"Tim Ma doesn't sleep. After opening Kata, Lucky Danger, and Sushi Sato earlier this year, he's got another new spot inside Western Market. Taco Cat is slinging breakfast tacos as well as an all-day lineup of burritos, ceviche, and one very compelling tuna taco in a crispy nori shell. Open Monday through Friday 8am-8pm, they've also got a tequila and mezcal-heavy cocktail menu. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Omnia Saed
