"Located atop the Westin in the heart of the Museum District, this casual restaurant offers a serene rooftop escape overlooking the leafy canopy of Rice Village and the Medical Center. Enjoy Southwestern cuisine with hearty plates like spicy fried chicken sandwiches and herb-roasted chicken, alongside crowd-pleasing shareables like tenderloin crostini. The relaxed setting makes it an excellent pick for post-work drinks, a casual date, or brunch with friends." - Marcy de Luna

The 9 Best Rooftop Bars In Houston

"Connected to the Westin in the Medical Center, Terrace 54 Bar + Table provides the most scenic views of the neighborhood. The hotel rooftop is pretty quiet, with only the sounds of splashes coming from the rooftop pool next to the patio. Sit at the bar while you sip on a cocktail or camp out underneath an umbrella table while you remind yourself that downtown isn’t the only part of the city with a pretty skyline. Dine With a View at These 11 Houston Restaurants - Eater Houston

"While the Westin at the Medical Center may not sound like the most thrilling place to dine, the swanky hotel houses one of the prettiest restaurant patios in the city. At Terrace 54, breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be had on the expansive patio overlooking Main Street below. Visit during the popular social hour from 4 to 7 p.m. on weekdays and score $10 cocktails and bar bites as you catch the sunset." - Megha McSwain

Researched another first experience & I must say the reviews for the MOST part was spot on our patronage January 2025 was exquisite from call, valet, service to the meal. Apologies it took a minute to review just lifying HOWEVER the experience obviously never left my mind, which is ALWAYS a good visit. Service: Upon arrival (less busy time of day, around openning), directive to be seated our lovely sever Tristán was polite, helpful, and ATTENTIVE to our every need. Food: Selection was enough and varied to whatever need you desired. Thankfully NOT a novel to get to a satisfactory choice. The meal itself was filling, DELICIOUS and due to a tight day schedule of celebratory birthday pampering we enjoyed a little before our awesome server beautifully packed us up to go. Atmosphere: While we waited on our meal (not long) we admired the gorgeous room. The patio was closed (we didn't mind) although it's the patio research that made our mind up to come for a visit, alongside the reviews of where EXACTLY the dining experience would happen (kind of in the middle/side room); "shrugs" it kind of gives you a center stage feeling ;) Everything was clean and the decor is nice. The lavatory/washroom was SPOTLESS!!!!! If you haven't been, do yourself a favor check them out!!!!!! We'll definitely be back, maybe during a different time of the day....MAYBE different time ;) but for sure be back.

This place offers a unique dining experience for couples, friends, and families. Conveniently located inside of the Westin hotel, accessibility was easy. Although we had reservations, it took a while to be greeted and seated. Tristan was our waiter and took good care of us. The food was amazing and very economical. We had a chicken sandwich, burger, and fries. The sunset views are spectacular. There was jazz music playing from the terrace. Definitely a nice spot to enjoy good food and overlook the city.

Google
Friendly service, food was okay, vibe just isn’t there. It’s in the middle of the hospital district so it felt weird getting dressed up for a fancy dinner when people are visiting loved ones in the hospital all around you. It’s also open to the hotel lobby on one side. Beef tenderloin on crostini wasn’t as tender as I hoped but the flavors were good. We also got a burger and spaghetti squash.

I was in Houston for a conference looking for some good vegan food. We enjoyed dinner outside on the rooftop. The food was outstanding, the service was great, and the atmosphere was most pleasant! Absolutely recommend!

Terrace 54 is a wonderful place to enjoy a great meal with a stunning view. A friend and I dined there recently, and it was an incredible experience. I ordered the red fish, which was cooked to perfection—flaky, tender, and bursting with flavor. To complement the meal, I tried one of their signature cocktails, and it was absolutely delightful—well-balanced, refreshing, and expertly crafted. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing evening with friends. The staff was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a memorable visit.

Service was good.  Came for lunch on a Sunday.   We were the 2nd table at the restaurant. Ordered pasta (good, but not amazing), burger and upgraded to Truffle fries. Pasta came out reasonably quickly.  Waited for the burger.  And waited.  Then waited some more. As I went to look for James, our server, he came with my hamburger.   But no truffle fries, just regular fries.  So they went back.  Burger was OK, but overcooked. After finishing our meals, we were told that our truffle fries would be out shortly. Trip Advisor has this rated as the #1 restaurant in the medical center.  That is a joke.  People that eat here are dealing with the stress of medical issues.  They don't need the added stress of sub par food.  Go anywhere else.

