Went during a slow period, so service was prompt and friendly. Real cute vibe, kinda of a 70s cigar CEO vibe? Hard to explain, but the mute blues and greens with brass fixtures were doing it. Had the tally me banana and an espresso martini. Enjoyable, pleasant, delightful

Great atmosphere and plenty of spaces. My manor moontower felt like it was mostly ice and barely any liquor in it. This was after I finished my drink, look at how much ice was left in it. I can literally slurp it within a minute because it was mostly ice. Disappointed with it.

Teddy’s is everything I could want from a bar. Cozy vibes, dark lighting, leather accents, friendly bartenders, and delicious drinks. As someone who lives just down the street, I loved the fact that cocktails were named after some local haunts (I got the Breeze Terrace Colada and my husband got the Medicine Man). The patio was spacious and welcoming and we enjoyed sitting outside with our dog Brie people watching. It is obvious to me that the owners (who also owned Thunderbird) have taken the time to make this spot just as awesome of a neighborhood spot as Thunderbird always was. Can’t wait to come here all the time!

Great addition to that stretch of Manor Rd. This bar has a great vibe with good cocktails. The Thunderbird (espresso martini) with liquor 43 and sherry was very well balanced, not too sweet. The Medicine Man is a take on a Penecillin and I really loved what the umami maple did to the drink!

Our first time to Teddys Bar last night. I love the vibe of this place. The moody colors transport you to a lux home feel in the sitting area just off the door. The bar draws you to feel like you're about to sit at a grand hotel bar. I only peeked around the other side but private booths and open table seating await. Fantastic service and excellent drinks. I had a perfect GG martini followed by a lovely prosecco. My DH enjoyed the melon cocktail but especially the Vieux Carre. This will be our go to for pre and post dinner drinks when in this part of Austin.

Just the right vibes for a neighborhood bar. Leather seating, couches, cozy booths, and outdoor seating. Just a perfect place to hang out. Their cocktails are mixed well and they have a really good selection of batch cocktails too. At this point they have only been open a week and it's already got a great mix of energy with plenty of folks coming in to drink. A good truck and small bar bites are in the works they say, but luckily there's plenty of food to walk to nearby if you get the munches after drinks.

I was here in December so they had just opened but the cocktails were super sugary and no one in my party could finish their drinks. The cocktails looked good but tasted bad. The atmosphere is nice and it’s a good spot to hang out but I would just stick with beer. Also it was pretty bro-y when I was there but it was just after a UT football game.

Our group had a great time at Teddy's. It was great to have the dogs also. A great local venue. There was an issue with my bill and use of my card, but it was resolved adequately.

All was great. The drinks were delicious, Megan sneezed "achoo" back at me to make me feel comfortable after I sneezed, and god damn the Tally Me Banana. Cute neighborhood place with awesome bartenders and fun clientele. Would definitely recommend. Especially for those that sneeze.

The inside is super cozy. It feels like you're in someone's living room having a nightcap--certainly a cute spot date night. The outdoor area is a completely different vibe. There's beach chairs and not much decor. Service was subpar. They have a pretty nice cocktail list. My friend and I ordered the cherrywood sour ($16) it was refreshing and not too bitter. There's parking in the back so no need to worry about that.

Comfortable environment, delicious well crafted cocktails. Can get busy & with craft cocktails it can take a minute, be patient the drinks are worth it lol I had the tally me banana & the Eastside paloma, both fantastic. Hubby did martini, classic and done well

Teddy's is it for me, gang! From the signage to the seating and cocktails, I am all over this bar. The atmosphere is romance meets private club but without that stuffy upper-crust feeling. Inclusive for sure. It's so relaxing there I really didn't want to leave. It's nice to find a place that makes people feel that comfortable. The bartenders are really fantastic mixologists. Cocktail artists if you will. Prices are similar to that of other bars. The difference here is that you are really drinking works of art. I can't wait to get back!

