Found hair in my Mexican pizza. The manager was trying to tell me they wear hair nets..looked over at the workers and the hair nets were only covering the back of their hair. Terrible management these people don’t give a damn about your food they just want to be fast, sloppy and get paid. SMH.

Hey owner if you look this You never give these 4 idiots boys schedule same time. Ladys worked very hard and fast they make orders very fast but when these guy worked together they take so long long time to make orders. I experienced this very long time.

I love Taco Bell, but I can only give this location 3 stars. For one thing, the outside sign was not lit, so I drove right past and had to turn around to go back. When I mentioned this to the crew inside, nobody seemed to care. Secondly, the fountain machine was out of Mango Brisk tea; and I had to wait until they switched out the concentrate keg. Finally, the amount of meat on my tacos was pathetic.

Dirty and also taking so Long to just get my order I order 8:25 still here waiting and it’s 8:45 fast food would just went to a real restaurant for the price they charge tbh 🤦 a lot of Costumers waiting also supervisor had to ask for a devolution still 8:55 and wasn’t ready my order note she also came to cashier with her gloves from The kitchen and I just made a comment make sure too change your gloves be more sanitary for us costumers. She was so rude didn’t want to tel me the her name or didn’t had name tag ended up getting a refund

This is one of the best Taco Bell’s in New York. The food is always hot and fresh, ready almost immediately after ordering, and the staff is super friendly and professional. Some people may judge me for not spending my taco Tuesdays at somewhere more authentic but they can all go to heck. This Taco Bell rocks!

There’s a bit of a wait though it wasn’t that busy. It was pretty good overall. They have a kiosk for you to order if you wanna check out everything on the menu and customize your order as well.

This was a cheesy Gordita crunch and it seriously was nasty, it was soggy and it even made me sick. I only ate it cause I was hungry. I will not be eating here anymore. They were just close by the department of health for what I heard was a rat infestation. The employees are really nice, but that place is disgusting. They even let this homeless guy chill in there which I don’t think is wrong but gosh it’s a business and a restaurant. That place is nasty.

I ordered yesterday 3 crunchy tacos and they were soggy. The taco shell stuck to the wax paper. The ingredients didn’t taste fresh. I will not order from there any more.

Finally remembered the sauces lol It's taco bell... its fast food and its yummy at 1am

This Taco Bell is amazing. They follow order changes to a T. Everything is well constructed and comes out hot and perfect. They are really nice and when things get backed up there because its a busy night they gave us free taco coupons! The place is run by kids who care and it warms my taco bell loving heart.

This Taco Bell is the best! I often order late at night on the app -- my order is always ready on time and any customizations are followed. Reliable, clean and fast!

Taco Bell is honestly one of my favorite fast food places, but this one isn't up to par. When I went, there were no lids, the place smells, and it seems like they threw the lettuce in the taco from across the room. The tomatoes are green. Very sloppy and just not worth it.

Taco bell is a worst place to have employees not using hair net next time use a f*cking hair net and I won't come back to Taco Bell again until all of your employees use a hair net or I will get my money back I hope your reading this

I walked into the building and immediately sprinted to get my bean enchilada. Even though I knew it was gonna cause a storm later, I ate it. A 8'11 tall man walked up to me and asked "will you be my Pookie bear?" I immediately sharted in surprise, and jump up, my pants falling off me as I do. We are now dating and he doesn't care that I'm lactose intolerant. One star review because the worker got mad that I sharted all over the booth. Do better Taco Bell.

You have a 50-50 chance of them putting any type of sauce or sour cream with your order even when asked

Food here is better than the average Taco Bell experience, tastes great. Sometimes food comes out slow but there's nothing they can do about it and they compensate for the wait if you ask nicely. And the customer service, amazing, especially one of the workers named Jamira, wish her nothing but the best . By far the best customer experience anyone can ask for . Jamira if you read this, thank you .

The people in there don't know speak English, i Was trying to pay cash one of the employees called the manager to come take cash she seemed like she was bothered by me wanting to pay cash , she barely could speak English and she gave me the wrong change back because she didn't know how to count , they took about 20 mins with my food , and i noticed the manager , went by the slush machine to go eat food . She didn't care about how long the food got to me isn't called fast food ?

This is a smaller store but it's on a busy stretch of Myrtle Ave. Parking is tough but there is metered parking. The store itself is set up long way. The seating is to your left and right as you walk in. I usually always get the soft tacos. The hot sauces are help yourself. I want to say there are 4 choices but I always get the hottest one which is the diablo ones.

They literally get orders wrong every single time via Uber. Like the instructions are legit on a screen and receipt yet everytime i order i get something wrong, missing or even someone else's order. This particular location has employees who can't read.

This is the worst Taco Bell in BK... they sent us the drinks they choose .. not our drinks .. they also just totally omitted our cinnamon twists with no refund. Thanks for robbing us? No sauces EVER. The easiest GOD damn thing .. SAUCE. Can't even get that right. Fire the whole staff and start over .. this place is a dumpster fire. F you guys. Thanks for ruing my dinner assholes.