This restaurant is located inside the Westin Hotel and I came here for a late lunch with a friend. I decided to indulge in their Houston Restaurant Week Menu and chose the Summer Bliss Salad, Branzino, and Ube Lavendar Cake. My friend ordered the Linguini Pesto. The summer bliss salad was light, refreshing, and actually pretty filling. It was the perfect way to start the meal on a hot summer day. As for the Branzino, the fish was great, and the risotto was wonderful (not exactly sure if I was able to taste the lavender though). But the star of this dish was the Shug sauce- super flavorful and I wish I could take home a jar of it with me. I also tried some of my friend’s Linguini Pesto and the pasta was nice & al dente and the pesto sauce was delightful. One thing I noticed from the beginning is that the service here is pretty slow. It took a while to get every dish but the servers are all very kind and I appreciate them doing their best. One thing I wish was different about my dining experience is that I wish I was told ahead of time about how they ran out of Ube Lavendar Cake. This was the dish I was looking forward to the most but to wait until the very end and be told that they don’t have any more was a little bit of a let down. Instead, I opted out for the Bread Pudding which was great! Overall, pretty decent spot for food but if you go here, it’s best to make sure you have extra time to spare.

Came for Valentines Day Dinner. Amazing place. Josh (manager) was very accommodating and attentive to the customers. Brenda our waitress was great also, very helpful throughout our dining experience. The food was delicious. Will be back everytime we come back to Houston.

Yelp
We arrived back at the hotel at around 9:30pm. The espresso maker had just been cleaned for the night, but Bryan at the front desk and Jazmine from the restaurant helped my wife and I with an espresso and a tea. This place shows how going out of the norm can make the stay and any meal extra special; especially at a location that attends to patients of MD Anderson. Thank you so much.

Yelp
The staff was attentive. My lentil soup was very flavorful. Wish I had the bowl instead of the cup. The Caesar salad was good however I it would be more enjoyable if it was chopped. truffle fries. The wedge salad needed a bit more punch. The blue cheese wasn't pungent enough and the ranch dressing was overpowering. The hot and dirty martini was a winner.

Yelp
My family came to this establishment tonigh 4/19/25 at 8:20 pm and the host was very rude and would not sit us. I spoke with someone name Matt who said he was the manager and would not sit us. There hours stay open until 12am. There was my elderly father and mother sister and 3 kids. It's sad that I can only assume it's because we were black. I am from California visiting and this was a very bad experience for our kids. I will be reporting this to BBB and yelp every week because I just can't believe this. I'm also going to add. When I asked the hostess for the phone number to contact them she told me to google it. You will br able to see all of this on the cameras. Thank you LaToyia Clark

Yelp
I had a very great experience here tonight, despite all the mishaps that went down. Hear me out: People make mistakes, and as someone who has worked in restaurants, I don't fault the restaurant; there are a lot of moving parts from the kitchen to the table. To me, it's how a restaurant works to make amends when that mistake is made - that determines the overall experience for me. The ambiance to Terrace 54 is definitely classy and upscale, very peaceful, luxurious, with a view to the TMC Houston skyline and modern architecture. We were seated and greeted by our server, Tristan, who did a great job assisting us with our choices and communication. Our food came over 50 minutes later after some kitchen mishaps and food errors. Though we were very understanding about it, Tristan talked us through it and managed to settle the bill to a considerable discount. I felt honored to meet and have the issue addressed by our server, the man working expo, and the head executive chef. They were so kind as to talk to us individually and made sure we were satisfied and comfortable for the rest of our dining experience. And that, is service. Thank you so much for the great evening and special thanks to our server!

Yelp
This was my third visit here, and it was horrible and I won't be returning. I went on a weekday around noon and it wasn't very busy at the time. While the food had tasted great in the past, this time there was a HAIR in my pasta. I was disgusted and couldn't finish my meal. I ordered the same appetizers as I have in the past, and the portion sizes were much smaller this time. In terms of the service, it took ages for the staff to refill our glasses of water (on multiple occasions). They also took forever to collect the payment after I asked for the bill. With the amount they charge, there is no excuse for hair in the food and poor service.

Ashley R.

Yelp
It's not a typical hotel breakfast. Everything was well cooked, hot & fresh plus the service was excellent. The manager came by 2 times to check on us. I will come back soon for a staycation & to try the dinner selections.

