to Vegas for years and I eat here at least once every single time I come. I was in town for 4 days and ate here twice. The food is over the top amazing. The atmosphere is awesome and the service is always great. The pictures are of their Tableau breakfast. Not only does it come with a side bun/Pastry to start with, Then you get your eggs, toast, hash, brown, and choice of meat. Then you get some pastries, which I had to go. All of it amazing and yummy!! I would highly recommend this place!!

Located at the base of the tower suite elevators in the Wynn hotel, we ate here for breakfast all 3 mornings of our stay. Reservations book up pretty far out and unless you are an early bird I would recommend booking in advance. We made mid morning reservations but ended up waking up pretty early and going down for breakfast around 7:45 both mornings. The restaurant was pretty quiet at that time so they were able to seat us early. Service both morning was friendly and efficient with our food and coffee orders coming out pretty swiftly. We thoroughly enjoyed the yogurt granola parfait, açaí bowl and avocado toast, and they made me a perfect nonfat dry cappuccino. On our last morning we didn’t have time to dine in so I went down at 7am when they opened and was able to place a to go order. I was skeptical about Tableau based on the super mixed reviews online but we really enjoyed it and I would fully recommend it to friends.

Google
Visited Tableau during my stay at Wynn twice, once for breakfast and once for brunch. In both stays all the drinks were amazing, really recommend the chai smoothie, breakfast was great (biscuit & gravy is BOMB af) but the brunch food was a total miss. The burger I got was bland and on the dryer side. Tasted nothing but the egg. Both the burger and the steak had a bitter burnt taste to it. Given the price point, and that this is a restaurant at Wynn, I definitely expected a lot more than this. The brunch would be a 1.5/5, breakfast is a solid 4.5/5. Roy is an amazing staff member! Shoutout to them for being compassionate, friendly and great service throughout. Overall I'd definitely visit for the breakfast menu and the drink, but not for brunch. Not sure if the other items on the menu are just hit or miss at this point though. Shame for a restaurant with such a great vibe and view around it!

Much better breakfast than the terrace cafe. The eggs Benedict was fantastic and the salmon lox bagel was to die for. We will definitely return. The service was great as well.

Tableau – Always My Go-To Breakfast Spot in Vegas Tableau is my favorite place for breakfast in Las Vegas. Every time I visit, I start my mornings here—every single day—and it never feels repetitive. It’s not just about food. This place has the kind of vibe I love: calm, elegant, and welcoming. The service is always great, and the interior design is beautiful without trying too hard. For me, it’s not just a restaurant—it’s where I enjoy starting my day. The menu has everything I like, from fresh juices to perfectly cooked eggs and fluffy pancakes. If you’re looking for a breakfast spot that feels comfortable, stylish, and consistently good, this is the one I always go back to.

Google
Expected better from the Wynn. Unfortunately the service was just poor. We came with a group of 6 girls. They forgot two of our drinks (never arrived even though we mentioned it) and messed up one of our orders. When we pointed it out, we had to wait 20 minutes for a new one (of course I understand food doesn’t magically appear), but there was zero apology / care in the world and nothing was comped. Unfortunately the wait staff seems very disorganized and scattered. The food was 4/5- delicious but nothing to go crazy over, especially at this price point.

Yelp
Whenever I travel I like to sit and eat for breakfast, and this trip to Vegas was no exception. Since I was staying at the Wynn, I first looked here for any restaurants that caught my eye and Tableau did the job. Food and reviews looked great, so I made plans to have breakfast here my last morning in Vegas. Like many of the other restaurants at the Wynn, Tableau is located away from the casino floor - specifically, the entrance is located close to the Tower elevators close to the pool. I highly recommend booking a table - I was super last minute and snagged one at 11:30am but that was literally the only time slot left when I booked the day before. The interior is very bright - a beige/tan color scheme with splashes of color on the chairs and the walls; the restaurant is categorized as one of their higher-end spots and the aesthetics show that. While I was seated inside, I was next to a window that had lovely outdoor views; I heard they have seating out there which is in high demand. Tableau is only open for breakfast and lunch - I was leaning towards the former and the menu had a good selection. I noticed they had a variety of flavored lattes - I ordered the cherry blossom one which was sweet and creamy mmmm. For my actual breakfast I ordered the Tableau Breakfast which was bacon, toast, potatoes and eggs (I got them over easy). Additionally, the breakfast came with a small pastry basket. The dish was great - despite being relatively simple it was executed really well. I got a variety of pastries; if I remember correctly it was a croissant, a muffin, and two buns. These were tasty and paired with two jams and butter to complement. Service was good; I was taken care of promptly and everyone was friendly. The food came out relatively quickly but I didn't order anything complicated which made sense. My favorite service pearl was that they gave me a little chair to put my sling bag on so that it didn't have to be on the floor - as someone who hates bags on the floor I really appreciated this - nice touch. Overall, I had a lovely breakfast at Tableau; this was one of the highlights of the dining scene at Wynn for me and I would definitely return for another meal.

