Tacos El Guero

First time I have eaten at this restaurant. Super fast and friendly. Portion size was perfect and very tasty. We'll definitely be eating here again. I ordered the chicken taco salad and it was so good.

I've passed by this taco truck many times and finally remembered to stop by. I ordered the macho burrito and my husband ordered campechano tacos. Everything was delicious and very filling.

El Guero is a food truck. I tried a sampling of four different tacos and they were all excellent. I had them give me several different salsa / hot sauces and those were all so good. The person taking the orders in the food truck was polite and helpful

I drive by this taco truck all the time. I decided to try it out tonight 😯 Off the chain FABULOUS! I ordered the Macho Burrito, steak was outta of bounds, HUGE! Side of rice n beans, rice was good but tasted all day cook stale. I will definitely be back but order on a smaller scale! They have parking behind the house and outside tables to dine at if you prefer. The valley does not have many food trucks and this is outstanding?

I always see a lot of people here, so we finally tried it. It was easy to read the menu and to order. Theres seats to sit at and wait for your order or to eat there. It didn't take long at all to receive my order. We ordered Asada nachos, Quesadilla, Enchalida plate, 4 different tacos, rice and beans, and Sopapillas. Everything was yum! The nachos were loaded with toppings even after we left some items off. The quesadilla had lots of cheese and meat and a nice crisp. The enchalia plate was big and the sauce tasted great. All the tacos had a great flavor and I'm glad I had one of each to try. The rice and beans was really good too better then other Mexican places I tried. The sopapillas were good and a nice ending to a great meal! Everything had a good flavor and I'd go again. The prices were decent too!

Good people, good food, not expensive. Only negative is the seating is too close to the road. Pines is a loud and busy road. Not a good place for conversations.

Asada and Pollo tacos were SO good! The staff running the truck were delightful. They had a nice shaded area with picnic tables that you could eat at; there was plenty of parking in the back. Would highly recommend! We will definitely be coming back!

This will probably be my to-go spot for some street tacos if I'm ever in the area. Service was quick and staff was friendly. My big food mistake is not going here sooner. Had both the Asada (steak) and Adobada (pork) and I have no regrets. Simple tacos with seasoned meat (lots of meat) and some simple toppings and lime wedges. You're usually given some mild green salsa and red hot sauce, that literally taste the same no matter where you go, not that I'm complaining. But at this place, the usual green/red sauce, with an optional spicier green sauce, made me stop and think they were homemade. That's how unique and fresh tasting they were, and made the whole meal that much better. And to be quite honest, the tacos had no right to be so inexpensive ($2.50) for the for the quality and amount of meat they give you. Especially in the current economy (as of 2022) where everybody's prices have gone up, understandably so. Disregarding price, I would still come here even if they do go up. Will be returning to try the rest of the menu. Edit #1: Went back for some steak tacos and a fish taco. If you're ever in the mood for fish tacos, please don't hesitate to get one here. It has great flavor and stuffed plenty of fish and toppings, definitely filling. Steak tacos were just as good as the last time. Salsa was still on point. Edit #2: Favorite street taco place is now probably my favorite burrito place. Got the Asada Big City burrito and for the value is an excellent burrito. Flavorful meat, chewy and pliable tortilla, fresh vegetables, and great salsa. The burrito itself was enough to fill me up and doesn't skimp the steak too.

Just started working in the area. Sadly I wasted $14 at Qdoba last week not knowing the GEM was right across the street! Worth the 8 minute wait this is the best and yummiest taco salad I've ever had in my life!!!!!!!!! RIQUÍSIMO!

I had the Carne Asada burrito and it was wonderful and huge! I also really enjoyed their salsa choices and the guys in the truck were very nice. It was made even smoother by the fact that I called to see if they were open and they let me know I could order ahead so it was ready when I got there.

Atmosphere: it has the taco truck atmosphere you'd expect, but with a little something extra! It's clean, organized, -and the menu is easy to read and understand. Service: the guys are so kind and super helpful! They are fun and the food comes out quick for being so fresh. Good: omg. It's everything. I got the big city burrito with asada and it was so incredibly good. It took everything to stop myself from finishing it. I was so full, but I wanted more!! Don't worry, I finished it an hour later at my desk!! We will definitely be back. At least once a week!!