Yelp
See review from Jeff P. Below. The food is horrible. The Westin should be embarrassed. They can do better.

Yelp
Quick bite on a late night after check in. Convenient and friendly staff. Cozy spot and a quiet atmosphere where I feel safe and served with delight even late at night. I had chicken and it hit the spot. A little bit too salty but over all good food!
google avatar

Yelp
As one would generally hope, the food is the best part of this restaurant! The cacio e pepe was creamy and garlicky and the steak was a perfect medium rare. Do not expect Texas sized portions here! The feel of the restaurant is interesting as it shares one large room with the lobby of the Westin (5th floor). There's also an outdoor area that's lovely when the weather is nice. Inside seating can get a bit loud at times and this is not a place for a quick bite, but staff do their best to give you what you're looking for
google avatar

Yelp
Food is good, and drinks are good. Service is so-so, which I don't blame on the servers themselves. Sitting at the bar/bar area, they just seem to be too busy to be attentive. If you're staying in the hotel, it's definitely worth eating at, for convenience. It can get loud sometimes, once the people in the conference rooms get out and head to the bar.

Yelp
I work right across the street and finally was able to give them a try. We took the advantage of eat, drink HTX 2023 and it was good. They have a nice roof top with the view of the medical center. Our server (I believe her name is Imelda- a petite Hispanic lady) was great. The food was OK actually better then I anticipated.

Destiny G.

Yelp
Service was great. Food not so much. But, it's hotel food. I had the tenderloin crostini and the crostini was extremely soggy... I expected it to be toasted... also there was cilantro all over it as a garnish which was not mentioned on the menu.. the tenderloin part was okay.. not melt in your mouth fantastic. I wouldn't get it again. But the service was good lol.

Yelp
The ambiance and decor are really nice. Our waiter Khye was very good, friendly, fast. The fly the coupe was good, but probably the only drink on the menu worth getting. Everything else was subpar, unfortunately. To start, although they advertised a happy hour on the website, this was not available. I had the pear old fashioned and the herb and tonic. The pear didn't really come through on the old fashioned and the herb and tonic tasted like a regular G+T. A person in our party tried to order the boozy chai but they were out of ingredients! We also go the wings, hummus, and a burger. The wings were good, but our burger was under cooked and the bun was soggy. Also I LOVE salt, but the fries were so salty that even I did not enjoy them. I did not have the hummus but those that did said it was bland. We did ask to speak to a manager who eventually came to our table and offered to honor the happy hour prices listed on their website, but we had already ordered and ordered from the regular menu since we were told the happy hour didn't exist. One thing going wrong is understandable, but really there weren't enough redeeming aspects to this experience. We were hoping this would be a good spot for happy hour for those who work in the med center, but hopefully we can find a better spot!

Yelp
Only thing good about this place is that it's in the hotel if you don't feel like going anywhere to eat or grab a drink. They only had 5 people including myself in the place & I counted 13 workers. I'm sure I missed several workers. When they seated me I had 4 different people come to me & try to explain the specials. When it was time to order, even a drink it took about 15 mins. I had the salmon which was way over cooked & very fishy. I also had blueberry kale salad. They finally brought me my salad & before I could even get a good start on that the dropped the salmon on my table. Also had a not so good & very small glass of wine. $95.00 without tip. I waited & waited for my bill & finally had to get up & stand at the bar for 10 mins before I could get someone's attention so I could pay. Way over priced & not good. Do yourself a favor & go out or order Uber eats

Yelp
My expectations were low coming in based on previous reviews BUT we had a great experience! Our server, Tristan, was kind and attentive. Our food was delicious! We got the turkey sandwich & salmon dish. Both were excellent.

Yelp
Visited Terrace 54 Bar + Table on 12 November 2024 as soon as I checked in for a conference week. Server Ebony was amazing and recommended a few dishes and a drink that suited my taste. The buffalo cauliflower was very good, but the tenderloin crostini was very underwhelming (needed to be toasted; I barely ate any of it). Visited a few days later for breakfast and the breakfast was really amazing; thoroughly enjoyed it. Would have rated it five stars but the lunch on the first day didn't quite hit the mark. Fortunately, service with Ebony was absolutely fantastic.

