"This popular corner bakery and cafe near the Marigot waterfront (owned by the team from Bacchus) knows their way around proper French pastries. They’ve got all your favorites — deep golden and flaky croissants, pain au chocolat, and tart au citron — along with cafe press, teas, and tisanes. The biggest revelation is the pistachio financier, which outshines other versions of the buttery cakes that are usually smaller than a business card; here, they’re delightfully large, pale green muffins. We knew nothing about this restaurant and we're pleasantly surprised to find the food absolutely delicious. The coffee was hot and very tasty as well. My only issues would how busy we found it each time we went (not a bad thing). And the washrooms, though spotless, were a ways from the restaurant outside and up a 2 flights of stairs.

Great variety of bakery and delicious bread. I suppose because it was almost the end of the day, there were not as many options as the morning time.
We were happy and satisfied with our pastries. We can't wait to go back.

Enjoyable atmosphere with a good variety of delicious bread and patisserie. Unfortunately today was an organizational disaster. Long queue of patrons (many gave up) waiting 1/4 of an hour to be met with no cutlery, no water and a very limited selection of juice, Just the poor front staff apologizing for the situation. Could be so much more with better management.

I’ve visited several times over the past few weeks, and the staff truly makes all the difference! Thank you for the warm welcome—and a special thanks to Felisha (hope I got the name right!) for constantly remembering my go-to order. I really appreciate the value you place on your clientele!

This is our favorite shop in St Martin. We visited St. Martin every year since 2019, and we came here for dessert everyday during our trips. We also love their croissants, quiches, paninis... Honestly, we never had anything we didn't like at Bacchus.

A friend of mine suggested this place to me but I wasn't impressed at all with it. Service was slow food did not taste good and tables were very dirty. I couldn't finish my coffee because it tasted bad. Prices were high compared to the quality of the food served. In much my opinion this is an overpriced and overrated place. I wouldn't come back here for sure.

Great European style bread, sandwiches and other snacks.
If you aren‘t there pretty early you may have to queue for some time to be able to give up your order.
Fully recommend their bread though. Very delicious.
