I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, this was one of the worst food truck experiences I’ve had. First off, communication was a major challenge — no one seemed to speak English, which made ordering really frustrating. I understand and respect cultural differences, but when you're running a business in an English-speaking area, basic communication with your customers is essential.
Service was slow, disorganized, and honestly, borderline rude. It felt like they didn’t care at all whether we got our food or not. We waited over 30 minutes, and when the food finally came out, it looked nothing like what we ordered — and tasted even worse. Everything was either undercooked, over-salted, or just plain bland. I’m not sure how Colombian and Venezuelan cuisine, which is usually full of flavor, could be turned into something so tasteless and unappetizing.
Definitely not going back. There are much better Latin food options elsewhere that actually care about their customers and quality. Save your time and money.
