"To be clear, Tiki Mirage is a roving pop-up–but what a pop-up it is. A night at this 12-seat bar inside a moving truck includes rounds of cocktails designed by Thunderbolt (coursed out with elaborate backstories) and snacks from local dessert shops. Measures include employee screenings and temperature checks, COVID-specific training and testing for staff returning to work, mandatory masks for employees and guests (with complimentary masks available), physical-distancing floor guides and plexiglass barriers where distancing is difficult, standalone hand-washing stations on the casino floor, contactless check-in via the MGM Resorts App, guestroom attendants wearing masks and gloves (with gloves changed between rooms), and electrostatic disinfectant spraying in large public spaces.
