I agree with all the other one star reviews. The woman that works here is not mentally well. She is extremely high strung and rude. Honestly, it was the strangest interaction I have had in a store. My retelling won’t even do it justice. I went in wearing a dress with no pockets. My phone was in my hand down at my side and she told me I couldn’t have my phone I had to “give it to her or get out”… I’m not giving my phone to a stranger. My husband hears her and comes in so he can take my phone to put in his pocket. Well she loses her mind over him having a drink in his hand ( the drink had a lid and was closed). She was a condescending witch. Asking if we knew how to read the sign saying no drinks. Her store was empty because of her attitude. Don’t give this woman your business. Also, all the products in there are over priced. Shop online at any other store and avoid the judgment and attitude of this woman. I can’t wait for this place to fail which won’t take long.

I've been shopping here for a couple years and I love it. The only store I shop at for these items. Always has a huge selection from toys, apparel, lotions and so much more. Never have an issue and always asked if there's anything I need help with. Will continue to come back to the ladies room anytime I'm looking for something new amd fun!

The 1-star review was from the wildly unprofessional and aggressive attitude you approached my girlfriend and I with. A couple key facts: 1:Your store was empty at the time. 2:She took a photo of a humorous sign you had to send to her sister and let her know about the store. It was an honest mistake, she put her phone away at which point I said "No problem, she was just texting her sister back" I was polite and trying to defuse the situation but you continued with the attitude so we immediately left. We also don't appreciate being characterized as 'not real customers' although you are correct after your completely unprofessional display you made that a reality.

Have been shopping at the ladies room for several years now I feel like the owner is my friend when I go in there how we talk about everything and anything my wife and I I have recently began to explore some fetishes that could be uncomfortable for my wife and I she was very professional suggested things Picked out outfits and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied overall it’s very well lots of merchandise and toys anything you’re into and if not, the owner will help you

I went in yesterday for the first time and had a great expereience! I love all the lingerie and can't wait to go back. If they're hiring, I'd like to work there even!

This review is for their mall location (18+) Excellent selection of products, name brands, and I had zero issues with staff here. Felt very comfortable browsing even though I came in for something specific. Product selection here is better vs their competitor down the street is my opinion after visiting. I have been an adult product reviewer for a few years so I am very picky. Yes I was immediately asked for my ID upon walking into the store. No problem. Some laughter was exchanged as we kept accidentally dropping it. After ID checked, was told to let her (unknown name) know if I needed help with anything and that was it as I didn't really need help. Nobody was rude or overly friendly, but straightforward, which was appreciated. Anything more feels awkward. It was really great I was informed about the manufactor's product warranty with my purchase. Extremely helpful. They accept tap to pay. Easy checkout. Since it was approaching closing, I did not browse their lingerie but all looked very cute from display and pricing signs showed as affordable. Adult products are properly priced according to their brands. Saving money with adult products can indicate that stores sell counterfeits so that's not an issue here. Also they wouldn't be informing about warranty. This was the biggest green flag for me with shopping here. For that reason I'd absolutely come back if need. Detailed review to say in short, I do recommend shopping at this location for your adult needs. Definitely will be back if I need anything again. For their location in mall. Yes all kids can keep out and ignore no matter what their ages. There is no reason for minors to shop or be in here. Nothing for their eyes to see. This is not themed like Spencers that went out of business. Be respectful and keep your youngings out. Many reasons but really it could be not safe for them and it could make other customers feel uncomfortable if needing to inquire for help. Business owners are not the problem here. Their strictness with age does really help the shopping experience overall when done right. Manual ID checking isn't always perfect.
