"For diners in search of an inexpensive, casual, and filling meal, it’s hard to beat the Noodle Man. The restaurant’s signature Shanxi knife-sliced noodle soup pairs beef, sweet potato, and black fungus with vermicelli and the hot and spicy noodle soup features a salty, savory combination of pork and peanuts. The Noodle Man also serves stir-fried noodles, noodles over rice, and special creations." - Janna Karel

The chive dumplings are huge and packed with chicken akd shrimp meat. Super juicy. Had the Roasted duck noodles too. The meat was seasoned well but something was missing so i added chili oil. Maybe add more veggies in the soup.

This place is fantastic. Went here last week for lunch and had to bring my family back again. Their hand cut noodles are phenomenal and their dumplings are cooked to perfection. Unfortunately, we live on the other side of town, but we will definitely be back.

We had visited here before and liked it, and I have seen some negative reviews as of late and wanted to try it again. We liked it just as much as the first time. The service was good, no issues. I got short ribs and they were great, not chewy at all as another reviewer noted, and the flavor was robust as well. The rice was cooked perfectly. The little beef burritos were pretty tasty as an appetizer too. They aren't super fancy, but for $9, they did the trick. The Shanxi Sliced noodles were tasty as well. I will say that we were the only people being served in the place on this trip, so perhaps that has something to do with the difference in quality we saw, to what other reviewers have been receiving.

Google
I revisited the spot after a 2-3 month break, and I have to say, the food quality, especially the noodles, has definitely improved. Personally, I’m a big fan of Cantonese cuisine, so I went for the Roasted Duck. It had the authentic flavors I’ve been craving—reminds me of the food back in Hong Kong. If you’re a gourmet lover like me, this dish is a must-try! Just a heads-up, it’s a good idea to call ahead and check availability before placing your order.

Google
This is the best Chinese food in Southwest. Every plate tastes great and has the best flavor. I enjoy Noodle Kitchen dining in, take out style or delivery. The staff are super friendly and their service is fast.

Google
Truth b told, we found this place cuz our usual spot was closed. It’s a small restaurant, had a drainage smell to it when we enter but decided to stay regardless. We were not disappointed! Friendly service, I wish we would have taken pictures of our food. For the appetizers we had the spicy wontons, it came with peanuts & it was delicious plus the scallion pancake Yum! My son ordered the pork dumplings, he’s a picky child & ordered a 2nd serving. My hubby & I shared the chicken slices in spicy garlic sauce which we shared & took leftovers too! Nice big portion size. Will def come back.

Google
I came here today for some hot soup to go. I came home and immediately started devouring this amazing dish. The place was clean, the staff was super nice and wearing a mask, and their prices were very reasonable. Thanks so much for the wonderful lunch. I definitely will invite some friends and come back again soon. Happy Holidays!

Yelp
First time here for me. Not a ton of authentic Chinese spots around this area of Las Vegas, but this is a place I can see myself frequenting. The service is top notch. I had their Chonqing Spicy Noodles and it definitely hit the spot. Will be returning to try the rest of their menu.

Yelp
Some of the beat noodle and soup dishes around. I had the signature noodle dish which is the braised beef a bit spicy with shanxi sliced noodles. Flavor snd broth on point and tried some shrimp hargow dim sum as well. Service was good I went for lunch and the restaurant was about half full. Food came out very fast within 5 minutes and tried the thai ice tea as well. Overall great spot for dumpling and noodle dishes.

Yelp
How could anyone give this place less than five stars like really? This is one of my favorite local spot. I come here at least 3 to 4 times a month specifically 40 Taiwanese tomato beef braised noodle soup. The service is great. They're always attentive. The place has been renovated and it's really nice inside and clean. Couldn't ask for a better small local comfortable space to have your noodles.

Yelp
I'm so glad I found this place!!! Super delicious.. I'm pretty basic with my Chinese food, orange chicken, bbq pork, fried rice. However this place serves steamed chashu bao and it's freaking amazing. Wow I would stop by just for that!! Honestly so good. This place is conveniently located right off the freeway so I drive from Henderson for the chashu. Great food, great service, cozy dining room. I recommend stopping by.

