This place will always have a special place in my heart. I actually stumbled upon it right after my very first gynecologist appointment confirming I was pregnant — it was right around the corner. Their pancakes are hands down my favorite. Fluffy, perfectly sweet, and just pure comfort on a plate. Every time I had another appointment, I’d make it a little tradition to stop in after and grab breakfast. It became my spot during such a special season of life. The entire breakfast menu is delicious — everything I’ve tried has been consistently amazing. Their coffee is also very good. I’ve never tried their lunch, but it always looked so good coming out of the kitchen. Highly recommend. Great food, great vibes, and now such sweet memories tied to it. 💛🥞

Great brunch spot, but make a reservation! They do have a large parking lot, but it was full when I arrived, so I had to park across the street near Jovia in the street parking. The staff was friendly, but since the place gets so busy, the food did take a little while to come out. I ordered the French Dip. It was good overall just a bit overcooked for my taste,but the au jus had great flavor and the ciabatta bread was fluffy. I’d recommend asking for the fries well done so they are extra crispy. The milkshakes are really good. Our server suggested doing half chocolate and half vanilla, and l definitely recommend it. Overall, it’s a really great spot for brunch. Just make sure to reserve ahead of time and come prepared for a busy crowd.

Always a pleasure going to The Pantry for the brunch menu. Our waitress Nadia was pleasant and very patient as we ordered several items. EVERYTHING ordered was delicious, fresh and prepared with fresh ingredients (Creme Brule French toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, carrot cake pancakes, cinnamon french toast, and bellinis). The service and quality exceeded my expectations!! Excellent. I highly recommend and look forward to returning with friends and family. #Quality service & delicious food 😋

Haven't been here in over a decade. So, when my friend suggested that's where we meet, I thought it was just gonna be an "ole'skool" diner situation. Boy was I wrong. Apparently the update is already 8 years young, but it was a pleasant surprise and seemed brand new. This spot is chic and the place was buzzing. At one point we asked our ace bartender, Fedora, "Is it always this busy?" And she said, "Today is actually kinda slow." 😳 There were barely any empty tables from my view and we were sitting at the bar, which was empty when I arrived, and only 2 empty seats by the time we were done... and those were our seats. Great vibe with great food. The Oxtail Burger is delicious and I was impressed with the diversity of choices on the menu. This is a upscale diner but far better than your average one. It offers a wide variety of food options, and the mimosas are particularly great. While there may be a wait at times, it’s nothing you can’t handle. The restaurant can get quite crowded, but the service is always exceptional.

I just recently moved to Long Island and discovered my new go-to spot. The brunch was really good. I had the Crème Brûlée French Toast and also tried the Turkey Biscuits and Gravy. Both were fire. I’m excited to come back again and try their wings next time. Shanice was amazing, very knowledgeable, and even welcomed us back. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

My family and friends 💕 eating here. They never miss! Update... today for christmas was the grateful miss ever! I made reservations for 9am about a week+ ago. The food did not come to the table hot. I asked them to remake it and they reheated it. The presentation was even different. Then asked if I wanted it remade. I did not get up early on christmas day to pay and eat cold food.

We enjoyed our time at the Pantry. Special shout out to Nadia who surprised my wife by sneaking her an ice cream surprise complete with a song. The food is extra tasty. Love going here for all of the options.

Food tasted good. I had the Ox Burger with sweet potato fries and I was not disappointed. The service was reasonably fast and friendly despite it being a busy day. Very good vibe and atmosphere for a family or casual outing.

We had a party of 10, and our experience was Good! This place was packed for Sunday. You definitely need to make reservations. Everyone's food came out at the same time. Our Server could have been more attentive. Chicken and waffle (white meat )was delicious! the coffee warmed my tummy and the pineapple mimosa was a nice touch. The atmosphere was great for getting together with family and friends. Highly recommend

Love the all day brunch with good music. They never disappoint. There is something for everyone. Boozy brunch available for those who want drinks too. It's best to make a reservation since it's usually packed. The parking lot is always full so give yourself time to find a spot. They can accommodate any size party and have plenty of space. Highly recommend.

