"Lemon Tree is a bright little breakfast and lunch spot at the edge of downtown Bend. Chefs and owners Jaclyn Perez and Betsy McDonald met working on mega-yachts, where they honed the subtleties of the restaurant’s global cuisine offerings. Try the Turkish eggs, served with eggplant, chickpeas, and olive melange in a light chili oil on top of housemade labneh; a mixed green salad dressed with French vinaigrette comes on the side. Seasonal frittatas are also available and come with toppings like morels and burrata. On Sundays, the wait is accompanied by champagne and smooth jazz." - Barb Gonzalez, Jeffrey Stull

What a great breakfast spot! Food was delicious! Had the crab cake Benedict which was super delicious! Chased it down with a Mocha which was perfect too. The service was great. We went on Fourth of July, which was super busy as expected. Unfortunately the food took a little long, but the owner/chef came out to apologize and gave us a comped scone! Which was so nice of her! And that too was amazing! Definitely would eat there again and highly recommend!

I just had the best French Toast I’ve ever eaten. I adore French toast and try it most places I travel. I was blown away by the flavor packed taste while also bring very light. I ate every bite and didn’t feel gross at the end. I paired it with The Lemon Tree cocktail which was also perfect. Not too sweet and very refreshing. The atmosphere inside was clean and cute and the servers were welcoming and attentive.

Every time I visit Bend, I discover a new gem and this restaurant was no exception. It was absolutely adorable and quaint, with a warm, friendly staff that made the experience even better. The vibe was energetic and welcoming, the food was delicious, and the drinks were spot on. Overall, a sweet spot that's definitely worth a visit when you're in Bend!

I am so glad that I decided to wait for a table here, It was well worth it. The food, drinks, ambiance and service were all excellent. I already can't wait to come here again next time I am in the area. I have heard there is pretty much always at least a short wait, But there are plenty of cute little shops to look through and you can walk by the river. Pictured below is the Crab Cake Benedict 🍳

Best cinnamon roll I have EVER had. So fluffy, not overly sweet. My BF loved it and he is not a sweets guy usually. We also had a breakfast sandwich and pork verde eggs Benny - DELICIOUS! 10/10 recommend stopping here for brunch!

Google
The food was absolutely delicious! We ordered the crab cake eggs benedict and the seared steak benedict — both were cooked to perfection. I also really liked the interior: cheerful lemon-themed decor and a thoughtful touch like the organic hand scrub in the restroom. Another small detail I appreciated was that the water came with lemon by default — something I usually have to request. The only downside was the wait time. We waited about 40 minutes to be seated, and then another 50 minutes for the food after ordering. So if you're in a rush, this place might not be ideal. But if you have time to relax, it’s definitely worth the wait.

Google
I just had the most delightful, delicious meal at The Lemon Tree in Bend. Great cappuccino Excellent strawberry scone Delectable eggs Benedict - best I’ve ever had! And the presentation of each dish was thoughtful and imaginative! Enjoyed the casual ambience, and thought the service was spectacularly good! Riley and Brennan were delightful and attentive throughout the meal. The Lemon Tree certainly deserves their outstanding rating! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Google
This place fills up quickly on the weekend. We got there 5-10 min after they opened and they already had a waitlist of 30-45 min. If you are wanting to go get there early or expect to wait. The food is great. We got the Ameretto Franch Toast and Crab Cake Benedict. Both were delicious. The crab cakes were amazing. It felt like they only had 1-2 servers for the small but busy restaurant. We only saw our server first when we ordered and second when we needed to pay.

Yelp
Best breakfast in town. Get there early and put your name in, then walk around downtown. Crab cake Benedict is to die for! Have to try the Jealous Mary too, tomatillo based bloody.

Yelp
I'd rather not give this place such a great review as I don't want it to get any busier and harder to get into ;-) but here you go. Second time here and they just know how to prepare and serve fabulous food. I love their menu as it's a great blend of breakfast and lunch food. We've had scones, Shakshouka, French Toast, Crab Benedict, and their latest special, Pork Belly in Polenta. Absolutely everything was perfectly prepared and seasoned. The service we had both times was superb. I'd highly recommend The Lemon Tree.