Yelp
Service was excellent, she was the only server on yesterday at 6pm but I didn't catch her name. The signature noodles were as always excellent, rich broth, fresh cilantro, plenty of beef and of course fresh noodles cooked perfect. The shrimp har gwar was nice, stuffing well seasoned and cooked right. The only disappointment was the kung pao chicken, it had no spice although you could see red peppers fried with it. It lacked flavor and spice but the chicken was tender. A good size portion but perhaps we will stick to chow mein next time.

Yelp
A local showed me this spot, and I am so glad they did. Noodles are made fresh every morning, and the flavors on everything is over the top, absolutely delicious. Definitely worth swinging by and giving this place a try if you are in the area.

Yelp
Came in last night after the wait at Shang Artisan was an 1.5 hours. The Noodle Man didn't not have a wait and the service and food was top notch! There was only one server working and she took it like a champ! She waited four tables and managed to provide timely assistance. This location is not big, it only had five tables and a bar for customers to watch the noodles being made. My wife and I ordered with our eyes and not our stomachs because we ordered two appetizers and two entrees. We ordered the beef rolls, scallion pancakes, chicken knife cut noodles, and the duck noodle. The flavors were finger licking good. I wished they gave more sauce for the beef rolls, and that the noodles had a spice level.
google avatar

Sandy S.

Yelp
Tried beef noodle soup the price is $11.99, cheaper than most places. There is no option to choose which type of noodles I wanted for my beef noodle soup, because my go to beef noodle soup place is Shang artisan near Chinatown and I love the round hand pulled noodles. The beef noodle soup came with flat wide noodles which is just ok, great texture and chewiness but I prefer the hand pulled round noodles still. I would say this place is better than the magic noodle few blocks down. The soup is probably more flavorful than magic noodle and Shang artisan. I wish it had more meat and option to choose the type of noodles, I wouldn't mind paying a little more. I really appreciate not playing loud music

Yelp
Highly recommended! Food is absolutely amazing and with great prices. The noodle soup is incredibly flavorful and tasty. They have fresh hand pulled noodle and knife shaved noodle to choose from. Definitely coming back next time!

Yelp
Really hard to enjoy good food when the place smells like a dirty bathroom. We used to love eating there.

Yelp
Stopped by today to grab a few apps. The Spicy wontons definitely needs more chili oil. I was slightly disappointed they werent sitting in oil. But still very tasty. The wings were amazing. I love the pepper mixture that came on them. Add a very unexpected flavor. The dumplings were very good. I would have loved another side of sauce.

William A.

Yelp
Absolute authentic Chinese food. This is NOT American Chinese. It is so flavorful and the price is much lower than similar restaurants. You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
To me, it is hard to say anything negative for The Noodleman. Rather authentic, food comes out quick, staff is extremely friendly, clean interior and laid back atmosphere. Similarly if you were to ask me what stands out at the Noodleman, I can't really pinpoint one particular thing. I guess, I can walk out satisfied after some relatively good noodles for $25 for a meal of two, that's always a plus. Chongqing Street Noodles: great spicy kick with mild numbing flavors. Generous amount of noodles and minced pork. If you like spicy food, this is a viable option. Mongolian Beef Knife Sliced Noodles: thick noodles coated with sauce and aroma from the Mongolian beef. Great for those who enjoys a thick cut noodle, me personally, I am not a big fan as the thickness of the noodle makes it hard for the sauce and flavor to be embarked by the flavors. Leaving it somewhat dough-y. My girlfriend loves this dish, so I'll leave it up for personal preference. Beef Burrito- I heard most about this this than any of the items on the menu. It was good, but some of the things I find underwhelmed is the skin is so thick, the green onions have a "fridge smell" to it, but the sauce in the burrito and the beef is spot on.

David L.

