I've tried a couple of different things here, but my go-to is the Carne Asada Quesadilla. Their carne asada is very tender & well-seasoned, pico de gallo is fresh, cheese is soft, and tortilla is super crispy. You have the option to add sour cream & guacamole for additional $. I find that the quesadilla itself is already packed with flavor w/o any add-ons.
The portion is very generous. I have a voracious appetite and half of the quesadilla w/ some chips & guac is enough to satiate me.
If you're looking for something lighter, then I'd go for the Mexican "Street Style" Tacos which come in a set of 3 (see below for pro-tip). I also recommend getting the carne asada. The chicken is a bit dry. Carnitas is also a good option. Their 2 salsas are also amazing (love the red salsa on the tacos).

Pro-Tips:
1) If you get your food to-go instead of dine-in, you get a bag of complimentary tortilla chips with each order. Not sure why you don't get it when you dine-in, but that's just how it is.
2) They have Taco Tuesday Deals for the Mexican "Street Style" Tacos. These "Street Style" tacos come in sets of 3 (they're small). It is $6 for 3, so $2 each on Tuesdays.

Other Items:
Nick's Way Taco (4/5) - These are good, but quite heavy and much bigger than the "Street Style" tacos. 1-2 of these are enough to satisfy. I personally prefer the smaller "Street Style" tacos.
Chips & Guac + Salsa (3/5) - Chips are bit thicker than I like, not very salted which would be fine if the guac was more salted but the guac is also lightly seasoned. I will say that the portion is generous and it is served in a big basket with guac and salsa on top of it, so I still get it pretty often.
SF Burrito (3/5) - I'm not into burritos, and this didn't change my sentiment.

"What makes this carne asada quesadilla so amazing?" Picture this.
As you prepare to take your first bite, a small stream of flavorful juices trickles down your arm. You pause just long enough to wipe it away, savoring the anticipation that lingers in the air. Your teeth sink into the crispy embrace of a flour tortilla, yielding to the melty embrace of the finest jack cheese. Suddenly, a wave of savory ecstasy washes over your palate as the hot steak unveils its magnificence. The saltiness dances with the juiciness, an expertly choreographed symphony of flavors. Just as you think you've reached the pinnacle of taste, the pico de gallo bursts onto the scene. Its cool freshness complements the warmth of the steak, creating a breathtaking juxtaposition of flavors. In that moment, you can't help but close your eyes and your taste buds throw a wild party, dancing and celebrating this glorious fiesta of flavors.