Yelp
Cute little spot with an outdoor DJ and fun food! They're busy as heck and we got there about 1.5 hours from close for Sunday brunch, they were accommodating and explained the specials in detail. They also didn't have any issues making substitutions. I got their watermelon mimosa and my fiancé got the lemon berry mimosa...both good, if not a little steep in cost! He got a tri-tip Benedict over hash browns which he said was yummy, the meat was tender enough to cut with a butter knife, but he did mention it being a little under seasoned overall. I got a prosciutto frittata which was yummy, but also lacking a little salt. They were very busy, so I try to keep that in mind, but they didn't refill our water at all, the food took about 45 mins to come to the table and it was a while before we could get someone's attentions for boxes to take our leftovers in. Overall, I'd definitely return, maybe just a little earlier in the day as by 1 pm...even under the umbrella, it was HOT...which obviously is no fault of theirs.

Yelp
On a weekday morning, you walk alongside the river among the trees. And then you notice a scene straight out of Italy at the Amalfi coast. And you realize...Oh it's a lemon tree. No, it's The lemon tree. I ordered the crab cake benedict, which was out of this world kind of dish. I thought the combination of savory with the english muffin was a concert of different instruments melded together with excellence. I also ordered the avo hash smash. One would imagine that this would be a heavy dish; however, it was light with lots of flavor. The avocados were filling and delicious. Both of these dishes are the way to go.

Kayan H.

Yelp
Great brunch spot! Our server, Scott, was friendly and very helpful with food suggestions. The salmon Benedict had the most perfectly poached egg and sauce was amazing. Kids had French toast and kids "brekky" which they enjoyed very much. Husband opted for frittata which was fluffy and flavorful. We wanted to try the Turkish eggs but they ran out (by 11am!) so come early.

Judith A.

Yelp
Fantastic breakfast, very friendly service. The smoked salmon Benedict had roasted tomatoes and spinach- fantastic!

Quinn H.

Yelp
Had brunch here on a Wednesday morning in the summer and it was delightful and delicious! Great gluten free menu options as well. Kind service and such a cute spot!

Yelp
I've been to Bend a few times, and each time prior had spent brunch elsewhere or at home on lazy mornings. I am SO glad that we flagged The Lemon Tree as a brunch destination this past weekend since I left knowing that it had been my favorite breakfast dining experience of 2024 (so far). You can expect a wait of 20-45 minutes before 11am, but, be sure to bring a coat and take a stroll around the downtown area. There are several great cafés and housemade stores to peruse that will absolutely take up your time waiting. Once seated, you'll have options to stay on the (heated) patio, or indoors. The indoor experience is very European, with compact dining areas, white linens, and colorful décor. Our server, Kim, was phenomenal. While we were not greeted right away, we really enjoyed the several minutes before she came to our table to discover the menu. She was extremely helpful in supporting our decisions, with lots of great info on each menu item. We definitely wanted to leave with a few baked goods, and Kim was able to reserve us our takeaway orders before they were all sold out. I ordered the Turkish breakfast plate (I believe), and I added a meat patty to get some extra protein. The proportions of greens, from egg to eggplant to sauces, were perfect. I enjoy a healthy but hearty start to the day and was grateful to find that in Bend. My only recommendation would be to offer a fresh whole pita instead of a re-heated sliced pita since a fresh pita offers more open interiors that can fill ingredients for this plate better. We also ordered macchiatos, which were delivered with the cutest and tastiest biscuit cookies. We never felt rushed; Kim constantly made us feel welcome and loved. Kim's vibes tell us how lovely the team must be here, so anyone should feel confident that they'll have a cozy and tasty experience. My only negative experience was with the guest who used one of the two restrooms and plugged the toilet. So, I had to use part of my potty break to clean up their mess. You know who you are - we made eye contact when I exited and all you did was look away. Shame on you for not telling a server! It was not pleasurable, since this occurred in the middle of our meal. I recommend getting some scent neutralizers or candles in the restrooms during dining service to avoid unpleasant smells.

Yelp
We tried eating here with friends Sunday morning but the wait was already over an hour. So on a Wednesday morning, after waking up early to drive from Portland to arrive when they open, we ewre promptly seated and got the crab benedict and seafood hash. The food was fresh, made very well and is easily one of the top brunch places I have had. Ambience is cute with multiple lemon tree paintings all over. A very contemporary yet old school ambiance.

Lisa C.