Yelp
Conveniently located on the 5th floor of Westin Hotel downtown medical district Terrace 54 was definitely a great Sunday brunch alternative to room service at my Marriott across the street. Helpful Tip: Host podium has a sign that says seat yourself. After nearly five minutes of staring into an empty open restaurant with no relief from staff I noticed the sign. The restaurant was clean and the ambiance was fresh & comfy. Our mimosas were delicious and I definitely enjoyed my avocado toast & potatoes. My friend enjoyed her brioche French toast as well. Aside from the minor hiccup ordering chicken sausage and receiving bacon we didn't even bother to mention it. The Terrace didn't appear to be open but we went outside for some fresh air following our breakfast for some views of the medical district until it started to rain. Petite menu but worthy if your in the medical district! Terrace 54 is definitely above average and overall great dining experience.

Yelp
I'm traveling alone and staying at The Westin. I have eaten here twice and both times have been a great experience. The servers are so nice. My dinner server, Ebony, chatted with me and was so sweet. They made me feel very welcome even though I was alone. I had the half turkey on ciabatta with a wedge salad for lunch and for dinner I had pasta with mushroom cream sauce and the lamb meatballs. Everything I've had has been delicious. The outdoor patio in the evening with the breeze is a nice way to end the evening. This is definitely one of the best hotel restaurants I've been to.

Jeff P.

Yelp
Ordered Cesar salad with Anchovies and NY Strip (m/r) with lobster mac-cheese. Salad took way too long, when it did arrive, no anchovies. Server left salad and retreated to kitchen to get anchovies. As the server was leaving the table, another server showed up with my steak and mac and cheese. When the original server came back with the anchovies, they were surprised that I didn't want the salad because my lukewarm steak had just shown up. They charge $58 for a New York strip and it was very likely the worst steak I've ever had. No joke, $7 steak and eggs in Vegas serves a better steak than this. They need to remove it from the menu. Mac and cheese was also disappointing, I'm certain this came out of a large catering vat and they simply sprinkled some shreds of lobster and bread crumbs on top. I frequent the med center Marriott and Westin. I will never eat here again. The Westin should be embarrassed. Probably should have just had a burger.

Yelp
Good service , good food ,margarita very nice !!! Excellent ambiance!! Very relaxing! What a nice night !

Yelp
Yesterday our scrambled eggs were awful! Today, our server (German) was great. Also, our Traditional brunch with over-medium eggs was perfect, and the fruit instead of potatoes made it much better. Another plus is that they serve breakfast until 3:00 PM on Sundays so we got to sleep in. Hallelujah!!!

Yelp
This place was nice, friendly staff. My only complaint was that the service was EXTREMELY slow (why they received 3 stars). Waited on the burger for an hour. Glad I didn't order anything else.

Yelp
A bit of a hidden gem in the med center! The actual terrace is super cool, food is great. Got a giant salad with chicken. Also an excellent place to get work done and meet as the seating in and around the restaurant is excellent

Yelp
Here for a business trip. The filet was excellent! Enjoyed the rooftop bar and the Moscow mule.

Yelp
For three days in a row, the service has been slow. I was seated for about 10 minutes before seeing anyone. Another ten before getting my coffee. Then, they never offered a refill. My waiter disappeared on both days. Night 2- sat at the bar because food service was closing and no one ever greeted us. At the bar, we received prompt attention and the food was decent. The margarita pizza was rather greasy. My hamburger on a brioche bun was one of the best I've ever had and I must say, their French fries (and breakfast potatoes) were delicious. This is coming from someone that is not a potato person. I also ordered a side of the lamb meatballs which were very good. I thoroughly enjoyed the onions and grilled red peppers were a great addition to the plate. The breakfast today, I chose just a toasted bagel with butter, cream cheese and jelly. It was good but once again, getting seated or recognized took entirely too long. Once seated, I caught the eye of a man I assumed was in a managerial role. He gestured to us to the waiter. I got my coffee promptly today. And he was indulgent with me when I wanted to have my first cup before ordering. The food was good but the customer service sucked. I went to the front desk to ask for change so I could leave a tip and was told she didn't have any cash. She didn't offer where I could get cash until I asked. Not acceptable! I went to the bar and the poor guy must have had to go into his tip jar. If management happens to be reading this, there is a breakdown on your initial front line. The kitchen keeps cranking out the food very efficiently. The waiters need further training. Survey the room when they come out looking for empty glasses or cups to refill. And waiters- don't hide in the back.