Yelp
This place has gone way down. Ambience feels like a gas station. The service is nice but the experience feels like owners have given up. No customers and no music no energy. The food is meh and value is meh for this quality. Looking at the cooks thru the glass window tells me they aren't even trying anymore. Felt like eating at Roberto's taco place but with an Asian menu. Hope they can do better soon.

Chris A.

Yelp
What went well.... Everything. So yummy for my wife and I. The noodles are very good. The general tsao chicken was light and very tasty. Service was great and staff friendly.

Wei Z.

Yelp
Got a cockroach out of my noodle, waiter took away the food before I can take a photo. Still made me pay the bill, "wonderful place".
google avatar

Yelp
The meal started pretty good with the spicy wontons, but went downhill afterwards. The Hong Kong style wontons had absolutely no taste to it-- broth or wontons. And the wontons are barely stuffed with anything. We also split the shanxi sliced noodles. This was way too sweet for me-- I prefer my beef noodle soup salty and spicy. The noodle texture and meat tenderness were pretty solid though. -Food comes out fast and staff is super nice

Yelp
I have eaten here many times and the service and food is always amazing. Everything on the menu is a win. My favorite is the duck. I recommend The Noodle Kitchen to all Las Vegans and tourist to come and enjoy.

Yelp
American Chinese food for local taste? Definitely not something for anyone with a Chinese stomach. Kinda like Panda Express, greasy, salty, off texture and taste. Except Panda Express has their texture and taste down even if greasy and salty. But they have 3 locations which means alot of locals like it? Just not for me. Photos looked good though. We were the only Asians in the whole restaurant for a Monday night. Sadly, if I am looking for American Chinese food, this also might not hit my craving :/ But didn't mean it's not good, just not good for me. My stomach was too sensitive for this place.

Yelp
The Beef noodles are very delicious,I love the taste, come again next time,The environment is great!

Yelp
Food was good. Little gem. However, not sure on the cleaniness. Asked for an extra bowl.the waitress hands were dirty and left a greasy thumbprint in the bowl. Why hold bowls like that?
google avatar

Philip L.

Yelp
The only thing that was lacking was the shrimp shumai. But EVERYTHING ELSE was absolutely amazing. The duck was savory with crispy skin. The ribs were tender, juicy, and a combination of sweet and savory (similar to kalbi ribs). The noodles were spicy and chewy but not too much if either. The scallion dumplings were crispy on top and bottom, nice chew where the wrapper wasnt crisped, and the meat was tender and savory with a wonderful and not too overpowering scallion flavor. I will definitely eat here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Yelp
This is a Very interesting place to review. Immediately after taste of the food this place doesn't have five stars food is excellent. The fungus salad- not quite sure what it is but it delivered on Taste! Tip: If you are in textures person this may not be the dish for you; However it's so cheap that I think it's worth trying, if you don't like it... it is totally worth the risk of the 5 to 7 dollars you invested. However the place is really small received they only have one server running around at crime lunchtime although she was really nice And did all that she could to accommodate even recommending a couple of great this one server is not enough with your food taste this good! Tip: ask for the spicy sauce if you get the broth. Tip: Thai Tea is brewed... not from powder, generous size and cheap Tip: Broth noodle dishes seem to come out faster than others Super generous Portion sizes... Even for lunch So take a break from that expensive food down town in city center and come get some of this!!! I don't like to go back to the same place 2x in the same trip while traveling, but this place... I DONT KNOW #ENCORE

Yelp
The Noodle Man is not the Man. He's more of a wanna-be-a-man. A man short of hitting puberty. Man o' Man, I wish the noodles were better. I came inside this empty place thinking I got here before the dinner crowd. I even saw a guy in the kitchen making fresh noodles by hand when I ordered their Chongqing Street Noodles. Even the cashier recommended it. I knew something was up when a couple of minutes after ordering and paying for the takeout order, it was ready and packed. Now I know better. They must have pre-made these. And it tasted like it was pre-made when I tried it at home. I should have used my noodle and asked them to make it fresh next time.