From out of town, stopped in to get takeout brunch. Decor is super comfortable and the menu is varied. I like that they have clearly marked gluten-free options. Staff was very attentive and gave me a booth to wait in while my food was freshly prepared. Manager even comped my cup of coffee, which was very sweet. A breakfast burrito and a salad with chicken we got were actually delicious, the meat was very tender and not overcooked like a lot of places that grill chicken. I'm from California so the prices seem pretty normal. Good value for all they offer. Would like to go back for a sitdown meal before we head home.

Trendy diner that has nice decor inside but overpriced for the amount given. I was also surprised they charged like $3 for a cup of small sliced pickles for the kids.

My plus one suggested that we come to The Pantry in Rockville Center NY, I quickly assented after my research. When we arrived I saw a huge parking lot with ample parking, eith two sides to enter. Walking into this massive dining room, you see dining to the right and left. The bar and check out are on the left side as you enter and the maître d' was directly at the entrance across from the check out counter. She pleasantly greeted us with a smile and escorted us to our table. I saw that the dining room was extravagant and neat! The music was pumping sounds from Mariah Carey and various other artists. It was relaxing. The decorum was nothing less than elegant and beautiful with flowers hanging from the ceiling and pictures displayed on the walls, while the The Pantry's ambiance was upscale, patrons arrived dressed waaaay down, casual, and dressed up in church attire. The service at the beginning was prompt at the beginning, we had to ask three times for more time to look over the menu because we needed an understanding of the menu. My plus one had traditional French toast with bacon. She really enjoyed her meal without disappointment. I, on the other hand, had Challah French toast and turkey sausage patties. My French toast was cold but the sausages were hot. I was very disappointed. The interaction with out waiter seemed awkward at the beginning but after we ate I engaged him in conversation. It's amazing how a person opens up when you talk about a subject of knowledge. By our observation we saw that he is into Chakra. Really great conversation. We did have a very lengthy wait to receive our check. Our wait was so long that the half empty dining area were we sat was now full! If I come again, I would like to try another dish and hopefully it will be hot!

This place here was recommended by co workers. It did not disappoint. We went late for breakfast. It was a warm welcoming atmosphere. We was seated immediately and waited on. The waiter was patient and attentive. We finally placed our order and the food came out fresh and hot. I had crossiant French toast with berries. There were no complaints only except the price. It was a little expensive, but you can't put a price on good food. ***** They also have rum punch****

The food was solid! Something in my soul was telling me to order the chicken & waffles (never tried before) and I'm glad I did, very scrumptious. I grew up on long island and never knew of the pantry, I'm ashamed. The service was good even though they were busy so shoutout to them, specially Mario. My one critique about this place is that the Bloody Marys were light (but fire) ! I ordered 3 and felt nothing. Im a light weight so it doesn't take much to get buzzed. I'll be back !

Yesterday was my first time visiting The Pantry. My mom suggested it. She'd been for a dinner party once. So... Overall, the aesthetic of the place is nice. Mixed crowd both age and race. It's a spacious place with parking. Service: Was fast! Our waitress was pretty neutral. I won't mention her name( it's a popular hat) bc maybe she was just a lil tired... Food: 5/10. To be fair, it was my first time and I guess I didn't get their popular meal but it was average. Same for my drink. Nothing crazy. I had the chicken Caesar wrap with waffle fries and a guac for the table. My mom had the salmon. It was a great portion and cooked to perfection! I would return bc I see they have brunch AND Wray and his nephew is being served there as well. I'll come back with the girls for sure.

Sunday brunch! Had a phone reservation here the day before for a group of 10. We were about 5 mins late due to trying to find parking at the lot (it got very crowded), but they accommodated us right away and seated us in a large booth. Inside is very lively with an ambiant floral decor on the ceilings. The laminated menu is large and double-sided. We opted for the "Ox" burger and fries. It was delicious and we asked for it well done. The grilled onions were not bad and I loved chewing them. Our group got pancakes, the steak omelet, and the French toast. The portions were large but was enough for the plates to be cleaned by us. The highlights were the "2 for 1" specials for the mimosas: regular (orange juice), Hawaiian (pineapple juice instead), and the Mermaid. 2 would be about $17. They were strong and delicious. There's all day brunch at this spot and we were impressed at how quick the food came out. We were in by 11:05am, and out by 12pm, with plenty of time to chat after we ate. Great management as it helped all of us carry on with our days!

