By far the Nastiest Flattest Crunchwrap I’ve ever had. Literally no meat whatsoever just a bunch of lettuce, sauce, & tomatoes 🤮

DO NOT ORDER from here using a delivery service. After calling -- ONLY after calling - did they begin to prepare my order 25 minutes after Uber Eats indicated it was ready for pickup despite the delivery guy messaging me and the person who answered call confirming it was not even being prepared. But... she said... since I called, they would start to prepare. what?!?! Totally a breakdown and probably the reason the original Taco Bell / KFC hybrid around the corner failed.

The late-night service here is a disaster. Twice now I have had my mobile order just... Never come out. Paying for food and never receiving it is about the worst a restaurant can do.

Awesome chicken and steak quesadillas! Most other choices too. Not had a bad anything from the U street DC Taco Bell once Do recommend will eat as much as possibles. A+++ 😊

I’m not sure who works here, but yall need to do better fr. There’s no way my DoorDash driver literally drove there which was a 10-15 min drive & yall STILL ain’t had my order ready. Mind yall I got the notification that yall were prepping my food 10 mins before she even started driving to yall .. so I just want to know why it took yall almost 30 mins to prep a crunchy wrap supreme combo?? Smh ridiculous

Very nice, very clean dining 🍽 room with tasty offerings! I used the app for the first time to order food and it was a breeze! Ronny, the manager on duty, was so customer-service oriented and made my first visit a real please! Kudos to Ronny and his friendly team at Taco 🌮 Bell Cantina...many thanks 😊!

I had placed a pickup order at this location. When I arrived, I tried to enter through the doors, but the doors were locked (not closing time) with the security officer standing right behind them. I showed him my app order details, but he ignored me. I went to the other side to knock, and he continued to ignore me. I knocked until customers and employees noticed me, and finally, an employee came to the door. I let them know I had an order. As the employee was preparing it, some random guy grabbed my order while I was standing there watching. The security officer let him out without verifying anything and watching the entire scene! It was ridiculous and caused a huge inconvenience. I spoke to the manager about the useless security officer. While the manager and employees were kind and remade my order, the security officer truly left a bad taste in my mouth. I drove 20 minutes out of my way to deal with this nonsense. Do not go to this location! I'm sure the reason they act like this is because they're used to dealing with thieves but that’s no excuse to mistreat a regular customer that just wants a Supreme Crunchwrap! How about identify and check the names of bags beforehand, and let customers in that have preordered?!?? I get it it’s U-street but there are multiple other spots open that respect their customers like cracked eggery or the pizza spot next to Capo Deli’s or Andy’s pizza.

Ordered online for pick-up to bring to Black Cat on a Friday night. They were extremely timely, got my order 100% correct, gave me all the sauces I requested. When I entered to grab my food, I was surprised by clean it was! The staff were very helpful & friendly. Took me like 10 min door to door from Black Cat. 10/10 recommend.