Yelp
The crab cake eggs Benedict is a must! The nasi goreng was good too, but the Benedict was a much better choice. Service was excellent. Glad we sat outside. Inside was a bit loud.

Emma T.

Yelp
This place truly lives up to its hype! More than worth it, that being a long wait time that we ran into. They had delicious gluten free options! Don't miss out on their drinks we well, great variety! This is a must for any Bend trip.

Matt V.

Yelp
I am in love with this place! Second visit today, and despite the 45 minute wait to be seated, its well worth it! Good thing about their wait times though, you can drop your name and then send you a text 10 minutes before your table is ready....so go get coffee, window shop, stroll along the river. It's a great way to beat the wait. First visit, I had the shakshuka which was heavenly. Perfectly seasoned, served with crips bread. Today I had the Turkish eggs...I am hard pressed to say which one I like better as they were both to die for. Our server each time have been top notch, offering great recommendations as well as delivering service that rivals the taste of the food. If you are visiting Bend, make sure this place is on you to-do list. If you live here and haven't been, shame on you! ;)

Yelp
This is a lovely little restaurant, with many dishes that are unusual for a brunch restaurant. The ambiance is beautiful. The service was friendly, attentive and helpful. My husband ordered coffee, (served on a cute little dish with a little pitcher of cream and a little amaretti cookie), tarte tatin (classic French upside down apple tart served warm with whipped cream on the side), and Turkish eggs (with eggplant, chickpeas, labneh, Kalamata olives, etc, served with pita triangles and 2 eggs sunny side up). He enjoyed everything and said he would order it again. I had a few bites of the tart, which was nice. I went for the Shakshuka. Normally I like this dish, as I have eaten it elsewhere and even made it at home. The Lemon Tree's version left me wishing I had ordered something else. It was basically a bowl of very juicy chunky cooked tomatoes (canned?) with onions, peppers and spices. It was topped with 2 poached eggs and served with some thin grilled baguette slices. It felt like it was missing something to balance the acid of all those tomatoes. The level of spice was great, but there was just too much juicy tomato stuff after the egg & toast was gone. It almost felt like eating chunky tomato soup for breakfast. Usually shakshuka is made with bread in the dish. Oh well...I want to go back and try something else. Everything on the menu looks so good! I bought a lemon & blueberry scone for the road. Now THAT was really good! It was huge! Great, fresh flavor. So go try The Lemon Tree for yourself. Just be sure you like LOTS of tomatoes and little else before ordering the Shakshuka.

Chris C.

Yelp
Delightful dishes, service and ambience. Even though it was a beautiful Saturday morning/prime brunch hours got seated right away and had a lovely time. Definitely recommend getting one of the delightful pastries to share (or not) while you wait for your entree.

Prathip C.

Yelp
Fantastic food. We just loved it. Good coffee, fantastic apple tart and amazing main course dishes! Must visit in bend.

Yelp
Went to the Lemon Tree for the first time yesterday to celebrate a friend's birthday. So glad I got to try it. Everything was fantastic. We started off with a couple of drinks. Friend had the Lemon Tree, which consisted of fresh muddled raspberries with house-made raspberry lemonade, Crater Lake Vodka and Prosecco. I had the Betsy's Bloody made with Crater Lake Vodka and an antipasto skewer. For brunch, friend had the crab cake Benedict. It came with crab cakes and poached eggs served on an English muffin and topped with Citrus Brown-Butter Hollandaise. I had ordered the smoked salmon Benedict english muffin topped with grilled tomato, lightly sautéed spinach, lox-style smoked salmon, lemon-caper Hollandaise and instead of poached eggs, I had them scrambled. Sorry, I just can't do poached. Everything was delicious, and our server was friendly and attentive. Great experience.

Yelp
Got the chance to try this brunch spot, last time I was in Bend I walked past this place and I knew I was needing to check it out. Came on a Sunday late morning/early afternoon and it was about an hour wait. I got the smoked salmon benedict and added avocado. It was good and the eggs were a perfect poached egg. My husband got one of the specials and he really enjoyed it. It came with tortilla, carne asada, sunny side eggs, salsa and a black bean purée w/ cojita cheese. Drinks were good but I think I'd rather try their normal Bloody Mary next time. I felt like I was drinking green sauce/salsa which kept throwing me off. But I did like how it came with bacon and pork rinds! Overall the place itself was very cute and it had a light and airy atmosphere. Service was friendly and although it took a while to be seated it didn't take too long for our food to come out.