Yelp
So so so horrible costumer service! We were waiting over 35 min our table. At the end they gave us a table which was available all that time right behind front desk, we asked that there were so many available tables around and she said it's a special request for that table and i can put you to waiting list again. Are you kidding me, change your front desk, and remind her she is front desk not the owner of the tableau

Yelp
I'll be honest this location is lovely. You're greeted very graciously and seated to a lovely table. We sat window side and enjoyed espresso and a light lunch with champagne. Service was excellent very attentive. Delightfully enough they bring a small chair table side for your purse.

Yelp
This is a must brunch spot! I love the ambiance of this restaurant with bright sun rays bursting from outside and the warm kindness of the hostess's like Valerie. The true reason we keep coming back even when losing the delicious lobster burger and now lemon ricotta pancakes. I hope the new chef brings at least one of these back! We didn't even receive bread services, what's happening?

Yelp
I had some breakfast credits at the Wynn and decided to try Tableau for breakfast. Reservations recommended, but since I was going by myself, I went and sat at the bar. Yes, the bar at breakfast. Very popular space, and the ppl here are so nice and attentive. Great menu as well. I tried an iced coffee drink, kind of like a coffee cocktail of some sort, and that was excellent (Solar Power - La Colombe Cold Brew Coffee, Almond Milk, Cacao, Maca, Adaptogenic Blend of Lions Mane and Reishi Mushroom). I needed more caffeine so I also got a cappuccino to go after I finished my meal. I also tried one of their juice blends, the green one called Purify (Honeydew, Green Apple, Kale, Spinach, Cayenne, Organic Agave, Celery). Wow so good and refreshing! Just what I needed. For the food, I had some trouble deciding what I wanted so I asked the person behind the bar for some suggestions. He recommended the crab avocado tartine so I went with it. 2 poached eggs on avocado and crab over wheat toast. Overall pretty good, good amount of crab. Not a fan of the spouts tho. The eggs were a bit uneven. One poached egg was more on the raw side and the other, the yolk didn't really flow. Other than that, it was a solid breakfast. I'd come here again to try more of their menu since it looked so good!

Yelp
Hands down, my favorite brunch spot at the Wynn and probably in Vegas. The location is very convenient if you stay at the Wynn Tower Suites. Amazing vegan, healthy and fresh options and great service. The reason I'm deducting a star is because this place is always overcrowded and even when you have a reservation and you're a guest at the Tower Suites you will still have to wait at least 10 minutes past your reservation time.

Yelp
I've only ever eaten here for lunch and brunch but both times I've been here, it has been a wonderful experience. First off, the decor is very nice. Now, the food is excellent. Very high quality and delicious. Plus the service is friendly and very attentive. I highly recommend eating at their outdoor area as it's beautiful and just adds to the wonderful experience!

Yelp
Wow ! We stayed at the Wynn located in the towers suites side and they recommended eating brunch at Tableau. The service was very friendly. Veronica was our host Armando was our server. The ambiance is very classy. The food selection was amazing ! We ordered a bit of everything and split it family style as we wanted to try everything. We ordered the biscuits & gravy which came with poached eggs, the chorizo omelette, the lox and everything bagel plate and a half order of the pancakes. Everything we had was delicious! I don't like biscuits and gravy but theirs was so yummy! The pancakes came with a lemon curd and made with ricotta cheese. I highly recommend those two but everything was good.