So I wasn't going to write a review for this place, but I must say that the last few visits have been awesome. It seems that there is a lot of new team members here and they are very customer service oriented. Very nice, friendly and easy to order with. The food is Taco Bell, so nothing exciting but always satisfying :)

To the Owners: This Taco Bell has probably been here, or in it's former self a few buildings down, for about 10+ years, unfortunately the majority of the service I've seen, heard or experienced continues to slide lower and lower destined for oblivion. With a some exceptions this restaurant specializes in wrong ingredients, excessive waits for both on-line and in-store orders. Also a staff worker that was respectfully approached by a customer who witnessed and pointed out that they were messing up the ingredients of their order, unprofessional they informed the customer, "Please sir I am a professional, please let me do my job. (*really?...serious eyeroll!) :) Owners: save this store and your customers by retraining all the staff on courtesy, quality and accuracy. Otherwise I can't invision this location staying in business. Thanks!

This is truly the worst Taco bell ever. They almost always get the order wrong wether its in person or for delivery. Like I get it, it's taco bell, but you are in the service industry, step ya game up.

Was in here on a Friday night. Prime Taco Bell time. They were out of beef and potatoes but the staff still worked hard to make sure everyone got their food. The conditions weren't ideal but it's not the staff's fault. Sometimes you gotta cut people some slack. By the way, I love Taco Bell

ANTS Crawling all over the walls ... who knows how clean the kitchen is ? The walls by kitchen , bathroom and soda machine all w ants running around all over the walls ... where is the DOH?

i literally think fast food workers don't want to work or they have something against me cause i go on there pretty with money but brooooo they are dumb they could never get a simple order right i asked for 2 beef chalupas instead of chicken with no tomatoes and theh give me the opposite chicken with tomatoes i could have been allergic for all they know that red head know what she did on purpose stop gettin weird ass hating workers who cant do their simple job of putting meat in a taco!!!! zero stars

Overrun with racist teenagers. A group of five teens were laughing at all the patrons and singled me out for being Asian, shouting epithets as I was leaving. Not the fault of the staff but maybe the teens should have been asked to leave since they were no longer eating. I felt unsafe and left.

Came in for the first time this morning craving Taco Bell breakfast and it was awesome. No line and barely a wait to get my order. The cashier was really welcoming, greeted me immediately and as an added bonus complimented my jacket :) I think she should be promoted pronto! I ordered the mini skillet and bacon egg and cheese burrito, order came out to $2 and change. The food was exactly what I expected so I have no complaints. Quick service, the place looked clean, the staff was nice. Overall great first experience at this location.

Been coming to this taco bell for the past 6 months and the guy at the register was very attentive i felt like the other reviews weren't true so i felt as far as making a yelp account to writing how attentive the dude at the register was and the two female workers were busy working , the food was hot and good ! i look foward to keep coming here !!

Wow, it's been a LOOOONG time since I've lived near a Taco Bell. Does this mean I'm a suburban girl again? Nah, couldn't be. Anywho, this is a legit Taco Bell...whatever that means. Gross fountain sodas and food that would make you wish you're dead instead of still eating? Hell yeah! The food hasn't made me sick...yet. I'm looking forward to that day so that I can come back here and change this review to one-star. However, the workers were actually pretty nice to me...so I can't really complain yet. YO QUIERO TACO BELL!

I'm thrilled this location delivers via grub hub, however the absolutely crazy af delivery fees are not ok. I will never be visiting or getting Taco Bell from here again. Someone from Taco Bell please for the love explain to us all why you charge these in ADDITION to the tip?? (Tip we all totally get) Delivery: 3.99 Service Fee: 3.91 Tip: 7.00 Nuts.

Entire order was wrong when i ordered it via uber eats. Bean burritos literally had no beans on them, and my drink was missing. Delivery driver was nice and luckily got refunded. Second and last time ordering from this location.

Clean restaurant, friendly staff, fast food. I've been here a few times recently and the other reviews are obviously outdated. I've never had a wrong order, and you can see them hygienically make the food. So quick too. I recommend the beef grilled stuft burrito.. It's the best thing I've ever had at Taco Bell and they make it well at this location! The new strawberry starburst freeze is good too if you like candy. Delish.

I've been coming to this taco bell since I was a little girl. The only things that has changed in that time is the decor on the walls. I think the manager is the same one since I was a kid. Shes a nice lady. I dont y'all have any issues here. I know if you go late,there are some weirdos going in. Last time a couple months ago I came in and a guy was bleeding and fighting but havent seen that craziness in a while.