Amy L.

Yelp
Definitely my favorite breakfast/brunch place in Bend - food was excellent, friendly service, and the vibe was great

Rob S.

Yelp
So good! The menu was original, the service was great, and the food tremendous! Will be back!

Danielle A.

Yelp
So good I had to come back the next day! We had the crab cake Benedict which was AMAZING! I was not a fan of eggs bene before and this was SO GOOD I came back then next day to get it lol. I also had the steak special- eggs, steak cooked to perfection & seasoned well, hash browns, bacon and some fresh cherry tomatoes yum!!!! I also had the espresso martini which was tasty! Service here was also great! The entire staff was so friendly. Great vibe here, super cute interior decor !

Sabrina A.

Yelp
Me and my BF went here for breakfast. We sat outside because it was a beautiful day out. We shared the strawberry scone which was very good. To drink I had the Matcha with Almond Milk and to eat I had the Shakshuka. This is a must try if you like tomato's and poached eggs. This was so delicious I could of went the next day and had it again. My BF had the Breakfast sandwich which was basic but very good. Our overall experience here was great Amanda our servicer was great and so was the whole staff. Thank you for the great customer service.

Andrew K.

Yelp
Really enjoyed a leisurely breakfast at lemon tree. I had always seen Lines outside this place on my way to drake Park with my kids and now I understand why. It definitely pays to get there as the open as this spot gets busy quick. Within 5 mins of opening all tables had been filled. The restaurant interior is well put together and has a cute fench Cafe feel to it. We were greeted promptly by our waiter ordered lattes and fresh oj for the kiddos. Coffee was excellent. Got the crabcake Benedict and amaretto French toast. The eggs Benedict was fabulous, as was the French toast. The only criticism I had was it was a bit of a wait for the food but it was worth it. It is a little on the expensive side but again it was worth the price in my opinion.

Sandy B.

Yelp
This place is outstanding! Superb array of brunch items that will fill you up and leave you happy. They have a warm, moist scone that they are famous for. Healthy options. Great service that was attentive. Outside and inside seating.

Kelsi F.

Yelp
I think The Lemon Tree just became my go-to place for brunch/breakfast in Bend (sorry, Victorian!). Everything was so good. If I could make this place bigger so the dang wait wasn't so long it would be perfect! Food was amazing, we had the special of the day which was a cheesy mushroomy egg dish with crusty bread. Benedict was also fabulous. Drinks were perfect (both coffee and alcohol). I want to try the whole menu! We'll definitely be back.

Becca B.

Yelp
The food here is not over rated! There's a wait on the weekends so prepare for that! Came on a Sunday and waited for about 40 minutes until we were seated. But they are happy to give you a drink and you can sit by the fires outside to stay warm.

Kayla B.

Yelp
Really liked this place! Some solid and very unique food. I got the shakshuka and added grilled shrimp. Mildly pricey but actually really filling and didn't leave me grossly full. The service was attentive. It is quite small in there but a cozy feel. Would come again to compare it to some other spots in Bend but I genuinely enjoyed it! Would highly recommend. Was not the most memorable food I've ever had but no faults in the place itself to give it anything less than 5/5! Good food, good service and seems to be very consistent considering other ratings in here as well :)

Nathan G.