Yelp
We had one of the Best experiences here at Tableau. The food, service and overall experience are all 5 stars. From the moment that the hostess checks you in and brings you to your table you are greeted and treated like a VIP guest. They made sure to get everyone a menu and waters right away. Our server Gabe was Amazing and provided Excellent service! He knows the menu very well and you can let him know what you normally like and he can guide you through the menu and describe each dish and how it's prepared. If you like wine he is definitely the man to talk to about making a great selection. We had a good size group of 10 hungry people and I know that we were a lot of work, as Gabe went to get our drink order his follow teammates stopped in and check in with us to make sure that we had everything that we needed. We were never in want of anything because they were all on top of their service as well. The food was really good, drinks were on point and the place is really nice. They also have a sunroom that can be rented out for larger groups with a view that leads to the pool area. Thanks again to Gabe and the team at Tableau! I didn't catch everyone's name but Lexy was so friendly and helpful, Alfredo made sure that we felt welcome and had everything and Armando made some great recommendations that we all enjoyed. If you get a table in any of their sections I'm sure that you will enjoy your experience. Definitely 5 stars experience.

Yelp
Tableau is nestled behind the Wynn Tower Suites elevators next to the pool entrance and is a solid and convenient spot to grab breakfast or brunch. Some of the other restaurants at the Wynn get busy and/or require a wait during breakfast/brunch hours, but I've never had to wait at Tableau. They have a variety of traditional breakfast option as well as brunch items. Everything I've tried here including the Tableau Breakfast, the burger, and the salmon has been pretty solid. The service has always been good and the servers are fairly attentive. The bright interior and the pool views make it the perfect place to grab a bite and start the day.
google avatar

Elizabeth A.

Yelp
I don't understand why people would take awake star ratings for changes in menu. Focus on quality. If the restaurant didn't change its menu, this would be static for those that are here routinely.
google avatar

Tommy P.

Yelp
Maybe the prettiest place to eat in Las Vegas - and it's been that way since it opened a couple decades ago. It still feels modern and bright and . . . perfect. The service IS perfect: bright, friendly, informed, accommodating, proactive - every time I come here (and it's been a LOT over the years), I leave feeling reinvigorated. The food is perfectly done, and the menu is varied enough and changes often enough to keep things interesting. Again, I've never gone away feeling anything but joy. Ah, Tableau - the near-Platonic Ideal of brunch restaurants - may it never change!
google avatar

Ava S.

Yelp
I never do reviews but I could not stop myself Customer service zero,(-zero) I simply asked for hot water 3x. They didn't even complete our order. And they made assumptions I changed my mind. Overall not happy never again.
google avatar

Jessica D.

Yelp
Tableau is now one of my favorite brunch restaurants on the strip- it's popular for good reason! We walked in and had no issues getting a table facing the windows. Service was memorable and beyond great- we shared the truffle fries, burrata cheese, and a half order of the pancakes. I wish I could eat those fries and pancakes every day and will definitely be back to order them again. I'm normally a lover of burrata, but lavash bread and muhammara spread just wasn't a good match. The spread was delicious, but overpowered the burrata and the thin lavash just isn't substantial enough for the cheese.
google avatar

Tanya M.

Yelp
I can't say enough good things about this place. The service was wonderful, the food was delicious, and I discovered the most perfect chai latte in the world! It was so good that I went back the next day to have it again. The breakfast potatoes were delicious and I wish I could have had a few extra servings of those. The eggs Benedict was pretty standard, but i appreciated my server asking me if I wanted avocado or spinach in place of the ham. I had asked to hold the ham and he could have just written that down and gone on his way to put the order in. However, he was considerate and gave me the option to substitute the ham with something else. Not every server thinks to do that and I truly appreciated the little considerate touches that Tableau and their waitstaff offer! The lemon ricotta pancakes were the best pancakes I have ever tasted. They were soft, fluffy, had an amazing lemon flavor, and those were enhanced with the homemade whipped cream and lemon curd on the side. If you get one dish here, get the pancakes. This will definitely stay on my list as one of my "go to" breakfast spots! Wynn really has set the standard high with Tableau.
google avatar

Raymond S.

Yelp
We were lucky to snag an available table as soon as we walked in. The plating was elegant. The cappuccinos were fantastic--even better than Allegro in the casino area. Service was exceptional. It wasn't a five-star experience because the food--although good--was not mind-blowing. I recommend having a lesser sweetened chai at the end of your brunch. That too was also quite good.
google avatar

Teyah S.