Good Sunday Brunch! We were able to snag reservations the same day and once we arrived the hostess walked us over to our seats. It definitely give upscale dinner vibes with booths. They have floral decor hanging from the ceiling which gives a picturesque vibe. The menu is straight forward and they have brunch all day which if you love breakfast is a plus. I love breakfast. I ordered the steak and eggs and a side of Cinnabon pancakes. The steak was a lil too well for me. I got it as a skirt steak maybe another cut next time. The salsa Verde that came with it is good with the eggs and hash. The portion size is good. The pancakes were good . Not too sweet even with the cream cheese icing. They had a 2 for one drink special and.I had a bellini and a white sangria..I liked the bellini better. I'd definitely come back to try other things.

The hungry monster was on my back and we were on the hunt for breakfast. The Pantry ended up being the lucky winner. I appreciated the Boozy Brunch menu that included a drink with any entree, from a mimosa or sangria to tea. I got the shrimp and grits. At first glance, the portion doesn't look too big, but it was just enough. 5 jumbo shrimp on top of cheesy grits and the creole glaze to top it off was perfection! We also ordered the steak and eggs, which was pretty good as well. The service was great, and there was a pretty relaxed vibe. The Pantry is a great spot for a brunch date, groups, or just to hang out at the bar.

I love this diner. I could eat here daily and not get tired of the menu. The options are endless. So many pescatarian, vegan, vegetarian, and meat options. There's something here for the pickiest eaters. Guarantee service with a smile and no attitudes. Always beautiful decorated for the season. If you're lucky, you can catch the Friday night comedy while you dine. This morning I enjoyed a well dressed avocado toast with my boozy coffee and floated home satisfied.

13 of us came through for brunch yesterday. It's always hit or miss with a big party so we were trepidatious about what kind of service we were going to get along with food quality. I'm glad to report that all of us were well served and all of us enjoyed our meals. The menu is so extensive that it was so hard to choose what we were going to get. I was lucky enough to get a sampling of some people's food and everything was so tasty. I got the chicken and waffles which was good. I would prefer bone in chicken but this was still fresh and tasty. My husband got the steak sandwich which was perfectly cooked and juicy. My daughter got a Beyond burger. ( there are plenty of veg options) She enjoyed it but would have preferred if it didn't come on pita bread. My son got a chicken sandwich w/ bacon. We all tried the fig and goat cheese toast which was lovely. The atmosphere was nice and it was very busy. We had a reservation and I recommend getting one, especially with a big party.

We stopped in for Mother's Day. This place actually impressed me. Wasn't expecting it to be so busy! But the staff were attentive and kind. The food was good although I wouldn't get the creamed spinach again - way too salty. And the short rib could have been slow cooked longer. But the other things were great! Also, I love their drink specials. I'd return again - prices were fair, ambiance is cool definitely not diner vibes.

Visited on 5-17-25. Haven't been here in a few years. The food is still good and it's mostly just your standard New York diner fare. You can get breakfast all day and there's a good variety of items on the menu. I ordered the Birria tacos (it was an appetizer but I ordered it for the main course) and a bowl of matzah ball soup. Another person in my party ordered a turkey club sandwich on a pretzel roll...... and another ordered eggs Benedict. I tasted all the items and everything was pretty good. Portion sized were adequate. Nothing was totally outstanding but none of the dishes were disappointing either. Service was pretty fast and friendly and the restaurant is kept clean.

This is the oxtail burger. Soooooooooo gooood‼ Kitchen was closing when we came in. I did not expect them to produce such quality food. WOW! My friend got the 'Brekkie'. A monster waffle covered in breakfast goodness! It's delish! I gotta mention Karissa, our server. Still personable and smiling. Even as the place was closing and folks tryna sneak in under the wire! Hope you enjoyed your backyard and your family hun! Actually the whole staff was pretty jovial. 10's across the board! So glad I gave it a second shot.