Yelp
Okay, in my opinion, "The Lemon Tree" might very well be the best brunch spot in Bend. The different flavors of the menu items, the service, and atmosphere really bring it all together for an incredible brunch experience. The entire menu looks delicious with multiple options for anyone and everyone, and the drinks were very tasteful as well. My sister and her husband were in town so we wanted to do brunch in downtown Bend. We decided upon "The Lemon Tree". There was a slight wait so we shopped around downtown for a bit and then when we returned, we waited under the covered area, warmed with propane fire pits. We ordered some drinks while waiting which were bright, fun, and just what we needed. I got "The Lemon Tree" which was muddled raspberries, house made raspberry lemonade, crater lake vodka and Prosecco. Vibrant in color and topped with a mint and lemon garnish. Perfect for a summer day. My wife got the espresso martini, brother in law got the "Tell it to the bees" which is mezcal with roasted pineapple and jalapeño nectar, lemon juice and honey, and my sister got the house raspberry lemonade and coffee. Again, all the drinks were very tasteful and delicious. When we were sat for lunch, we were greeted by Amanda who shared all of the daily specials and was very knowledgeable of the menu. The four of us all ordered something different, and my goodness every dish was exquisite. I ordered the Seared Steak Benedict. Tender steak over a bed of crispy hash browns with two eggs and citrus brown-butter hollandaise sauce. Brother in law got the smoked salmon Benedict which looked really yummy. My wife got "The Lemon Tree Nasi Goreng" which is the national dish of Indonesia. Delicious spicy fried rice with prawns, chicken and veggies. Let me tell ya, that fried rice was next level good. Finally, my sister got the special croque madame. Holy cow. That was yet another tasty plate I'll order in the future. The presentation aspect for all dishes was picturesque and very appetizing. While we were there we met Betsy who is one of the owners. What a delight :) Overall our experience was one for the books with exceptional service and incredibly delicious food. Compliments to the back of house as well. Will definitely return and honestly, I'm already excited about it. Definitely recommend. 5 stars for sure.

Yelp
We came late on a Sunday. It was busy and we expected a 45 minute to an hour wait, especially with a large group. We ordered drinks while we waited on the outside shelter. We got the mystery Bloody Mary and Mimosas. The mystery drink was wild and tasted really interesting - spicy cucumber and more. It also comes with a few additions , see pic. Once seated, we hoped to try the Shakshuka and the Nasi Goreng, but they were out since we were eating at 2pm, bummer. I had the jumbo lump crab cakes, but to be honest - I didn't see any jumbo lumps. They were good, but I had higher expectations with the "award winning" title, but I have lived in Maryland and SF eating a lot of great crab cakes. Everyone at our table liked their food, but it is pricey for what you get. The mimosa was $15. The eggs Benedict might have been $22. The owner is very nice and it's a wonderful atmosphere.

Yelp
Visiting bend for the first time, we had no idea there were so many different breakfast options in downtown. We looked up a few on Yelp and ended up with The Lemon Tree. We are so glad that we did! We had read that if you show up when they open (on a Saturday), you should expect a line, but we figured a Friday morning shouldn't be bad. We got there 15 minutes after they opened and had a 35 minute wait. We walked around downtown a little until we got a text informing us that our table was ready. The staff was all very nice. Attentive and knowledgeable but not over the top. However, the star of this restaurant is the food. The food was excellent. We started with the lemon blueberry scone which was the perfect sweetness and texture. My wife got the shakshuka which she felt was well seasoned and she liked being able to add additional ingredients to it. I got the nasi goreng, which is like an Indonesian fried rice. Admittedly, this is my first time having nasi goreng so I can't comment on its authenticity, but it was slightly spicy, full of flavor, and I loved the lightly picked cucumbers on the side. The dish had a great balance of salt, acid, and heat. The runny egg added a nice creaminess to the dish. Highly recommended. Ambiance: 4 stars Service: 4 stars Food: 5 stars Value: 4.5 stars

Yelp
Very few brunch spots have it all - an amazing atmosphere , great service and mind-blowing food along with a reasonable wait time and Lemon Tree checks out all those boxes. We were quoted a 20-25 minute wait and we were seated right around that time . the restaurant is not very big but the lively cheerful French/Italian Café vibe really brings the place together . I was specially in awe of the mural painted on the wall . They had a small display with baked foods and a few in -house things they sell -granola , scrubs etc . I was hoping to get the Smoked Salmon Benedict however the server convinced me to try the days special which was essentially the same thing but on a piece of bread instead of the English muffin. In retrospect I feel the muffin would have been a better choice as the bread was huge . It was topped with avocado, lox-style smoked salmon ,poached eggs and capers. I cannot even begin to tell you how simple yet delicious the flavors were , I did not even miss the Hollandaise sauce which was the only thing missing from my original choice . My husband got the Nasi Goreng which for me felt an unusual breakfast choice (previously I have always seen it on dinner menus). For the uninitiated it is Spicy fried rice with prawns, chicken and veggies and topped with an over easy egg. 5/5 for flavor and texture .We also got a Connoisseur's Classics (hot) and a Spiked Chai and loved both of them . This place does brunch right -from the lemon-orange water to the internationally inspired dishes and impeccable service, every moment was worth it .