Yelp
While visiting Las Vegas with friends for 40th bday, we had brunch at Tableau and it was exceptional! Decor: If you've ever been to the Wynn hotel then you know it's absolutely stunning. That beauty extends to restaurant from floor to ceiling. Service: The hostess and waitstaff were friendly and accommodating. They even held our luggage at the front desk since we'd be heading to the airport after brunch. Food: My table ordered everything from pancakes to cavatelli to crispy branzino. Every dish was fresh, well balanced and tasty! The fresh bread and butter selections with our meal was an added treat. When in Vegas again, I'll definitely be back!
google avatar

Jenny Z.

Yelp
I had a nice breakfast at Tableau. We didn't make reservations, so we waited about 30 min for our table. While we waited, we enjoyed some coffee they set aside. I ordered the Lox and bialys. The ingredients were fresh. I really liked the tomatoes! My family ordered the Red Beet and Lobster Soup and the Kiwi Mango Bowl. The bowl looked very healthy and refreshing. I liked all the natural light in the dining area in the morning.
google avatar

Yuen L.

Yelp
Excellent breakfast and service! We loved the ambiance of the Wynn and this restaurant was also incredibly beautiful! From their embroidered seats to the wonderful food, we enjoyed our breakfast here!! Their eggs Benedict was not bad but their lemon ricotta pancakes were so good! Definitely worth waking up early for this!

Yelp
My wife and I used to love Tableau when it was open for dinner back in the day. I had the chance to have lunch recently, and it did not disappoint. Like most of the Wynn resort, Tableau gets most, if not all things right. The restaurant is light and cozy - if you've had a late night, might opt for some shades, haha. I had a Caesar salad and steak tartare. I asked them to substitute the bread with my tartare with their potato gauffrettes - think, fancy potato chips. They happily obliged. The Caesar was very good, and the tartare was delicious as well. Service was excellent - I will return for sure!

Yelp
Tableau is in the Wynn by convention side and a popular work breakfast/brunch area. Ate there a few times and it was good. Food (4.5/5) - good variety of options to suit different tastes. - avocado toast - very solid and great combination of poached eggs, arugula, prusciutto - Spanish omelette - chorizo quac and lime crema work really well together - steel cut oatmeal - solid - fresh juices and smoothies all great Service (5/5) - very attentive knowledgeable and respectful for business customers. Atmosphere (5/5) - great location and view with lots of sun. Well appointed and professional. Overall (5/5) - very solid venue especially for business meetings. Yeah it's definitely on the pricey side but not out of line for Vegas.

Yelp
Picture perfect for the true perfectionist..... like me ;) This place is always a must when I'm in Vegas. Amazing service, food is SEXY & extraordinary. Elevated dishes and coffee is hot & bold. A absolute must, every time in Vegas. Ciao

Yelp
This is our favorite breakfast place to go to in Las Vegas! Ahem...I meant our favorite FANCY breakfast place. This one is actually really good. We had to book one month ahead for the time and day that we wanted. That's right folks please make sure to book ONE MONTH ahead! The truffle fries were also our favorite! Now be CAREFUL folks! The server will ask you if you would like to add truffle to your poached lobster Benedict and he said and I quote that would be "$98." $98 dollars to add truffle?!?! I said absolutely NO THANK YOU! I don't know about the rest of you guys but, I'm just a hardworking person and $98 was too much for me to spare for truffle. Besides we got enough of the truffle from the truffle fries... I recommend the Orange Zest if you like orange juice. It has a bit more flavor with the carrot being added. And it really aides with digestion... Cheers!!

Mar K.

Yelp
We went twice. Sandra the hostess was so proactive and absolutely wonderful -- she also made it possible for us to change our reservations for busy weekend brunches. Avocado toast with arugula and poached eggs. Caesar salad with anchovy dressing. Hot water with lemon. Oatmeal with delicious. Steak and eggs were enjoyed. Tableau Breakfast with mini pastries was delicious. The bacon was solid. Daniel was wonderful about refreshing coffee for those at our table; when the cups got cold, rather than trying to re-fill with hot coffee so the coffee in the cup was lukewarm, he brought fresh cups of piping hot coffee that the elders appreciated. We ate outside the second time in the sunshine. That was lovely.

