The Mirage reopens on the Strip on August 27 | Eater Vegas

"The resort reopens on August 27 with a roster of restaurants, several lounges, and enhanced health and safety protocols after closing on March 17. Measures include employee screenings and temperature checks, COVID-specific training and testing for staff returning to work, mandatory masks for employees and guests (with complimentary masks available), physical-distancing floor guides and plexiglass barriers where distancing is difficult, standalone hand-washing stations on the casino floor, contactless check-in via the MGM Resorts App, guestroom attendants wearing masks and gloves (with gloves changed between rooms), and electrostatic disinfectant spraying in large public spaces. The property will also continue to phase other MGM Resorts locations back into service, leaving only Park MGM and NoMad Hotel still to reopen." - Susan Stapleton