Yelp
I been here couple of times, but today is my first time actually sat down for a meal. Food is great, I ordered the Roast Duck Wonton Noodle Soup and the Roast Pork over Rice. Both dishes are great, but you may wonder why only 3 stars? Well, the service suck here, I knew these Chinese restaurants their service never great, because these servers never really educated, and not understand manners, but what can I say, now a day many people don't know what the word manners is. I walked in, the server saw me, but she walked away, until one of the table cleaner shouted out at her and she turned around and seated me. I ordered the 2 dishes I mentioned, and it took good 15-20 mins, I know right? 15-20 mins?? The whole times I was there, nobody stop by and check on me, my water never get refill, until I was about to leave, the guy (table cleaner) stop by and refill my water. Service, horrible Will I be back? Hm....that still a question in my head for right now

Jacob T.

Yelp
Better than magic noodle. Better service, no long lines, great food. The chicken wings to die for the mongolian noodles are of this world. I highly recommend this place
google avatar

Adrinna H.

Yelp
This place is very unassuming on the outside but don't let that fool you. The noodles are pretty authentic. I have tried the signature noodle Shanxi sliced noodle and then, yesterday, I tried the Lanzhou beef noodle. The flavor is there and the noodles are well made. Not too soft or too chewy...just right. Service was great. Friendly smiles greet you as you enter the door. Water follows the menu and the cup is never left empty for long. If you are unsure from the outside, go on in, give it a try.
google avatar

Clare H.

Yelp
The food was really good I enjoyed eating there. The gyoza was crunchy and tasty and I forgot the rest of what I ordered. The service was good. They checked on us every now and then The lighting was a little dark but I didn't mind it at all
google avatar

Yelp
Tasty authentic Chinese cuisine! Portions are good and Friendly service ! I've tried the roasted duck for the first time here and think it's delicious. Braised pork is excellent. Wings are crispy. I'll be back !

Yelp
Wanted to like this place but everything was bland. The Chow Mein noodles had a great texture but they needed flavor! Nice cook on thr meat in the Fried Rice but again...lacked flavor...umami and savory but we just didn't get it.

Yelp
I visit Las Vegas about once every 2 months and I was craving for some hand tossed noodles. The thick ones that they cut with a knife. My first visit was at the Noodleman in chinatown. Unfortunately, they said there is 3 Noodleman restaurants and only this one had the knife cut noodles. The one in China has cantonese twist. No Knife cut noodles but they do make the best cantonese dishes that I had seriously ever tasted. My ordered Ma po tofu with knife cut noodles, and my husband ordered the beef soup with knife cut noodles, as well as the onion pancake. All soooo delicious. It felt like a home cook meal that my mom use to cook me. It has that home taste to it. Price point was about $12.00 to $13.00 which I felt was very reasonable. They restaurant was very clean and they try their best to bring you food fast. I will be back when I am back in Vegas again. They really know how to make those knife cut noodles delicious!
google avatar

Phillip N.

Yelp
This place is good. I got the Mongolian beef fried knife slice noodles. It was good with it being on the sweeter side. The spicy stew beef noodle was a nice spicy. The chili oil spice is a bit on the oiler side as when I sip on the broth, it's mainly oil but I'm okay with it. The decor is nice with the brick wall. The server was nice and remembered our order by memory. The price was decent with the Mongolian beef noodle is 12.99.there is a window to watch the chef making the noodles. It's a nice place. There was no wait as well so that's a plus.
google avatar

Ryan G.

Yelp
Tasty soups with fresh noodles in a variety of flavors. Everything we had was good, and the fresh dumplings (pork) were some of the best we've tried around town. The broths we tried were light and had a good mild flavor. I tried the duck and it needed a bit of spice and soy sauce for me, but overall was a great bowl of soup. The duck itself was crispy and cooked well, however its still on the bone so it's a challenge to eat unless you take it out of the soup and use your hands to pick the meat off.

Xiaosheng H.