Great tacos! I tried the pork and fish tacos. Both were delicious and flavorful. I didn't like the added costs for cheese or sour cream, but the food was reasonably priced so still a good deal. Service was pretty decent and the staff was friendly.

Came here for lunch today (again!) and it's a problem now because they know me by name. But that speaks to how amazing this taco truck. Got my usual order of two chicken and two adobada tacos with a large Jamaica. Perfection.

Rolled up to the taco truck with my two buddies. I just finished up some work at two of my other buddies place, one of them is 87 and the other one is 88. They told us that out of love. I'm friends with people of all ages, and even people of all eye colors no discrimination for me only love. I wish dearly that our new friends who are old but in my mind, I didn't even notice because I love everybody would've come to experience these mouth watering tacos. I got the Asada tacos and you should too. I don't discriminate about the type of meat in tacos but you should get Asada tacos. The guy who took our order reminded me of my dog. My dog made me feel really good inside and somehow this guy did too and thank you. Before we had got our food, we had a great time thanks to the environment of the taco truck my buddy pulled out three rocks and made up a story about them. One of them had acne (the rock did in the story) and I popped a zit yesterday, so I appreciated a relatable story told by my buddy who is taller than me yet still relatable because I bet he has also popped a zit in the past few months. I don't like to watch other people pop there zits but if they do, I will still respect them and care for them, and even nurture them.

Who doesn't love a good food truck? After 7 years living in the valley I finally stopped here. I do not regret it for a moment. I ordered three tacos (lengua, asada and adobada). My only "complaint" is my tacos were so loaded that the tortillas fell apart and I didn't have a fork. Was the most delicious problem of the day. The staff were kind. The prices are great. Good quality and fast. I came in right before 11am and didn't have to wait. If you have the time and you want a tasty street taco don't hesitate to come. DO NOT be like me and wait 7 years!

Delicious, quick, authentic, I don't know what more you could want! Stopped in here for the first time the other week and was pleasantly surprised by the quality.

I live a couple of minutes from this place and finally tried it, definitely my new go to for street tacos! The customer service was amazing. I got a combo which comes with 3 tacos, beans and rice. I got a chicken, pork, & beef taco and the portion size was huge! I mean the biggest street tacos I've ever seen. The beans and rice were nice and hot, very good. I also got horchata which was super good would definitely recommend getting it. Overall I will definitely be returning and telling everyone about it!

Honestly some of my favorite tacos in Spokane! Love the service and the steak is very tasty. You can tell many people in the valley are loyal and dedicated to getting their lunches here, but it always seems to be a smooth time. You can call your order in ahead, otherwise there may be a short wait but it always feel reasonable and fair (I have short lunches and have never been late from it, 5-10 minute wait at most) . The service is always very friendly and hospitable, you'll feel like a rockstar each time you're there and you'll eat like one too. Get the sauces they are great!

Love this place, it's my favorite food truck in the world, Ruben, Mimo and the whole crew are awesome. My husband loves the fish tacos and my favorite dish is their chili Relleno. I can be pretty picky at times and they are always so accommodating to me. I love a burrito in a bowl, A.k.a. no tortilla. We often grab a breakfast burrito the day before a trip for an easy and delicious start to our adventure. You're going to be impressed with this restaurant, the quality of the food and the sincere kindness can't be beat. See you there.

Wow! This place packs flavor and great service all in one. The prices are generous for the portion sizes too. One burrito is both lunch *and* dinner for me! Don't be afraid to try the very hot sauce - it has a great kick and pairs nicely with the spices on the food. The horchata is to die for, but be aware - it's a GENEROUS size. The one downside - there's no place designating people to stand if they've ordered already, so there tends to be a congregation by the truck of people waiting for food. Thankfully, most everyone is willing to let you know if they've ordered. I plan to make this at least a once-weekly lunch stop. You should too!

This taco truck is amazing. I'm from Vegas and I use to always get street tacos, I haven't found one here I liked until yesterday. We decided to get street tacos for dinner and looked up a taco truck near by and found this one so my bf went and ordered 20 Carne asada and 10 chicken street tacos with 2 sides of beans and rice, due to it being Cinco de mayo it was slammed my bf got the order and came home. When we opened everything we noticed we were missing 5 Carne asada tacos, so I called them and the lady on the phone was super nice and told me to come own and grab the missing tacos. When I got there I spoke to the gentleman behind in the window and he apologized over and over saying he knew he messed up he's just been slammed. I told him wasn't mad that I could see how busy they were and I was just happy he remembered. He then handed me my bag and told me he gave us an extra 5 tacos and these desert chips (I can't remember what he called them) I told him he didn't have to do that and he insisted. This place has amazing food, their customer service is awesome, and it's clean! I would highly recommend this place even over a dine in place!!!

