Upon our arrival to The restaurant, we expressed our preference to sit at the fire pit table, only to be informed that we would need to wait for 15 minutes. While we waited in a rocking chair by the fireplace, I was surprised to see another group being seated at the very table we had requested after our 20-minute wait.
When we approached the hostess (Caucasian lady) to address the situation, her response was dismissive, lacking an acknowledgment of our wait or an apology. We were then seated at another table, where we proceeded to order appetizers and main courses. I opted for the albacore tuna, but unfortunately, it did not meet the expected standards; I found it spoiled and had to return it. Despite my hesitation to sample another dish due to my loss of appetite, my husband encouraged me to try the cheeseburger. However, I received it with Swiss cheese instead of the cheddar I had requested. Given the series of disappointments, I chose to accept the order as it was without pursuing further adjustments.
To make matters worse, after returning to our hotel, I experienced significant stomach discomfort, which I believe was a direct result of the food I consumed at The Grill.