Pantea M.

Yelp
had brunch at Tableau and was impressed by the fantastic view of the Wynn pools--it's hard to beat that setting! The brunch itself was good, but it didn't blow me away. However, their baked goodies were a highlight--fresh and absolutely delicious. Overall, it's a nice spot with a great view and tasty treats. Definitely worth a visit!
google avatar

Yelp
Extremely over priced foods that are far below average in quality. Spanish omelette didn't look and taste anything like Spanish omelette. It looked like a French omelette and I couldn't even figure out what the fillings were made of. The Tableau Breakfast looked unappealing but I liked how they served it split in half because we told the server that we would be sharing it. An order of freshly baked pastries was $21 and I thought they were market bought. And the fruits that came with the Tableau Breakfast were not fresh at all. The place had a nice ambiance and the view of the Sphere but I would not go back.
google avatar

Aileen H.

Yelp
The restaurant is located inside the Wynn Hotel and Casino. I ordered the Tableau Burger and it came with avocado, smoked bacon, tomato jam, and sunny side up egg in a brioche bun and French fries. The beef patty was burnt even though I ordered medium. The kitchen re-did it which was nice. Still, the burger was disappointing especially for an almost $30 burger. The meat quality was average, and the flavoring was just alright. The best part was the egg. To me, this should have been a $12 to $15 burger. The interior was beautiful but the food was disappointing. The highlight was the bread service which I asked for more because our food had to be re-done. Overall, I would not recommend.

Yelp
WOW, what a disappointment!!! I have been coming to this restaurant religiously when I would come to Vegas. I stumbled upon it while searching for a great breakfast place to dine back in 2021. At the time they offered an incredible brunch menu with some interesting options. The Salmon Eggs Benedict was amazing and to die for. It brought me back to this specific restaurant each time i visited Vegas. I just couldn't get enough of that deliciousness. Unfortunately, in 2023 they removed it from the menu as an option. However, it was replaced. It was replaced with something even more delightful and elegant and so tasty I am drooling now thinking of it!!! Well, I just left Vegas the last week of September 2024 and I was left with disappointment! No more Lobster Eggs Benedict!!! WHY??? This was the most incredible dish I have ever eaten!!! Everything was PERFECTION!!! My waiter was sad he had to disappoint me and advise this dish was removed. I would have paid $100.00 for that dish. The Lobster was Succulent and in great quantity. the eggs were poached to perfection and the sauce was so tangy and made perfectly in addition to the other accouchements. Alas, the menu is just like any other Vegas restaurant now. It has NO WOW factor. I will not return unless this dish returns. It was the MAIN reason I flew from Florida to Vegas. I was so disappointed. I certainly hope the Head Chef and the Managment sees this post and reconsiders this dish. I can tell you your servers could sell at least one to every table if not more for its flavor and presentation. Good luck with your plain menu, Vegas has so many options and I feel this was your WOW to get me to return.

Yelp
Great experience at tableu. Went for breakfast . We gave it a chance the last day in our staying at the Wynn . Great service Isabel and Lexi .

Yelp
Great breakfast. The food was really great and the service was friendly and great! The quiche and tableau breakfast were really delicious and good portions. This is a pricey spot for breakfast but worth it to splurge and experience it. The Wynn is a gorgeous hotel. We made a reservation but it didn't seem necessary.

Yelp
I always look forward to Tableau when in Vegas and the Wynn. Service is outstanding and the food is always fantastic. I love the decor and the atmosphere. The lemon ricotta pancakes are the best but I had something different this time . They have a great selection for breakfast items .

Yelp
This morning's breakfast started off with delightful service, from the front desk through the seating, to the drink order, and on to the meal. The menu was broad with a mix of classic fare, and some southern dishes with a New Orleans influence. While everything was amazing, I need to call out the croissant. It was flakey, and the butter so clearly apparent throughout. With butter, it was delicious, but with the apricot jam, it was transcendent. The only downside was being seated around a bunch of "dude-bros" extolling their party prowess. Luckily I could immerse myself in the light, tangy hollandaise, the perfectly poached eggs, and a puck of shredded potatoes, fried golden brown. I'll be thinking about this meal for a while.
google avatar

Tasha H.