Any excuse I get I go here with friends. Love this place. Some items I loved unfortunately have been taken off the menu but if you ask they will make it. It gives an upscale diner vibe. Food is always on point. Mozzarella sticks were amazing especially with the unique dipping sauces they gave. They have a great fresh juice & mocktail options. Idk why it took me so long to write a review! If you go on a Sunday you should call ahead to see if they have space.

Met with dear friends from the past for a reunion meal... Had wonderful avocado toast it was very delicious ambience pleasant service excellent we were a large group and could be seen as a difficult handle. Nicely presented and completed.

The service was really good and the ambience is beautiful. It was a really nice restaurant in terms of the waiters, decor, and the drinks were pretty good. Unfortunately the food left a lot to be desired. I think the menu is way too big which doesn't give them the ability to make anything amazing. I would go back for a drink but nothing else.

The restaurant is so cute, I've been meaning to go for a very long time but never went. When my friend suggested it I said sure it's my opportunity to check it out, finally. The food was good, I had the hot and spicy chicken and waffles, the name escapes me but it was sort like a hot honey chicken on top of a waffle. Their grits was good, I was told the carrot cake pancakes were good. My other friend got a toad in a hole which is French toast with egg in the middle. The waitress was very attentive she came to our table maybe like 5 or 6 times (maybe even more) during our time there. The only thing I will say is that the menu is very large. I like simpler menus because it helps me choose easier.

Patrons beware! The food was good however I was very disappointed by a specific policy this restaurant implemented and how it was communicated to my party. My friend and I ordered French Toast and our entrees only came with one small portion cup of syrup (1 oz. size). When we asked for extra syrup, we were told we could only have a maximum of two small portion cups with our meals. Any additional syrup would cost $1.00 per 1 oz cup. I'm not sure everyone understands how small this drizzle of syrup is -but to charge customers for condiments is beyond ridiculous. In addition to the policy being unreasonable, the staff was impolite/rude when explaining it and refusing to give us the syrup we asked for. A minor request (for something that should have been included in the meal) ultimately ruined the entire dining experience.

Very good place, is really big i love the deco minimalist. Food is delicious, the time we went we went with a bunch of kids and even they ate everything they love it. I really have to congratulate the place for such a nice service I don't remember the name of the guy who served us but he was very nice and patient with of all of us, thankyou.

Food was tasty, but had to keep chasing down the waiter for things like mustard snd napkins and the check. When it was time to pay, asked the lady at the front three times if they offered a senior discount. She handed me a second receipt with the same price. Odd.

It's hard to believe this place is considered a diner. The menu gives diner but the ambiance is modern and stylish. I was pleasantly surprised. The Pantry - serving brunch all day everyday with 2 for 1 drinks (mimosas, bellini's, bloody Mary's, and sangria). My kinda place since I love brunch. There were so many good sounding food options but I opted for my go to brunch fav chicken and waffles. Actually I got the Buffy Chicken Belgian Waffle. This had a kick since the chicken was doused in Buffalo sauce. This was really good. I can do without the whipped jalapeño cream cheese but everything else was tasty. My friend got the chicken biscuit and that too was good so she said. The service here was pleasant. From the hostess, to our waiter to the guys who brought our drinks and food out to the bus Boys - all were very friendly. I'll def return to try out other menu items.

Came on a Tuesday for lunch. Place was very busy! Parking lot is very small in my option and took about 10 minutes to get parking. My friend stated she never saw it that busy before. Was a walk-in and was seated quickly. Staff were friendly and the waitress was attentive. Didn't get any appetizers so for entrée I got shrimp & grits. the sauce that comes with it was good and came with about 6 shrimps. Got plain pancake for my son (was vegan I believe). Pancake was fluffy and buttery in my option. Even with the syrup on it, it wasn't soggy after a while. The virgin drink was good too (forgot the name). I like the wine. Overall cute diner/restaurant for everyone (family friendly).

