Although it’s not conventionally recognized as a burger, the house sandwich with marinated grilled Angus steak tips, grilled onions, and American cheese is a best seller. The stellar smash burger consists of a crispy house-ground patty, grilled onions, American cheese and garlic aioli on a brioche bun. At $16, this dish gets served with beef tallow fries and can be customized to your taste (extra cheese, avocado, bacon, and more).