Yelp
Tableau is a beautiful restaurant, but the food is not worth the price in my opinion. The service and ambiance are really nice, but when it comes down to the food itself, everything seemed so expensive and not tasty enough to merit the price tag. If you want a place to take pretty photos, this is the place, if you want excellent food, I would go elsewhere.

Yelp
What an incredible French Breakfast. Seriously one of the best tasting and freshest breakfasts I've had in a long time. Wow. Let me say it again. WOW. My friend said EVERYTHING was perfect. From the good to the service to the decor and ambiance of the restaurant. Makes me feel like I'm in France again. FOOD: We started with the French press coffee. Super hot and fresh. We then started with the Smoked Salmon with Hashbrowns, capers and eggs. Super good! What an incredible appetizer. Highly recommend if you like salmon. We then got the traditional bacon and eggs breakfast and then shared the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes. Omg. Light and fluffy and not too sweet. Also on point. The pastries also are VERY SOFT, FRESH AND NOT SWEET. Not like Starbucks pastries where you will break your teeth on a croissant. The restaurant itself is also very clean, modern looking and if you sit next to the window like we did you will get a great view and the sun shining down on you. Service was also perfect. Never had to ask for anything. Louis and Ashley were very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend dining here for breakfast or brunch

Yelp
Made a reservation weeks in advance arrived on time. 20 mins later we were still not seated. No explanation rude hostess. We left. You work in the service industry no need for the attitude

Yelp
This was our favorite restaurant on our most recent Las Vegas trip. Glad we made a reservation because there was a bit of a line. Amazing ambiance and decor. Beautiful gardens outside too. My wife got a quiche and it was incredible. Probably the best I've ever had. Not eggy, perfect crust. I was being adventurous and got the braised rabbit. It was a little strange but good. Kinda like bbq pulled pork. But flavored with a vinaigrette that was also the salad dressing. Very generous portions of meat. The salad part was excellent. It was a nice presentation. For dessert we got the apple cobbler (it was really more of a crisp). We had wanted to get the chocolate macarons but they were sadly out. The cobbler was excellent though. It came with a homemade vanilla ice cream. The service was excellent up until the very end-- we had come towards the end of breakfast, and they pulled our waiter away to start setting up for lunch. We sat there for a while after finishing before they brought our check. But overall it was a wonderful experience. I would def go again next time I visit Las Vegas.

Yelp
Food. Excellent. Service. Excellent. Ambiance. Excellent. The Tableau inside the Wynn Hotel is open for breakfast and lunch. The atmosphere is amazing as is the food and service. It's pricey but in line with the other Wynn restaurants. Our breakfast was $ 75 plus a $ 15 tip. No alcohol. We feel we got our money's worth because the breakfast here is a memory that will last a long time. We will return on our next trip. We had 5 breakfast meals at the different Wynn restaurants. Next visit, we will eat every breakfast at the Tabkeau.

Yelp
This place went downhill. Used to be my favorite. (And I'm a local and staycation at tower suites a lot) but quality of food is subpar and drinks were not up to speed. We had 3 diff waitress' during this experience and I got "endless" sips and only could enjoy one. We also requested to sit outside they said they were full. Pretty empty for a Sunday brunch (what does that tell you) and outside had room...Last time

Yelp
I went to Tableau at the end of July for my friend's birthday brunch. We went mainly because of the bottomless mimosas and were not disappointed. We were constantly getting refills from the servers and treated with great hospitality. I would 10/10 come here again. The ambiance of the restaurant was very nice and was the perfect vibe for our party of 10. Can't forget the food as well! The food was excellent and all of our party agreed we would come here again on our next visit to Vegas Thank you so much!

Yelp
The ambiance and the service were excellent. I have to take away stars for the food. The pancakes, when served as the "Vegan Option," are literally just pancakes with some powdered sugar and vegan butter. There is no effort to make vegan lemon ricotta (unless it was baked in somehow?), blueberry preserves, lemon curd or whipped cream. Not even the fruit or a vegan whipped cream? And was still the same price I am sure. The vegan tempeh was sour and flavorless. I hated even letting my friend taste it because I knew I could make it soooo much better. This is what turns people away from plant-based dishes. Underwhelming and lacking in flavor and presentation.