I have been going to Pantry for a while now for breakfast and the food is usually very good. Recently, however, I went for lunch and got the fried fish sandwich with truffle fries and was pretty underwhelmed. The food itself wasn't bad but it didn't taste particularly special. The truffle fries were more like parmesan fries. The service, as usual was pretty quick, though, being a diner environment we didn't have much interaction with our waiter who was very busy. Overall, I think The Pantry is great for breakfast and brunch but maybe I would go elsewhere for lunch and dinner.

While the food was okay, the lack of regard for food allergies was unacceptable. My friend notified our server that she had a dairy allergy asked for no cheese on her bowl. When it came out, the eggs were covered in melted cheese with more cheese sprinkled around. We were a big party of 11 with one server so I understand it can be a lot--no worries, she just reminded the server of her dairy allergy and asked if it could be remade. The bowl came out 5 minutes later-- it was the same bowl with the eggs replaced but the rest of the cheese was still all over the bowl. It just wasn't worth the trouble to ask for it to be remade a second time and at that point, my friend had lost her appetite. Do better please!

Friendly people, offering attentive and prompt service, but please be aware that this establishment tends to be very crowded and less accommodating on Sundays, which might affect your experience.

It's been awhile since I've been to The Pantry and it's still a great place to grab a bite. The service is always top tier and the prices are amazing for the large servings. It's pretty lively and busy so I recommend making reservations but they do take walkins.

I visited The Pantry on 3-4 occasions (breakfast and dinner) and the service has been great. Once seated, a waiter came promptly and the food was always delicious. I have ordered steak and eggs, shrimp and grits, wings, fries and even a drink (sangria). Their prices are a little more expensive than the average diner, but you get what you pay for.

Food is delish, service is exceptional! Ambiance is beautiful, clean and decorated beautifully! My go to food any time day or night!

Solid place for brunch. We were in the area visiting family and on our departure home, we met up with some friends at this place. Very happy with that decision and we were happy to be able to catch a meal together here.

Oxtail burger was tasty, also had disco fries which we enjoyed. Key lime pie cake was unique but too sweet. Service was a 2, we got the bartender who wasn't able to make any recommendations, when asked about biscuits and gravy his response was, it's small. He only checked in on us once even though we sat right in front of him. It was not very busy but it wasn't easy to get his attention, he was just wiping down glasses and he never refilled our carafe with water. When we wanted dessert we asked another waitress nearby who was very friendly and gave us her recommendations in detail.

Ample parking even on a busy Sunday afternoon. We made a reservation online and were seated immediately upon checking with the hostess even though there were a lot of people waiting for a table. For brunch e ordered a small basket of cheddar biscuits, they were warm and tasty. One Bellini and mimosas which came with our entrees and a chicken biscuit, and the shrimp and grits. The food all came out quickly, fries that came with the biscuit were just okay but otherwise no complaints on the food. Great music playing and very efficient staff. Will be back although the food is slightly pricey for brunch entrees.

Decided to shake things up for Sunday brunch and try a spot we hadn't been to before. As some reviews mentioned, the inside is definitely cuter than the outside, and it didn't disappoint. Their hanging flowers decor is really cute! We arrived around 11am and were seated right away, though you can tell this place gets packed during peak brunch hours. The menu had a ton of variety without feeling overwhelming--it was just the right amount of choices. While it took a bit of time to place our order, our waiter was super friendly and apologized for the delay. Once we ordered, the food came out fast, and everything was absolutely delicious. They even had a buy-one-get-one deal on cocktails, which was a nice bonus! I went with a classic Belgian waffle, and it hit the spot. The home fries were a 10/10 seasoned to perfection. My mom's avocado smash toast was sooo good and beautifully presented too. I was really impressed. Probably one of the nicest avocado toast plates I've seen. I'd come back here 1000 percent--great food, great atmosphere, and top-notch service!

I have eaten here before and orders the Breki it was amazing. I don't know what happened today but it was so disappointing. I asked for the waffles to be served on the side. The waitress said they always come on the side. When my Breki arrived the waffles sitting on the grits buried under the chicken and eggs. My sister who was visiting from GA ordered the Breki also. We barely had a tablespoon of grits and gravy on our plates. Prior times we received decent portions of grits and gravy. I wound up having to order side of grits but they forgot the gravy. I was so disappointed because I waited several months for my sister to visit so we could have The Breki again. It did not meet the expectations of our previous experience.