I ordered the 10 tacos family pack and asked for black bean tacos instead of ground beef since Im a vegetarian and when I got home to eat they were all beef tacos

Just got my food from seamless, they didn't give me my two drinks. I called the delivery guy back and he said that he only delivers what they gave him and recommended I call the store. I've been calling the store for five minutes straight and the line is busy. Ridiculous

This is Taco Bell in ridgewood queens, so I know not to expect much from this place. When I went in, it was snowing outside and there was absolutely no one in there but the workers. They seemed to want to go home, which was understandable. I ordered and didn't make sure my order was correct because being that it was completely empty, how could they get the order wrong? Well when I got home, they got it wrong lol. Shorted me a taco. And I ordered two cool ranch tacos and they gave me two nacho tacos instead. Unbelievable lol.

This location is disgusting and my #1 was Luke warm, it didn't even take long to make. The hot sauce and fork area had old food crammed in the crack, new food, and dust all over it. The floor has trash all over it. I can't tell you about the bathroom because I was afraid to into it. I love Taco Bell I fact I walked a mine and a half in the rain to get here but the Taco Bell needs new management because this place is gross. I told like to eat cold food either. Run far away!

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE !!!! I Ordered a chicken doubledilla and some other things . I got home to see that there was BARELY any chicken in the tortilla. It didn't even qualify as a regular quesadilla. I called Taco Bell and asked to speak to a manager. She said her name was MARY. When I explained the situation she went silent over the phone. MARY told me that I would have to speak to her store manager. MARY didn't care at all and offered no solutions. Here I was speaking to a manager telling me that there was nothing she could do about me not getting what I paid for. The receipt says my cashier was KATERINA V.

Taco Bell. More like Diarrhea Bell. This place is a dump. Back in early 2009, if the food didn't make you sick, then all you had to do was look at this one particular counter-girl. She had such a sour-puss expression. One glance at her, and that was enough for me to use up a whole roll of toilet paper. Maybe that's their bathroom was such a mess. Regardless of whether or not she still works there, it's still a dump.

They were preparing food, touching cheese with without any gloves. After witnessing this I asked him "Where are you gloves?" He looked at me with a blank stare and said "I used gloves" I couldn't believe they lied to my face without acknowledging the fact or putting on gloves. I normally visit this location during the day, but after seeing this behavior at night I'm very unlikely of visiting this location again. Ive lost integrity with this location.

This specific Taco Bell is not so swell. I remember me and my cousin visited this location a while back, we ordered our Food and waited (Nothing out of the ordinary).we got our food, sat down & Started to Chow down. A couple of bites in, my cousin finds a strand of HAIR in his Supremo burrito!! I do not recommend this Derogatory establishment.

Apparently "extra sauce" (which costs extra, BTW) on a quesadilla means "no sauce". This has happened about 3 different times.

How stupid of me to order $28 worth of food for delivery and even give a $6 tip to receive the complete wrong order full of food with sour cream, which I cannot eat to then find out the phone number provided is disconnected so I can even get this whole thing sorted out. What a gross disappointment. Just fuel my hangry attitude.

Ordered a steak quesadilla. It was cold, and my cheese wasn't melted. The bathrooms were disgusting, and the area was extremely unkept. Would not come back.

We came to get food, and place was randomly closed one hour earlier, usually they stay open until 12:00 am, but today we care at 11:04 and workers were ready to leave already.

Could be a hit or miss. Food could be ready in 5 minutes or in half hour depending on the night, staff, amongst other things. Dining room is dull in part because they don't play music.

This taco bell has been around for many years! In my opinion, living here in ridgewood and bushwick all my life i have to say this is probably one of the worse taco bells ive been to. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and some other items to go. When i got home and opened my quesadilla, there were only 2little pieces of chicken in there! Nachos are a hit and miss here as well. And with all the new items they have i REALLY want to like this place...but just can't. Working in NJ, i go to the taco bell out there and let me tell u...its amazing everytime!! Its time to revamp this taco bell STAT!

Go to this taco bell if you don't wanna get anything you ordered. Its a grab bag of food. Maybe you might get something more expensive then what you really wanted. Oh how lucky you would be then. Yes 5 stars for a Taco Bell, but the staff was very friendly, the meal was delivered quickly and correctly and most of all, it was hot and as good as it gets for fast food. My nachos were generously topped with cheese and all the other toppings and I've been to others where they were very spare and slopped on. The tacos were fresh and crispy and also had a generous amount of tomatoes, sour cream and cheese. I've had tacos at other locations where they were just basically lettuce and some meat with a tomato or two on the top and the sour cream squirted more on the wrapper than the taco itself. I ordered "to go" and when the bag was given to me, the employee stopped and asked if I'd like a larger carryout bag. I did and was nice that I didn't have to ask. The condiment station was fully stocked with every sauce, napkins and utensils. The store itself was very clean. I've always got good service and food from this location since I moved to the area 4 years ago. I'm glad to have it so close by when I get a craving.

Well as sad as this may be the previous reviews were all correct. We bought the cantina steak burritos, nachos, and tacos and aside of being cold they ended up giving me a belly ache later that evening. It's sad because I have been to really good Taco Bell's Outside of NY that blow this place away in quality and service. And whats really sad is that it's all one company with the same product. How can you screw that up?