Yelp
Located in the Wynn Hotel. A hidden gem. We had breakfast here. Cost with tip was $ 90, but a very nice experience. Worth it for the atmosphere and food. The Tableau really is hidden. No signs posted and not visible walking by. It is on the lobby floor of the Towers. The Towers are Wynn's premium rooms so unsurprisingly, the restaurant is premium. Formal setting with beautiful decor. Perfectly prepared food. I had the smoked salmon plate with Bialy rolls. A lot of smoked salmon with two Bialy rolls, large slices of tomato and other niceties. The center of the Bialy onion rolls was recessed and filled with diced cooked onion. Delicious. We also ordered a fruit plate and a croissant. Wonderful fruit plate. Coffee was delicious. The Tableau closes after lunch, and the 666 steakhouse pops up in its place. Heritage beef from a Texas ranch. Would go back again. A memorable meal even though it was only breakfast.

Yelp
I loved the ambiance here, it is the perfect girls' brunch spot! It is bright and summery, a little whimsical, and is a little funky with Picasso paintings on the back of chair's upholstery. I really like the vibe in here. The food is good too, but I didn't find our entrees to be memorable. When planning to go here, I originally wanted to get the short rib truffle Benedict. To my demise, they got rid of it! So, we got the European breakfast for a nice spread and the sweet crepes to satisfy our sweet tooth. The best part of our breakfast was the assortment of pastries brought out. I was excited for the crepes, but their texture was old and chewy. We struggled to cut with a knife. The flavors were 10/10, especially with the chocolate mousse on the side, but texture lacked. I'd still go back here. It was cute, funky, and I'm hopeful their other entrees have more to offer.

Yelp
The service is amazing. The view outside is really nice as well. My only issue was with the food I ordered. I got the vegan omelette (I don't remember the name), per the recommendation of the server and I was really disappointed. It was not great at all. My sister also found a dead bug in her omelette but staff was quick to have it replaced so I really appreciated that. Overall, I really liked how the staff was and the overall vibe but I would definitely try something new if I came back.

Yelp
Our first brunch as we arrived in Vegas and this totally set the standard for the weekend. Amazing, elegant atmosphere combined with a stand-up comedy quality waitress. Perhaps the Jersey diner aficionado in me is used to servers cracking jokes all day long. The price point wasn't insane either given the quality, location, and ambience. Always get an Eggs Benedict for brunches, fancy or not. You'll start the weekend off like a king

Yelp
Very cute brunch spot in Vegas! It reminds me of L'auderee with the plate and cup decor. We had a reservation but unfortunately had to wait about 20 minutes which sucked in the morning. We each got the juice shots - 3 mini shots for $12 to start your day after a late night! I got the iced coffee and it was GREAT! My friend and I shared the Caesar salad and lox bagel. The Caesar salad came with 4 anchovies on top so it was a bit fishier than we like. The lox bagel came with delicious scallion cream cheese and amazing lox. It had a good portion of lox as well. The table also shared lemon ricotta pancakes. They didn't taste overwhelmingly lemony. I liked them. Would recommend if you're looking for a cute brunch spot!

Yelp
If clowns from the nearby Circus Circus Casino had a cuisine, this would be it. The food at Tableau is foolish, a parade of ingredients low quality and ill-thought-out, and piled one on top of the other until the recipes simply collapse under their weight. Every dish we had, from the Traditional Benedict, Braised Rabbit, to Spanish Omelette was so poorly architected and executed and devoid of any originality that a brunch at Denny's seemed elevated. Braised Rabbit ($31), for example, was slowly cooked for 14 hours, as our wait staff assured us, however, it lacked any sophistication. No texture points. No shallots. No surprise. Just a bucket of rabbit slapped on top of frisée with a few pieces of radish scattered around. Traditional Benedict ($31) was even worse. The Hollandaise sauce was heavy and not fluffy, lacking balance -- probably whipped not by hand but by a blender. Underneath, piled one on top of the other were processed ham and a factory-made muffin, resembling those found at Smart & Final. Let's face it: Tableau is a pretentious place serving poor quality, not very good brunch for $30+ a person. And, for us living mortals paying these prices, the meal is as expensive as it is clownishly inept.