Yelp
What a cute little hidden gem inside of a hotel in the Med Center! My boyfriend found this place randomly when searching for a place to eat after a photoshoot I had that morning. This new restaurant is absolutely adorable on the inside and especially out on the patio! PLUS their food is unique, tasty and at a great price! I think we spent just under $50 (with a generous tip) to "eat like a queen"! I sure felt like a queen sitting on their lounge couches, eating gourmet cauliflower (not pictured) and a fabulous gourmet grilled cheese on the fancy patio! The service was great too, despite the fact that they were clearly understaffed at that moment in time. It's a new restaurant and it was a Saturday in the early afternoon so that's not out of the ordinary to occur. Great job, y'all! We hope y'all will reopen when the lockdown is over so that we can come back.

Yelp
Woot, finally a First to Review that isn't a Shake Shack or Pizza Hut. Came here twice while in town tending to a family emergency at the Medical Center, and the staff is superb. Special props to Joey, bartender, and the manager who served me both days. Despite my looking like absolute trash, everyone at Terrace 54 was super-friendly. The same can't be said for certain ladies across the hospitals (looking at you, Karen). Here's the thing: I don't even like avocado, but the guacamole here may be the best I ever had. It's beautifully whipped that's topped with a salsa macha (Árbol Pepper). Simply put, it's the perfect way to kick off a happy hour with striking, beautiful views of West Houston. Westin guests, you'll be remiss not to have a drink here before you leave. A fellow Yelper met me here from her nearby office to celebrate some good news, and I can't think of a better place to do so.

Yelp
Amazing food, amazing service paired with an unforgettable atmosphere. Dinner at the terrace fed every sense. Everyone was incredibly attentive and the cocktails were superb. The food, implanted in my core memory! Attention to texture and flavor in every bite. Passionate employees are what thrive here. Definitely made our 17th anniversary as unforgettable as when we were first married. Thank you soo much.

Yelp
I wish I had known this place was inside a hotel before agreeing to go, not only was parking a pain but I feel hotel restaurants aren't that amazing and i have yet to be proven otherwise. The service was incredibly slow. The only thing that came fast was our waters. I ordered the waffle from the brunch menu and I don't have a photo as my plate came almost an entire ten minutes after my friends! And they had waited for theirs for almost 20! By the time I got my food they were ready for boxes. It was an over cooked and dry waffle. I am not sure if they are almost everything because we were so hungry or if it's because it was good. The only saving grace of this place is that patio, unfortunately when we went the winds had it shut down and we could not use it.

Yelp
After reading all the negative reviews I was pleasantly surprised by our visit. Sat outside on the deck for cocktails and dinner. Yes, the service was a bit slow, but nowhere near as bad as some had posted. And the food was quite good. The fried cauliflower appetizer Is a dinner unto itself and is one of the best dishes I have ever eaten. Seriously, it is outrageously good and quite unique. Mediterranean style garnished with olives. Will definitely go back.

Yelp
The views in this place are absolutely amazing at sunset. You are so high up that you see the whole city light up and beautiful colors, and the lounge seating really makes for a luxury atmosphere. The inside is also really beautiful, but on a perfect day who wants to be inside! The food was also fantastic, but the service was pretty slow, that is my only complaint. After our orders were taken there were no servers to be found for a while, and same thing when our food was dropped. The only time we did find our waitress was when she came over to drop the check which we weren't ready for because we wanted to order more food LOL. Also, our waiter must have finished his shift in the middle of service because he left and did not formally turn us over to our new waitress before leaving which also caused some confusion. Definitely not what should be happening at a place this nice. That's my only reasoning for the four-star instead of five.

Scott K.

Yelp
Slow responsive service. Even though there were numerous wait staff standing around not paying attention. Sat inside and there were Nats flying around my table and food. Very unhealthy, state health department should make a visit sometime.
google avatar

Taylor B.

Yelp
Spend $50 on steak that tasted like rubber, burnt fries (not even edible) and tiny skinny flavorless asparagus. Would 100% never recommend, honestly wish we could warn all the other patrons walking in not to eat here. Hope you read this before you decide to try out of convenience like we did, you'll be better off at McDonalds.
google avatar

Victor L.