Wow! I just stumbled upon this local bar when trying to find a place to hang out after an event before driving north, and I am so glad I did. It's cozy with a variety of seating. Since I was alone, I sat at the bar. Megan was my bartender, and the woman is skilled. I started with the freezer door martini- dirty. It was so good and packed a punch. I loved that the glass was perfectly chilled. Little things make such a difference when it comes to serving a great cocktail. While happy hour was still going, I ordered a Manor Moontower. This drink was so good that I might have to plan more outings to this part of Austin just to have an excuse to go drink it. I wish I lived closer. I love velvet falernum, but hadn't had golden falernum before. I enjoyed the spice that it added to the drink, and I am a huge fan of mezcal. This really is a perfect summer drink, and Megan is a pro at making amazing cocktails. She was also very attentive. The bar doesn't serve any food, but she said I was welcome to bring in a snack. Always good to know.

A nice addition to the neighborhood although i'll miss thunderbird (rip). The vibe is dark and sophisticated and the drinks are interesting and tasty. I liked the staff, the coasters, and the set up and location. We went at 5pm on a Saturday and the place really was popping, almost every seat taken. It got pretty loud as it became more packed, and was hard to hear eachother in a booth. The place is clean and tidy, and I enjoyed the vibe here. I understand it's a specialty cocktail bar vibe, but $15-20 per cocktail is just a tad iffy for me in terms of value, which holds it back to 4 stars for me when you're spending $35 for 2 drinks (that are small to average size).

Mixed emotions on Teddy's. Happy to have a chill cocktail bar in the neighborhood, but boy do I miss Thunderbird Coffee. Drinks are reasonable for an upscale bar of this type, starting at $13. Cool atmosphere. Will check it out again once it's officially open and see what the vibe is like. Hoping for a late night happy hour!

Wow! I'm a huge fan of this new cocktail bar. Our bartender, Fabio, crafted some of the best cocktails I've had in a really long time. I ordered the paloma and something that I think was called the Cherrywood sour. The drinks were fresh and delicious! I also really liked the vibe of this bar. There was plenty of seating inside and outside. I think this bar is going to do well so if you want to check it out and avoid it being crowded, try going there on a week night. I can't wait to go back to try another cocktail.

A little pricey, but not too bad. The outside area is nice, but almost zero shade. This review is in March, but summer would be brutal outside. Good casual vibe inside.

Love Teddys! Everything about it. The cozy, yet sleek lounge atmosphere is perfect for drinks before or after dinner. I went with a group of girlfriends on a Saturday night and we got lucky enough to find an open sofa, but it does seem to get pretty busy. I really liked the drink I had- the manor moon tower. Would love to go back and try more!

I decided to go to this place with my girlfriend because I kept driving by it and it looked so cute! It's a super cool vibe especially for a date- very dark and romantic. There's also really comfortable couches. We got the Teddy's Club drink and it was so yummy. The drinks are pretty expensive so just make sure you come with enough $$$. Also a plus that they have corn hole outside.

Food and service was great. Very cute place but extremely loud. Maybe it was because it was Saturday night. I will go back again.

Untidy, Dirty glassware and empty drinks left across tables. No coasters , Unfriendly and under staffed on a slow night. Plenty of opportunities for improvement though. Welcome to our neighborhood.

Flew in from California and my friend dragged me out to this place. I was dead tired and looking forward to a good nights rest after dealing with the crazy airport. Megan C was able to change my whole mood! Not only did she welcome me with open arms, she was super knowledgeable and talented! Every drink was specially curated and hand crafted beyond my expectations! She was very friendly and helpful!! I appreciated her attention to detail and professionalism. She is the definition of excellent service and Teddys is very lucky to have her! Came in moody and tired, left with excitement and ready to explore Austin! Appreciate you Megan, thank you Teddys for employing amazing people with great skills!

Came in for drinks after we had dinner nearby. The space was really cozy and the music and vibes were great! The bartender Fabio recommended a specialty cocktail after asking me what I usually drink. Had a great time and will be back soon!

This place is awesome! Megan and Fabio were super friendly, hospitable and knowledgable. Some of the absolute best cocktails we've ever had. Delicious, original, never had anything quite like it. We had the Leona, Medicine Man, and Cherrywood Sour. Each more tasty than the last. Love the look of the place, the atmosphere, the decor, all around great vibe, great place to imbibe. Definitely will be coming back and more often!

really enjoyed coming to Teddy's. the cocktails were so delicious and special. the service was fantastic- Fabio was very friendly, super attentive, and made me feel welcome. also, the ambiance and the overall vibes of the bar were great. i love the colors and the furniture.
