"Breakfast and brunch in Long Beach is a big deal, big enough that the Breakfast Bar opened a second location in Belmont Heights, in addition to its established one on Atlantic Boulevard. Both serve the filling breakfast poutine, a wonderful shrimp and cheesy grits with roasted pepper, omelets, pancakes, and burgers.