First time visiting the pantry after my sister recommended it. No complaints we made a reservation and was seated promptly. This spot is quite busy for weekend brunch as expected. Food was great came out fast and we even got the rinsing happy birthday. This menu has soooo many options! It was almost overwhelming because I had no clue what to get. But it nicely decorated the seating is comfy and I'd def go back to try a few more things on the menu

Firstly, let me start by saying the wait staff here is some of the most courteous people I have encountered while dinning. It's spacious inside and wait times are minimal. Secondly, the menu is a lot. It took me a while to choose. I wand up ordering from the all day brunch menu , steak and eggs. My friends ordered salmon lox bagel, walnut pancakes , vegetable omelette and shrimp & grits. The shrimp & grits has a gravy with an interested taste , it was the least favorite. The Pantry food is good eats. I will go again for breakfast.

I think there are enough workers for the restaurant that is always busy. Which is great because it never seems unorganized, crowded or chaotic. You'll be fighting with yourself to make a menu choice because everything looks worth trying. Parking in the lot on the other hand is an adventure, but the food is WORTH it. If you're not alone have one person hop out to check in or request a table while you fight for your life hoping a spot opens up. I asked the hostess for a hair chair that I ended up getting myself after about 5 minutes of waiting. Additionally for our group of 8 we waited another 15 minutes before we asked if we could have a server for our table. After that everything ran smoothly and the food was delicious and came out briefly shortly after ordering around the same time for all guests. I enjoyed myself. Came here for breakfast one day with the family. My omelet was good. Thought my boy would like confetti pancakes but yeah I ruined his life/day whatever with that lol. Quickly got him some regular pancakes to his liking. I think if he had tried the confetti pancakes he would've loved them but what do I know :P

So never heard of this place but I did now thanks to Yelp. And you'd never know about it unless you live in the area. It looks like a simple regular diner but the food is definitely not regular and plane . The food is really good. But the prices are a bit high for a diner and just a bit over priced . The service was good until the end . We were given the check prior to asking for it. Sometimes it done for a Shift change but that was not the case . And I hate getting the check prior to asking because it makes you feel rushed . So then an obnoxious second waitress came around and brought a second check as if she didn't know we had one already . I said "thanks we already have one !!" In pretty sure our actual waitress told her we got it and weren't cashing out. But it's okay we kept siting and talking like we needed and wanted to . But if management reads this brief you waitresses to maybe not do that

As you walk in you see beautiful floral ambience. The customer service could be a little better. As it was a wait, & aren't always so friendly. But the food did come exceptionally quick. I've ordered a chicken sandwich, I forget the name exactly. But the monstrous beast was so delicious

Typical diner food and you can't go wrong. It's a little pricier but not by much. Service was good and we were not rushed.

I've come to location before for my birthday, it was great. However coming for #alldayeveyday was my he best experience.The bartender that adore is Khaled his colleagues were adorable as well i love coworker who love each other. This was my first time at the bar here and he made me the happiest tired girl on the planet. There was a couple and a single guy near by and this man was an angel. The bartender vibes made it better than my birthday last August. I will be coming back for his days which ill keep top secret, find this angel on your on. I remember the food being delicious, so my second round i got food to go. This place was busy on a working week day. 100 percent worth to try.

Pantry is easily one of the best brunch spots I've been to in a while. I came in on a Sunday and ordered the Lobster Benny along with a glass of sangria, and both were outstanding. The Lobster Benny was rich and indulgent without being too heavy. The eggs were perfectly poached and served over fresh, buttery lobster with just the right amount of seasoning. The sangria was light, refreshing, and perfectly balanced. It was exactly what you want to sip on during a relaxing weekend brunch. The place was absolutely packed and full of life, but the atmosphere still felt warm and welcoming. What really impressed me was the service. Even with a full house, the staff was attentive, friendly, and moved with purpose. Everything came out quickly and with a smile. The combination of excellent food, great drinks, lively atmosphere, and standout service made for an unforgettable brunch. Pantry is definitely worth coming back to.