Yelp
I ordered room service from the restaurant, what a waste, the bun on my burger was burnt beyond recognition, I asked to add tomatoes to it and they where so overcooked it was like eating butcher twine, why overcooked you might ask? Well, I guess when you order tomatoes on the burger they cook them, the chicken on my daughters pasta was burnt so bad, and the crust on my other daughters pizza was burnt as well, 80 dollars for this food is criminal, do yourself a favor and order chipotle instead.
google avatar

Yelp
Cedric is amazing!! Both experiences with him were awesome. My 1 star review is for the night crew. INCOMPETENT and awful. I ordered a burger for pick up. 1 other person is waiting for his order as well. The server is catering to him. She tells me she'll assist me in a "moment." Many moments later, she points to the server stocking the bar and claims that server will help me instead. Hmmm. I told her I already ordered and then she changed her tune. She checked on my order but never came back. I finally saw her again and asked for the status. She claimed they were waiting on my fries. Finally, another server brings my food, whole time the fries were under the heater. The fries were hot and the burger was cold like it was ready when I ordered it 40 minutes ago. The manager hears me tell the server my burger is cold & tried to speak with the chef. It's 20 minutes before close, all of them are huddled, stuck on stupid. I tell the manager to keep it & she shouts sorry. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yelp
I stopped by Terrace 54 after work with a coworker for HH a few months back and I was really impressed! Our waiter was the best, ok top 2 for sure. He greeted us immediately and was very helpful in helping is pick our drinks and food. I had their version of a ranch water and it didn't disappoint. We ordered the margherita pizza, butternut squash soup and a delicious cheese board. All really good and promptly served. I will definitely be back for HH the service alone is worth the visit; Im serious you guys our waiter actually got us blankets because it got a little chilly :) how awesome is that?!

Yelp
Located on the lobby entrance on the 5th floor of the Westin, this restaurant is top notch especially being in a hotel. The food and service is excellent and the prices are comperable to what you would expect for a hotel, but not overpriced. They have a nice happy hour with good food and drink specials. They also have a beautiful outside terrace which is just lovely to enjoy an evening cocktail and bite to eat. Glenn R

Yelp
Super friendly staff and cute patio to have a quick bite if you're staying at the Westin. Apps are big enough to share and the service was quick. Very welcoming environment

Yelp
Not only was my ordered doubled, but the sandwich arrived cold and tasted like chalk. I basically paid $50 for 1/2 a sandwich that my dog wouldn't eat. Terribly disappointed.

Yelp
Service was good, food was excellent. Ambiance was okay. My salmon was excellent, but the dessert was rather small and just okay.

Yelp
GREAT food. Much more than you would expect from a restaurant in a hotel in the Medical Center. Try their fries. Ridiculously good. And the service is excellent.

Yelp
Terrible Service !!!! I sat waiting for over 13 minutes with NO Server acknowledging I even sat down. At least say "II'll be right with you." Not even that! I literally just got up & left. I found another restaurant with professionals & true service. Total Disappointment.

Yelp
most unorganized restaurant in hotel, waited over an hour for food and waiters don't check up on you they just look at you. Never go here you will be disappointed

Yelp
Ordered medium fillet while my dinner partner ordered chicken. Food came out where hers was done correctly while mine was well over done. Not a big deal in and of itself, politely sent it back to get it done correctly. Waited over 25 minutes while my partner finished her meal. Server came out and said "I'm sorry, but as manager said we don't have any more fillet". The manager hadn't bothered to stop by as she was supposedly "pissed off", a direct quote. He apologized and indicated they had just selected and put in a replacement for me without discussion. Frankly it's pretty easy to determine you don't have enough fillets well before the 25 min they waited to let me know. The server offered only to comp my drink, which is under what would normally be expected. When I asked to speak to the manager the server went to get her and returned indicating the manager "didn't want to see me". Never in my experience have I ever had a manager refuse to see me. At this point I demanded my entire bill be comped as this was ridiculous. The server was apologized profusely and made the necessary arrangements. I proceeded to speak with the front desk manager for the hotel, who brought out the restaurant manager. While the manager did apologize, it didn't come across as genuine as it was a "I'm sorry the meal didn't meet your expectations". She gave an excuse of "I was dealing with another customer who had an accidental stain due to a server error. Given the amount of time we'd been there, approximately an hour, we never saw her on the floor. The space wasn't particularly large and there was zero indication of any such accident (granted we might not have seen it). Regardless an hour, or even a half hour, dealing with a stain and offering dry cleaning is incredibly long. In my experience it doesn't take the amount of time we waited nor the lack of interest she showed us. Hands down the worst experience I've ever had in my life. Avoid at all costs.
