"Lemon Tree is a bright little breakfast and lunch spot at the edge of downtown Bend. Chefs and owners Jaclyn Perez and Betsy McDonald met working on mega-yachts, where they honed the subtleties of the restaurant’s global cuisine offerings. Try the Turkish eggs, served with eggplant, chickpeas, and olive melange in a light chili oil on top of housemade labneh; a mixed green salad dressed with French vinaigrette comes on the side.
