Dysart Petersham

"A gorgeous Arts and Crafts building houses this warm, homely restaurant. There's a natural ethos running throughout the highly seasonal menus, where impeccably sourced ingredients abound in assured, satisfying dishes that deliver some interesting combinations, underpinned by a classical base. The bold, flavour-packed sauces are a highlight, as are the creative desserts, and the warm, passionate service leaves no detail overlooked." - Michelin Inspector

Michelin Guide 2020: Michelin Stars in London

"London is also a city of wonderful parks and open spaces – and in a bucolic setting on the edge of Richmond Park you’ll find our fourth new Michelin Star: the warmly run, family-owned Dysart Petersham, a house built in the early 1900s as part of the Art & Crafts movement. Our inspectors have been following the progress of the restaurant here for a while and have been very impressed by the well-crafted and boldly flavoured cooking – there are no gimmicks; just great seasonal produce cooked with care and understanding. Fish is handled with particular aplomb and puddings are creative and satisfying." - The MICHELIN Guide UK Editorial Team

It is just in front of Richmond park. Exquisite! Enjoyed European cuisine mixed with a touch of Japanese food. Interesting and unique. The atmosphere is really fantastic ✨

A lovely spacious restaurant , very calm very relaxing and a real joy to dine in. Service exceptional, experienced and totally in keeping with the ambiance. Food very good but lacking a little bit of adventurousness, the food was great but somewhat traditional and expected . The wines also were very nice but nothing which blew me away as a pairing that really brought out elements of the dish. A really pleasant experience and one I would be happy to repeat, recommended.👍🏻

Well it's expensive. Good place very Michelin but not homely. Honestly I'm not sure I really like this type of food. Staff and building excellent but not worth over 1000gbp for 8

Arguably one of the best restaurants in SW London. Set in a beautiful period building just outside of Richmond, it’s a unique gastronomical experience.

A super find when we searched for a gastrobar between Roedean & London. Food was excellent, and the service was superb. I appreciated how they tried their best to nudge things along as we had expressed concern over our schedule when we made the reservation. Loved the local garden inclusions in the menu. I would absolutely recommend this space and look forward to returning one day!

Birthday meal out with my wife. 4 course menu, delicious. Interesting choices for all courses and each delivered wonderful flavours. Stand out dish ...pea soup! Lovely relaxed atmosphere, caring staff and so helpful with a lactose intolerant diet, offering options and a great meal.

Went there for lunch on Saturday. Excellent service. Waiters/waitresses were attentive. Relaxing and cosy atmosphere with log fire. Food wise - slightly underwhelming given its Michelin one star. Presentation was good. Tasted a bit bland and “normal”, need to be a little bold and adventurous. We have to try the tasting/dinner menu next time for a better appraisal. My own score for lunch this time 7/10

Beautiful, Michelin starred restaurant in old, Tudor, house with lovely log fire. Service was exceptionally good, friendly and efficient. We had the three courses lunch menu which is not too expensive. The food was a little disappointing. Interesting dishes but lacking in tastes. The gravy for the partridge dish tasted the same as for the lamb dish. A bit bland and normal. Chocolate Pave was nice. The Nougat Glacé was OK but overpowered by the plums.