Yelp
My family love noodles. Italian noodles are my children's favorite, but we find this place more favorable to them. They order two kinds of chow mein, clean and delicious. Prices are reasonable with free drinks like buy one get one free. When other restaurants increase prices, the Noodle Kitchen is going down with pricing and up with food and services. Come back soon!

Yelp
My mom from HK is visiting and was craving some home comforts. I was planning on taking her elsewhere but the wait was almost an hour long. With a car full of starving children and my mom, that wasn't going to cut it. Their menu was the closest thing to what my mom was looking for, so we came here. From the outside, I wasn't even sure if they were open. I sent my oldest in to snag a table while I wrestled my other kiddos. My mom went in - she didn't come back out - so it was a promising sign. When I walked in, I was surprised how spacious it was (I knew they had a small number of seats so I envision cramped space). My family sat comfortably in a booth/table combo. The menu had a lot of options that even my pickiest eaters had options. When I say picky, I mean they're plain hamburger - possibly no bun kinda picky). Service was pretty great. There was only 1 person managing the front of the house. The tables that came in after us had a bit of a wait but nothing impossible or terribly long. The food came out fast and hot. It's cool you have full view of the kitchen through the window. My mom commented that the noodles were delicious. My oldest devoured the green beans. My pickiest of eaters enjoyed the grilled beef short ribs and grilled pork chop. I enjoyed that my kiddos were all happy full and fed. I enjoyed that my mom was happy. When we left, my mom asked me how I found this place and I told her I read reviews. She asked that I write one and make sure I tell everyone that this was really good, even better than the noodle shops in Hong Kong. She talked about this place a few days later and told my husband that I had to take him there sometime. Will do, mom, will do!

Yelp
I thought I reviewed this place but I guess I haven't. To be honest, I love places like this. Dumplings, noodles, and spice. I really like how they offer hand pulled and knife shaved noodles. I'm a knife shaved kind of guy. I will say their house special beef noodles is pretty good. I also will say Shang's broth just has it beat. Noodle Man is still really good. Their spicy won tons is one of my favorite iterations of this dish. The crushed peanuts really enhances the flavor of the meat and keeps the spice really level. Their dumplings here are so delicious in all of their shapes and forms. Their meat dishes are also very good. I appreciate them spacing things out during COVID 19 and how hard the staff work. They usually just have one person handling the entire front of the house and it feels like one person in the kitchen but they bang it out. Service is pleasant and fine. Food comes out fast. I do crave their dumplings and their prices are fair. Solid 4 star establishment.

Yelp
I've had quite a bit of really good Chinese food lately, so maybe my standards are higher than normal. Everything was decent but didn't impress. The waitress was super nice, extremely attentive, and very tolerant of our messy kids. I wouldn't go back just because I'm a big fan of a few other places within 10-15 minutes, but I'm sure for people who aren't used to Chinese food, this place would be fantastic. 5 stars for the service, 3 stars for the food.

Tania M.

Yelp
My experience with a delivery order: Food was alright, but it was very bland. I had to add my own stuff to it at home, which is not ideal. I asked for it to be extra spicy. Just had some bell peppers added to it. I guess that's what they think is spicy. But still, lacked actual flavor in the dish. The mapo tofu is NOT mapo tofu. Don't get me wrong, the food didn't taste horrible or anything, but I don't know why they call it that. Sure it has chicken instead of pork, but it shouldn't have been so far off from the real thing. This tastes like something I could whip up at home. It's more like just a tofu stir fry? They use more firm tofu here rather than soft as well. I love mapo tofu and it's something I can't recreate myself at home. noodles were also just plain, but they have a good texture and chewiness. Not sure if I would eat that again, but maybe i'll give the place another chance and try a different dish.
google avatar

Lisa P.

