The food here is delicious. I can taste the “wok hay” in the food which is a wonderful thing for Chinese cooking. We had the black bean clams, stir fried water spinach, walnut prawns and deep fried pork shank.

One of our favorite Cantonese restaurants not in Chinatown part of town. Place do get busy. Great for big groups- best to make reservations. Service is great. They didn't rush us when we were waiting for our group to come in or when we all finished eating. Their Peking duck is great, flavorful, perfect with the steamed bao. The remaining duck is cooked with chestnuts and served a lettuce wrap. All the dishes that we have ordered from the few times we have been here are really good. Some of our favorites are steamed kamkong, hot pot eggplant, salt and pepper shrimp, steamed ginger chicken, garlic green beans, and dungenese crabs. They give you a typical Chinese dessert at the end of your meal- tapioca. He have used them before for a big party of 20 people and they put us at their private room. Pricing is reasonable. Place is clean compared to to the ones in Spring Mountain.

Very good Chinese place to dine in. Seafood here is extremely fresh, literally in the tank, and they catch and cook it for you. They offer crab, lobster, fish, abalone, and others. They also offer a huge menu and it's delicious. We always get the lobster with Thail house style seasoning, and they also have really good cumin lamb.

The food served at this restaurant is very authentic and delicious. We ordered sweet and sour ribs and a pot of freshly prepared soup, brimming with the natural flavors and savours of mustard leaf and mud carp fish balls. (鯪魚球). Simple food but very well made! Highly recommended.

Ate too fast to take pictures. The stir fried lamb is a 6/5. The spicy cold chicken is so good. I’m pretty white, and it’s not spicy. Supreme abalone in oyster sauce And definitely get the eggplant. I’ll be back.

When I was last in Las Vegas my friend took me here with his family ( who all happen to be from Hong Kong). Food and service were great as was the ambiance. Highlights were the Duck, soup dumplings, and noodles. Go off the strip and get some solid cantonese food that won’t crush your wallet

We saw the star rating on this place and could not wait to go. There were 5 people in my party. We order quickly. The server repeated the order. Everything seemed fine. We waited about 30 minutes for our food to arrive. Only 3 out of our 5 dishes showed up. After about 10 minutes, we started trying to get a waiter to check on the rest of our food. After several failed attempts, one finally came over. He supposedly went back to check on our food and said it would be about another 2 minutes. We waited another 10 minutes before we started the process of trying to flag down a waiter. The 1st one was now avoiding us. When we finally got someone, it had been an hour since we ordered, and 30 minutes since the first 3 received their food. I explained this to the waiter, and he said he would check on our food. We watched him deliver more food before he finally came back and said the kitchen was backed up and that it would probably be another 10 minutes. I told him another waiter said it would only be 2 more minutes, and at this point, that was 20 minutes ago, and that makes no sense if 3 meals came out 30 minutes ago why the other 2 would take so long. If they had not been put in properly, the new order should have been moved to the front of all the other orders. He just kept repeating that the kitchen was backed up. Since the 3 that got their meals were done at this point, I asked for our meals to be canceled. He offered to box our food up when it was ready, but I declined because we would still probably be sitting there. He then offered a free dessert like that would somehow make it better. This picture was it. A small bowl of warm watery tapioca. It was gross and that's all I ate there. So that's all I can tell you about their food. Go to Rainbow Kitchen down the street a little further if you want good, authentic food that you'll actually get.
