Taco Bell Cantina

Ordered online for pick-up to bring to Black Cat on a Friday night. They were extremely timely, got my order 100% correct, gave me all the sauces I requested. When I entered to grab my food, I was surprised by clean it was! The staff were very helpful & friendly. Took me like 10 min door to door from Black Cat. 10/10 recommend.

I had placed a pickup order at this location. When I arrived, I tried to enter through the doors, but the doors were locked (not closing time) with the security officer standing right behind them. I showed him my app order details, but he ignored me. I went to the other side to knock, and he continued to ignore me. I knocked until customers and employees noticed me, and finally, an employee came to the door. I let them know I had an order. As the employee was preparing it, some random guy grabbed my order while I was standing there watching. The security officer let him out without verifying anything and watching the entire scene! It was ridiculous and caused a huge inconvenience. I spoke to the manager about the useless security officer. While the manager and employees were kind and remade my order, the security officer truly left a bad taste in my mouth. I drove 20 minutes out of my way to deal with this nonsense. Do not go to this location! I'm sure the reason they act like this is because they're used to dealing with thieves but that’s no excuse to mistreat a regular customer that just wants a Supreme Crunchwrap! How about identify and check the names of bags beforehand, and let customers in that have preordered?!?? I get it it’s U-street but there are multiple other spots open that respect their customers like cracked eggery or the pizza spot next to Capo Deli’s or Andy’s pizza.

Awesome chicken and steak quesadillas! Most other choices too. Not had a bad anything from the U street DC Taco Bell once Do recommend will eat as much as possibles. A+++ 😊

Very nice, very clean dining 🍽 room with tasty offerings! I used the app for the first time to order food and it was a breeze! Ronny, the manager on duty, was so customer-service oriented and made my first visit a real please! Kudos to Ronny and his friendly team at Taco 🌮 Bell Cantina...many thanks 😊!

Nice restaurant with friendly customers service. Well theirs restrooms always clean what I prefer and Taco Bell food just awesome my favorite food is chicken chalupa and my husband like their steak and chicken quesadilla, if anyone miss this items I would recommend you guys should try this item first and others food are awesome fresh condiments overall fantastic.

I’m not sure who works here, but yall need to do better fr. There’s no way my DoorDash driver literally drove there which was a 10-15 min drive & yall STILL ain’t had my order ready. Mind yall I got the notification that yall were prepping my food 10 mins before she even started driving to yall .. so I just want to know why it took yall almost 30 mins to prep a crunchy wrap supreme combo?? Smh ridiculous

This is my go to spot after a late night on U ST, and tell my why at 3 AM they are still making amazing amazing food. Filled with ingredients, put together so nicely. I’ve had late night food in places where they literally don’t even finish making the product and they’ll just shove all the ingredients in a paper bag, which tacobell could definitely do. We’re drunk and desperate for carbs. But no, every time, it’s so delicious. I will literally order extra so I can eat it in the morning. And, sober me is just so shocked everytime. Thank you TacoBell on U st. Yall are the best 🙏🏽

Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to (and I've been to most of them). Orders are over 20 minutes slower than the app says. Literally what are they doing back there. This place is a joke.