Yelp
Really like this restaurant! Their food is consistently good and the service is always great! The ambiance is bright and and very pleasant! They do a good job of combining all the best to make it a great experience!

Yelp
The Lemon Tree is a breakfast, brunch place both quaint, cozy located on Franklin Street in downtown Bend. They open at 9AM and there's already a queue of people waiting to get in. They also can do coffee to go but don't miss checking out their bakery case full of house-made goodies, including scones, muffins, luscious looking cakes. They have some outside seating and a parklet which I believe is used for a diner's waiting area for seating. The hostess will greet you and seat you or direct you to the waiting area. Once seated the menu offerings, great for adults & kids, will break your fast most deliciously with Amaretto French toast, crab cake, smoked salmon or steak Benedict, Shakshuka to name a few. Edie, our waitperson was quick to offer water, coffee, and great w/answering our questions Re: the menu. She was impressive in reeling off the daily specials and her attentiveness to our table. Ordered: * Steak & eggs (one of the specials) - served with crispy hash browns, bacon, & marinated sugar plum tomatoes. House made hot sauce, a spicy honey mustard that hugged your taste buds & tomatillo sauce both equally condiments. Great brunch item, everything tasted wonderful. The steak was a fine nicely done medium rare. Only drawback was the breakfast steak was the size of small filet mignon. I'd order this again though. * Narsi goreng, flavorful Indonesian fried rice studded with shrimp topped with a poached egg! Would order again * Last minute addition of a generous-sized blueberry lemon scone, abundant blueberries through the warm, almost cakey texture, w/light glaze, sprinkled with powdered sugar, topped a sprig of mint. Took one bite then another and then it was all gone. It's pricey at $9 but I'd order it again as a special treat! Ambiance light, bright, nice and cozy, service was great, staff congenial, all around great breakfast brunch place. Cannot wait for the next visit! P.S. One of those places where the food arrives and all thoughts of taking pictures goes out the window. It happens...

Cassidy M.

Yelp
Amazing food and amazing service. Lots of gluten free options for those of you who struggle with allergies. I mean super super delicious. This is one of my favorite places to brunch at in Bend. It has an eclectic vibe, a little cramped, but not in an anxiety inducing way.

Jane U.

Yelp
Superb food and service, consistent served by a great staff - our go-to every visit to Bend.

Liz S.

Yelp
My friends and I came to the Lemon Tree Saturday around 1pm-we had to wait almost an hour for a table but we went next door to shop and then stood around the fire pit outside the restaurant (it had been snowing all morning and was very chilly!). After we were seated and our items started arriving I could quickly understand why the wait was so long-and that it was so worth it. I ordered the tomatilla bloody Mary, which comes with a little paper cone with mini chicharron and the shakshuka. I was blown away by the taste and presentation of the food. My friends had the tuna sandwich and quiche which were both specials and loved them. The server was friendly and everything came out as ordered.

Thereasa R.

Yelp
We're locals, but we hadn't yet been to The Lemon Tree because we assumed it was always busy on the weekend. But today we took a chance and we're so glad we did. Not only was there no wait, the food and drinks were delish! And the service was great, which is hard to come by these days. We had the Bachelor breakfast sammy, the shakshuka and the kids nutella sandwich and everything was great. But, what prompted the review were all the extra's: the way the hot chocolates have roasted marshmallows, the way the water comes with citrus, the tiny almond scone with your coffee. I can't recommend the Lemon tree enough. It was one of the most pleasant experiences we've had in town.

North American R.

Yelp
My wife and I visited Bend for our anniversary and were in search of a good breakfast spot when we stumbled upon The Lemon Tree. Opting to sit outside due to a 45-minute wait indoors, we were grateful when they turned on the heater, making the chilly April morning more comfortable. Our server, Jaime, was exceptional. She continuously refilled our coffee and checked on us attentively throughout our meal. We were truly impressed by her service. We definitely plan to return to The Lemon Tree on our next visit to Bend.

Neomy H.

Yelp
Excellent service, enveloping flavors. You feel the difference in every bite, complete recommended. Warm atmosphere and they make you feel very comfortable.

Sara O.