Tacos El Guero Catered an event for our hospital lunch. The food and customer service were both top notch!

If I want an authentic street taco I go here. Don't love waiting outside for my lunch in winter time but I do love their food. My "go to" is 2 chicken and 2 steak tacos with avocado and the red hot sauce. The hibiscus tea doesn't suck at all.

Some of the best Mexican food my wife and I have ever had and we've had ALOT! We LOVE this little taco truck on the side of Pines rd. Definitely dont 2nd guess eating there and get yourself the El guero burrito and ask them to make it spicy, They will add jalepenos to the flat top when making it and it's absolutely delicious they also use marinated potatoes in their burritos instead of the plain potatoes every other taco shop just throws in as cheap filler, these potatoes are amazing and not overloaded, you get an amazing balance of all the ingredients. The salsas are also amazing, seriously just try this place! My suggestion El guero burrito (ask for it spicy) Adobada tacos Horchata to cool it all down

Big "oh yea" from these guys! Quick as could have been with my big order, solid portions especially in the fish taco! Got 4 couple of each taco, 2 fish and some Macho burritos. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious. I really have no complaints from my first visit.

My husband and I had them cater our wedding and honestly is was the BEST decision. We were getting lunch from them before we even got engaged and fell in love with them. Everything is well priced and delicious. They're always busy but still serve everything quickly. Tacos El Güero is truly the best tacos and burritos in Spokane.

Food here is amazing I love the carne asada tacos and I crave them regularly they're perfect and the limes they give you are actually big enough to make a taste difference and it's such a great difference. The service is always wonderful and very polite and friendly, patient when you need a minute to decide what you want and they're very timely. Ambiance is awesome, especially for me since I'm not a big crowds person, and I like elbow room and short, fast lines. I've been thinking about these tacos all week and missed the hours today, but I'll be there tomorrow for my tacos. I can't get them out of my mind. They're always very full, and when I spill the filling, I'll just eat it with my hands it's way too good to throw away a single diced onion. Turns me into some sort of feral raccoon goblin, whereas I usually have very clean food manners. If they ever close, I will be heartbroken forever and mourn the loss of my beloved tacos.

Great service ever time! Pretty great prices for tacos and I love the portions of their burritos! I do wish they offered to open the bottles of soda for you but other than that it's a great place to sit and enjoy your day!

What a great taco truck. Tried it for my first time today and I was very satisfied with the food as well as the service. The owner was very polite and the food tasted amazing. I ordered four tacos de asada, the salsa was spicy but very well made. The ambiance was what you would expect from a taco truck, but that's certainly not a negative. Would highly recommend if you're looking for tacos in the Valley.

i've been ordering from this truck for the past 3 years for some reason they are getting very skimpy with the burritos i ordered 3 large burritos with everything inside such as rice beans and sour cream. hardly any sour cream hardly any meat hardly any beans, all rice! i basically paid 30$ for 3 rice burritos very dissapointed my family and i wont be eating here any more. i recommend going to dos amigos i never have any issues. id rather go there next time for wont be wasting money with them

Don't pass this taco truck by! The food is delicious and fairly priced. We enjoyed the grilled steak tacos, fish tacos, and a cheese quesadilla with pork. The steak was seasoned well and had perfect texture...not tough at all. The fish was grilled and flavorful, and the quesadilla was large and filling. Parking is in the back, and if you want to stay and eat, there's a picnic table for your dining pleasure.

This place is soooo good. Best fish tacos I've ever had in this state. Not greasy at all and tons of food for the price. Wish it was open 24/7!!

This is a really good roach coach. With Tacos Tumbras no longer in the area this is a much better choice deleon foods or nasty atilanos. Hopefully, they can expand their hours one day.

Taco trucks at their best! I just had the Asada Tacos and I keep going back for the same thing. The meat has an incredible taste, no grissel, and everything is fresh. The chile tastes excellent. The best in Spokane.