Yelp
I've been to this place a couple times now and the service is always quick. The Shanxi sliced noodles come in a good portion size and the noodles are freshly hand-pulled. The broth came out hot with a hint of tomato base. The amount of bok choy was lacking as you only get 2 bok choy. Pricing is reasonable for the amount of food you get at $13. Would definitely recommend a try if you're looking noodle soup!
google avatar

Yelp
Lots of choices in their menu. Everything looks good! Taste great! Big servings. Servers are very attentive and gracious. The place is neat. Love the abacus decor on the wall. There were 2 adults and2 minors in our group. We paid $62. Its wo

Yelp
Wanted to give this place a try, but it was difficult to like. The pictures on the menu just didn't seem to match up with the food served. We ordered a wonton with noodles, a wonton with glass noodles and a braised beef side. We got one wonton order but waited to get the next, originally we ordered the same wonton with regular noodles but after wondering why the second one was a no show, we changed the second one to glass noodles instead. The wonton skins were thick, the filling was blah, shrimp mixed into pork filling and seasoning would have gone a long way. The noodles with the wonton was mushy and not at all interesting. The glass noodles they used were the sweet potato noodles and not the advertised rice noodle type. The broth was equally not interesting and a helluva lot more green vegetables would have made it more interesting. Now for the last dagger, the braised beef dish had no mention of rice with it and the dish in no way matches what we were served. We made mention to the server and she insisted that this is the correct item we were served, WRONG, this was in no way what was described on the menu and sure did not match the picture on their menu, the picture on the menu and descriptions never mentioned rice with it or matched the braised part, what we received was just some soy sauce topping and not the braising sauce that should have been on it. All and all this restaurant is a bust for me.

Yelp
I had the beef burrito appetiser and the duck noodle soup. I thought the appetiser was outstanding and had hints of Vietnamese influence. The duck soup was much better than I anticipated and I finished every bite. You'll love the way the duck fat flavour compliments the broth. The staff is professional, efficient, and kind. I'll be back to try the rest of the menu.
google avatar

Billy L.

Yelp
This is a small and quaint Chinese and noodle place. Kitchen has a huge glass wall where you can view the chef cooking your food and making the noodles. I had the $13.00 1/4 duck with rice. The bok choy also cost about $13.00. They have different types of soups.

Yelp
A good lunch spot! My wife, two kiddos and I shared the Mongolian Beef Knife sliced noodles, the sichuan spicy wonton in red oil, and the Chongqing street noodles. The service was honestly pretty slow but once we ordered the food came out pretty quick. -Mongolian Beef Knife Sliced Noodles we're 4.5/5, super flavorful. Sweet, savory and packed full of chewy noodles. crisp veggies, and a healthy serving of tasty Mongolian beef. - it's hard to go wrong with spicy wontons and these didn't disappoint. Nutty, sweet and spicy. 4.5/5 - The Chongqing street noodles were honestly a little bland- they weren't bad and once we added some lemon(as they didn't have lime) and the rest of the spicy wonton red oil sauce it ended much better than it started. 2.5/5 All in all it's a good spot, not worth a trip across town but if you're hungry and and in the area it'll definitely hit the spot.

Lawrence D.

Yelp
The spicy beef noodles and spicy wontons are my go-to's. I try to go at after the lunch rush before dinner so the food comes out pretty quick and it's not so crowded. The place is pretty clean and the service is good.

Yelp
Stopped in quickly to grab some roasted duck. The ladies were sweethearts and food came out fast. No complaints. Will definitely have to come back to try all the other dishes.

Yelp
Stopped here with another yelper on a recent trip to Las Vegas. The food is quite delicious, however, the wait times to get service, order food, get drinks etc can be a little bit lengthy in duration. If you are okay with a long drawn out dinner, then you will really enjoy the food.
google avatar

Yelp
Having car serviced up the street walked here. so glad I did. The food was made fresh as I watched from the counter. I got the Chef's Special fish fried rice with a Thai tea. It was absolutely delicious and a family size portion. I'll get 4-5 meals out of one serving. The Thai teas was refreshing and went well with the meal. I'll be back and am looking forward to trying other dishes.

Yelp
Nice little hole in the wall! Very clean and wasn't busy at all. Server was very nice. The food definitely tasted fresh and made to order! Portions are a good size if you don't have a big stomach and you have the option to switch out the noodles for different ones if you want. Great value for the price!