Yelp
We are obsessed with this restaurant - avid travelers from Louisiana and we consider this our favorite brunch of all time - we come every time we're in town(at least once a year) and have never had anything that has disappointed. We usually have to wait 45-60 minutes as we usually bring a big party(12), and we choose to do it every time because it is WELL worth the wait! Must try: Blueberry Lemon Scone, Almond French Toast(it's on the kids menu as well), The Lemon Tree(cocktail) or the raspberry lemonade(fresh squeezed). 100% recommend you build this into your Bend adventures!

Jon Taylor C.

Yelp
There are few instances in dining that hits utter perfection. Well, we had it this morning at Lemon Tree in Bend Oregon. My husband chose the crab Benedict and I got the frittata. Both are unbelievable. The crab, with poached egg to perfection, and citrus hollandaise delighted my husbands taste buds. He said it was the "best breakfast of (my) life. My frittata was so fluffy, the feta was so yummy, and the habanero turmeric sauce was "next level." The Bloody Mary's sang to us. Bold. Spicy. Perfect. The staff was so welcoming. Literally the best breakfast in Bend, and more so the best we have had EVER!!!

Teryn B.

Yelp
Super duper loud. Food is awesome. Can't hear the waitress - who talks VERY fast. I'd go again, maybe. It's a tough call. If there's no line & I'm starving then yes. Otherwise I'd look for another spot. Speaking in a VERY loud voice over lunch is NOT fun. Turn down the music for goodness sake!

George T.

Yelp
I love this place. It's worth the wait. Grab and drink and stand by the fire pit outside or wander downtown Bend. The menu is always changing and is always fantastic. Try it!

Ashley H.

Yelp
This little place was great, the wait staff was nice and graceful along with their host staff The food was also very good and thankfully on the smaller side for brunch places. It was still too much for me. We got the crab Benedict and the salmon Benedict would highly recommend if that is your thing We also got the Bloody Mary (would get again) if you like more tomatoey backing and the espresso martini( likely wouldn't get again) just didn't hit the spot Over all would recommend!

Yelp
The Lemon Tree is one of the best breakfast places in downtown Bend. On Saturday, the special is steak, eggs, and hash browns and it is so good!

Yelp
The crab cake benedicts greatly exceeded my expectations. They were excellent and the cakes were enormous. Highly recommended. Relatively short wait time on a Friday afternoon. This place is great.

Yelp
Delicious brunch! We arrived at 9:45 on a busy Saturday in Bend and they were spot-on with their 45-minute wait time. They offer mimosas or coffee while you wait (yes, you have to pay) and there's a nice outdoor area to wait. The restaurant is bright and decorated with a Tuscan feel. Our server, Brenda, was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly when we engaged her. I had the crab cake Benedict add grilled tomatoes (do it!). My friend had the avo hash smash but she's not a fan of poached eggs so she got scrambled and added bacon (she recommends!). Both dishes were beautifully plated and flavorful. I ate every bite!

Yelp
I think this is one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. I'm a total food snob with way too high of expectations, this place blew me out of the water. We showed up 30 min before they opened, and the line was down the block already. We knew it was going to be good. I ordered the seared steak Benedict and I still can't stop thinking about it. Easily the best Benedict I've ever ordered. I started with a cinnamon roll that looked dry but ended up just dissolving in your mouth. The brioche was to die for. If you're in Bend this is an absolute MUST try!

Yelp
I really loved this place. We were lucky enough to get in as it gets packed fast with most everyone grabbing up the reservations, so walking in and getting a seat was no small accomplishment. Inside and outside dining. Love the refreshing decor. You're packed in a small space but everyone is made to feel very comfortable and welcome. I do wish there was a little more sound dampening. The food was beyond delicious. There was only one glitch and that was one of the drinks which was not made correctly. When they realized it was their error, the owner, chef came over to apologize and to make things right. She truly was the icing on the cake. What's also an added bonus is that its surrounded by a very inviting business neighborhood begging to be explored. A great way to burn off the calories.

Yelp
Absolutely incredible. I had the French toast, my partner had the steak Benedict, both were phenomenal. We got there at 8:40 (on a Saturday) and were the first in line, but a large line quickly formed so I recommend getting there early! Even with it being busy the service was fast and friendly. And the restaurant itself is adorable. Super cute decor and great vibes all around. Highly recommend!!
